This is a great service for many of us. The only complaint I have is there’s nothing to complain about. I love all the women who work for Dr. Richardson, and I appreciate his work too. ;-) Honestly, if you find yourself in a need for partials or dentures, come here!!

Don't waste your money. Bought what I was supposed to be easy snap on denture, but I got one I could not wear for even two hours because of the pinching edges of the denture. I have made to date about three or four trips to get it fixed but they failed to properly fix the issue 😒. I am extremely disappointed since I spent over $1200 on a denture I can't wear. My advice to anyone thinking of getting one, do a thorough research before deciding to buy it. It could be the manufacturer but either way, don't bother.

I really liked Dr Richardson. Loved that they were playing klove and he prayed for me before he started. The wait was long but expected for the price you really can't beat it. I would have loved some gas during the procedure but that's about it.

I’m very happy with the service at Affordable Dentures and Implants of Conway. The staff are friendly and professional even being as extremely busy as they are! Very professional and helpful! I will be getting my teeth in a few days and I am excited!

They are wonderful and they really care. Their work is so good and definitely affordable,and my teeth are beautiful and comfortable and I can't stop smiling

Dr is great! Front desk staff not so much, well one Lady in particular. Lady in front desk is RUDE ! Partials are poor quality and they don't even take their time making the right fit for you. They just worried about taking peoples money. Not concerned in producing quality work.

All has gone well so far. No procedure yet, but because "they" did all they can through finances departments, I will be scheduling my appointment. ASAP. Dr. Richardson is the first Dentist that showed me where all my problems were in my mouth. I'm feeling very comfortable with them.

I had lost some teeth out of my dentures that I got in 2019, and the sataff and Dr Richardson were so friendly and understanding. I have social anxiety and they really put me at ease. Will definitely recommend!

I waited to review this place until I had done all 3 of my visits for a new top plate. Every single visit the receptionist comes off rude and like she hates her job. My 1st visit was horrible all the way around except for when visiting with the dentist he is friendly and welcoming, I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and then was taken back to a chair sat another 30 to 45 minutes before over hearing the woman that took my impressions ask the girl that seated me if she could just go home right before she walks in the room not saying a word and shoves the impression mold in my mouth hard pinching the inside of my mouth in between the mold. I told her it hurt she just pushed harder. She goes out gets the top mold comes in dose the same thing only this time pinching the inside of the top lip in the mold, I didn't bother to tell her it hurt since the 1st time it didn't make a difference. Had a sore mouth for 3 days after that visit. 2nd visit was my favorite even tho the receptionist was still rude, the girl that took me back was extremely friendly and so was the dentist. Took me about 10 minutes and I was out the door. 3rd visit same rude receptionist, I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time before being taken back then another 30 minutes for my teeth to brought in, I spoke with the dentist they smoothed a spot and I was able to leave. The girl that seated me was nice and the dentist was friendly like usual. I think the dentist is very friendly and welcoming along with the girl that seated me for my 2nd visit but the receptionist is never friendly or welcoming and seems to hate her job in general along with the girl that took the impressions. Saying hi would be nice before you shove your whole hand in someone's mouth. I also would have appreciated being given something to clean up the mess you left on my face and in my mouth. When somone tells you something hurts maybe act like you care... based on my experiences I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be choosing a diffrent place for the future.
