I recently visited Indochine Downtown and I was blown away by the experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with beautiful decor and dim lighting that sets the mood perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Now let's talk about the food - it was simply amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous. The menu is extensive and there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, which I appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend Indochine Downtown to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Thai food in Jacksonville. The quality of the food, combined with the excellent service and inviting atmosphere, make for a truly memorable dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant! Great location downtown. Went on a Tuesday so the parking was not too bad. The restaurant was very clean and a great for a 1st date! The hostess was very welcoming and explained the menu. I tried the drunken chicken on level 3 and it was not hot at all so next time I'll go up a level. All in all what I had was delicious and i will return to try more!

I was in Jacksonville on business last week when I dropped in for Thai food at this restaurant. It has been ranked as top 50 Thai restaurants in the country. The place has really cool decor and a cute bar area. I ordered spring rolls and chicken and shrimp pad Thai. Both were delicious. My sever was super chill and friendly. He recommended I try the Thai Ice Tea which was also good. Definitely recommend this place.

Is this the best Thai in the city? No. But it’s central in downtown, has friendly staff, cute interior, and decent enough food. I’ve been going for years when I need to grab a quick lunch and craving Thai

Amazing little restaurant, tucked in a cozy loft very downtownish. Right above burrito gallery, it would be easy to miss. Cool decor. I had the pho which featured delicious flank steak an upgrade from your typical pho, the broth was delicious and authentic. We also had the curry fried rice which I find contradictory but it was delicious just the same. The calamari was also very light and not chewy, excellent 👌. We'll definitely be back!

Stopped in for Friday night dinner before a show at the Florida Theater. Happy hour is until 5. We started with the crispy rolls which were really tasty. Portion is two rolls cut in half. The wonton soup was ok, the broth was not very flavorful. I ordered drunken noodles and my date ordered panang curry which comes with a side of rice. Spice level 2 and 3 were not hot enough so I will go up a level next time. The entrees were excellent, we both finished our entire plates. Would order both again! Packed with veggies and flavor.

First time ever coming to Indochine and it certainly won't be the last! The food was incredible, the atmosphere beautiful, and the best part of our visit was the hostess Tiffany! She was very personable and you could tell she truly loved what she does and cared about those coming to dine. She was bubbly, offered opinions on what to get (which everything on the menu is incredible from what she said) and was a true delight. My partner and I will definitely be back as this was an experience we won't forget!

Stopped by on our trip from Orlando, read about the great reviews and the crab Rangoon which we had, also had the summer rolls and everything was amazing! Food was great and tasty our server Lily was super awesome her recommendations were good, lychee cocktail not too bad my girlfriend loved it, it was her drink. We shared a main dish, red curry on a level 4 on spicy with shrimp and veggies which was a perfect amount of tolerable heat while still enjoying the flavor in the red curry and they split it for us, came out of the Kitchen in two separate plates which was a nice touch, nobody ever does that. Thai tea was really good, Thai coffee perfect and strong So overall experience was great! Food ✅🔥 Hospitality ✅❤️ Atmosphere ✅ Lily ♥️♥️♥️♥️✅🥳 Adding pictures with no filters

First have to say, the hostess Tiffany is the best. So polite and fun. She is constantly working hard as the hostess and the floor. Serving food, taking orders, and being nice. I had the basil duck and it tasted awesome and the calamari is good too. I usually get the fried rice, but Tiffany suggested to try the other meals. Glad I did. She also does a great presentation on the desserts.

Small yet nice Thai cuisine in the heart of downtown. The service was a bit slow, but we made the mistake of coming during rush lunchtime. They were very busy. Their specialty seems to be pad Thai noodles. This is very good. My peer ordered rice and she felt it was bland (she only added level 2 spice).Parking is definitely a pain, so plan ahead foe that.

I was fortunate to discover this place in 2013/14 a few years after moving to Jax! I’m a take-out kinda girl, but I love their atmosphere. Their Drunken Noodles are the best in the city HANDS DOWN!!! I order them every visit ❤️❤️❤️

Another great meal at Indochine! Went there yesterday, and was treated to excellent service from Anthony. He was fast without rushing us, explained the menu perfectly, and kept my water cup full. The food came out quick and very hot as usual. Not to mention the spices took the meal from pretty good to top tier. Would recommend going for lunch as the service is much better.

Such a cool place! Enter the doorway for this hidden gem and follow the mural up stairs to this great restaurant. Pick your level of spicy/nonspicy - staff is wonderful with great advice. Their freshly prepared panang curry is probably the best I’ve ever tasted, and loaded with plump shrimp cooked to perfection.

We met friends here for dinner before a show at the Florida theater. The food was super delicious. I tried the cider on tap and it was a great pairing with the truly spicy red curry we got. We will be back. Also it is nice to go to a place downtown that has a parking lot.

Lovely atmosphere, not the best part of town, great vegetarian options that I was superb!

Food was awful. Drunken noodles were warm with cold shrimp. Use dried chili powder instead of fresh chili peppers. The Thai tea was fairly good. After I told someone about it he walked away from me and ignored me. No offer to replace or exchange for something. Not a place I would recommend.

Amazing food and service! I ordered a Thai tea & pork mee krob at a 4 spice level. The noodles were crispy and softened well with the broth, the bok choi and carrots were soft but not mushy, and the flavor/texture combo was perfect. At the 4 spice level, it was a perfect level of bite without being distracting. My server also provided additional spices if you wish to add to the level.

Service was the best we’ve had - we called ahead and had some questions answered by the hostess who was extremely friendly & accommodating.. we were a group of four and needed a table to accommodate our service dog. The staff was extremely accommodating and respectful. The server was top notch. We came in with high expectations (our family is from Taiwan and in the food industry so we have high expectations for food in general, but especially Asian food) and wanted food cooked with love and expertise.. The server was able to give us all the details on how the food was prepared etc. He gave great suggestions and was honest about which items we may not be satisfied with based on our preferences. I ordered the Basil duck which was cooked to perfection - super tender and juicy on the inside but crispy on the outside. The flavors were incredible.. even better tasting than a similar meal that I had a few months ago that I paid double the price for!! Everything on the menu is cooked with gluten free soy which was fantastic because I have celiac and am very sensitive to gluten (I’m writing this review almost 24 hours after eating there and have had no adverse side effects 😊) Everything we ate was extremely delicious but the basil duck, calamari, and Tom yum soup were the real winners. And like I mentioned above - the service was seriously 5 stars. We were all super impressed and will definitely be coming back here!!!

Great lunch at Indochine I ordered the chicken Laab salad and shrimp Pad thai, both Thai Hot. Both menu items were fantastic and noteworthy. The Lamb Salad was the best. The depth and diversity of flavors on the palate were top notch. Salty, sour, spicy were all in perfect balance. I have to note that while the Thai Hot was not over the top, it hit the mark with a great balance of both fresh and dried Chili. The Server said the portion sizes were huge, but I found them both to be moderate. The Pad Thai I was served was my favorite style; dark, a bit charred, salty and sweet, with a variety of balanced textures. My only critique is that it was bit too balanced. I felt like it should have leaned a little bit more in one direction or the other. My preference would have been a bit sweeter, or a bit more sour. Overall though, I definitely enjoyed this version of pad Thai. If I were to base my score on the salad, I would give this location a 5 star, on the pad thai, a 4 star. The overall score has to be 4 due to the service. My waiter was kind and helpful, but they were very busy and he had way too many tables, so many elements of great service were missed. I asked for Diet Coke, I received coke. I asked for a spice tray and it was not brought out till halfway through the entre. He was extremely rushed and unable to attend to everyones needs. I am happy this location is doing well, and my food was great, but more staff, and better service would kick this place up a notch.

Great upscale atmosphere without being too boujee and uncomfortable. Food was amazing! Pleasantly surprised by every step of the meal- the portions were the most shocking. You'd assume an upscale place would leave you hungry but not here! I even had leftover Pho! Wish I had saved room for dessert. Perhaps next time because there will most definitely be a next time!

So good! Place has a very hip vibe. It was pretty busy and looked like they might have been a little understaffed - but no one missed a beat from the moment we walked in. The hostess was super friendly, multitasking like a champ. Service was fast and friendly, with everyone helping each other to ensure guests were well taken care of. Drinks were a little strong, but I guess that's not a complaint. Food was delicious, I would recommend ordering a little spicier than you want think - medium was very mild. But flavors were on point. Mango sticky rice was good, but I'm used to it being a little sweeter. Will definitely come back next time we're downtown.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! Great lighting and decor with delicious food most importantly. I went with my friend and our server was Donovan. He made great recommendations based on what food we like and was quick and always refilling drinks. A friendly helpful server plus 10/10 food and drinks made for a great evening! Highly recommend

Everything was absolutely delicious. Waiter was Anthony and was on top of every thing and very knowledgeable. My wife and I ordered summer rolls, Thai chicken wings, Pho, and drunken noodles. The Thai coffee and Thai tea were very good. I highly recommend anyone that likes Thai food or pho.
