I
needed
an
appointment
set
up
for
my
cat
who
was
sick-
they
were
able
to
see
me
the
next
day
which
I
loved.
When
I
go
there
the
front
desk
girl
and
the
techs
were
very
nice
and
loved
on
my
cat
Molly.
My
complaint
is
not
with
the
staff
but
with
Dr.
Cook.
He
came
in
and
immediately
started
just
feeling
on
her-
he
didn't
introduce
himself,
he
didn't
ask
me
any
questions,
he
didn't
try
to
pet
her
to
make
her
feel
more
comfortable-
he
sucked.
His
'exam'
lasted
like
2
minutes
and
he
wanted
to
get
blood
work
to
figure
out
what
was
wrong
with
her-
which
i
said
okay
to
since
I'e
had
blood
work
done
for
her
many
times
in
the
past
since
she's
12
years
old.
Then
the
front
desk
girl
came
in
to
go
over
pricing
with
me
for
$400+
for
the
entire
vet
visit-
THAT"S
WAY
TOO
MUCH!
I
told
her
they
could
do
everything
but
the
blood
since
it
was
$250-
again
this
should
not
have
been
that
high,
you
can
get
blood
tests
for
more
than
50%
off
at
other
vet
offices.
Dr.
Cook
then
came
back
in
and
asked
if
"we
were
okay?"
What?
I
told
him,
"yeah
we're
fine,
but
I'm
not
paying
$250
for
blood
work."
He
then
just
gave
me
a
med
for
my
cat
saying
it
might
work
and
I
paid
$138
for
basically
nothing.
When
I
left
I
called
Coastal
Vet
Clinic
and
asked
what
they
charge
for
the
blood
work
Dr.
Cook
wanted
to
do
and
they
charged
$112
(less
than
half
the
price
Dr.
Cook
wanted
to
charge).
I
took
my
cat
there
that
afternoon
for
Coastal
Vet
Clinic
to
check
her
out
and
they
were
much
more
friendly
the
Dr.
had
a
very
nice
bedside
manner
and
was
able
to
address
my
cats
issue
without
blood
work
actually.
And
she
is
almost
back
to
her
normal
self.
I
will
never
step
foot
into
Butler
Animal
Clinic
again.
