Aileen, customer service, needs some help. Very rude. Wasn't even waiting on us but felt the need to insert herself into our transaction - instead of helping her own customer! Ended up in a screaming match. Over a simple double scan. Wow. Thanks to Ella for her help. Management probably knows she's a problem already based on how often she felt the need to ask us if we wanted to speak to a manager, but maybe talk to Aileen about her attitude. Let her know that customer service is supposed to help customers 🤣 she's a mess, and thinks it's okay to talk about customers before they even leave the store.

Store was organized, tons of choices in most categories. Large store, big variety of food and clothing and accessories.

From live oak and I Went to lake city looking for a specific crib mattress. The lady that was in the baby section was very helpful. Even though they did not have any out she went and pulled an entire pallet from the back so I could get one. There was also a guy pricing baby clothes who was very nice and kept me updated while I waited for her to come back. Appreciate the hard work and how nice the 2 where. ☺

The curbside pick-up process at this location is despicable. I checked in online. (Car spot, car type, car color, etc.) And I waited. 45 minutes before an associate even came to check on me. (And this isnt the first time something like this has happened to me at this location either.) Finally, a person by the name of John, who claimed to be a manager, walked up to my vehicle and asked me what I was waiting for. I showed him my phone with my order and that I had already checked in, and he said, "Oh well. Must've been a miscommunication. It happens." I explained what a HUGE inconvenience it was to keep me waiting and how upset I was that no one came by to even check on me while they were helping other customers with their orders, Right Next To My Vehicle!, mind you. He apologized but lied to me when he said that employees at Walmart don't have a badge number when, in fact, they do. (It's called a WIN#, or Wal-Mart Identification Number.) And let me not even go into how the staff and management behave inside this facility either. You ask employees for help, and they tell you thats not their department or the typical "I dont know" answer and dont even try to help you, The Customer. It's a disgrace! Running a big business in a small town is already difficult enough as it is because of the culture of people within it. And unless you fix and correct the root of the problem here at this location, your business will continue to suffer. I Do Not recommend this Wal-Mart location.

I don’t recommend pickup for the Walmart a mother of two kids I thought this would be quick but Hell No ! I could’ve done this myself with or without my kids . I waited for a pick up for my friend and it took them 45 minutes! This is ridiculous. There is a reason why it’s called pick up so you can pick up your order not just wait countless minutes. If you’re a busy parent i highly don’t recommend this !

Wow ... what i nice Walmart. I finished my EBT balance here on my drive out of state because I was moving to Utah. I just didn't feel right spending the money outside Florida. Crazy, I know. But just how I felt 🤷🏼

Purchased several items from different departments. Most rang up correctly 1 did not so assistance was needed. He came quickly and made the price right. Very nice and Friendly worker.

The store itself is OK ! My issue is with the online information pertaining to the opening of departments ! I went online to see what time the money center would open and it said 6am. Well when I arrived at that time I was told that they would not open until 8am. When I told the young lady what the online information said she said that they had already tried to get that changed but was having no luck with getting that fixed ! So now I am back for the 2nd time having to use extra time and gas ! It would be nice to get this fixed . Thanks !
