All of our orders were wrong, my glass was chipped and instead of comping it for another one they just made me pay for a new one. Apparently the person on duty didn't want to handle our table and waited to pass us off on a manager that was just starting her shift without explaining anything to her. Since we were visiting from Georgia we really expected the same wonderful service and food, but were sadly disappointed. The Absolute best thing we had was the empanada appetizers!!! For some reason the waiter was extremely soft spoken to the point where we had to repeat everything he said, and he admitted that he knew he probably got our orders wrong, without writing anything down! 😫 Money wasted!

Went to Bahama Breeze for my dad's birthday. All in all it was a good experience. Our server was pretty nice. Attentive. We were able to call and make reservations (the online thing wasn't working well). Got seated a little earlier than our reservation time. Our party of 7 was seated at a table that didn't quite seem to fit us, but we made it work. Pics of food attached. I had jerk chicken pasta. There was barely any chicken in it, but it was tasty. Of course I forgot to take a pic of my own plate. Other items ordered: Jerk chicken with yellow rice and plantains Jerk chicken and shrimp pineapple bowl Firecracker shrimp Wings Jerk chicken panini (can't remember if it was called that on the menu) Jerk chicken tacos

Food was good. Serving size I would say is above average. Left with a happy and very full tummy. Service was excellent, highly recommend Bailey! Will request for her specifically on our next visits!

Prior to this experience, this had recently become one of my favorite places to eat (I’ve been 4 times in the last two months), as the food, drinks, and customer service were always superb. This was my first time ordering for curbside pickup, and to say I disappointed would be an understatement. First, the fries were cold (it was busy and Mother’s Day , so I could have overlooked that). Then I ordered grilled chicken breast as a kid’s meal, and they gave me two fried tenders instead. But most importantly, I ordered jerk shrimp pasta and as you can see from the picture there is absolutely no sauce when it is supposed to come “tossed in Parmesan cream sauce.” Even worse than that, when I opened the container a gnat was flying around in my food. After waiting for over 15 minutes for a manager to come to the phone, she offered asked if I either wanted a refund or a new order of pasta. I said after seeing a gnat fly in my food absolutely do not want anymore pasta. She said then a refund will post to your account in 24-48 hours. I asked if that’s all she’s going to do or say is offer a refund, she said I could get more pasta. No apology for both the food and inconvenience but just a refund will post to my account, and when I asked even after I saw a gnat flying around and she said well I can’t verify that so yes a refund will be given to your account in 24-48 hours. I offered to bring the food back up there for them to see and she said it wasn’t necessary she can still give the refund. However, the lack of care and consideration, and poor customer service will sadly stop me from ever going back to this location, which is very unfortunate because I truly loved eating here and had been raving about it to my friends and family.

ALL of the food was cooked perfectly & very delicious; Especially the cream cheese & pineapple empanadas 😫🤤 best little dessert! Drinks left to right: Frozen Bahamarita 🤤 that lil cup on the side, whoa it's good! King Carnival 🤤 mix it up well & its EVERYTHING!

I rarely give 5 stars to a place. When I do rate a place so high, it is because I had such a good experience that I am willing to travel back at any time. The food had a unique flavor and the staff put on a show. They were happy and fun and we saw different servers cover each other and check on us.

Loved the atmosphere, was very peaceful and calming I enjoyed the coconut 🥥 tacos with fries 🍟 And a coke.to drink. My daughter hot the coconut shrimp by itself and she was loving the taste also. My daughters boyfriend got a cheeburger and was happy with it also I enjoyed it so much I went back the next day by myself and ordered the same item off the menu My conclusion is that I will.be back again and next time I will try some other times off the menu 😋

Went here for dinner for my first time with my family. It was nice to get a table right away however the server came only a few times. There was these different people coming with specific jobs but when we needed something we had to ask our server & we had trouble getting her attention. Not impressed with the service at all. I will say though the lobster & shrimp pasta was really flavorful. Several nice chunks of lobster. The best thing I tried though was the black bean soup. Loads of flavor, a good amount of cumin just how I like. My son gobbled it up. My husband had the skirt steak & loved it, said it was fabulous. Lots of flavor in the food which can be hard to come by in a chain restaurant.

My first time here and the food was so incredibly great. Service was quick and correct. Lots of drinks to pick from. The flight is really good. Loved the Buttermilk Chicken and Salmon.

We sat at the bar. The bartender/ server Kerri( I hope I spelled this correctly) was amazing. Big shout out!! The appetizers came out in a timely manner. The drinks were on point. Entrees were hot and delicious! Manager on duty even stopped by to check on us. Very pleasant experience!

The food was delicious and well flavored. We got the coconut tacos and grilled chicken cilantro crema. Both were well worthy of this 5 star review. The only con was the time for the food to come to the table took a while, but it's excusable since it was fully packed.

The food was delicious, and our server was excellent - helpful, friendly, & very efficient. We had the empanadas, yuca cheese sticks, coconut shrimp, jerk chicken pasta, and honey butter crispy chicken sandwiches (& an ultimate margarita). Loved everything except the chicken sandwiches - too salty & crunchy for my taste. Gave this place 4 instead of 5 stars because of an unpleasant, musty smell inside the restaurant. We ate on the patio. We would not have been able to enjoy our meal indoors due to that smell. The women's bathroom was nothing fancy, but it was clean.

Located in front of the mall like most locations. The salmon was moist!!! The seasoning was too strong for me. I told the waitress and despite me saying not to remake it, I’ll adjust. The cook came out with another meal to go. Service was great. Staff was very personable. The bathroom was clean. I think we made it before the lunch crowd.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. We sat outside, and the weather was perfect, not too hot out, and they have lots of fans. We enjoyed the lighter meals, which is still a lot of food. My husband and I chose the chowder, and it was delicious. I had a ruben sandwich, and my husband had shrimp tacos. Everything was so good. Of course, for an appetizer, we had conch fritters and skillet simmered jerk shrimp with yummy warm cuban bread. Everything was fantastic. Our service was excellent as well. From the moment we arrived and when we were done. They have the kiosk at the table, so when you're ready to go, you can cash out yourself. We will definitely be back.

I loved loved my drink, my friends was a little to boozy. The plantain with chicken appetizer was good. The salmon and green beans were tasty, however didn’t entirely enjoy nor fully finish the mashed sweet potatoes. The waitress was friendly but not attentive being there was not many people present. Plenty of seating outside.

First dish had issues but once I reported it to GM Ray. He took care of thing’s immediately and remade my food himself. He is a valuable asset to this corporation. I absolutely loved the jerk chicken plate he prepared. I will definitely return.

Servers were friendly and quick. Salmon tostada salad was good. Nice and flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. The flank steak was a bit overcooked and burnt however. There was not much flavor in the steak and it was a bit chewy. The fries and plantains were good.

Saying this visit was outstanding would be an understatement. My fiance and I usually come here to eat. The service is usually good. This particular time everything is absolutely tremendous. Our waiter CJ was fantastic. He actually suggested My meal choice, home run! The wait time was very minimal and that was very good, especially on a Saturday. To top it off I asked CJ for a to-go train because my fiance didn't finish all of her pasta. Another waitress overheard and got the tray. World class! Yes, I did leave a tip. 😂

Good consistent service, nice hybrid indoor/outdoor seating area for dining. They accommodated a large party with good service for a bday. Waitress was hospitable and attentive.

Omg I Always love this place. Parking is free. You can eat out or in. The service was so good. Always made sure we had everything and was happy. She was so pleasant. My daughter and me had great food. The food was so yummy 🤤 $$ the shrimp 🍤 came with a lot off shrimp 🦐 and the bread 🥖 was so soft.

Our server was KayT, she was phenomenal! Spot on with drink and food recommendations. The conch fritters are to die for. Service was quick and amazing. Presentation was good. The food tasted amazing Kayt was attentive but not over bearing it was an amazing nite and a great restaurant.

This location is always amazing. Everything I've tried as far - food and drinks has always been on point. Happy Hour outside is always a vibe and the happy hour menu is great!

First time at Bahama Breeze in a decade or so. We sat outside and enjoyed the unseasonal warmer weather Our server was good, took care of us and checked with us several times. We ordered the fried chicken which was crispy and moist, plenty of food to take leftovers home. Additionally we ordered coconut shrimp soft tacos you can choose 2 or three. We opted for two with a side of rice. Once again more than enough food for one person. They have other sides available if you'd prefer not to have rice. The shrimp were sweet and moist and the soft shells were brimming off the shell with a lot of food. We both had two glasses of water with lemon. Cost for everything including sales tax and tip $35.00
