Extremely slow service, food took forever to come out. We’ll never go back, wings didn’t even look like wings. All of the wings showed bones fragments, I was scared to have my child attempt to consume his meal. I don’t even know why I boxed it up, it’s going straight to the trash. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

My family and I decided to go there for lunch. Walked in and we were seated right away in a both by a hostess who left the menus with us. We sat there looked at the menus, talked and watched. It appeared that they maybe had three servers working and one guy who appeared to be the manager who was just aimlessly walking in circles and directing his orders at the servers passing by. We noticed that we had been sitting for about 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. We got up and walked out right past “the manager” and the hostess who didn’t even attempt to inquire with us if anyone helped us. We went to Miller’s Ale House in the vicinity and had a great lunch with excellent service. Yes I understand that I could have brought it to someone’s attention but also knew that our food would probably take a significant amount of time to come and I was just done at this point.

This is a joke, right? You’re “famous” for this? Multiple wings that look like this and a salad ordered and received with no utensils... No napkins in the bag. Such a joke. Three stars because it TASTED good. Update: Since lunch I’ve gone downhill fast. Ridiculously sick to my stomach and overall not feeling well at all. Safe to say: NEVER. AGAIN. And Grubhub will only refund me for one item. Uhg. Worst decision of my life. 0 stars if I could 🙄

Me and hubby fav spot! Our waiter last night was Ivan If I’m not mistaken, was amazing!!!!!!!! Give that man a raise! He waited tables took orders and cooked and let me say that was the first time I have been in a while where I haven’t had any issues with my food everything was perfect! For him to have done all of it by himself yeah he did that! Recommend him anytime me and my husband come!

As if this place wasn't bad enough, I decided to give it one more try bc it used to be so good. I don't know what this garbage they cooked is, but it's not wings! These things are barely bigger than a quarter! Never eating at this place again. Disgusting!

Ok 1st time this ever happened so probably a fluke but they had no burgers, salad mix, sauces or chicken sandwiches. Go figure! 1st time I left a Wild wings and didn't eat!! They literally didn't have very much of anything not even employees!!! Kinda disappointed!

I didn’t know I had ordered 12 mini wings when I did. Prepare to get about half the meat you normally would from any other place and still get charged more. Costed $15 for 12 wings that really was more like 6 full size wings. Plus, their website doesn’t specify whether or not the rub is dry or wet. When I chose the Ranchilada flavor I assumed it was a wet spicy ranch sauce and it definitely was not. Unfortunately could not recommend this place to anyone who wants good wings. Maybe their other items are better but for having “Wing” in the name of your business, this is honestly sad.

Me and my husband are Keto and this place is so Keto friendly. Service is good. Food is Fantastic. My Favorite is the Wild Chef Salad.

Been a few times. Super chill and friendly environment. Their fried Cheese curds are probably the best my wife and I have found in the area so far. The Friday wing deal is great but the flavors are hit and miss which is why I only left a 4 instead of a 5.

We ordered wings and one flavor was not one we ordered. We told the waitress about it and she said she had told us that the flavor we requested was not available. There were 5 people at our table and none if us heard her say that. We also ordered an appetizer and did not get any plates for us for neither the appetizer nor the wings. One person in our party, did not get his food until we had to ask for it and when it came, it was cold and not exactly what was requested. The waitress was kind enough to take that item off of our bill so that helped the situation some. I heard that this place is a great place to eat and the wings certainly show that, but the service was very mediocre, maybe that day they were short staffed but we saw other tables getting their food without any issues and on a timely manner.

I’m not sure what has happened to this place over the last month or so. Maybe it’s under new management. It used to have good food, good specials and a good environment but the food quality has gone way down while the prices on everything have gone way up. How is a $4 draft a “Happy Hour Special”? There were about 3 people in the entire place when I was there and I can see why.

My husband and I went there this evening for just a beer and an appetizer. We went around 515 and there were only about six people at the bar, and no one at the restaurant at all. The bartender was nice, but she was getting off work and left shortly after we got there. The other bartender was very friendly. The pretzel was really good and so is the cheese that came with it and the beers were really good as we got draft beers. The place has just a very odd vibe, it’s not real comfortable, felt like everybody stared at us when we walked in the door, just not a very comfortable place to hang out I guess. I don’t know how long this place is gonna be around but when we left there was still nobody in the restaurant and less people at the bar than when we got there, I hope this place has a really great later evening crowd because the early evening crowd is just not too great

Food was great !! Alot of flavor options too !! Alan was a great server and was very attentive to us the whole time !! We went with the special 30 wings for 20$ and tried the bubbas bbq, ranchilad , Parmesan , honey mustard and , ginger teriyaki !! All were really good !! Oh and the grande Queso dip was excellent too !! First time eating there and will definitely be return customers !!!

Called all over south Jacksonville looking for a place for our team dinner and found no love until we called Wild Wing Cafe. Not only did they accommodate us, the service was very attentive and fast for a large group. Excellent given the number of People. And the food made everyone happy. Thank you to Amanda who helped us organize this dinner and all her teammates for helping this team dinner go so well!!!!

Great food for my 1st time. Service was unacceptable. Waitress failed to follow up or keep my party informed of order arrival nor asked about refills. UPDATE: Just noticed this wasn't my first bad experience here. I waited a hour for my order to arrive to my table then when I asked why it took so long, my waitress Joi informed me that they actually had a big order ahead of mine & they're not entitled to let me know that, but it's just a courtesy that they do so. Then she pretty much tuned out my disappointment and asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I then had to wait 20 additional minutes before she informed me that the manager conveniently was on a conference call and asked if I wanted to continue to wait. I sarcastically replied no & it was okay because I was already late getting back to my job and I left. That was the most worst experience I have ever had in customer service and I will never go to that location ever again!
