Absolutely loved my time there! Jennifer and Martina made my night. 100% loved the care and devotion.

These people who book are the worst. I paid for a VIP membership (which I can't seem to get good use of) and the last TWO times I have booked...with SPECIFIC students, it has not been honored. I get all the way to NLR just to be told my stylists are not even in the building that day. When I call and book, I state loud and clear who I want to service me and am told they ARE available and WILL be in that day. I'm getting so tired of that. I left work early (in vain) the first time. Both occasions have been an inconvenience as I am/was preparing for a trip. Oh and today my appt was 9:30, it was after 10:00 when the young lady (NOT who I requested )came prancing from the back. For the record, I have natural hair so YES IT DOES matter who I let in my head. No one is about to experiment in my locs who does not know anything about natural hair. Timothy was apologetic, but it's not his fault the incompetent lady who booked the appt. LIED!! I have referred several people here and I regret it and won't be sending anyone else their way. Y'all need to get it together.

Ricknisha is my haircare giver and I meant what I said! very hard worker dedicated,sweet, understanding, genuine person. Young but driven to master hair care as she did! She has awesome customer service skills. Her goal WAS ALWAYS making you happy with your style. I love Ricknisha we bonded! Most important about her she LOVES TAKING CARE OF HAIR AND IT SHOWS!!! Five Stars for me!!!!

The meticulous attention to detail and precision she demonstrated during the entire process was incredibly impressive. Her expertise in retwisting my dreads was nothing short of exceptional. The care and precision she dedicated to this task left my dreads looking and feeling truly incredible. I'm not just satisfied; I'm overjoyed with the results. I'm deeply appreciative of Ketha's remarkable skill and unwavering dedication to her craft.

Katelyn Jones gave me a great haircut with face framing! She was so friendly and made sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it! I will book another appointment with her!!

This is the most fabulous find in the central AR area!! My goal is to try every service and I’ve had a number of them!! I’m ecstatic with all services!! I love all the people who have done my hair, but can say that I really connected with Avery. She stays booked, so I am happy to have whomever is available. Leah has been the one person who seems so happy and professional with her abilities!! I’m extremely pleased with her doing my hair!! She’s going to also do nails and waxing today. I can’t wait to see the outcome, I’m sure it will be better than any mail salon I’ve ever been!!

They have a mobile website that allows appointment scheduling but it seems that the is a error that prevents me from actually choosing a service. I took it upon myself to give the school a call to see if I could schedule somebody and no matter what time I called: I was not picked up in the morning, afternoon or near their closing times. My last resort was visiting the school to see if I could talk with them about their troublesome website and the frustration of not being picked up by a phone and a lady with red hair was able to take my information in regards to my concerns. She told me she would have their front desk receptionist give me a call to schedule a service with them and lo and behold after days past I was not called as requested. How that school stays in business is beyond me.
