I want to start my saying that the customer service here is excellent. My server Jamaal was awesome, sweet, kind, and full of love. If I had a bigger tip I would have given him $200 because his energetic spirit and overall energy is amazing. Despite people being rude he kept his composer and high level energy at all times. I love that. Now for the food and prices. My food wasn't worth $16.79 they portion sizes suck but the taste of the food like the beans and rice were amazing. I really didn't care for the burrito it had way to many onions in it more than they other veggies and meat. I had majority onions and rice. The over all exprience was decent. I wish they offered more options but this would be somewhere I come when I'm barely hungry. We ate 2 of the cheese quesadillas but they coke with 4 slices and I had the fajita burrito.

Very negative experience at the Burrito Gallery on Riverside Avenue. There were some pretty serious issues here - The restaurant was not clean. There were numerous tables which had not been cleaned which resulted in birds flying in and snatching leftovers and deficating near active diners in the process. Food and garbage was on the floor and NOT picked up by staff after multiple passes. Our food was delivered at awkwardly different times resulting in some food becoming cold while waiting for other food to arrive. Our orders were incorrect. Fish instead of chicken on one and missing ingredients on another. (The group that ordered ahead of us also had significant food delays.) AND, the staff uses a bit of trickery to keep you from dining upstairs. This seems rather bizarre considering how lovely the upstairs deck is on a spring day. I assume the staff does not appreciate the inconvenience of delivering food to the second floor. They tell you can't eat upstairs after you are finished ordering and paying. Why have the space upstairs if your staff does not want customers to eat up there? This is rather unfortunate and I immediately wonder if general manager is an active participant in this ridiculousness. STUPID. And guess what? You have now lost us as customers. Go next door to Chipotle or if you want drinks and better food go down the road to Anejo Cocina Riverside where the staff will welcome you and not engage in silly strategies to keep you where it is convenient for them!

Visited this location after the rush crowd at 3pm and there was no one in line and only 2 people dining in the restaurant. Ordered a Taco Salad with beef and cilantro dressing. Waited about 15 minutes on the order. Received my order, and went about my day. Planned to eat the salad for dinner. Returned home to eat my salad only to find its not really a taco salad. There is NO MEAT and No CILANTRO RANCH DRESSING as I ordered. Also ordered mini tacos and I'm not sure what the heck I received. Attempted several times to call the location to see if a future order could be credited to make the situation right but the phone rang multiple times and received vmail. I live 40 minutes from the location and likely by the time I travel back there the location will be closed. Plus another reviewer indicated the hours posted on line are not the actual restaurant hours. This establishment used to be my favorite but based on this experience and conversations I overheard from staff seriously doubt another visit. Money wasted and I'm sure they could care less. I literally paid $21 for some freaking lettuce..SMH

Pretty quiet night, cashiers were nice but must be new, it took way too long to place our order. We decided to dine outside, upstairs was closed. Outside area had several uncleaned tables so the selection was limited. I’ve ordered this before & let’s just blame the fact I haven’t ate all day as to why I even ate it because it wasn’t the same, or good. Kids agreed concerning their orders (burrito and chicken nachos) Still waiting on our churros, pretty sure the waitress forgot about us. This was supposed to be a bday dinner requested by the bday boy. This place is now officially hit or miss. I’ll stick the downtown location.

Great food . I had the blackened shrimp nachos old school style. Very large portions and great taste. I will be back

Took over 20 . minutes to get our order. No cheese in my order, barely any lettuce and it was wilted. My taco salad was a shell, some chicken, hardly any lettuce, wilted and browning. Not even a handful. Black beans. That was it. Nothing else. What a waste of $15. WAY Too pricey for so many mistakes. Won't go again.

I had my daughter’s engagement party at the Brooklyn location. We rented out the rooftop. Martin (VP) was amazing throughout the entire process. We worked on the menu, seating, etc. The day was perfect for my daughter’s special day. We were allowed to decorate to our liking for our Caribbean theme and he accommodated the size of our party. The price of the event was affordable. I appreciate the entire staff for being so helpful and professional throughout the entire event. The rooftop was the perfect size for the event along with a great size bar. The lounge areas were a nice touch and the rooftop overlooking the city looked amazing at night. I would 100% recommend the Brooklyn location for your special event.

Date: Spring 2022 I would rate the food and location as "alright". The taste didn't wow me and the location had potential. It was nice for it to have outside seating, but it felt "cold" and not in a temperature sense, just nto welcoming. The bar area looked nice but I'm not a drinker so I can't comment much more on that. There are no outside trashcans if that matters.

Terrible. Ordered the burrito with beef that did not taste good and was sloppy wet. So embarrassed when to lunch with colleagues and could not eat my food. Changed to chicken burrito but it was no better. Burrito missing ingredients. $14 Refund wanted. Developed sore throat. Not sure if seasoning used or cooking method. But the chicken itself was over grilled to tough and burrito wrap was hard in spots. Very dissatisfied.

Keto Ginger Tofu Taco!!!! Fantastic... OMG can't wait for another trip soon. You will not gonna wrong with this as a meal!!! IT IS WITH SADNESS THAT I MUCH CHANGE MY REVIEW FROM 5 STARS TO 1.. THIS LOCATION SOME HOW FOUND EVERY SINGLE RUDE PERSON THEY COULD AND HIRED THEM.. THEN ONLY OPEN FOR A FRACTION OF THE TIME AND STILL DONT EVEN KEEP TO THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM HOURS THEY CHNAGED TO. ALSO THEY DO NOT OPEN THE ROOF TOP ANYMORE EITHER. I HAVE BEEN HERE 4 TIMES SINCE MY LAST REVIEW AND EACH TIME THEY WERE CLOSED. I GUESS AS MUCH AS WE WANT TO BELIEVE COVID IS OVER SOME PLACES AND THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS ONE OF THEM WANTS TO USE THIS EXCUSE TO NOT BE OPEN AND BE RUDE. IT WILL BE SAD TO SEE THIS PKACE GO OUT OF BUSINESS BUT OH WELL IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN OR ARE RUDE WHEN YOU ARE CUSTOMERS WILL NOT OR CAN NOT CONTRIBUTE TO YPUR BUSINESS

I was very happy with the customer service and food quality at Burrito Gallery. The fajita style (grilled onions & peppers) quesadilla was huge and very filling. The queso was great with the chips. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Jacksonville.

Very good food. Fantastic customer service from Calvin. Somehow, my food order was served to my friend together with his food. He then inadvertently ate my food. We explained the situation to Calvin. He promptly apologized, reordered my lunch and offered me chips and salsa while I waited for it to be ready. Thank you Calvin for treating me like a valued customer! I'll be back because of you.

Awesome burritos! Queso is delicious on top. I had the steak burrito and the wife had the taco salad. Only complaint is that the lettuce had some heal parts

This is a nice surprise to picky eaters. The food is above grade with unique tastes I have not found at similar restaurants. The seats and interior are comfortable and inviting. Nice art work on the walls for sale. Prices are a bit high but the food is pleasantly worth the extra money. Bathrooms are clean and there are drink dispensers for the thirsty.

My first time ever hearing of Burrito Gallery and it was AMAZING! I had blackened shrimp tacos and also siracha shrimp tacos and they were both extremely delicious. The food was hot and fresh and the drinks were perfect. The Manager SHAYLA was very attentive and made sure I enjoyed my first time. She was so friendly and made sure we had the best experience. Definitely will return

I spent $30 on an order I have yet to receive. I used to love ordering pickup from Burrito Gallery, I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Today, for 2 chicken burrito bowls, I am still waiting for an order I placed 1 hour and 24 minutes ago. Let me know when it's ready some time next week!

This place awesome. Customer service top of the line. Food was hot and fresh. I would definitely go here more often.

Food was great. I got the new skool nachos and as with most nachos the order size was large. Music was a touch loud to have a normal conversation but other than that it was great.

Absolutely love the Brooklyn Burrito Gallery in the Heart of Brooklyn/ Jacksonville! Great Mexican food at a terrific value. Today I ordered the Old School Nachos and all I can say is WOW! The cheese, lettuce, salsa, ground beef were piled on. Not only was it huge, it was made exactly as I expected and too top it off, it was delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is always SUPER welcoming no matter if you are coming in for lunch or 15 minutes before close. Enjoy!

Food was good, my son didn't like that some of the steak and chicken on the Nachos was overcooked. Other than that the food was good. I had a Mango margarita and it was really good. The atmosphere was nice, lots of art on the walls. The service could be more friendly and interactive. We have gave a 7 out of 10 overall.

I have been a fan of Burrito 🌯 Gallery for years, but in the last year or so I have been even more impressed with the quality of not just the food, but with the staff and ownership of a few locations. This particular one is owned but Marty and his manager Jennifer (AKA Jen is a 10) are great. I definitely recommend trying it out!!
