Very cozy, and safe massage spot. I’m already a member and go back every month. This was my first time and it was good. The check-in takes time, as they want to make everything clear by signing consent forms etc. they take care of the Covid situation. Mask is mandatory and they sanitize everything. An African American young guy ( don’t know his name) massaged me after asking all my problem area and requirement. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The bed and sheets everything was very clean and warm. The masseur knows his job. It was super relaxing. The only complaint is, I stated the session at 7:40, but he finished by 7:30! I thought I was paying for full one hour! However, I enjoyed my time. I have been going here for a while. Please ask for Mr. Aubrey. He is the best. Usually he is mostly booked, but it’s worth waiting.

Aubrey has magic hands. He is my therapist for life! I feel like a million bucks when I leave his table. If he's not in place for whatever reason I will wait until he returns. I don't want a replacement! There is no replacement for Aubrey!!!

Aubrey is the Best! There are massage envy locations near my house but I will drive across town to have a total relaxing massage with Aubrey!! He deserves more than 5 stars!

Aubrey is hands down the best at Massage Envy! I've been coming to see him for years, and I've never been disappointed. He always asks about my trouble areas, works out all kinds of knots (some I didn't know I had), and helps me to relax. I always feel better after a session with him.

My experience at Massage Envy Union was phenomenal. Kauna was so sweet and professional, explaining every part of her process and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The front desk was welcoming and I felt calm and at peace from the time I walked in, to the time I left. I will be returning!

Do NOT purchase gift cards from ANY massage envy location. They will just make up dates to expire them even though it LITERALLY says on the gift card that is does not expire. I reached out several times with no resolution. They are thieves. Give your money to businesses who don't steal from you. Also the corporate office is just as bad. Bunch a damn criminals stealing money from people.

Shenika was fabulous. I was extremely stressed out and tense before my session began. She made me feel very comfortable relaxed, and most of all STRESS FREE. I am definitely returning in the near future.

Good experience. Would have received 5 stars but something bit me (insect bit). It happened while I was in the massage room (not sure if it was the bedding or insects inside). Please check the environment ensure it is clean and spray for insects. My massage therapist was amazing!

The staff & David(Masseuse) was simply amazing, he made me Feel very welcomed, comfortable, respected. And as far as the massage, omggg he did amazing, I'm a full time hairstylist and he targeted every area I requested, it was my 1st professional experience and I'll definitely be back
