Ok! So I'm going to complain a little. First, please let me say, I personally love this Walmart. It does stay well in stock with my favorites. Nice employees, if you can find one that's not hugging their register, or the group of managers that stay together in packs up front in the store. Anytime I'm in any of the isles or departments, aside from deli and electronics, I can never find any help. I go all the way to the front where all employees are congregated and when I ask about the location of an item, none of the cashiers seem to know anything about products or where to find them or who to call to help. I understand you're going to run into employees with this issue. However, it's all of them. This is a problem because, for me, it's also every time. I would like to encourage the team at walmart to also consider not only getting these employees some training on this or it least teaching them how to tell a customer, "I have no idea." Because that's all they say. They dont even try, and im not sure if they know any different. Managers also please understand, as frustrating as it is for customers to deal with this, it has to leave these cashiers feeling a bit inadequate. Sorry about my rant, I just feel like a store that has so much money and every teaching tool possible and for one that is so big on customer service, it would be great to actually get some customer service, not just open the store and accept my payment.

This Wal-Mart store is usually well-stocked, clean, and most items are easy to find. I was very pleased with their selection of small Christmas trees, I needed one for my bedroom and I found the perfect size prelit tree. They also had plenty of ornaments of all sizes and colors, they were very affordable. I'm very happy with the Christmas decorations I found at this store. I stop here frequently for groceries, they always have the items I'm looking for and the staff is typically helpful. The location is pretty convenient, right off of the freeway in a shopping center. The traffic is terrible in this area, but that isn't the company's fault. I'll continue shopping here, and I'll update my review if anything changes.

Worst Auto Dept. experience ever. A young female associate so poorly trained verbally accosted me and then slandered me to her manager. I went in to buy a battery. So simple. So awful. I have no illusions that proper reprimand and proper corrective training will take place. No one should be treated the way I was. Ever. BTW, I'm a tough old guy that has trained many managers in proper customer relations. They

We were really happy to see several actual staffed check-out lanes!!! That was very pleasant surprise. We do not like using self-check lanes. We also found what we needed. Better than average visit to Walmart, keep it up!!!

Who doesn’t know Walmart is has almost everything! Clean stores and relatively fast check out… a fair return policy and good prices. Today, I found out the prices on several things in Walmart are less than Sam’s club! Go figure that one out, huh? And I paid for a membership? Yeah, I did…

Had a better selection that some of the neighboring towns, and a larger building. Isles were spaced out better, and it felt less crowded than other typical shopping centers.

I've shopped at Wal-Marts across the country for my entire life, and I can honestly say I've never been more disappointed in a Wal-Mart. I was with my 8 year old son getting just a few items. This was supposed to be a quick necessities trip rather than the usual expensive trip for our family of four. I recently signed up for Wal-Mart Plus, and when we have to have things ASAP, we just go in store. I used the "scan and go" that a Wal-Mart employee actually showed me how to use. We weren't even in the store 15-20 minutes. Our trip was cut short because my son said he needed to go to the bathroom, and he needed to go right now. I scanned my pass, paid, and we went directly to the bathroom in front of the store. He/we were in the bathroom for several minutes. We were leaving out the marketside where we'd parked and were accosted by a male and a female claiming to be from asset forfeiture or something to that effect. I showed them my receipt and the items in my shopping bags. I am still in shock that after shopping in Wal-Marts for 40 years, I am being accused of stealing. I thought that if I showed them my receipt and the items, I would get an apology. Oh no, not these two. They couldn't stand to be wrong. The woman said, "What about that bag?" referring to my purse. At this point, I am starting to get upset because my son is getting upset. He's scared, and all he hears is the woman say she's going to call the cops on me. I said for what, I didn't take anything, I SAID WHAT AM I BEING ACCUSED OF?!?!?! I began opening my purse and showing her all the contents of my purse. I said, "This is all my stuff, most of which you can't even buy at a Wal-Mart. The woman would not even look in my purse. I showed her again and again and said "LOOK there's nothing in here that's not supposed to be." What am I being accused of, I have a right to know. She said, "You know what you did, if it happens again, I'm calling the police," I said what, I didn't take anything. Are you kidding me? You have lost your mind. You can not even tell me what you are accusing me of, and you're going to call the police on me. I thank God that my son was there because had he not been, things would have gone very differently. I would have called the police myself filed a harassment complaint against this woman or whatever right I have in this situation. You were rude, embarrassed me, upset my child, and you couldn't tell me WHY nor apologize that you were wrong when I showed you my receipt, the contents of my bags, including my purse, proving your accusations were wrong and malicious. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, nor have I ever been accused of stealing. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with Cabot Wal-Mart Super Center. I will never spend another dollar in your store. If you continue to treat people this way, no one else will either! Kroger is right down the road.

I get that a lot of people steal from Walmart so they have to take precautions, but I spend a lot of money at Walmart hell sometimes I feel like I should just go give them my check and say let me have an alouance. I say that to say this... When I have to check myself out bag my things up take it to my car and unload it to bring it home and go thru the process in reverse, and I DO NOT steal and I'm being watched like I'm John Dillinger it really pisses me off. They need to figure out a different approach on that bc I've about lost my cool more then once!

1 in 7 Walmart employees receive public assistance because they are not paid enough by one of the largest corporations in the country. Do better.

While I was in self checkout purchasing a Hunting knive the register stopped and a very young strange looking girl (Wal Mart associate) came running over to card me for purchasing this knife... although I have purchased many from other locations I've never been carded like i was buying cigarettes so this was all new to me....The young girl made the transaction much worse by trying to give me a speech on her democratic views as of why I was being carded....I'm 51 not 6 if I wanted her democratic views I would have asked her for it .. she was in my ear which was super rude.... I can assure you if this ever happens again I'm letting all hell break loose .. I'll teach her some manners if I ever see her again..
