Pancakes bigger than your plate! I have heard about Jerry's Grille breakfasts since my youngest son visited my sister several years ago. We finally got to try it while visiting Jacksonville this past weekend and it was every bit as good as he said. You don't think of a sports pub serving an amazing breakfast, right? But they nail it better than most breakfast restaurants. Since they use Certified Angus Beef Brand (my favorite) I went with the country fried steak, 2 over easy eggs, and cheese grits. That country fried steak was crispilicious even after being adorned with scrumptuous sawmill gravy. The cheese grits were perfection, not bland and runny like many places serve. The portions were HUGE. Speaking of huge, have ya seen the Dog House with the pancake that eclipses your plate and topped to 2 eggs any style and smoked bacon or sausage? 3 people got that and it was delicious. I stole a bite of Alexis's pancake and it was light and fluffy. My youngest son got Tony's Big Breakfast, so big it comes on two full sized plates. The staff were all fun and lively. The place was packed so I expected a wait but the kitchen crew were kicking all morning, cranking out platters of fantastic food. Reasonable prices too, I got the bill for our table and was pleasantly surprised. Place makes me wish that I still lived in Jax so I could go there every weekend.

Someone suggested I go here to check out their wings. And yes, they are probably some of the best wings I've had in Jacksonville. I live right down the road and always thought this was just a bar. I am so impressed I can't wait to try their other food. I will be back this weekend with the wife.

This place is a diamond in the rough so to speak! Great drinks, food and service. I had a ribeye steak dinner and it was the best I've had in a very long time. It was cooked to perfect and rivaled any high-end steakhouse around. I've been there several times and never had a bad meal or experience. I highly recommend!!

Absolutely worth the wait. Hope you like country music. It’s playing and it’s the atmosphere. Ribeye steak and eggs was amazing. Over easy eggs were cooked PERFECTLY!! The breakfast potatoes are seasoned deliciously. Place is packed Sunday at 11:30–took almost an hour for the food to come but it was worth it.

Have been to Jerry’s a couple times. Service was good as was the food. Key is not to go on Friday evening. Got to the place around 5:15. Sat at a table. Took 8-10 mins for someone to come over. Places our order around 535/540. Ordered onion rings as a app and two meals. Got the onions rings around 615. Had to ask about our meal twice. When we got our meal was 630. Said to the food runner we waited over an hour. Was told it’s Friday. When our server came over to check. We said the same thing about the slow service. Since table around is that came in after us got food before us. Was told the same thing it’s Friday what do you expect we are slammed. Never got a visit from the manager about the slow service. Won’t be back. Poor experience bad service.

A spontaneous dinner visit to Jerry’s Grille welcomed a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended by a dear friend who helped share great information about this restaurant. Dining area was spacious and comfortable for seating. A large bar situated on the side upon entering with a great view of the kitchen. Television for viewing those sporting events as you enjoy a refreshing beverage. I ordered the fried squash & zucchini appetizer, house salad with the lasagna special of the evening. Dessert was topped off with some homemade pumpkin cheesecake. Oh my how delicious that was! Food was very fresh and tasty. Wait time was fast for my hungry growling belly that was roaring! Our server Molly was very sweet, helpful and professional. Shoutout to her and the entire staff. Jerry’s Grille helped bring back some great memories of the places I grew up near and dined at in New Jersey. I’m sure my next visit will be another great one!

Great food. Super friendly service. I think they were busier than expected or down a sever cause it took a little long to Norden and get food. But our server was attentive and kept checking in with us. Definitely would come back next time we are in the area.

We started coming to Jerry’s back in 2005/2006 and recently has become one of our regular spots… outside/indoor seating. The service and food are exceptional - they treat us with such respect and like a good ol’ friend.. and most of all they love and accept our service dog with open arms!! And did I say.. their food is delicious!!

First visit and very pleased. Very friendly staff, great portions and tasty food. I ordered the wings and they were perfect! Huge and juicy - well worth the price even during a Buffalo wing shortage. Sat at the bar and watched other food come out from the kitchen and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! Just what you want from a local grille.

After passing this place for five years going to the grocery store, we finally stopped. Wow, am I glad we did! Stephanie helped us and she was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. So many things looked good and got our attention but we went with the tuna melt w/ onion rings, the death burger w/ crinkle cut fries and the app of mozzarella sticks. For dessert we got the key lime pie, and banana bread to go. Everything was perfect, huge portions and fair prices. We will definitely be back!

We came here for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. The server greeted us and took our drink orders within a minute of sitting down. Their menu is extensive but not overwhelming. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was absolutely outstanding. The chicken was cooked and sauced to perfection. The fries were hot and fresh and just salty enough without being overdone. Overall I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. I can't wait to try other menu items, but it will be hard to do that when the buffalo wrap is so good!

Food is great! Forget about ever getting a seat at the bar. Look elsewhere, lol not joking. You can get a table eventually. But is the waiting worth the time? Only if there is a band playing. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We were referred here by our front desk manager and we were not disappointed! Our server, Teta, was great and very friendly. The tenders plate is easily big enough for two and the Philly sandwiche was decent. Plenty of televisions make this a great place to watch whatever sports you want. The atmosphere is family friendly with plenty of tables.

Brought my little dog on vacation. They were so welcoming to him and he ate on the patio right beside us. So much fun and such great food! I would definitely suggest the Swiss Dip! Delicious sandwich!

Kylie was an incredible waitress. We had the fish sandwich, a burger, wings, fries, onion rings and fried squash/zucchini app. It was all delicious and hot when it came out. Super impressed. Will definitely go back.

This restaurant/sports bar had a halfway decent presentation. You walk in and there's no real clear instruction on what your supposed to do until someone from the bar yells across the room to tell you to sit where you like. It has a little bit of Miller's ale-house feel. Pros: -Delicious food - Choose where you sit - Never crowded Cons: - Long wait times - Absent waitress staff - Low light in the restaurant section - Seeting area feels cramped together

My breakfast was pefect. The homefries are delicious and crispy, good bacon and sausage links. 5th time for me and it is consistently good. Best of all, your food is delivered to your table when it's HOT. I had to give it a minute before i could eat the potatoes😁Staff is friendly and attentive and the pancakes were huge.

The food was great! The service was excellent! The atmosphere was loud if you're trying to have a quiet dinner, but worked great for our large group. The staff was wonderful in taking care of all of us.

BUSY, don't suggest a Friday. There downfall is that you seat yourself. Leads to people walking around restaurant and hovering over your table when your almost done. Food was HOT and delicious when it came to the table, so nothing wrong with that. But should have some one to manage tables.

We had a great time. The food was better than expected, and our server was friendly and attentive. The only (minor) KNOCK was that it is get difficult to sit where you can SEE the band. Hear them, no problem. It's not like they have a big stage show, but it is nice to see them perform too. All in all, a fine evening.

Lunch with my friend Phillip Thomas at Jerry's Grille. I've been wanting to try them because I heard so many good things about them. Let me say, there was not ONE complaint about anything! Phil and I shared fish bites as an appetizer! OMGosh, melted in our mouth! He had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich (more chicken than bread, for sure!) and perfectly cooked crinkle fries. I had the lunch special, Meatloaf over red potatoes smothered in brown gravy and topped with fried onions....so freaking delicious! Oh how I wished I lived closer. Definitely would be a a favorite spot! I'll go back for sure! Oh, I got to go to the doctor over there today...hum lunch again? Depending on my monthly appointments and pocket book, this may just be a once a month treat for this gal 😁

The only good about here is the potatoes but it is NOT worth the absolute horrendous service. We waited an hour and half for some eggs and sausage links??? and there were many a lowball glass thrown back with lime instead of taking our orders… choose somewhere else.

I've never had anything bad here. Food is amazing. And the service is so friendly They get very packed on the weekends and it is worth the wait for a table! Love this place!

Literally waited 2 hours for a hot dog, fried chicken sandwich and a French dip… so busy but cook was slower than molasses and they push to go orders and bar orders before table orders.. CALL AHEAD to make sure if wait time. Food still good!

First and only visit April 19, 2022 about 6:30 p.m. Brought lovely wife on her birthday. We were accompanied by my sharp 90 year old mother. Waited 45 minutes after ordering before locating our server and asking about our order. People arriving after us were already eating. She advised me that our food was coming up. Waited another 10 minutes, we were getting up to leave when the server came to the table and said our “ticket” was next up. Asked her where our appetizer was and was told “they must have run out of it” before she walked away. Food arrived five minutes later amid great expectations that proved to be below average greater disappointments. Burnt crisp hamburger, dry and overdone chicken parm sandwich, and dry undressed Reuben sandwich with a teaspoon of sauerkraut & no cheese & invisible dressing on grocery store marble rye. Overrated food accompanied by careless service = unpleasant experience. Would rather eat at a food truck. Better food and service. Wife’s birthday was diminished by poor food and poorer service.

I went to this place this evening with my daughter and my first impression was that it looked like a family and friends oriented place. I’m not sure of what occurred, but we were completely ignored. We first thought that was because it was packed, but other costumers that got there after us were taken care of first. Our waitress brought refreshments and never came back. After a good 30 minutes, I asked a young man to bring us the check. I saw him talking to another waitress and pointing to us. No one came. Then, I finally asked the original waitress when she passed by us to attend others . She said that we could just leave and did not need to pay. I emphasized in paying for what I owe. I asked another waitress and she also ignored me. No one came to our table. Finally I stopped again the second waitress and told her that I wouldn’t leave without paying. She gave me the check of $6.50 for 2 sodas. I gave her a bill of $20 and the rest as tip. She was very thankful and I was even more than her. I’ve been in this country for 24 years and love it with all my heart, but it saddened me to see how confused my daughter was. She was born here and I am an American citizen. I have never been illegally here. I wish nothing bad to anyone, to the opposite. I pray that people would be concerned with the inwards and not outwards of a person. My mom is of European descent and my father of black and Brazilian indian native. Ive been working in a VERY prominent hospital for almost 8 years and have been working in the medical field for about 21 years. I used to be a Trump supporter, but I realized that no political party can actually change the strife we daily see. Only our Lord can bring us justice and everlasting peace. I wish to gentleman that owns this restaurant all the best and that may God keep him and his loved ones safe. I love the Lord Jesus Christ. He is my Savior and King.

My husband got the patty melt and I got the steak Quesadilla. I got a lemon drop martini. Everything was great as it usually is. Their drinks are top notch crafted by the bartender. And don't forget they have steak, yum. I have had many times. Always perfect and delicious. This little grill is local flavor and always great food!

Savannah had an excellent attitude - very friendly and accommodating. Demonstrated knowledge about the menu and made great recommendations. Even though she was busy with multiple tables she always took the time to check in and make sure we always had a cold drink. Savannah was a definite reason as to why we will return.

Jess was AMAZING!! Haven’t had service this good in a while!!! Food was excellent and it was nice not to have a loud band for a change (even though I enjoy them too)! Thanks Jess I’m asking for your section from now on!! You ROCK!!
