My child was served raw chicken wings only to be told by the manager when brought to his attention they will not give us a refund and they couldn’t guarantee the recooked wings would be different. Once the recooked the order of 10 wings we was given 3 wings. Will never go back, poor customer service and despite the name change from “boiling crawfish” to “Big Crab” the food is different.

Food was hot and fresh. My 1st time there but it won't be my last. I loved the vibes....A fan from Georgia.

The food is amazing. The staff is even better! Sasha at the bar is the perfect balance of friendly and efficient. We will be back and request Sasha if she is here!

My fiancé and I got the snow crab combo. 2 clusters of crab legs, 2 pieces of corn, 2 pieces of sausage, 2 potatoes & 18 pieces of shrimp. An it was AMAZINGGGG. Our appetizer was garlic Parmesan crab & shrimp dip, delicious! I would highly recommend this place any day! 😁

Ordered the BC combo 3 to go. It’s basically Boiling Crawfish rebranded. Medium heat pretty good flavor. Mussels were meaty. I’m always wary of hard to peel shrimp and these were not easy. Still good nonetheless.

I can't give this place enough stars. Outstanding service but the food was on a whole other level. Straight perfection on our food.

Menu is limited. The best thing to buy is boil bags that have crab legs and/shrimp with corn, sausage, and potatoes. You specify level of heat. They literally serve this piping hot dish in a puffed out oven bag. A friend thoroughly enjoyed the entire generous meal in one sitting. Most other choices on menu was fried and they offered daily specials. This too was very good. I just wish there were more options. Service was pretty good. We sat for quite some time waiting for to come back to table for payment. Another waitress told us to pay at the register. I think this is one of the last places where you pay at register.

The sausage,corn, and eggs with the mild butter sauce is so good. I just wish there was more of the butter sauce added.

Pricey but very delicious!!! $171 for 2 people with tip.... they charge 12% more for eating inside and 8% if you order takeout... very different than other restaurants

The food and drinks were great! The dining experience/service was average. This is a rather popular restaurant which always seems full of hungry patrons. I'm not certain if the amount of customers caused a delay in service or if the server was a bit slow. (Server was extremely pleasant-but we had to seek her for multiple items which should have been either offered and/or for additional services) we were waiting for items to eat some food and 2nd round of drinks seemed to be forgotten until after she came back and realized drinks were not there... Our table was crowded with empty appetizer plates and empty glasses-we had the request for the items to be removed as the busser nor server offered to remove the items as we already we're eating the main meal and had new drinks. The table next to us experienced the same service, as we called for an individual to come assist, they would request services as well. Again, food and drinks were wonderful! I would certainly return, and recommend individuals to experience the delicious food beautifully prepared here. Food 5 of 5. Service 4 of 5.

The spirits were spot on, I ordered the snow crab it was cooked to profession ,just the right amount of spice! With a crack and a slight tug and that meat came out perfectly in big whole pieces like it should. Thank you so much!

Took my neice to celebrate her birthday food was hot and fresh. I even had leftovers to take home. The only reason I will not return is that they add a surcharge to your bill and still want an additional tip.

Great option for good crab boil and appetizers. In addition to paying market price for the items there was a service charge (only reason I removed a star) it applied to the entire meal and not just the combo that it said the service charge applied to. If that is not a problem it is a great seafood option! Pretty good service.

Father bought me and mom here for Mother’s Day. Drink was good. Service was good. Seafood boil sauce was too sweet. Crab and shrimp dip was ok, not seasoned. I won’t be back.

Fantastic food, brilliant value, great experience-we got the daily special plate which had 20 shrimp, huge spider crab, mussels and sausage - delicious super spicy sauce (on request) and great service-highly recommended.

After realizing many of the "boil" tips places are takeout only, we settled on this establishment. It is in a strip mall setting so didn't know what to expect. Well and concerns we had were quickly set aside when the waitress came to our table. She was very attentive, answered questions readily and was quick to bring the cocktails and apps. My wife got a boil and I got raw oysters and several fried appetizers as my meal. Everything was chicken well and very yummy. The attention to us by our server was to notch also. We'll certainly be coming back!!

We drove from mandarin to try this place since it was well recommended from a friend, but unfortunately they did not sit us because my autistic toddler had his own nuggets, they suggested to wait for him to eat, and come back in, we decided to just leave and go back to our regular spots. We completely understand no outside food or drinks are not allowed because it hurts business, But Unfortunately my son is very picky with his textures and food.

I had a great time today with my family. Very friendly service, and the food was great. Definitely coming back.

It was my first time popping into this establishment and the food was really good! Atmosphere was intimate and drinks delicious. I will not for everyone that gratuity is 12% mandatory for parties under 6 and 22% gratuity for 6 or more. Is it worth it? If on this side of town and you must have a seafood boil, yes.

This place was very good. My family and I were driving back from vacation and my daughter found this place. She had never had a boil before. Food was great and the server was friendly and attentive. I would easily recommend this place to anyone.

The worst seafood restaurant in Duval. Few options available for flavor. Seasoning was very spicy (ordered medium) and sweet…not a good combination. Food was not fresh. You can tell the seafood and corn was previously frozen. Plus they are overpriced! Service charge for everything. There is a 5% take out /12% Dine in/15% for 6+ guests. Will never go back there again!!!

First, the bartender who was my server was great! She did everything she could to accommodate me. She was patient, professional, and friendly. However, I should have known there was a catch to dining here when I saw no refunds or exchanges plastered everywhere. Needless to say, I ordered a combo that included shrimp that AREN’T deveined and I didn’t eat them. It would be nice if this information was noted on the menu or etc. For some, that’s not a major concern but for me it was. The crab meat was not as seasoned but it was okay. Additionally, there is a service charge that I had to ask about which is basically the tip, super glad I asked.

The food is great. I love they’re daily special’s. The spicy sauce is awesome. The service is great. The chicken strips are awesome fried freshly and soft crispy. The could be filtered water, since they won’t allow you to bring your own bottle water. The water takes like it came out out the sewer, even when I place lemon 🍋 in they’re water. Overall, “It’s A Great seafood 🦞 restaurant.
