Good service. Nice menu. Not good food. Shrimp and chicken, dry. Greens were old. Rice came out of a bag. Like a fast food restaurant minus the counter service. I’d place this with all the rest, applebees, ruby Tuesday, chilies etc… The menu will appeal to most, but you’ll be disappointed what gets served to you. Not recommended at all. All locations are pretty much the same.

Our pool group goes out for a luncheon once a month and we chose Miller's. Plenty of parking is a plus for our group of 11. I had the Meatloaf and while good could have been better so 4 ⭐. Others in our group had 4 Cheese Flat Bread plus salad, Southwest Chicken salad and Chicken BLT all 5 ⭐. Service was fantastic and we will surely love to return.

The only problem here is consistency. Staff is awesome but brought down by heavy handed corporate management. You can get a great meal one night and awful the next. Good luck!

This must have been the worse experiences at a Millers Ale House I’ve ever had. I requested a filet mignon (medium )from the new menu because why not. They serve me a cut that it was completely different and it was more than well done. The server in her attempt to help just when ahead and called what seem to be the manager on shift. Sadly he doesn’t seem to know that you should NEVER touch customers food with your bare hands if your intentions is to leave the food behind for the customer to eat it. They don’t seem to have “runners” to take the food to the tables as I’ve seen it on other locations. So keep in mind your food will sit at the window getting cold until your server haves the opportunity to get it and bring it to you. The Team work at this location seen like it needs improved. And the manager needs training on food management and how to help his team properly. Multiple times he was seen staring at the food that was ready to go to the tables rather that just taking it to the customers and helping his employees . I would not be going back to this location .

Food was great. Fun atmosphere. You have to try the Prime Burger. Its the best burger in Jacksonville. The Zingers are fantastic too.

All of the Millers Ale House locations are fantastic and these are Southside, Deerwood Park, Arlington and Beech Boulevard which I call Jacksonville Beach. I've been to all four and this location is easily the busiest but that being said, the service is spectacular. This location also has an outside bar which I tried for the first time, it's clearly a different experience than simply "eating inside." 🥗 Update: Continued excellence. They're actually opening earlier to accommodate the Jaguars playing in London. 🏟️

The parking lot was packed but we had no wait to get seated. The staff was friendly and food delicious.. I ordered the Prime Burger and son ordered the mountain melt on both were delicious!

My husband and I have gotten take out from here before, but this was our first experience in house. It was busy but not slammed. Our waitress, Michelle, was phenomenal! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different menu items. We loved the atmosphere and the entertainment (they had college football on the televisions). We will most definitely come back!

So I will say I came to this location with coworkers to see if I could have a better experience from the one I had at the Avenues location. I hear a lot of my coworkers and friends talk about this location and they go here for happy hour often-- so here we go. We dined at lunch and they were rather busy. The waitress was running ragged but she was very attentive. The food was good we all had burgers and they were good to perfection (exactly the way we ordered) kudos to the back of house. Even though our waitress was busy she kept our glasses full and we left satisfied. Night and day from my previous experience at the other location. We had a really good time and had great laughs and made memories.

First time eating here and it was good. I had the sirloin steak, medium, and it came out perfect. It was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The only complaint I have was Tito's strawberry lemonade. It was weak, like not sure if there was vodka in the drink kind of weak. Other than that everything was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely go back.

Delicious and fresh meal - we had a pick up order. We placed it on-line and used the pick up area. Our order was complete and hot. It was ready to the minute it was scheduled. The parking lot was busy. The access to this location was a bit challenging but worth the meal. We ordered appetizers, Adult and kids meals.

I am somewhat disappointed in Millers Ale house. Got 2 of the Shrimp and sirloin meals, those were good, steaks came a little cold but were good. We also got a cheeseburger and that was disgusting. Asked for medium rare but got almost raw! We realized it after we were handed the check so we couldn’t say anything. I will i upload a picture of what it looks like. Only giving two stars for the service.

I love this location the staff is super sweet, and today we got served by Bella if I recall; she deserves a raise. She was super sweet and checked on us quite a bit. She was kind and she had a very pretty smile/looked put together. Sometimes it can be slow, but nothing major.

Came here for a quick lunch break. Craving for some dry rub wings, and they have a house dry rub called Chili lime Dry Rub. Let me tell you. On point. Kudos to the cook and to whomever marinated them. Rubby dub dub... You better go get you some. Delicious! Also boo bear got their Cobb salad. It's fresh and delightful. Everything you need in a salad. Enough to fill you up and take home for leftovers. Have them bring it out with dressing on the side so you can have just as good leftovers later. All in all, everything was great. Service was just as great. It was a Five Star visit ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This restaurant never disappoints. The diverse menu gives so many options. I went with the Mimi's shrimp and chicken Fiesta Bowl. A generous amount of protein, the rice was cooked perfectly, the pickled onion gave a terrific counter point and the sauce was tangy. The service was terrific.

Horrible service from our waitress. At 4pm, the waitress took our drink order and food order at the same time. Told us her name and if we needed here just ask or stop her as she would be back. 15 minutes later, no Iced Teas. My wife is a diabetic and started feeling weak. I went to the bartender and requested 1 Iced Tea which she promptly brought to our table in 2 minutes. The same bartender brought the food to our table after 30 minutes. The bartender recognized we had no silverware and brought it to the table. We ordered 2 appetizers and a meal with 2 sides. One appetizer was not delivered, and one side was missing. Waitress came by after 40 minutes to ask about our food - first time I had seen her since ordering. By this time our drinks were empty. I notified the manager and paid my bill. He was willing to comp the meal which I declined. The bartender was going out of her way to cover for the waitress which was appreciated. The food we did receive was cooked fine.

One of my favorite places to get nachos from, me and my mother go here occasionally and the atmosphere is always so welcoming and friendly! I recommend the nachos.

Service was good and food was delicious. I'm not sure where they get their sweet thai chili sauce but I think it's the best I've tasted yet. I'm also not sure what sauce they gave me with my onion rings but it was amazing. My ribeye wasn't as tender as I would have liked (I like mine almost pull-apart tender like most steakhouses make them), but the flavor was there. It tasted like they use olive oil for the crab? I think I'd have preferred butter tbh, dipping it in the oil just made it taste weird. I used whatever sauce they gave me with my onion rings with the crab and it was actually really good. It did take a while for our food to get out, but our drinks came to the table pretty fast so we had some shots and something to sip on while we waited. Spent $140 after a $20 tip.

All around excellent variety of food. Usually places I go, I get one thing and stick to it. Here I have tried a multitude of different menu items and they've all been great! Always have the good games on the TVs. Put go-to place after the kids softball games because we don't finish until late

The veggie burger here is absolutely delicious and the service is with a smile. The only reason I gave the atmosphere three stars is because the seating is incredibly uncomfortable. It's really hard to have a nice dinner on wooden benches. Otherwise a great place to catch up with friends or family.

Amazing place. I’m from Virginia and everytime I go to Florida to visit family I need that ice cream cake. Terence went above and beyond to bring the cake from the kitchen since there was some issues with it defrosting. He was so kind and friendly. He made our day thank you! Give him an extra raise ;) Overall great food and awesome service.

Have eaten at this Alehouse and many on several occasions. The service was phenomenal, I have never written a review on n any site before but went for a birthday dinner and was highly disappointed. The prime rib special that you brought back (which I love) was delicious. However, the baked potato was very dry and burnt. And have you changed the Cajun chicken pasta? We have gotten it for years. It was very dry and overly spicy that you couldn't even taste what you're eating and has been this way the past few times we've went. Won't be ordering it anymore which is very disappointing. Like I said, the servers were fantastic. But we don't go out to eat often and Alehouse is our go to, but I hate to say it, definitely won't be there to often anymore.

We truly enjoyed our visit. Shannon was an awesome server. The was efficient and personable. The grilled salmon dish was delectable and so was the chicken pesto plate. Moving to the area next month. Will definitely return for a visit. I would highly recommend this spot. 😀

Miller's Ale House created a challenge burger for March Madness and you can win a hat if you finish the plate! Luckily, I hadn't eaten anything all day because this burger is a monster with an entire meal, sans dessert, between its buns. My strategy was to eat the apps, zingers and mozzarella sticks, First, and then tackle the burger. I was sluggish for the rest of the day, but this meal was delicious. The marinara and zinger sauce was an interesting combination. Try it, if you dare🤣👍

I’ve been coming here for years and everything has been great, I ordered food by delivery as I was feeling sick and didn’t want to drive. This is serious the smallest amount of net weight chicken tenders I’ve ever seen AND the price went up since the last time I ordered. I understand inflation and food costs but don’t raise the price a few dollars AND super-skimp on the portion size. Anyways, I took all of the chicken tenders and put them next to the ramekins for reference— everything else are the fries (which were good)

Honestly, the food was not worth the money. I paid over $50 with tip. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, Mahi tacos (substituted the side to loaded fries), and the pesto chicken ravioli. The dip was fair, but the chips were very salty. The Mahi tacos lacked flavor and needed more sauce. The ravioli did not taste like chicken or pesto. For $16, it was not worth it! The fries were the best part of the meal. The food looks great, but lacks flavor. The staff was friendly and the service was good.

The ribs were amazing and the TVs were on football. Me and a buddy of mine decided to go out. Watch some football at Ale House as usual. Service was pretty prompt and I can't complain about it. Also, the waiter did a pretty good job of asking us what we needed and getting everything we wanted for us. It was a good night out. I have no complaints with prompt service. Good food, good beers. It is just another corporate ale house restaurant so don't expect anything out of the ordinary. Prices were good that night. Full rack of ribs are on sale for $14.99 and the beers were just under five bucks No five star band. It is just a standard corporate restaurant, but if you're in for a giant sports bar/ family restaurant style place, it'll do it

Was in Jacksonville for a few days and found this place while going to Walmart. Anytime there is Ale House as part of the name, I check it out. Lots of beers on tap, but mostly IPA's. I am ALE fan, not so much on IPA's. Of course, I found an ALE I liked. Now for the food. Lots of choices on the menu, and from talking to patrons at the bar, they said all was good. From salads, sandwiches, pastas, and seafood and steaks, all had good reviews. I decided on trying the crusted parmesan chicken pasta dish. It was excellent, pic shown is half gone. Big serving with good price value. Beers might add to the cost!

A chilled and laid back vibe with plenty of TV's to watch any games you're trying to stay current on. Brittany was our waitress and she was really friendly and attentive to us. The drinks and food were good too. A bit of a wait for a table but it was a busy Saturday night so that was expected.

We decided to take the open seats at the bar. We decided to order drinks simple cocktails and a few peanut butter shots that my wife loves. I believe they are called screwball shots. Anyways if you drink and want something smooth try that. We ordered the wings and they were great and they made sure to put extra sauce so that they aren’t dry. The wings came out fast and were perfect. Great experience. Krissy was our server and she was amazing. She was fast, attentive, with an up beat personality. Truth be told you don’t get that a lot these days she’s a person that clearly loves being there. Hopefully if you’re reading this and looking for the best Ale House to go to then go to the one on Hodges. Hopefully she is working that day and you get to experience what we experienced.
