this
experience,
this
had
recently
become
one
of
my
favorite
places
to
eat
(I’ve
been
4
times
in
the
last
two
months),
as
the
food,
drinks,
and
customer
service
were
always
superb.
This
was
my
first
time
ordering
for
curbside
pickup,
and
to
say
I
disappointed
would
be
an
understatement.
First,
the
fries
were
cold
(it
was
busy
and
Mother’s
Day
,
so
I
could
have
overlooked
that).
Then
I
ordered
grilled
chicken
breast
as
a
kid’s
meal,
and
they
gave
me
two
fried
tenders
instead.
But
most
importantly,
I
ordered
jerk
shrimp
pasta
and
as
you
can
see
from
the
picture
there
is
absolutely
no
sauce
when
it
is
supposed
to
come
“tossed
in
Parmesan
cream
sauce.”
Even
worse
than
that,
when
I
opened
the
container
a
gnat
was
flying
around
in
my
food.
After
waiting
for
over
15
minutes
for
a
manager
to
come
to
the
phone,
she
offered
asked
if
I
either
wanted
a
refund
or
a
new
order
of
pasta.
I
said
after
seeing
a
gnat
fly
in
my
food
absolutely
do
not
want
anymore
pasta.
She
said
then
a
refund
will
post
to
your
account
in
24-48
hours.
I
asked
if
that’s
all
she’s
going
to
do
or
say
is
offer
a
refund,
she
said
I
could
get
more
pasta.
No
apology
for
both
the
food
and
inconvenience
but
just
a
refund
will
post
to
my
account,
and
when
I
asked
even
after
I
saw
a
gnat
flying
around
and
she
said
well
I
can’t
verify
that
so
yes
a
refund
will
be
given
to
your
account
in
24-48
hours.
I
offered
to
bring
the
food
back
up
there
for
them
to
see
and
she
said
it
wasn’t
necessary
she
can
still
give
the
refund.
However,
the
lack
of
care
and
consideration,
and
poor
customer
service
will
sadly
stop
me
from
ever
going
back
to
this
location,
which
is
very
unfortunate
because
I
truly
loved
eating
here
and
had
been
raving
about
it
to
my
friends
and
family.
