I usually get stuff from Amazon, and sometimes i am not home to get package, i go to UPS My Choice and have it hold at THIS UPS store and pick up for FREE. Well, this time, i went ahead and had package deliver to the store. After having a conversation with the clerk, she said something about "not having Access Point label on the package/her computer" and i have to pay $5.45 for pickup fee?! I already paid $23 for 2-days shipping and now this? So i save driver time/effort by coming down the store and this is what i get?

The lady there over charges for everything. I was in the and an elderly couple wanted to mail a picture to thier son and she told them 120 dollars. I was shocked. I went in there with a large air purifier and paid 68.00. Went back foe a second time to mail off an item that was long. 99 inches she measured it at 103 so she could charge me a big package fee. I will never go back to this store ever again and I mail off a lot.😒 I'd give zero stars but it want allow me too

Fast, Friendly, and Helpful staff that strive to inform and assist anyone who walks in. Packing sounds expensive, but it's guaranteed, insured, and usually saves my free time from being spent packing something (and packing it wrong probably). The owner Helen is smart and capable of solving almost any issue that can arise in the services they provide. She's usually there on weekdays from 11:00-2:00 and 4:30-6:30 and she is the store's only current notary for now. If you need to print something from an email here it will cost you a $5 computer use fee, and then it varies based on what you are printing, and while that sounded to be a bit much at first, it seems they have to print one or two pieces of paper so often that the store loses a lot of time to just that, and you're really just paying for all the work whichever employee is helping you could be doing. All in all, it's a functional, clean, useful store that does everything it needs to!

If incould give 10 stars I would. So sweet and helpful. I never have packing tape. They always help and tape me up. It's unusual for a place to be this kind in this day and age.

Very Slow, didn’t complete correctly and Overpriced!!! Called the store to see if they could print and bind a one sided color document for me that was needed at the moment for a meeting. They said they were not busy and could, so I went to the store. No other customers in the store when I arrived. I explained what I needed and they began working. 9 color pages printed on 32 pound paper, one sided from a .pdf document and top spiral bound. Simple and straight forward for a print shop… except It took them over an hour to complete this one simple job, they left off the front and back cover which at that point I had no time for them to redo and add these and the cost was $30 for this 1 9 page one-sided color print job, top bound that should have been a 10minute or less job and half that price!

Always friendly, quick and so helpful. I have used them for notary and Amazon returns as well as shipping personal item and they are reasonable in price.

This is the last resort UPS drop off location for me and it’s closest to my house.

This is a great store! They care about the customers packages that they ship and the printing services are the best of quality! I highly recommend this store for all your shipping and printing!
