Worst service ever. This shop was a total disaster. Things were tossed around and looked like a tornado had been through the store. And to top it all off the staff were some of the rudest people I have met, they were sexist, the service was slow, and they were generally unhelpful.

The service here w the workers is honestly mid at best and the store is *not* handicapped accessible regardless of what may be said. There were also clothes and stuffed animals all over the floors and the aisles were crammed in general.

Shop here once or twice a year. Folks are friendly, place is clean and they always have sum cool for the moment. Great team.

Such a cute store! A lot of cards are so pretty! Also they have a cute decorations. If looking for some cards, definitely you can find in this store!

Every single time I go there, I get followed around as if they think that I am going to steal something. Today this lady asked if she could help me, no thanks. Then, she came around the corner and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. Then, as I was getting ready to go pay, she said can I put that up here for you?. I said no, I am done. Paid and left, doubtful I will be going back after today. I hate people following me around!! 🤬🤬

I debated putting this review but thought it would be best to share my experience. Just moved to cabot from a different state/city that didn't have a hallmark, so I was excited to see it when I went to the ups store. I would always go to hallmark stores with my grandma and mom growing up and enjoy the little knick nacks. As soon as I walked into this store, the lady at the register looked at me, then didn't even say welcome or anything but they did to the woman who walked in right behind me, that should have been the sign to turn around and never come back. The other woman who was supposed to be working kept watching me while she was gossiping with her friend like I was going to steal. Nearly forty here, without a purse on me, just wore my leather jacket that wasn't loose. If you're going to treat people like some dirty, scraggly teenage thief, have enough intelligence to know if I did steal something you'd be able to tell very easily. After that, they were being catty since I was getting my own coffee beans. There's not a sign saying the employees have to be the ones to do it. I was also using the scoop provided, not my hands. Coming from a city with over a million people and saying these females were nasty with no concept of politeness or customer service really shows how bad they were if the review wasn't enough. Total age discrimination, treat anyone who isn't 55+ like total garbage and thieves is the sure way to make people want to spend money at your store. I will NEVER go here again or give them even a penny of my money.

I love June’s Hallmark Stores. I can always find the perfect gift for someone who’s got everything or if I just want to treat myself. Everyone is always so helpful & friendly. Yes, I love June’s Hallmark. It’s just like Ms. June.
