Food is amazing! Service is a little slow, but worth the wait. The staff was kind, so no complaints from me. I recommend this restaurant!

My current fave is the crabcake appetizer (not the sandwich). The BEST!! The chicken quesadellia appetizer is FANTASTIC. Lots of chicken! Good atmosphere upstairs. Prices very reasonable. Staff is great. Highly recommend.

Amazing dinner! Food was great with unique options. The pumpkin cheesecake is some of the best I’ve had! Absolutely recommend. Tucker was absolutely phenomenal. Great service, will be back!

Had The Burrito, it was awesome, one of the best smothered burritos in Jacksonville. The meatloaf sandwich was good also. Cute upstairs outdoor dining area. The menu is kinda limited. The salsa with the chips and salsa was really good.

Stopped in for a quick togo while visiting downtown and thses tacos are the bomb! They taste so good and are full size tacos 🌮 ! She even threw in a chocolate oatmeal cookie and its now my new favorite cookie 🍪 😋. Definitely will swing by again if in the area.

Amazing location with a small rooftop patio. Burritos are massive and delicious. The spinach con Queso is a must if you’re with a couple friends. The menu is a bit small, which makes it easier to navigate and make a choice, but I feel they have room to expand their selection some.

I truly loved this place. When we first walked in we were greeted by a sweet lady. You could see the kitchen right in front of you which I thought was really cool. We opted to sit upstairs and we were waited on quickly. Our server was great.. attentive and super nice. Food came out quickly and everything was extremely good. We got a cookie to go and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Initial service was a bit slow, but not overly. Most likely miscommunication since we elected to eat outside. The nachos were great. We then had a black bean sandwich, don't judge, for some crazy reason it works. Our other item was a chicken BLT taco, no complaints. Would definitely go back.

Mossfire Grill was in a quaint area of town that left very little room for parking. Enjoyed an early dinner there so the atmosphere was quite subdued. The food was enjoyable, mainly the meatloaf sandwich with fries. The house margarita was well-mixed and worth the cost. However, the server was very pleasant and totally into her job. She performed a myriad of other duties but never slacked on making sure we were taken care of. Nice establishment.

The food and drinks were delicious, but what made this place great was Sydney our waitress. She was very helpful, excited and even changed the channel so we could watch the Georgia vs Kentucky game.

The staff was very accommodating to our gathering for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere is just what you expect from a pub/bar. The menu is your standard Mexican offerings with some nice additions. I only gave it a fair rating because the taco I had was underseasoned.

I just love this place so much!! For crowds of all ages, especially my toddler, he says this is the best chicken place ever. A neighbor staple, they even know your order if you come frequently enough. Which is easy enough because it's so delicious. Tonight, our waitress knew a couples order down to the drink choice. Thank you Mossfire grill for always delivering delicious food and amazing service. This mom appreciates you :)

Our server, Whitney I believe was her name, really was the best. It was one of my first times going out to dinner with my new baby and being a first time mom, I'm so anxious about what that looks like for me now. This place was so perfect. It was delicious, we were able to order some beans for my 7 month old daughter and she was so happy trying her first ever queso! They had high chairs, booster seats, and a nice changing table which is such a big deal because a lot places don't have that. Okay now for the food. It was ridiculously great. Everything tasted really fresh, it all came out at the same time and pretty quickly for a Saturday night. We got four tacos at our table and the beans and rice for the baby and the queso spinach dip. The steak taco was so good (get it 'wrapped') and even the chips they serve are great. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you guys for making me feel like a normal person again for a night and making my sweet baby feel welcome too. It meant more than you know.

The ancho honey glazed salmon is the best in Jax!!! Had it again this evening and between that and the Moss Fire margaritas my night was made! I will not BS you- the ancho salmon is sooo good. My son got his favorite Gouda quesadilla with apple butter and it was excellent as well as the salsa and chips. Great service from the friendly Whitney- thank you! Definitely recommend having dinner at Moss Fire and if you make it for happy hour even better.

Fun place!! Taco Tuesday is a great deal and large portions. Friend had the Crab Cakes which she described as 'out of this world'. Famous for their meatloaf so plan on giving it a try next visit Erica is the bomb server!

The Taco Tuesday deal is great: two tacos of your choice for ten dollars. I highly recommend the chicken taco, it is absolutely delicious... it is on the photo on the left, on the right is the ka-pow (shrimp) taco.

Me and Hubby favorite place to eat. They have the best crab cakes and the service is always on point. Drinks are always good too.

The place was very clean and I enjoyed all of food, I ordered the crab cake appetizer(comes with a salad and topped with sauce and corn) & the fish taco & chicken empanadas with beans(the beans were little bland but once I added a bit salt they were amazing) and I caught the happy hour special from 3pm-7pm and had a $5 margarita which was amazing

Delicious food. You think it'll just be bar food and then you're pleasantly surprised with twists like fried plantain chips, mango habanero salsa and smoked gouda quesadillas with Chipotle apple butter. YUM! We will definitely be back. Service was just a bit slow for it not being too busy inside. But, servers were friendly and kind.

Incredible food! They have wonderful homemade desserts and their homemade salsa is very good. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and it was fantastic. I’ve sat upstairs once and I find that the service takes longer because it’s more popular and crowded and the waitress also makes drinks behind the bar. So if you are want to be faster sit downstairs. Either way the food is really good and you won’t be disappointed. The corn chowder is good too.

It's not listed, but I had the Crab Cakes with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The crab cakes were done of the best I've ever tasted. Very flavorful, just the right amount of crunch, and the inside had the right amount of moisture. The "all the stuff" bowl the wife had was very tasty. And a lot. Couldn't finish it all. Had a few drinks, all well done. Wait staff was on point. Oh yeah, dessert. Coconut cupcake the wife had was awesome, just don't eat too much of the icing stuff. Just kind of meh. And I had pecan pie, which was great! Definitely going back!

Had three different tacos, and a chilled Dos XX Amber. Perfect. Great flavors. We sat downstairs. Not too loud, nice atmosphere. I only wish I lived closer. Bottom Line: thumbs up - worth trying!
