Horrible from the get go! Booked online through expedia and already paid for the room. Took them 45 mins to get us checked in and said that we need to put a $100 cash deposit down. Like why?! We already paid for the room? When we got into the room, it was horrific, disgusting, unpleasant, sketchy, and I could go on. There were blood stains on the sheets in one bed, and dirty sheets with bugs on the second one. There were bugs and trash every where.. including our beds. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this place. Not worth it!

This hotel was terrible. Where should I start. Everything was horrendous about this place. There were no towels in the rooms, some of lamps had missing light bulbs, mold on the ceiling, bugs, cracked molding, and the list goes on. I requested towels twice and never received any assistance for this or the missing light bulbs as informed someone would come. Customer service terrible, no hospitality whatsoever. The location was good only because it was near the airport for my early flight. Other than that very shady area/activity taking place. People in and out of the hotel. Screaming and cursing all hours of the night and couldn't get any good sleep. The phone doesn't work at the hotel, both numbers that I received which was from the 3rd party I booked. I tried to cancel/check out earlier after booking another hotel but couldn't get in touch with anyone as the phone rings out. I finally went back to the place to request a refund. There was a new employee there who was much nicer and I was informed that a manager would get back to me the next day. I'm still waiting. Wishful thinking. Don't waste your time booking at this hotel. You will regret it!!!!

The employees are wonderful! But the place is definitely in need of some upgrades. I'm in a non smoking room, but my blankets are full of burn holes. The bed feels like the mattress hasn't been changed since the day they opened. But it's not the worst place I've stayed by far. The breakfast was also quite good for as cheap as the place was.

They brought us new towels everyday and touched up the room even though we were checked in for a week. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in. The front desk was excellent and allowed us to check in early. There was a few things that needed looked into but they were there in less than 5 min. I would not hesitate to reserve a room here again

I would give negative stars if possible. Only giving 1 because I have to. This was by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked months in advance to take my family on vacation to FL. When we arrived, the first thing noticed was that the lobby, which was supposed to have free breakfast and gym, wasn’t even open. Next thing noticed was the mounds of garbage heaping onto the ground, by the dumpster, that had clearly not been emptied for weeks, if not more. The pool, which was beautiful in the pictures, was 1/4 filled with black water, and had a dead animal floating in it. In the parking lot, there was clearly illegal activity happening right out in the open. Inside the room smelled like a dead body, dried blood was found on the table, along with mold in the shower, and an unknown substance splashed all over the walls and doors. When bringing these concerns to the front desk, I was quickly told that I could check out, but no refunds would be given, even though the place was grossly misrepresented online. I was then forced to shell out almost all of my vacation budget on the first night of vacation, to get my family out of there, and into somewhere safe, and sanitary. This business owner should lose their license, and this place should be condemned.

It was terrible experience. The worse overnight stay experience in all my life. We saw several cockroaches, the bathroom was very dirty, everything broken, towels dirty. We just closed the bathroom door and never opened again. Bathroom and shower was not useable. The beds, sheets, towels very dirty and not cleaned. There was very nasty smell from the room and this room was "non-smoking" room per their definition. We just had to spend the night until early morning to leave to airport. The room was worse than even third world countries motels. It was shameful for me as Gold member Wyndham member to be in this kind of place. My wife and I didn't sleep all night due to the dirtiness, lot of noise, not being able to use restroom, etc. This was worse experience of my whole life overnight stay experience.

I've been to a lot of shady hotels in my life and this wasn't the worst however, seems like they have a lot of extended stay folks always around back door dealing of merchandise of all sorts. I honestly thought a drug deal was happening when I first drove up. However the grounds were well maintained the rooms were somewhat clean. I found a beer bottle from the previous tenant and there was the 🪳cockroachas, possible black mold in the showers, no towels and one roll of toilet paper with a broken dispenser. The only reason we stayed was cause the majority of the hotels were sold out because of the Junior Olympics near the venue I would have hated to take a blacklight in that room.

There was no towels toilet paper the airconditioner didn't work. Bugs in rooms bathtub didn't drain. We was there july 23 to the 26 and I demand my money back if I don't hear from Wyndham im gonna go to the bbb the hotel clerk was rude. No coffee maker no micro wave no pool.

Couldn't check in when I arrived just after midnight because they don't have front counter staff from midnight to 8am. No one available to answer my calls. Not even to their security line. They over booked and left a memo for all 3rd party reservation holders to contact said 3rd party provider for a refund. Additionally have a sign up stating they aren't accepting local ID guests. Horrendous to have your hotel listed for allowed booking days in advance for you to sell the room or from under our feet. Shame.

That was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. I will not recommend it to anyone. I had to clean the bathroom, sink and microwave. We had to ask them for towels which looked like they had them since the place opened, so never the less we ended up getting our own towels. I've never been in a hotel room that didn't have a phone in it and to top it off there were roaches so needless to say I got no sleep because I was on roach watch duty with roach spray in hand. The blankets had stains so we didn't use that either. Unless you're a crackhead that's not the place to go. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with that place, unless they feel like crackheads need a place to go too... SMH doesnt cover it😠 just plain awful...

All of the reviews are not lying. It is a filthy and shady motel. My son and I stayed her for two nights. We probably spent a total of 2 1/2 waking hours here which was fine. We just needed a place to sleep so I went cheap. Next time I'll pay a little extra to stay at the ones across the street. They looked better. This one should be raided. I saw some shady stuff in the little bit of time I was there. Cops could probably make an arrest a day if they would just ride by from time to time.

This hotel is disgusting! The room smells like cigarettes, the microwave had baby roaches roaming around inside. The bathroom had no towels or rags, the blow dryer is missing and the surface of everything was dirty do not waste your money here.

No soap, towels, cups, TV remote did not work. The toilet kept backing up. It was an non smoking room with burn wholes all over the sheets. The sheets looked dingy. No comforters on beds. The stairs leading to the room was broken and sinking in. Made your head dizzy when walking across. The front desk clerk had a notice in the window statin they will be back in 5 minutes when they were gone over an hour. They wanted $100 deposit. The room was over? 80+ with the deposit. I left way before check out. 600am. Be aware there was constant walking and talking loud all night long. I shouldn't have even rate the score 1. They get no score. Make sure you research before you stay.

This motel is very old and run down. Not a very pleasant feeling at all. The guest service team is adequate at most. The rooms are awful and the beds are even worse. They crack and make all kinds of noises keeping others up in the room. No towels in our first room. Tried to call down to guess services and the phone was broken. Got to the new room and at least we had 1 towels this time... The front desk told us that it was a security risk for them to leave the building and that we'd have to come get more towels ourselves if we wanted some. Bottom line is, If you're looking for a section 8 motel and you're okay with below average then this is the place for you. I will not be staying here again. I urge you not as well. I'd take my business to another hotel/motel somewhere else.

We were there for 9 nights. We were put in a corner, downstairs unit that was dark and small. The staff is nice, the breakfast good but they do not allow you to take the food to your room. Everyone was very helpful, but I became very sick and we moved to another hotel. I have to have lots of sunlight, and that room was not good for me. The owner was very helpful, and U could have asked f ok r another room, but not feeling well and having already moved 2 carloads of stuff into the room, that idea was too much.

The hotel rooms were terrible, the beds were uncomfortable & had dirty bedding, the blankets were actually sheets. Our bathroom light was broken, the toilet seat was coming off the toilet. We could never get a hold of the manager. This was our Anniversary weekend we wanted to relax & enjoy the pool, but it was broken. We didn’t find out until we checked in. The website said NOTHING about this. If we could have gone elsewhere we would have but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to stay in this horrible excuse for a hotel. My husband & I had to purchase our own bedding and also make other provisions to endure the stay. Just when you thought this couldn’t get any worse, the T.V. was old and fuzzy & the WiFi was up & down. If I could have spoken with a manager I would have demanded a full refund!! We tried our best to spend as much time out of the room as possible (which sucked because it was our anniversary weekend). I have stayed in travelogues much better than this. Thanks for ruining my weekend in Florida. If I could give no stars I would!
