I was having some customer service issues with my usual tanning salon and I called this place to inquire about pricing since I was looking to switch salons. Not only are their hours better, but Donna and Rachael were beyond accommodating! They have many options for memberships and services so there’s something for everyone. It was very clean and cute and they definitely know what they’re doing. She even gave me a free tan! I much appreciate their customer service and kind personalities. Thank you so much for making my day. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been coming there for at least 4-5 years ,,let membership run out . So I come and do single visit stand up,,it's $24 for only 8 minutes,,was told by owner ,its law .so I gave it a try ,,didn't even get hot in there,,,would never know I went tanning.. very weak and too expensive,,, down the street is Soles tanning ,,,$13.00 for 12 minutes,,,that's my place now . I know everything is more expensive less detail but come on shop owners,,, we the people are going through the same so I got to go where I'm getting my best for my money

I came here for the FITBOMB (the sauna where you can bike and work out in) and it's amazing, you get your sweat on in 30 minutes - so it's perfect for a busy schedule. The girls there are so friendly and sweet, which makes it even better. They have so many great services to choose from and memberships. 10/10 recommend! So happy I found this spa!

Donna is hands down the best in the business here in Jacksonville. Her 10 years experience shows each time I come in to get sprayed. Her professionalism along with her hospitality are unmatched. I recommend this to anyone who has never had an airbrush before and wants someone who will give them perfect results. Diana up front was so kind and Madi watched my baby for me as I got sprayed. The customer service they offer goes above and beyond. Thank you for everything and I will forever be coming here and recommending this business to anyone who will listen to me brag about my beautiful tanned skin!!

This establishment is a sheer gem of the beach. When I first drove by I thought it was just tanning- FOR YEARS! I eventually used the Groupon, the infrared sauna is great but that day I joined their $149 a month Club. 3 holistic sessions a day and tanning. Boom. Life changing. Donna is an exemplary business owner, you can tell how well her staff is taken care of the minute you enter the door. The phone never rings more than once, they are all smiles, happy to help and very knowledgeable on equipment. Yesterday I saw no less than 5 new treatments/beds upgraded and all the light bulbs were being changed. She cares for her staff the same way she cares for her business which shows she absolutely cares for her clients. The hydration station leaves my skin so soft, red light therapy boosts my mood and I swear it makes my hair grow faster. This is a literal gem at 14th and 3rd. I’ve been a member for a year and I can’t imagine life without them now.

My tanning experience at Fiji Tan has always been pleasant. Donna is a wonderful owner. She trains her employees well. The Spa is always clean. On one occasion, I left a ring. They quickly called and told me they had it. Honesty is still a good policy at Fiji Tan Sun Salon. All I do is tan, but the salon has added many positive features over the years. You will be satisfied with you tan at Figi.

Donna was amazing! She is very informed on the services and what to do to get the best out of your experience. She made me feel comfortable during my tan while making sure I get the perfect color for me. They have many wonderful services and the spray tanning is amazing. Definitely recommend here for all tanning and wellness services!
