Will
and
Randy
run
a
great
shop.
I
was
referred
to
them
several
years
ago
by
the
folks
behind
the
counter
of
the
local
auto
parts
store.
I
keep
cars
for
a
long
time
and
had
issues
finding
a
shop
when
my
go-to
in
Jacksonville
closed
down.
Over
the
past
5-6
years
(maybe
longer?)
I
have
taken
both
of
our
cars
in
for
a
variety
of
repairs
and
have
been
100%
satisfied
with
the
services
rendered.
One
repair
was
quoted
3K
by
another
shop
in
town
to
fix....
took
it
to
Auto
Pros
and
it
ended
up
be
roughly
under
300.00
to
repair
and
the
issue
never
repeated
itself.
Secondly,
the
dealership
told
me
I
needed
a
new
transmission
in
my
Honda
due
to
a
shutter
I
was
experiencing;
Will
and
Randy
suggested
some
flushing
and
a
few
extra
maintenance
items
which
fixed
my
issue
completely
(
and
presented
a
plan
to
prevent
it
in
the
future.)
Recently...
I
showed
up
completely
unannounced
with
a
dreaded
transmission
issue
in
my
16
yr/old's
(new
to
us)
car....
walked
in,
they
knew
my
name
and
worked
my
kid's
car
in.
Thankfully,
it
was
an
easy
fix
and
they
took
care
of
it
for
a
VERY
fair
price.
I
have
no
complaints
here....
Great
team
and
crew.
Sometimes
things
take
longer
or
cost
more
than
expected
(yes,
had
that
happen
to
me
her
at
too)
but
I
have
never
felt
it
was
unfair
or
unearned.
If
you're
looking
for
a
shop
to
keep
your
vehicles
rolling...
I
highly
recommend
Auto
Pros.
