Kimberly Stephens really listens to you. You aren't treated like just another number and pushed through. She listens and helps you form a plan to deal with whatever issue you're having. She is so kind, and she has a fun personality. It's really nice to have a doctor that is pleasant AND gets stuff done!

Even though we were there for almost 3 hours, it wasn’t their fault as I never went to the back of the building for testing first and when we saw the doctor, SHE WAS AMAZING!!! The nurse was SO SWEET and compassionate about the mess up. I love this office and won’t ever change doctors!!! They truly care about their patients and gave easy to understand diagnosis and instructions. I highly recommend this facility!!!

If you’re sick this is not a facility I would recommend. They will make you go outback for test, test comes back negative and they still won’t see you in if you have any symptoms after making you set in your car for an hour. Charging your insurance for nothing. Then they say go to the hospital. Then the hospital will tell you to go to your primary care. What a joke!

Front office staff is always polite and ready to help. I wish I remembered her name for my provider spent her time with me. I felt like she was really listening. Came up with a great plan of care.

If your looking for a very poor establishment to attend then look no further. The office staff is lacking competence big time. They cant explain anything to you without getting someone else on the phone to help them explain it. Especially when it comes to insurance. I went to establish care with a PCP and I decided to leave because of the chaos running my insurance caused. These people are unethical and disrespectful.

I made an appointment to be seen because I am sick. They made me wait in my car while they came out and tested me. Not once did I see or talk to the doctor and they did not check temperature or vitals. So I paid for a doctor's visit I didn't actually get. If they don't want to see sick patients in their office they should choose a different career path

I've been going here for yrs Dr's change but never have had a problem cause each one has listened and treated my concerns without me feeling like I have to repeat myself over n over again. Dr.M is blunt n to the point which I like but it can b hard for some to take he doesn't sugar coat things so his bedside can seem harsh for some but he just wants u to get better. The other Dr's r more many others cup of tea great bedside manners but they all want the same thing for u to b better. Won't change my mind of where to go they always make me feel better. The best part is they do walk ins n appts ur wait can b long at times but that's because they really do care n try hard to take their time but b quick when very busy.

The staff was really friendly, got me in and out really fast. The doctor sat down and explained everything to me. It was very informative. He went above and beyond.
