It was me and my significants first time tonight and upon walking in we were greeted by the sweetest person behind the register (Rashicah...if ur seeing this I'll be back with a surprise next time @jojo.nguyenn is my IG handle)! I had the scorpion burger it was super flavorful and juicy (8/10). He had the wagyu burger it was nice and messy (8/10) the fries were seasoned to perfection (9/10). We'll for sure be back!

Perhaps one of THE BEST burgers I have ever had in my life. The restaurant itself is very clean and beautiful, and the staff are all friendly too. The prices really can't be beat either, especially for the quality of food you're getting. I absolutely plan on coming again and again. We got the Lockhart Legend and the Guacapotle burgers, and were completely blown away. Please do try this place when you get the chance!!

Easy 5 stars! One of the best burgers we’ve had in the area. Truffle fries are amazing. Everything was made with high quality ingredients, fresh, and made to order. Service was great. Fun atmosphere and clean restaurant.

Never seen this place before so we decided to check it out. I was surprised to see they had a full bar and make boozy shakes. You have to ordered from a counter and sit down with a number. However, if you sit at the bar you can order food directly from the bar tender. She was super busy but still took care of us. Watching her make those boozy drinks reminded me of being a kid and putting candy in milk shakes. Looked fun but probably gets annoying and messy. Normally I wouldn't try an old fashioned off the cocktail menu at a burger/sandwich joint. I'm a little particular but I was intrigued by the choice of Redemption high rye, it told me they might know what they were doing. When the drink showed up with a globe cube and a non muddled luxardo cherry I was relieved. Tasting the boozy concoction I was delighted, they aren't hard to make but man a lot of places will get it wrong. So it was a solid old fashioned. We got the chips and queso and they were just ok. The chips are kinda mealy if that makes any sense and the cheese had a weird texture. It was good and spicy but we weren't blown away and probably wouldn't get it again. I had the OG chicken sandwich as did my wife but I got my Cajun. The jalapeño ranch mixed with those Cajun spices and the breading was very good. The chicken wasn't a thick piece but it was thick enough, tender and moist. I guess they brine it first and I hear that's the trick to chic-fil-a's chicken so makes sense. My wife got their fries and they are the skinny bois but maybe have some batter on them. Really very good and with the jalapeño ranch even better. We'll be back for sure.

Overall it was good/average. We got the double bacon jam burger, the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and the Truffle fries. I felt like the quality of meat on the burger was good, same with the chicken. I felt like both sandwiches were just missing something. Also got the oreo milkshake. It wasn't really cold but also not melted? Hard to explain, but the taste was off, frothy taste that left a 'film' after you drank it.

Came here looking for some good burgers after hearing great reviews, but left disappointed. The truffle and Parmesan fries were actually pretty good, and the sauce was interesting. But the burgers were the biggest letdown. The Mother Nature burger came out extremely soggy with everything spilling out the sides. My boyfriend ordered the bacon Jam burger, which was marginally better in terms of taste. At least it was definitely easier to handle. But overall the most disappointing thing was the meat. In general, the burgers had little to no flavor and didn’t taste like anything special, and the meat on its own tasted completely unseasoned. I can make much better burgers at home, so I’ll pass on this place next time, unless I’m just getting fries (and maybe some of their good ice!) Maybe this was an unusual experience, but we were left unimpressed and wondering where the hype for this place even came from. Update: also, be aware that many of these reviews for this restaurant (anything beyond 8ish months) are still up from the old restaurant Grub, and in my opinion this is not completely honest and may not provide an accurate representation of this newer restaurant.

The good: Loved that they had a sauce bar and loved all the sauces except for the honey mustard. The burger was great, cooked to medium, and had a lot of sauce on it, which I loved. The truffle fries were good and the truffle sauce was awesome. The bad: The milkshake…. I read reviews of it being legendary….. for me it was epic…. Epically bad. A milkshake is ice cream+milk+flavor. What me and my workmates tasted in our cookies and cream milkshakes was mostly heavy whipping cream mixed with maybe 1 Oreo. There was definitely no ice cream in that. It was room temperature too but held its thickness perfectly which also confirmed to me there was no ice cream. Very disappointed in that. Overall the food was good but never again will I order a milkshake from here if I ever come again.

The burgers were good but not spectacular. The fries were great and PLENTY of them so that was cool. Service was good but you order yourself and then they bring it to you so, hard to fail there. There is not a lot of room to stop and look at the menu to order so things can get jammed up. Atmosphere was nice and good music playing at a good volume which is always a plus. Overall, a decent outing but nothing I'm making a special trip for. If I'm the area, I'm considering them, tho.

I received a $25 Uber Eats gift card and am SO GLAD I tried this place out! I live 5 minutes away so I ordered take-out. The video shows everything I received in the bag. I ordered the Magic Shroom burger (Creamy goat cheese, field mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & basil pesto sauce.) also, the kale caesar salad and a side of sweet potato fries. Everything was seasoned uniquely and well - these are the best sweet potato fries I've ever tasted! They didn't need any sauce but there was a delicious sauce that came with them. (It overpowered the flavor of the fries but it was good.) The salad was great, it had spices and flavoring that was good and I only needed one of the two caesar dressings that came with it. The burger - wow. I thought it looked like too much pesto but everything was perfectly balanced and tge bun was soft and fresh. Highly recommended!

ET shake is Fantastic! From out of town and needed eats. First time. Friendly staff who helped w menu. Harlem tenders are crispy and sauce is unique. Kids grilled cheese is yummy. Did spend $60 for 4 people but got some free shake coupons. Atmosphere is super friendly with a small bar in middle of restaurant. Cocktail menu looks good. Would come back next time I am in town. Check this joint out!

As a relatively new gluten-intolerant person it's hard to find good gluten free options. Their GF buns are house made and the best I've tried yet. The service was great, everyone was so nice and menu accommodations were easily accessible. Food was good, and I'm excited to try other GF options they offer. Although I'm not sure about cross-contamination, because for me it is not an issue, if you're fully celiac or extremely sensitive you should Definitely ask more questions than I did. For someone gluten intolerant with only moderate sensitivity, it was a great experience.

First visit was an exciting one! Great location in Town Center with plenty of parking in shopping plaza. Interior is very clean and extra spacious. Energy of the music playing in the background while staff kept busy all around was amazing. Manager Mr. Chris and his entire staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Shoutout to Destiny and Rashida for your kindness and hospitality! Food was deliciously fresh and flavorful. A must try for all the burger lovers for sure! Can’t wait for my next and future visits!

Nice looking place. But in my opinion, it is a upscale burger King that serves liquor. We both had the front porch burger 1 order of fries 1 order of onion rings and 2 sodas. The burger were just average. Can get the same at sonics. Onion rings were pretty good. But overall not worth 37.00.

Walked in bar is in front and order area is in back. They have menus on the walls to left. Easy to chose from. Order your food then they asked u where to sit so we picked a table with a number on it. Sat ourselves. Got out drinks. At drink station they had to go boxes. To right were the restrooms. Prices are pricey $11 for just the burger or tenders. So we might visit again on special occasions for us. However the food it was really good, hot and fresh. Best turkey burger and was not dry at all or the tenders. Fries were good and seasoned. They do have gluten free buns and substitutions. Salads and shakes too. Drink specials on weekends. Just my opinion their chicken tenders are better than Cheddar's and Red Robin. We tried but didnt care for their sweet signature sauce. We know where to get good food at. At the Grub. 😋

Great burger spot near the town center mall. I have eaten here several times and have enjoyed every meal. They also have non-burger menu items as well as a full bar. The staff are always welcome here and there is plenty of parking

Came in due to the reviews and did not disappoint. Had the Cadillac Wagyu, medium. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Probably the best burger I’ve had in a while. Fries had a great crisp and seasoned. Pretty cool atmosphere and very clean. Well done!

I absolutely love Burger Bar! I'm a regular here, visiting at least 3 times a week. The Happy Hour with everything half off is fantastic. The service is top-notch, with friendly bartenders who make you feel right at home. I recently discovered my new favorite beer here, the BPA. And let's not forget the delicious food, especially good night food cause burger. Burger Bar is definitely my go-to spot for a great time and amazing food!

Since I lived in Austin, I was familiar with this chain, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the same great qualities as the other restaurant I have visited before. The concept is walk in and place your order. Choose sandwich, don’t forget order of fries which is big enough to easily split with 3 people comfortably, and grab a drink (soda, bar, or shake). They place you where to sit to bring you your food. The burger is spot on. I am anxious to try some of their chicken sandwiches. Kids def have options!

The atmosphere was very good. The customer service was great, and the staff was very attentive to your needs. There's only two televisions for the sports lovers, but they are centrally located and easy to see. The bar drinks are great and the prices are fair.

First time dining in at Hopdoddy. The Brussel sprouts fries were very interesting concept and was flavorful with the cheesy sauce they had!! The burger was presented well but I felt it was a little too dry!!! The service was amazing, very friendly staff and accommodated everything we asked for

Food is great, service at the counter was amazing. Bartender seemed very unsure of what to do and easy drinks to make. . This would have been a 5 star otherwise. The hamburger was great and the fries were out of the world.

I recently visited this location for a burger. Upon entering at 10:02pm on a Friday night, a staff member told me that they were only accepting to-go orders and there was no dining in. I'm not sure if that is regular thing because online and on their front door it says that they're open until 11PM. We were already there and I was hungry so I placed my order for a burger and asked if they could do a medium cook on my burger. The burger seemed alright for a $15 burger. However, when I went to eat it at home, I noticed that the "runny egg" was both over cooked and raw (the bottom was very brown and the yolk was half cooked and half runny but some of the egg white was still clear)! The burger itself wasn't medium... it was raw! Like outside was charred but the inside was red throughout like it hadn't been cooked at all. I ended up disassembling the burger and re-cooking it to the right temperature myself. The idea was to not cook my own meal that night so I was extremely disappointed. While the current burger bar offers similar burgers and meals to the old Grub Burger Bar, it pales in comparison with service and execution of food. With so many places offering similar burgers, it will probably be a long while before I give this place a try again.

Went for dinner, never at this location before. Loved the quick ordering process, getting a table was easy, but I can imagine when it’s crowded the concept of seat yourself could be a problem for some. The food was DELICIOUS! The garlic Parmesan fries were the bomb, and the Buffalo Bill was so good! The Buffalo meat was lean and delicious and the toppings went together well. Next time I’m in Jax, or near another location in the states, I will definitely eat here again!

Great restaurant. Cashless, contact less, very modern. Food choices were excellent. Sorry, no pics, too hungry. Well stocked bar with ample beer selections. Apps were great overall a winner. I will definitely be back.

The food here is amazing! The gluten free buns are great and they don’t fall apart; the burger itself is super tender and well seasoned. We had a mix up with our order and the bartender was super sweet and understanding. I will definitely be coming back as soon as possible.

Food was not that good. Cheap beef is used. Super greasy Not much flavor. The selections are lacking too. Paid for a beer at the counter. Waited several minutes after I sat and bar tender was just walking around. Had to walk up to the bar and ask when the beer would come. He turned around and look at the stream of tickets and prepped the beer. I think there are much better options in the area.
