Prepare for a bit of a wait on the busy days, but it's worth it! The cinnamon roll french toast was AMAZING and my husband really enjoyed his country bowl. We also had an order of the Beignet biscuits which were PHENOMENAL. The food is very rich, so definitely a once in awhile place or prepare to gain a million pounds. We will be back for sure!

Had family in from out of town so we met here for brunch. it was almost an hour and a 1/2 wait for 13 people. but well worth it. everyone was able to get what they wanted and there was plenty of food to go around. While the wait staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people she handled it perfectly.

This location is by far the dirtiest ABE I have visited. The floors are covered with food and paper waste. The hostess seated us and pointed for my wife to sit in the booth, but she was pointing at eggs still left in the seat from the prior customer. In plain sight, so we (not an employee) had to clean the eggs off the seat prior to sitting down. My wife cleaned the eggs off the seat right in front of the hostess and not even an “I’m sorry” or acknowledgement was said about the seat being dirty. I had to use the restroom and let’s just say I had to clean the toilet prior to using it. I’m not getting deep in this, but it was/is disgusting. I’ve been to many ABE and they have always been great and mostly clean. I don’t expect everything to be pristine during a rush, but this place was bad. The bathroom would have made me leave, but we already ordered so I stuck it out even though everything in my mind was saying to go. I ordered a simple bacon with cheddar on white toast. It came out with eggs and the cheddar was scrambled in the egg. I do not eat eggs so I had to send it back. The food came right back to me making me think it just had the egg knocked off in the trash and cheese added back with the same bread and same bacon. They didn’t even heat it and the cheese was not melted at all. My wife got the French toast meal. Her French toast wasn’t even cooked, just barely on one side, but not even enough for the bread to be warm. If we wanted bread, and cold cheese, we could’ve stopped by Trader Joe’s and saved 50 bucks. The bartender, who was also our server yelled to the hostess after she sat us not to sit her again, because she didn’t want to be stuck there until 5 (it was 1:20). I have ALWAYS had the best experiences at every ABE I’ve ever been to, and always recommend ABE to anyone that will listen, but someone needs to check on this establishment and it’s management, because if this was my first experience, I would never be back.

Place deserves 5stars Gave it 3 based on our experience! Indoor and outdoor atmosphere is nice. We had breakfast there, enjoyed our taste food and the service. Only thing didn’t like is after finishing our food, stayed in the restaurant for a while and felt like not welcomed, waitress kept coming back and forth to our table saying ( is there anything else I can help you with) again and again. It might be over friendly but it feels like: you are done? Just leave! Even place wasn’t busy by that time. Anyway, might give it another try. It’s also a bit pricey place

Amazing breakfast spot you don't want to miss. I'm a big breakfast fan, and this place is a 10 out of 10. Coffee was awesome, food was very flavorful, waitress was really helpful and kind. As an added plus, we didn't have to wait for a table (midweek morning around 745am). I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful spot for breakfast! No tomato juice so I had a bloody Mary instead! Yummy. Try the city grits! They are loaded. You can sit inside or out on a patio. Tons of menue options. A little bit of a wait.... But so worth it.

Eden was an amazing server. She was super attentive and flexible to the changes in our order. Her pleasant attitude made family brunch and even better experience. Would look for her if she’s working my next time coming to this location.

The outdoor dining was nice, though we had to move tables due to it not being stable. Once we moved to a 4 top it was much better. There was a large amount of water on the floor near the door outside, which the waitresses seemed to not mind, so I’m thinking they must be used to it. The wait time for seating was great, for the food not so much. The food was not on par to the price and was not great. As a first time customer I would not return.

Great decor and vibe! Ed took great care of us. Food was fresh and prepared well. Very vibrant platings. Not the cleanest moment, end of a busy morning so we’ll have grace.

I should have known when I noticed the hostess had a large coffee and food from Starbucks at her station… I ordered a cup of coffee which looked more like tea, you can actually see through it even after adding creamer. I asked the server for some fresh half-and-half, and he didn’t know what that was. I explained that I preferred fresh half and half (creamer) to the prefilled containers at the table which normally have sweeteners and flavorings I don’t care for, he said they do t have that and offered to bring me a bowl of whipped cream…….(?) Over half of the menu has alcohol in the food, and I don’t drink… The other half of the menu mostly had odd sounding pairings like cream cheese, crab meat, and garlic in breakfast eggs.. no thanks. The peaky server (bartender) got rude when I asked for a to go cup for my (watered down sour tasting) coffee and brought a cheap styrofoam cup which is not only bad for the environment but makes even good coffee taste like plastic. Gross. Was charged $4.07 for a bad tasting watered down coffee served rudely by someone who has never heard the very common term half and half before. Waked next door to the Starbucks and got a great cup of coffee for the same price quickly and with a friendly smile. My first attempt to dine here, and I definitely will not be back.

The food was fantastic here! The shrimp and grits had a southern and warming feeling that left me feeling absolutely satisfied coupled with the friendly & exceptional customer service of the waitress Holly who anticipated my every need. She is simply thoughtful and wonderful! And to top it off I had the cinnamon roll French toast sprinkled with blueberries, raspberries and whipped cream that sealed my need for a tart, sweet, yet savory taste. It was simply tantalizing. I recommend this place because of its welcoming, lively and calming atmosphere. Bring your friends, family and it’s pet friendly too in the outdoor area for your furry loved ones. Thank you for such a terrific experience.

My wife and I love this chain. We were excited to try this Another Broken Egg in Jacksonville and it did not dissopoint. We sat at the bar rather than waiting for a table and the bartender was cheerful and fun. Food was served fast, warm, and delish. The biscuits and gravy makes a great appetizer and the crab cake benedict is supurb.

This place is awesome, but the best part was our waitress. Our server Brianna was genuine and helpful! She greeted us immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My friend who I came with is pregnant, and she helped her find a good menu option that suited her dietary needs and gave us all the time we needed to decide otherwise in the mean time! I got the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and scrambled eggs with sausage and she got the Mixed Berry Waffle with eggs and bacon. Our food was delicious and we did not wait long for it. 10/10 am going again. Thank you Brianna for a great birthday brunch experience 🥰

I've eaten at this location 3 times, every other time I gotten the chicken & waffles(amazing!!) but this time I changed up. The city grits wasn't my Forte but the regular cheese grits are a go👍🏽. The country gravy had a different taste but still was decent. Will be back!

Consistently delicious. Today I got the Cinnamon Roll French Toast and it was amazing. Not overly sweet and plenty of caramel-ish syrup. In addition to the excellent food, we've always had great service here in their comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend grabbing breakfast here any time.

Our server Zach was excellent! I appreciate how prompt he was from start to finish. Made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our meal and recommended really great menu items. He was courteous and friendly for our entire visit. Thank you Zach!

Been here a few times. It’s always a good time and great atmosphere… Our waitress Kenia never let us want for anything? She kept our refills coming and kept our table clean and I cluttered… it just made our experience better. I had the Southwest Scrambler, it was Delicious!

Beautiful weather so we sat outside. We were greeted promptly by Eden and she had the cutest reindeer antlers that made sounds and light up. So festive and creative. She was very bubbly and great personality and made interesting recommendations. We ordered the pitcher of mimosas with the Grand floater and it was well....effective. The food came pretty quickly and was exactly what we ordered and was delicious. Overall wonderful experience and look forward to coming back.

I've been here 2 days in a row first day not to busy but had to wait on service,2nd day pretty busy and still had to wait on service so to me it seems slow on the service getting the table no problem getting someone to show up and take your order well that's a whole other issue.. I had the spiked salted caramel cold brew... delicious...having coffee with a liquor so decadent.. food was good as well though it feels like a long time from order to table delivery but it could also be due to kinda busy. I will definitely come back mostly because of the drinks and food..and nice to eat outdoors..

Kenia was our server and she was WONDERFUL. The food here is incredibly delicious. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. They have gluten-free items, a whole separate menu for gluten friendly items in fact, and really good choices for kids. Everyone is very attentive, and our server was particularly fantastic. Very nice, personable, courteous and helpful. We will definitely come back here again. There are so many things on the menu we want to try.

This place is real chill. I went after I dropped my kids off at school to have a birthday breakfast. So it was barely anyone dinning inside. Food was delicious. I had a mimosa to drink. Staff was super friendly. Definitely will be coming back soon.

I drove 10 mins and was so disappointed! My husband didn’t even get a whole egg! The food was tasteless- he got a few potatoes! I spent $30 and I didn’t get silverware, salt/pepper, jelly, or syrup!! Never again! Update: went in and Mo did as he said and let us get the meals of our choice for the same price and it was delicious.

The food was AMAZING and my server, Eden, was just wonderful. First time at the restaurant, but surely won’t be the last. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits with a Veggie Omelet.

So the quality of these places are as good as the staff, we placed a to go order, we called upon arrival and although the curbside pick up signs are outside we were advised we had to come in still,, good thing we checked the food before leaving, we were missing an entire meal, the food was very sloppily made no syrup for the pancakes. No utensils and the proper amount of change wasn’t given until asked for and there was a huge lack of customer service no drinks offered or anything being that we waited an hour to come an pick up the food we then had to wait for them to prepare the rest of the food! Totally ridiculous be again the good can be great it’s the employees that’s ruined this experience. I will also be making a BBB report it’s just sad the quality of things with this stuff being so expensive. We expect what we paid for that simple.

Our waiter Ed was nothing short of amazing! He was warm, friendly, and easy going. The food is excellent! I had the shrimp and grits. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself on a Saturday morning. You won’t regret it!

I loved the atmosphere in this restaurant it is casual and relaxed. I went with my team and honestly we had more time than expected and the waitress was so nice to us. The huevos rancheros is delicious and the portion size is great. I highly recommend it.

Pricey but worth it. The blueberry margarita and bacquezo (?) omelette were delicious and served in large portions. For myself, I spent just under $30, which is fine considering how friendly and attentive the staff are. The atmosphere is very cozy. I sat at the bar, which was very clean and comfortable. Lots of natural light and yellow bulbs. There’s outdoor seating too, covered by an awning with lights. Lots of options, great experience overall if you’re in the downtown area!

For brunch, we decided to check them out. The staff was super friendly, made conversation. They all look happy to work there. The food was fantastic! It has a New Orleans menu. We sat on the patio. The ambiance is beautiful!

I ordered crab cake benedict, I wouldn’t call that hollandaise sauce because it’s def not creamy as it should be, more like runny jell-o, the crab cake part was good tho. My husband ordered smoked salmon benedict and he seemed satisfied with it. The worse part was the so called fresh fruit, it was def not fresh at all, the fruits was mushy and slimy! But the beignet was so good!! It was complimentary as well since we were the first one to order the beignet that day! Service was great, our waitress was super awesome! We love her! Ambience was nice, we sat outside and it wasn’t too busy in the morning.

Heather did an amazing job coming to check on us regularly and being patient while we ordered for our first time. Got the dirty dishes out of the way quickly and was very guest oriented. Salted caramel iced coffee is my favorite and was a good start to my day. Thank you! ♥️

Come hungry! The portions are large. the food tastes great. Service is on point! Parking is convenient. Sitting outside for brunch is not bad if you are under the awning with the fan. They have an inside eating area.

Enjoyed the strawberry mimosa and the rum cake french toast. Our waiter Ed did a good job of answering all our questions and going over the menu with us. Food was so good I order 2 more entries to go!!

Omg the food was delicious, I can't stop thinking about it. Our waitress was awesome, attentive and very friendly. I hated that we had to wait an hour to be seated and there was limited seating to wait but it was worth it. It's best to make reservations.

Had the best visit today for our brunch date. Restaurant was easily accessible & even though the place was wall to wall with people, there were plenty of parking spots available. We were given several different seating options and even told which would be the fastest. We chose an option that required a wait however it was roughly FIVE minutes. We were pleasantly surprised at the five minute wait. Our server, Eden, made sure the food came out EXACTLY as ordered, promptly, and made sure our drinks were always full throughout the dining experience. Do yourself & whoever you’re dining with a favor & ask for Eden. You will not be disappointed!
