Just want to preface by saying this review is not for houligans as a whole. Houligans is great. I’m a regular that enjoys coming in. This particular time we were greeted by Jessica. We had a group of 12 which really seemed to bother her. She made it very obvious that she was annoyed that we would be paying separately. Once we were sat down she instantly asked us to order and when we said we needed a minute she told us we would be ordering drinks at the same time as ordering food. Not really an issue in most cases however she took a while to come back for us to order. Once it was time to order she was very rude and would interrupt us in the middle of us ordering. Showed zero patience to anyone. Especially to one of our friends who just moved to America from ukraine. His English is challenged and she was literally shaking her head in frustration and the fact that he wasn’t speaking perfect English. Exhaling very loudly and rolling her eyes at him. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was being very pleasant to the other table she was serving. She couldn’t get most of the orders correct. Some were missing items, some were the wrong thing altogether. I was missing items and I never got any refills. Physically moved my friends hand and head out of the way to place a plate. Not even saying excuse me to let him know she was there. Never stopped at our table to see if we needed anything. We had to wait for an opportunity where she would be running past our table to ask and half the time Jessica kept running past. Never got a refill once throughout the hour we were waiting for her. Once it was time to pay things only got worse. Had a hard time finding who ordered what and how we would be paying. Charged my friend twice, printed extra receipt that she claimed we had to pay for even though everyone gave them a separate card for each person, and took one of the credit cards into the back room to do god knows what. If you want to be treated like s**t do not have Jessica as your waiter. Do better Jessica. I’m. Or one to leave bad reviews as I work in customer service, but this was the worst service I have ever experienced.

This review is for the waitress Jessica. The worst service I’ve had in history. Started off with an attitude from the get go. Was talking with a rude tone when getting everyone’s order, told someone to speak louder and face her way because she can’t hear them. Our friend recently moved to America and was ordering his food and has broken English, she was shaking her head and rolling her eyes thinking he was faking the accent. She proceeded to have an attitude and even pushed our friend pretty hard (I understand it could’ve been an accident) but she didn’t even apologize. Towards the end she kept messing up the checks and would act like it’s our fault. One of the people from our party did not leave her a tip for her nasty behavior and she mumbled “thank you… for nothing” thinking he didn’t hear. Just horrible horrible service!!

Clean, good prices and great service. Pretty big menu so there were a lot of choices, there was a kids menu too. Food was decent, had some tough meat in my French dip, but everything else was really good.

We had a quick lunch here. We ordered 20 wings 10 mild and 10 teriyaki garlic. They were excellent! We also shared a basket of seasoned fries, which were good as well. Service was very quick and food came out less than 10 minutes from when we ordered. It was a great lunch!

Wow. When we walked in there was a sign to seat yourself. We sat in the dining area and waited 13 mins and no one acknowledged we were there. Guess if we had went to the bar we would have gotten served. Gave 1 star because I had to. Unless you want to drink at the bar, I wouldn't advise going to Hooligans.

I went with my 80+ parents to watch football. Alex was our waiter and he was fantastic. The food as always was delicious. Love the almond chicken salad. The hostess was very friendly and made us all feel welcomed. But what impressed me was how efficient the staff was in cleaning and turning over tables on such a busy day. I've worked in the restaurant business and not only were the staff very proficient you can tell that they were trained well by the management. Very relaxing and enjoyable time. And yes our team won but this does not influence my experience.

How hard is it to make a GOOD salad? I ordered the chicken pecan salad with blackened chicken. The lettuce was old and yellow, hardly any cheese, and the dressing tasted all like vinegar. The chicken was good. I would not waste your money.

Our food was very tasty. We ordered drinks (margaritas) apps (fried onions, chicken tenders and fried cheese) and grilled burgers with a salad. Everything came quickly and our server kept coming by to check if we needed anything. It was a pleasant dining experience.

It was our first time at this location. The food was ok. We didn't wait for long. The service was really good. Servers were professional and courteous. Great atmosphere. Want to go back and try again.

Came as part of a soccer team group. I can't compliment our server enough for her attention and ensuring all orders were correct. Food was delicious, all of it! Nachos to die for and the Houligan stayed wings... great! To add, cold beers, nice cocktails... perfect end of soccer day for parents and boys. And did I mention the service was amazing!!! That is how good she was to our group!

Service was fast, staffs were really nice, food was good but could do better. Portion is’t bad. Plenty of parking. Nice place to hangout with friends and maybe a tad older kids.

Kind of a laid back sports grill. Good place and good food.

This is our local haunt. Joel and Ashley are great bartenders. Great place to get some wally wings and a burger. Ribs will surprise you and must try the Buffalo shrimp appetizer! Clean bathrooms are the hallmark of a good restaurant and they got em.

Houligan's has a classic sports bar feel. Service was excellent and the food good. The value for what we paid was the best I have had in the past two years of ever-increasing prices and was actually pleasantly surprised when the bill came.

My first time at Houligan's, went with family party of 6. Service was great and food was delicious. I got the French Dip and my boyfriend had the steak wrap - steak wrap was a bit smaller than anticipated but much higher quality meat and tastier than expected so no complaints! The French Dip isn't NY diner quality (which can't be beat), but it was excellent and satisfied that craving.

The best place in Palm Coast for wings!! They offer traditional or wally (grilled after they're fried). With a variety of sauces, it's our go to favorite place when you just wanna wing it...wing it real good!!

Wings were spot on, service was amazing. We are from out of town and ventured here looking for a quick bite. Little did we know it was standing room only with playoffs going on. We got lucky and found two seats in the bar area. No complaints whatsoever. Our server was super attentive. We ordered the pretzel bites. The spicy mustard dip was delicious! And our wings were tasty and delicious. We will definitely come back when we’re in town.

The staff is always friendly and professional, I really enjoy coming to this location. The Guinness is always good and there are plenty of TVs always for you to watch the game!!! Definitely coming back Update: I notice a lot of people surprised that this location closes at 10pm on a Saturday night

I stop here about 4x a year as I pass through on my trips out of state and it never disappoints. Despite being busy my server Laura was excellent about communicating the status at all times of our food and drinks. She was having a busy night and did a great job. I had a Blue Cheese Burger and I split an order of wings with my friend and both were excellent. I highly recommend the "Wally Wings" which are grilled....they consistently are great tasting. I'll be back again and ask for Laura.

My family and I get Houligans take out often and the last few times have been the worst. Last week the wings were burnt on one side/ uncooked on the other and the fries were crunchier than potato chips. This week, the chicken is raw. I can’t believe this. Please get some consistency. This is terrible. The fries were good this time though.

Every time we have visited Houligans in Palm Coast, we haven't been disappointed. Sure, Friday night crowds can be a little loud, but even with the standards of a sports bar, Houligans has been a pretty decent pick to bring family down visiting for both the food and trivia table games. This restaurant may also quite possibly have the best burgers and wings in town. Even to-go orders on the burgers have been on point, every single one cooked to order exactly as requested which is pretty impressive (maintaining med rare for to go is near impossible, but the cook nails it.) Portion sizes have decreased slightly, but so has everywhere else.

Houligan's Palm Coast is our go-to place for apps and drinks. We had been looking for a local place close to where we live and we found it. We make it our Monday afternoon/evening stop each week. The food is always great and consistent. We always sit at the bar, and have come to know some of the regulars as we're now regulars ourselves. It's a great atmosphere and the bartenders are always friendly. Trivia is always a good time as well.

Awesome first time experience. Our great server, Alex seriously made the whole evening so enjoyable. He was prompt, courteous, put up with a lot of tourist questions, and always smiled. Alex's food recommendations and suggestions were amazingly tasty and the Salmon & Chicken Philly were perfect! Glad we tried Houligan's and had such a great night. Thanks Alex & staff.

The food was we excellent as always! The service was fantastic, and the restaurant had new decor. It was very clean. We frequent Houligan's in Palm Coast where we live. We were out running errands in Daytona yesterday, so we decided to try Houligans on Speedway Blvd. The food was outstanding as expected, and the atmosphere was clean and new. Now we know another great Houligans location for the best wings ever!

We went to this Houligan's to pick up our dinner tonight. As I was walking back to my car, one of the handles broke on the bag, and down it went. It wasn't even more than one minute later when two employees rushed to our vehicle and said they saw what had happened. These two young ladies were Alyssa and Bridgett. They immediately took over, and they replaced our entire order. We thank them so much for their care and for coming so quickly to rectify this unfortunate situation. We will be customers of this Houligan's in Palm Coast for life. James and Debbie

I eat here often and it’s generally pretty good. I’m trying to figure out if they changed the name only or is it a new business. I googled “food near me” and after reading the reviews for Lulu’s, I was interested in going until I saw it was the same location as Houligans 🤔 What’s going on?

Lots of TVs there. Football season would be exciting there. Good service and good food. We had the blue cheese burger. It was good. Not the best burger I've had. I'm try something else next time.
