I
recently
discovered
Seasons
52
and
have
been
twice
now
for
lunch.
I
had
initially
shied
away
from
this
restaurant
based
on
what
a
friend
told
me.
He
said
the
food
was
good
but
I
would
probably
leave
hungry
because
the
portion
sizes
were
so
small.
I
wish
I
had
tried
Seasons
52
sooner
to
make
my
own
judgment!
I
have
found
that
the
portions,
at
least
at
lunch,
are
generally
smaller
than
what
you
get
at
a
lot
of
restaurants,
but
I
also
didn't
leave
unsatisfied.
On
the
contrary,
I
like
it
because
I
don't
feel
like
I
eat
too
much,
and
I
can
also
indulge
in
richer
dishes
that
might
otherwise
be
just
way
too
much
food
or
too
many
calories.
It
also
leaves
room
for
one
of
their
excellent
desserts!
For
instance,
on
my
latest
visit,
I
had
the
shrimp
and
grits
which
had
around
500
calories
according
to
the
menu.
I
find
this
is
usually
a
pretty
rich
dish
at
other
restaurants,
but
it
was
delicious
and
a
nice
portion
size
that
didn't
leave
me
feeling
like
I
had
overindulged.
I
was
struggling
to
choose
between
this
dish
or
the
cedar
plank
grilled
salmon
but
went
with
the
shrimp
and
grits
largely
at
the
recommendation
of
my
server
as
he
thought
it
would
be
a
good
dish
for
the
cold
weather
that
day
(and
it
was!).
The
desserts
at
Seasons
52
are
equally
as
guilt
free
in
terms
of
their
size;
they
are
all
mini
desserts
that
come
in
glasses
not
much
bigger
than
a
shot
glass.
There
is
a
good
selection
of
them
as
well;
I
believe
there
were
seven
when
I
was
there
including
a
pumpkin
one
which
I
had
that
was
delicious.
It
was
pumpkin
pudding
layered
with
spice
cake.
Seasons
52
has
some
seasonal
items
as
well.
I
haven't
eaten
there
enough
yet
to
know
how
many
of
these
there
are
or
how
often
they
change.
The
winter
items
were
about
to
expire
according
to
my
server
which
I
believe
included
the
pumpkin
dessert.
The
one
item
that
could
have
been
better
was
the
iced
tea
-
it
was
pretty
watered
down
and
I
prefer
a
stronger
tea.
There
is
a
small
lunch
menu
that
has
some
items
at
reduced
prices,
or
you
can
order
off
of
the
regular
menu.
There
is
also
an
extensive
wine
selection.
The
atmosphere
of
the
restaurant
is
inviting
and
has
a
more
upscale
feel
than
a
lot
of
restaurants,
especially
for
lunch.
The
kitchen
and
grill
area
are
more
of
an
open
concept
so
you
can
see
some
of
the
kitchen
activity.
My
second
visit
was
quiet
and
relaxing;
my
first
one
was
disrupted
by
a
child
that
would
not
stop
crying,
and
the
parents
obviously
had
no
interest
in
stopping
their
lunch
to
take
him
outside
until
he
calmed
down
(which
was
done
at
the
expense
of
the
other
patrons
of
course).
I
don't
fault
the
restaurant
for
that,
but
it's
not
the
kind
of
thing
I
would
expect
to
see
at
a
restaurant
like
this
just
because
it
doesn't
seem
like
the
type
of
restaurant
that
caters
to
children
or
young
families
(I
don't
recall
seeing
a
children's
menu
for
instance).
I
have
enjoyed
both
meals
there
and
wouldn't
hesitate
to
recommend
it
to
others.
