First time ever to the franchise and it was a very good experience. Drinks were good, appetizers were delicious and the main meal was even better. Ordered: White Peach Margarita, Tito’s Lavender Lemonade; chicken pot stickers, Sriracha; hickory brisket burger (minus the bacon) Hostess was very professional and knew EVERYTHING on the menu. 10/10!

This was our first time visiting a BJ’s restaurant. As soon as we entered, we were seated. It took a few minutes, but a server came over and took our drink order. We ordered the siracha Brussel sprouts and they came out fairly quickly. I didn’t like the brussel sprouts as they were over baked and they were drowning in siracha. I could only taste siracha, they were so drowned that you couldn’t even taste the brussel sprouts. I was very unhappy with those. I then ordered the Jambalaya. The Jambalaya was delicious and made up for the appetizer. The restaurant was very clean and smelled amazing. The presentation of the food was very nice and smelled delicious. We will give it another try and try other dishes on the menu.

As soon as we arrived we were seated in a wonderful corner booth with a amazing chandelier overhead. The waitress Cassandra gave us plenty of time to look through the menu and had some good suggestions on our meal. She was cheerful and understood what we needed. The food was tasty and lots of cheese on the pizza for the little one. Beer was cold and thirst quenching. Margaritas were salty and sweet. Hamburgers with avocado was yummy. Sliders didn’t disappoint and we asked for extra pickles with no worries. All in all great experience.

Came here for a Sunday lunch. The staff was very accommodating. We wanted a table outside however there was no waiter available for that area. To compromise they let us order take out and told us we we were able to sit outside but we did have to clean up ourselves, which honestly we didn't mind. It was a beautiful day and worth it. We had a few drinks at the bar and a small ceasar to much on while we waited. I ordered the California Chicken Club Sandwich and my Bf got the Loaded Nachos with Chicken & Tri Tip for an additional price. The food was really good. The loaded nachos is huge you can feed 2 with this thing, great as an appetizer or an entree honestly it's alot. The Club had this delicious garlic aioli that paired really well with the sandwich. I would come here again for sure the menu had plenty of options.

Wonderfull as always love the pizza 5 meat and the chocolate pizookie delicious. 10/6/23 i been many times to this and others BJs ,the service was pretty good this time we other flat bread and bacon cheeseburguer and chicken sandwich, pretty good. 11/5/23 always a good service we went to dinner and the employee was so nice we talk about the nfl games of the day, he is brown's fan, he take care of us so good. My boyfriend order a chicken sandwich and i orden a bacon cheese burguer that was very good with fries, the appetizer was pepperoni flat bread was good as usual. Thanks

Excellent quality of food consistent with most BJ's I've eaten at across the country. The lemon pepper wings came out quickly, piping hot, and cooked perfectly. Cherry chipotle salmon was moist, and the asparagus cooked just right. Nicole was an excellent server, polite and very attentive. I never once had to flag her down for anything. I would notice each time she walked by the table she would glance over to see if she needed to stop for anything. The other server working in the section with her, Shyanne, worked well with her, as she was the one who brought my food out, while Nicole was busy with a larger party. I will definitely come back again next time I'm in the area.

Second time at this restaurant, first time at this location. Service was very slow. It took an extended amount of time for our server to refill our cups, check on us to order, bring out our food, recieve our check, and to get our cards back. Although they did make us aware they were short staffed. They have a good variety of foods on thier menu but they are pricey. I ended up going with a burger. It was cooked well and tasted fine. Not my best burger but it was good. It's okay... Not a place I ever see myself wanting to eat again but not a bad place to try.

This was our second time going to this location and our second bad experience at this location! I spent way too much money here for what I just experienced and will start driving further to go to the town center location. Last time, they kept bringing out the wrong burger and I did not get my food till everyone was done eating. This time, they didn’t bring out the dip that comes with my sandwich, took so long to refill our drinks that our refill was our to go drink, and when they brought out our pizookie they were missing the toppings. When I let the guy know toppings were missing he told me they didn’t come with them. They are in the description and come every other time we’ve ordered them. Photographed is the triple chocolate, cookies and cream, and strawberry. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. When leaving we accidentally left our sons bottle, I came in and asked a waitress at the stand if it was given to them and she just looked at me with a look that was extremely rude. She did not even answer me, just rolled her eyes; it was such a simple question… I ended up finding it where it was left. It was a super disappointing waste of money.

Nice afternoon break from reality. Had an early happy hour with these mojito sampler. They were tasty and definitely had my new favorites. I also enjoyed thighs instead of wings which always a nice surprise. There were a good portion size and came out hot. Definitely will visit again.

My waitress is very nice but slow. Not a good experience tonight. She drops food off and disappears. We ordered mozzarella sticks, and she gave us a very small container of pizza dipping sauce. This only lasted about a minute. We are waiting 10 to 15 minutes for her to come back around and the mozzarella sticks or cold. The food is finally come out. We ordered a large pizza and they gave us the wrong pizza. So now we have half an order everybody’s not eating dinner together and we are waiting on the pizza. The only reason I gave us three stars is because the food is actually really good.

We hosted our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner at this location. Marcus and his team were easy to work with and someone from the management team was always available to answer our questions as we prepared for our dinner. The staff did a great job of serving our family and friends as we celebrated our kid's big day! The food was delicious! The room we were seated in is attached to the restaurant so the music was a little louder than we would have liked, but overall we are very pleased with our choice for our special dinner.

Kendall was amazing. The food was great. Only negative was hostess sat us at a 2 seater when my husband is clearly plussed size and needs a larger space. Kendall was cool about it and moved us. definitely will be back. Salmon was amazing, chicken sandwich huge and yummy, jambalaya was spicy and on point

Great food. Nice variety on the menu. Rib eye steak was perfect.

Baked ziti was very good. 10/10 Ribs are always a great and tasty pick. Our waitress was in training but still attentive and sweet. Bjs is always a good stop!

This is my first time here and we are super impressed with the food and the atmosphere. My friends were excited about his food being delicious. They said the fries was Bussin. I had pizza is the bomb spicy ❤️strawberry lemonade is made in-house and it has strawberry purée in it. Oh my God, our waitress her name is Juliet. She is an awesome waitress. She knows the restaurant that is so important to be able to answer questions when a customer has questions about food items she was able to give us recommendations Very friendly and she just knew her stuff and it just made the experience that much better we will be back again and again and again.

Loved the food and service. Our waiter and the manager, Jeff, were amazing. The lighting in the restaurant and the restrooms were a little too dark for me, just in my opinion.

Place has atmosphere. Unfortunately, need staff to match. Understand it’s tough to find good help especially in this area. Falls on the shoulders of management & their training. This location has seen better days in their staffing. I hesitate to go here after last experience. Venture to St John’s Town Center location instead now. Depends on how tolerant you are for a BJ’s experience at this location.

We had to wait a while but there was only one server on staff during our lunch visit. The food was good once it came. We would have liked a refill on our water but it never came. We did try the Pazzookie and that made up fur all the rest. I highly recommend getting this if you go and on Tuesday it is a special they have.

Our server for the tables by the bar on Tuesday 7/18 late night was incredible. She was friendly funny and gave a great food recommendation for the flat bread pizza we loved. I can not wait to go back she made our first date one to remember! Thank you P & Angel

This was a great experience. Food was appetizing and flavorful. Our appetizer and salad were delivered after the main dish. Well worth the $$$. Will visit again.

For appetizers we ordered short ribs, loaded potatoes and the brownie pizookie and they all were so delicious. For entrées we ordered the ribeye with broccoli and asparagus, it was so tender and well seasoned and yes even the veggies were seasoned. I originally ordered the jambalaya with rice, it was way salty so I sent it back and ordered it with noodles and less seasoning and it was absolutely perfect. It has just enough kick and did I mention how delicious it was. We went at noon and it took all of 10mins 15 at best to get our food. The service was good and I like that the manager walks around asking how things are going. This location is very family friendly and covid safe and the bathrooms were really clean. Lastly, the food is very reasonably price; our bill was $80 and that's including an ice cold Dr. Pepper. I can't say enough good things about this restraunt, we will definitely be returning guess. 12/11/22 We arrived around 330pm on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The waitress was soooo super friendly, attentive and professional...I gotta do a better job of getting names🤦🏾‍♀️ We basically ordered the same food as above, minus the loaded potatoes BC they are no longer on the menu🤬 We did order the Nashville hot wings; they were flavorless to me but the hubs enjoyed them👍🏾How the ever, the rice in my jambalaya was just right and not salty this go around. My hubs steak was good and that brownie is worth every single 10,000 calories 😋😋😋😋 Again the bathroom was clean and we will go back but try different entrees the next time. A++

Most of the food was good and service excellent. My only issues were the honey siracha brussel sprouts didn't have enough sauce, I asked for a medium steak and was served one that was totally well done, the white cheddar mashed lacked flavor, and my Frozen Berry Colada was not fully blended like there were numerous ice cubes in it. I enjoyed the chicken tortilla soup and clam chowder.

I was not disappointed at all. The food is extremely delicious 🤤 the staffs were really attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I’ll be back.

Worst french dip ive ever had. Sweet potato fries are not hot or fresh. I ordered an avocado 'add-on' and the avocado was not ripe. Look at the amnt of (unripe) avocado. Im really disappinted The waiter was very new, he tried.
