Marco and the team at Chatsworth are simply and elegantly incredible!!!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND every step of the way in working with us on my nephew and his beautiful brides wedding. No detail was left undone and their brunch reception was PERFECTION to say the least. We rented the entire venue and let me tell you this is the way to go if having an event here. It gave us all room to spread out comfortably and give them a grand entrance into their sit down brunch for 53 guests. Everyone loved every detail, the quality of the food and drinks, but what set them from the rest is their A plus SERVICE!!! We cannot say enough great things about what Marco and the team did to make that truly the BEST day for them and us all. It will forever love on as the best wedding that has happened among our friends and family -after everything, it was definitely worth the wait and truly spectacular in every way. ( it was 1 year delayed event (due to covid). We know that Chatsworth will always be the best choice for anyone. Thank you Marco and the Chatsworth team for making Amber & Nathans wedding dreams a reality that will forever live on in our hearts - making St Augustine even more near and dear to our hearts.

***HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT*** The Scones came out burnt. When asked if we could have non-burnt scones, the waitress returned and relayed a message from the kitchen (or management) that it was just the chocolate and there was nothing they could do. That they had no more scones made. Essentially relaying the message, "Sorry for your luck". Meanwhile, another table had much better looking scones come out immediately prior to receiving the message. On top of that, the waitress seemed concerned that if she pressed the issue to have new scones made properly, that she would lose her job. More so than the low-quality scones, THAT is an unacceptable working environment!

We rented out the entire pub for a rehearsal dinner and welcome reception, the night before my son and daughter-in-laws wedding !!! It was absolutely AMAZING, starting with Marco, our planner. She was present and helpful from day 1. She assisted me with making decisions. She helped me with the menu choices. The day of, I dropped my decorations off and she perfectly placed then. When we all walked in, it was absolutely beautiful! Then, the evening of was wonderful. All of my guests from near and far asked the same question “How did you find this place”. It was just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to plan something nice and special!

Planned a tea party for my moms birthday that’s on New Years Day. She had been looking forward to the tea party. The room was cute and nicely decorated. The tea and food was good, it’s tea party food (little biscuits, finger sandwiches, scones etc.). What makes the experience at a place like this is the service. Not once did we feel like we were at a tea party. The two ladies working appeared miserable, there was only one other table there - and the bar was empty. They weren’t busy, so I didn’t understand why we were treated so poorly. We felt as if we were a burden. We arrived and we’re not greeted, just aimlessly walking around until noticed and pointed to the back room. We were not greeted by our server or told what to anticipate. She came over to our table after we sat down and said what tea do you want. We said what tea do you offer? She said the cart is right here (she didn’t tell us to pick a tea when she brought out the cart. It was left behind our table, how were we supposed to know). We pick our teas and we’re interested in bottomless mimosas, but by the time we got her attention we were already half way through the food. I understand it’s the day after NYE, but if you can’t provide quality or even mediocre service then it’s probably best to not open on a holiday. Gratuity was already included which was most likely another reason for lack motive to check on us. After tip it was about $50 pp. Also, the bathroom was not clean - it smelled and was right next to our table. Better servers and service would’ve easily made this a great experience, sadly that was not the case for us.

Being in St. Augustine, the ‘Oldest City in the US’, you desire a place that fits the ‘old times’ vibe. Chatsworth Pub fits the bill. Pubs are a favorite ours, and this one is solid. Old wooden bar, check. Bar decor from a by gone era, check. This one adds in a wonderful attached tea room with a collection of different pots on display. Solid list of beers, they have a good selection, including some local stuff and a nice offering of mixed drinks. I wish they had a bit wider offering of quality bourbons and whiskey. The grub is tasty and the service friendly. I’d certainly come back for dinner or spend an evening here in the colder months, enjoying the ambiance.

Stopped in to cool off with a beverage. What a cool little place with lots of personality and fun environment. Friendly staff, lots of draft options and full menu. One of the few places I have found that keeps hard seltzer on tap. Will definitely stop in again!

My four coworkers and I came here for brunch on a Saturday. There was only a couple people in there with us. I bet a Friday or Saturday night it would be awesome! Bottomless mimosas for $11.99 with purchase of food. The food was great. We all had the sugar waffle and egg soufflé. It was so good. The London pub style was cute. Parking is limited. You have to pay for parking. Follow them on IG.

Went for afternoon tea and was not really impressed. I have gone to many other places for afternoon tea and will not return here again. Despite reservations and us being the first in the tea room that afternoon(even though we were late) they did not seem to be prepared. It seemed to be too much to ask for everyone to get their own tea flavor. We were never offered a refil on the tea. We just had cold tea by the end of our session. The seating is supposed to be 1.5 hrs. It was 1 hr in when we finally received our food. By then our tea was cold. We did end up staying over the 1.5 hrs and it was not a problem. After we received our pots of tea we realized there was no cream. After waiting for server for a while I asked for cream and sugar and she went to fetch cream but told me kind of snarky that we have sugar. There was barely any sugar in the pot and we just got there which is why i asked in the first place and we ended up getting some from the next table. When i made resevations I tried to book for 5. Which included 2 kids. They only had a table for 4 available and asked me if the 2 year old would be ok just sitting with us and not having his own setting. I agreed to this not thinking it would be a big deal. Obviously nothing was offered to him, which is fine he could share ours although i had been willing to pay for him when i made the reservation but when i asked if we could get another cup that was also frowned upon. This was not my idea to just "add" him to our table. I guess they thought he should just sit and watch while his sibling has hot chocolate. Obviously a 2 year old did not understand why he couldnt get any so i gave him my cup until we finally got me a cup half way in to the tea. I can go on and on.. the food was not the best either. The bread of the sandwiches had dried out on the outside. I guess they had been sitting out for a while. Otherwise the sandwiches were nice. The scone was the best part of the whole experience. We hardly ate any of the pastries on top. We tried few bites and they were ok but it didnt make you want to eat any more of it. The setting is quaint and the tea cup and pots were beautiful. It had potential to be an amazing experience but the service and food was subpar in my opinion. I have come to expect more from previous experiences and this would definitely rank the lowest on my list.

The place was very cute and I loved the small sandwiches, scones and dessert bars served- but it was not $37 worth of food. We did have a variety of the cucumber & cream cheese, Turkey, and roast beef sandwiches, blueberry scones and several dessert bars. $20-25 would have been more reasonable.I paid the $37 because it was a friends bridal shower. I would not pay this for a regular brunch of just sandwiches and dessert. Maybe if the mimosas were included and not an extra cost. Service was great and the food was really good, but I still think $37 is pretty steep for the small amount of food we got.

Great place for drinks, not super crazy busy which was nice. The chairs are so comfy and staff friendly and attentive.

The Monday night bartender was an awesome Jack of All Trades! She did a great job making everyone feel welcome and attentive. I only left because there was a loud old white lady. Definitely recommend for a drink or two!

We came to have their high tea. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 children. Pros: nice tea setting, decent price, good amount of tea Cons: tea room shares wall with the pub, bartender of pub also your server for tea so they seemed a bit overwhelmed (but she was super pleasant-I just felt bad for her), music in room was on a phones Spotify account so kept hearing weird ads, food was adequate but not really fantastic-very heavy desserts, menu offers lemonade or hot chocolate for kids-we asked for both and told no hot chocolate was available.

We hosted a welcome party for our wedding here (got married in the White Room the next day) and it was the best decision we ever made. We ended up renting out the whole pub and served hors d'oeurves with drinks. The pub itself is adorable and provides a very welcoming, charismatic and comfortable atmosphere. Because of the interior decor of the pub we opted not to supplement with any additional decoration because it does not need anything else - it is great as it is and very beautiful. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Marco helped us plan and make selections leading up to the event and she was great at accommodating our price point and dietary preferences. She had great insight on how much to order too. I am so glad we did this because it gave everyone a chance to connect before the wedding and made it even easier for the guests to find the wedding the next day. Highly recommend the Chatsworth!

The Chatsworth Pub was selected for my son and future daughter in-laws rehearsal dinner of 22 guest and a Welcome party that followed immediately after for an additional 78 guests. The night was perfect:), the service, staff, food and drinks were Excellent. A special shoutout to Marco for doing such an excellent job with her communication and planning prior to the party. She was a special pleasure to work with. Also she managed the entire night flawlessly. I highly recommend the Chatsworth Pub and Tea Room. Our event will be a night to remember. Also our guest truly had a wonderful time. A special touch was in St. Augustine it was the last weekend for the Festival of Lights, it was beautiful:)

I loved this little pub! We came after the kitchen closed so the only food option was pretzels, but they were good. They had a lot of drink choices and both of the ones we ordered we really enjoyed.

Came here for a birthday tea and it was so quaint! The front room is a cozy pub and the back room feels like a Victorian den. The tea selection was great and there were 10+ teas to choose from. Each member of my party got their own tea pot and we were even able to try different teas once we finished a pot. The sandwiches were very good but I felt like the desserts were a bit lackluster. The pastries were a bit dry and did not taste terribly fresh. Overall a very nice experience.

The Tea Room at The Chatsworth provided the perfect intimate atmosphere for our cozy wedding reception. Marco and staff were all incredibly friendly - it felt like they were guests taking part in our celebration, not just a hired vendor. The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful, while not breaking our budget. Having your reception at The Chatsworth will be fun and memorable for you and your guests.

What a hidden gem in St. Augustine. Came for lunch and to watch the footie. Great beer selection and the Reuben sandwich was delicious.

Although our server was super nice they absolutely would not engaged with ensuring people were followed up on or taking care of when they walked in the door. The drinks were good, my old fashioned was one of the best I've had in quite some time, but I really wish they would have been more attentive to service.

I came here on a Sunday morning with my new wife and some family. We had tried going the previous Saturday evening but the entire St.Augustine was very busy. The Pub made you really feel like you were in England. I had never heard of tee before but this was excellent. Anyone who had never had a true tee lunch will enjoy this experience. The food was great but it certainly was an experience. My wife is gluten free and they were able to accommodate. If you know you are coming here then be sure to let the kitchen know a couple days ahead of time about the gluten allergy. They were able to make gluten free cookies and other treats. We appreciate the pub making us feel special and we will be sure to return.

Liked the atmosphere but I wish they had food besides soft pretzels, charcuterie board, and cheese soup.. don't need a full menu but definitely need some apps that people actually enjoy. I'm new to town and I was hoping this would be a new hangout for me but charcuterie boards and cheese soup are not my cup of tea

We celebrated my grandpas 80th birthday here. The venue is so charming and the staff was amazing. They were quick to accommodate the needs of a few walkers, we’re so friendly and really did a great job. I look forward to coming back for tea time.

Hosted my rehearsal dinner/welcome party here with Marco's help and I can honestly say GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! Marco was on top of everything for us, and made it easy to plan. I can't say enough kind words about her! My wedding party LOVED the plated meal, and then when we opened up the venue later to a welcome party, all the guests had an incredible time. Everything was so well organized and anytime my and my now HUSBAND asked a request, it was always "yes let's see how we can make it happen." Also, we looked for many rehearsal dinner/welcome party spots in town, and the Chatsworth gave us the biggest bang for our buck: accommodated our large welcome party while being flexible with our plans to have a small dinner first. The location is very convenient if your venue is close to town as well. P.s. if you are getting married in St. Augustine, know that it is a VERY popular wedding destination. Any vendor you reach out to probably has a ton of inquiries just like yours. Practice patience when it comes to vendors. They'll get back to you in enough time I promise! I had a year to plan my wedding and that meant lots of back to back communication with vendors. They do the best they can and they work hard to make it happen for you!
