Westside Creek is the absolute BEST place to live this side of the river! I have lived here for 4 years! It truly is a home and a community. The maintenance team has set the bar very high when looking at all the benefits of this community. The maintenance team responds the same day and immediately for true emergencies! Every service order is complete and perfection! I have never waited more than 24 hours for service.

I want to start off by saying overall my experience at Westside Creek was positive. There were a few incidents that were concerning but the positives outweighed the negatives. Felicia in the office is fabulous and in my opinion should be promoted to whatever position you have Elizabeth in. My experiences with Elizabeth have been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The maintenance staff were always amazing to work with and I appreciated them very much. I would like to leave feedback that is specific to Elizabeth and her lack of professionalism, so if someone is interested in contacting me directly, you have access to my contact information and can call me for that feedback. I feel the feedback is necessary and your tenants deserve better than she is providing.

My encounter with Ms. Felicia at Westside was truly rejuvenating. She provided invaluable assistance in finding an apartment that perfectly suited my son and me. Her delightful attitude made us feel warmly welcomed to our new home.

I needed to move fairly quickly and I was pretty overwhelmed about the prospect of finding an affordable, safe and well maintained apartment complex. I hadn’t lived in apartments for over 30 years, so it was a lot to sift through. Aashya and Ms. Felicia in the office, went above and beyond in assisting me in the application process. I LOVE this property. It is kept very clean, the grounds and pools are exceptionally well maintained. The fitness center, while a little small, is very well equipped and does the job And the very best, it is quiet in the complex. The best proof of how well this property is run was the swift attention to repair requests. The dryer went out on a Saturday and that next Monday they had it repaired. Then the AC went out, and it was repaired the same day! Big shout out to Ms Felicia and Aashya and the entire crew that does such a great job with this property. It’s a great place to come home to.

Aashya was very helpful in getting us into our new home. She kept a great stream of communication and answered questions and concerns very promptly. New tenants but she made us very excited to move in.

Mrs Felicia is incredible!!! So patient and helpful!!! I’m so excited to be moving into a place managed by someone so dedicated.

I really love living here for two years. Ms Felicia help my moving in experience easy and fast no complaints. Maintenance always fix things quickly when needed. Ms Lindsey & Ms Naya made my vacate process stress free. Just want to thank y’all for everything and I will miss my used to be home.
