The staff…..99% of whom are smart, empathetic and efficient. (One exception was the check-in Staffer in Radiology Department. I encountered her around 5:20pm. She avoided eye contact and offered no warmth of any kind.)I also like the welcoming nature of the building facilities. They don’t feel institutional and that’s helpful.Volunteers are charming!Overall….great job!

I have unfortunately had accidents & health issues for the past 12 months. Thanks to Baptist Hospital, the staff and Doctors, I am on my way back to full health. I'm talking about a total shoulder replacement and unexpected Open heart surgery. The most recent visit was for a diagnostic CT scan for pain to eliminate possible heart complications. The imaging department made it an easy, even pleasant, experience. The appointment was made the same morning by my physician, and after checking in was given a schedule of liquid to take several times 3 hours prior to the scan. They provided me with directions and indicated I could leave and return in 21/2 hrs for the procedure. Can you believe it? Results - old issues in Gastro system that will be manageable ! Quick and easy registration. I did NOT have to strip and put on a hospital gown. In and out in less than 1 hour.

I had a scheduled CT Scan on August 16th. The scheduling process was easy and without problems as is always with the Baptist people. The registration was done online and I only needed to sign one form after arrival at Baptist Beaches Hospital. The radiology technician remembered from other procedures and pleasantries were exchanged with smiles under masks. The procedure was done without contrast or complications. Only once over 40 years has a procedure not been totally outstanding. I highly recommend Baptist Beaches Hospital for all needs. Five stars always.

Got a baseline Calcium CT. Quick, easy, inexpensive. Fortunately I got exceptionally good results..... so that's a plus. I'd recommend this considering how easy the procedure was and how quick it was. :) Hospital staff was excellent, smiling, and things appeared clean.

it was convenient and easy. The staff was super friendly, my technician was super helpful and made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to ensure my tests were read and covered by insurance. Awesome and will be back!

I was ordered by my PCP and my significant other to get a lung CT. My tech called me the day before and makes sure I knew where to go. Even offered me flexibility on time. The scan took 15 mins at around 830a. I had my report the same evening! Brilliant! I’ve used various services at Baptistij the last 8 years since I moved to Jax, as has my mom and daughter. I am so proud that they are here in Jax in such a big way. Thank you!!!

Very efficient registration. Nice clean facilities. Knowledgeable technicians and quick results. If they could just get stay on schedule it would be a 5 rating. I waited an hour after my appointment time.

Easy check in. I arrived early and didn’t sit down about 1 minute. Staff and techs very knowledgeable and very pleasant.

I had a well organized scheduling of CT scan with plenty of reminder follow up .The staff was prompt ,friendly and informative as to what to expect from the procedure.The results were posted on My Baptist chart immediately with a follow up call from my ordering physician explaining “Next steps”

I have been coming to Baptist MD Anderson for several years and I love my experiences here. The oncology department, lab, imagining everyone is always so personable and makes the reasons for your visits not so bad. They are like apart of your family. I highly recommend Baptist to anyone looking for an excellent patient care experience. I have been to Baptist Beaches, Baptist Downtown, Baptist South and MD Anderson and I must say the care if consistent across the board.

My tech who did my scan, Sandra, was incredibly personable, understanding, sympathetic, and thorough. I felt comfortable the entire time and knew exactly what was happening. She showed me kindness and love in a moment when I couldn't hold it together anymore and worry overcame me. Her kindness will not be forgotten. Please tell her that I'm so grateful for the kindness she showed me.

It's scary going into an emergency hospital because you don't know if you're gonna be there for to long, and the bills your probably gonna receive, but they are a great team of experts, they take good care of your needs🥰

Everyone, without exception, goes out of their way to be helpful. Wait time was acceptable, considering new EMR. As much as possible, my husband and I come to BMC-B, when we need medical care.

Great from the initial phone call to book the test to being walked out after everything was done. The staff was friendly, accommodating. Professional and I was particularly impressed with the patient portal results arriving on my phone before I walked back in to my house.

Most of my nurses and cnas were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They made my 8 day first experience as pleasant as could be considering being in the hospital. They were very kind funny and polite. My doctors were absolutely excellent as well. Dr Bray was very informative and did not leave until I understood everything that was going on.
