I stopped in for a manicure and asked for acrylic nails. The man was rude and rushed the job. There was no attention given to my cuticles what so ever. There was barely any shaping done to the nails, the man hardly looked at my hands while he worked. He immediately got the drill, filed down my nails and slapped the tips and acrylic on then put a couple of coats of gel polish on and left me. The whole set looked botched to me. I went back to get them removed a few weeks later because I was in the area. I ended up with the man again and his method left my fingers sore and hurting all day. He clipped the tips off and then pried the rest off my nails by hand. Essentially ripping my nails off and then he was done, that was it. I will never ever go back to this salon.

They got me in right away for a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was pretty quick with no attention to actually trimming and shaping. The hot wax was only on for a minute. Absolutely NO cuticle oil used for either service. The manicure was super fast. No attention to my cuticles at all. Another customer came in needing fake nail and I was handed off to a teenage girl to finish. The polish was bumpy and did not cover the whole nail. I was looking for a place to frequent since I just relocated my office to Kennett but I am very disappointed with this place. I will never step foot in this place again.

I am very happy with my experience at Diva Nails today and will definitely be going back and recommending them to all my friends. They did a fantastic job on my nails and toenails and were very nice. Not rude at all like the salon across the road. So glad I stopped in.

I recently went down to Hayti, MO to visit my daughter. We decided to have a girls day and have a manicure and pedicure. Diva Nails in Kennett MO did not disappoint. Their staff was absolutely wonderful, they accommodated all our needs. Their selection of pedicures was phenomenal! I’ve never been to a nail salon better and that’s saying a lot bc I am never without nails! They had hot stone message with the pedicure I picked and it was amazing. I have my festive nails and toes and we had the best time! Every time I visit my daughter we will visit this salon!

I have been going to this place for years with the same nail tech and they ALWAYS do an amazing job! Always nice and yes they do get busy and the wait time can sometimes b long but it’s up to u to wait or not!

I have been in this shop once before about 9 months ago for a full set and gel polish. And the lack of care was astonishing. I went in today because I didn’t have time to go to my regular nail place and was hoping that because all I needed was one nail fixed that I had broken at work and a new polish color so it would match, it wouldn’t be as bad. The new nail doesn’t match the others and after the nail was “shaped” I was handed off to someone else who seemed like painting my nails was too much work and rushed through it. I had gel polish done. My polish is uneven, bumpy and looks like it’s running on the sides. If you want fast nails and don’t care what they look like I recommend this place.

They’re very nice and I go there everytime I need my nails done they always do them so good! Love this place!!!

Absolutely, positively will NEVER walk in that place again. Sat for 45 minutes in the pedicure chair with an empty basin in front of me. He walked over twice, made eye contact both times and looked at the empty basin. Did nothing, said nothing. She walked over once, made eye contact, picked up some polish from beside me, looked at my empty basin, looked at me, said Sorry and then walked off. I put my shoes on and promptly left.

Hours said open till 7pm… walk in at 6 pm for a simple French Mani. Girl working said we close at 7pm and we stop taking customers at 6 pm. There was only 1 customer in getting nails done and she looked to be finishing up with her. All I could do was say ….HUMMMMMM. And walk back out. What’s wrong with people not wanting to work the hours their business states open….. will not ever go back to Diva Nail’s! Rude and not helpful at all.
