Came to Red Lobster after a very poor experience at Joe's Crab Shack. The server, Shelby, was extremely friendly and super nice. I had strawberry lemonade. We got the cheddar biscuits. We ordered 1 1/2 pounds of crab legs. My sides were green beans and the lobster topped mashed potatoes which had a type of bisque on it too. It was really delicious. I didn't know that I could add seasoning onto the crab legs, so next time I go I'll definitely ask. My daughter got Mac n cheese with mashed potatoes and we shared our food with her. My boyfriend's sides were the rice and a loaded baked potato. He also got two different drinks but I can't remember the names. I know one had coconut in it in a tal glass and it was frosted. The other was in a smaller pint glass and was yellow. I liked the first drink but not the second. I will definitely be back to this red lobster in the future. I think the only bad thing was there was a Karen there complaining about the time it took her to get her biscuits and of course, the beloved " I want to talk to your manager " sentence.

I enjoy doing these, because it’s my hope that someone actually review them. Today, I came into red lobster around 5:30 pm. The hostess literally saw a couple and a guy come in after me, and still waited on, and seated them first. After I said something, she then adds me to a list. I think this is a area for growth for this location. Especially being that she literally the first face you see upon walking in.

Out for the weekend in Jacksonville and we decided to come to Red Lobster. It was early afternoon so there were just the two of us and a couple CB of other people. Staff were very welcoming and even said they were happy we chose Red Lobster to dine! 😊nobody says that! I chose the new Shrimp bowl dish and it was excellent. My husbands fish sandwich was very good too. Food well presented, drinks all day for $5 you can’t beat with your meal. Most importantly our server and bartender was someone called Eddie. Best service ever. So polite courteous and attentive to our needs. Special thank you Eddie for making it a great experience . We would come back because of him. I just hope someone higher up reads this and acknowledges what a great employee they have. Food, service five stars. 😊

Delicious seafood. We went during lobster fest and it was totally worth it. They are suffering from short staffing like everyone but our server was perky and timely in her job. Kudos to her.

We had dinner there tonight and it was very nice. We had wine and 3 appetizers with the delicious biscuits and it was more than enough. Our waiter was just a delight. It made 2 old retired RNs who had not seen each other since nursing school graduation so happy going here tonight… thank you so much!

My husband brought me here. It’s really nice & quiet. The servers were so nice & quick. The food was fresh. & the bartender made us very delicious drinks. We had no complaints.

Everything was so good. Despite all the garlic on my crab.

A huge thank you to Raven & CeCe our servers this afternoon as we celebrated my mother’s birthday. In all we had approximately 40 guest in the back room over a 4 hour period and they handled the crowd to perfection. The drinks stayed full, the appetizers were on point, and the food was hot, delicious, and accurate. My mother had such a good time she said she’s coming back tomorrow after church so kudos to the team on a job well done.

There was a little bit of a wait to be seated, but service was outstanding after that. We visited the restaurant after returning from overseas and was craving American restaurants we missed while we were away. Anyway, we were blessed to have Maddy as our waitress. She is outstanding!! Very professional and just on point! The food was good, too!:)

Busy, our entire wait was 3+ hours between food and waiting to be seated. We were a party of 14. Arrived around 635. Didn't eat until after 9:00. The food was hot hot. It's such a plus since we waited so long. Service was the norm. It was a special occasion so we waited. We ate still talking about how good and hot the baked potato snd fried fish was.

An outstanding visit to this Red Lobster restored my faith in the franchise. With impeccable, swift service, delectable 'All You Can Eat Shrimp' (the grilled option is a must-try!), and impressive cleanliness, both in the dining area and restrooms, this location exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to the team for a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Delicious food as always also love their margaritas. I had the chicken Parmesan it was perfect. My family all had the sea food delight buffet so it was endless shrimp for them! Perfect service. Clean and great atmosphere.

Took my mother out for mother's day. There was a conflict between two groups of customers, management handled the situation very well!! The food we ordered was delicious & I could see the good rapport between the employees-they love their jobs!! Highly recommend

Waitress was nice and tea was cold. Good biscuits. Broccoli was delicious. Atmosphere kind of dark and sticky. Food on table and some on back of seat pretty gross. Food was a joke. Lunch special crunchy flounder sandwich. Three paper thin tasteless fillets. Crab stuffed mushrooms were pathetic and two of the already small mushrooms were literally the size of buttons. I get that it’s lunch but it’s still full price. This is was the second time I’ve tried lunch here in two years and both times reminds me why it’s not more often.

Friendly and fast service from Jamil! Food was hot fresh and watching Grandma help Granddaughter with the Kids Menu puzzles was even better. The coconut shrimp with the pina colada sauce is a favorite!

Everything was amazing. We first went to the one on regency . After standing for more than a comfortable amount of time. And not even being acknowledged as we were waiting for a hostess. No one came to help us Went to bayfields and was immediately seated treated. Graciously our waitress was amazing. She even had a not so nice customer seated next to us and she even treated him very well which impressed me. Girlfriend got a good tip

Great location for sit-down lunch. We never have bad service and leave happy every time. I go for the chicken due to allergies and have never had a cross-contamination issue or incorrect entrée ingredients.

Eddie was a great help, he had so much great energy you could tell he liked his job... Best service by far! Thank you Eddie!! Happy new year, well be back.

Ms. Gwen was a very cordial hostess. Our server, Ms. Marie was very pleasant and Ms. Tracy was very polite. I think it should be noted that there was a shortage of servers and these ladies worked hard to ensure that we all were seated and served as quickly as possible. I appreciate the extra effort extended to accommodate each of your customers today. Great job!

We recently visited for a late lunch on a gray drizzly day. We were seated right away. Service seemed a bit slow at first but the manager (we think she was since she had the blue shirt) took our drink orders. During time we were there we got the impression people had called off and they were short staffed. We also noted that all hands pitched in even the manager and bartender, so the not very brisk service was mitigated by everyone cooperating. All of the staff was nice. Our orders were prepared well and as requested. We had our fill as the servings were generous. Overall we were pleased with our visit, our meals, and the hustle and cooperation of the staff. We will return for sure.

First time we have been at this location in several months and I was extremely disappointed. Our server was not very attentive and the soda was flat. They took the lobster bisque off the menu, which was a huge disappointment. I ordered stuffed flounder and it was room temperature at best. We were never offered refills either. It was also strange hearing loud-ish non-Christmas playing on Christmas Eve. I know not everyone celebrates, but I would think they could play some at this point. Their prices have also gone up considerably, which does not match the quality of the food. Last time we will eat here.

Late lunch 1:30 pm. Not terribly crowded, but it took 15 minutes to get a drink. The chowder was all broth. Half the lettuce in the caesar salad was brown and wilted. Shrimp in the salad was dry and cold. Chicken in my wife's salad was skimpy. Waitress forgot my second drink order. We watched her bring the party's order at the next table in 3 separate deliveries 10 minutes apart.

Sticky seats, arrived at 3:00 and ordered at 3:30 just to receive food after 5:00 pm. They offer endless shrimp but by the time they bring out the first batch of shrimp my party was ready to go. Before digging into my food when it finally arrived I was full off of biscuits. My party understands short staff but don’t offer certain things that you can not provide. The best part of my experience today was the drinks at the bar. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ghetto and not recommended.

Not bad! Meal for two but could easily feed 3. Got a feast with a lobster tail, coconut shrimp and garlic shrimp and crab legs - fries and caesar salad for the sides. Also had their crab stuffed shrimp things for an appetizer and a slice of chocolate cake for the dessert. Got a half dozen of their cheddar biscuits, 8 in the box include the 2 that come with the dinner. The seafood wasn't as flavorful as some local places but it wasn't bad and the lobster tail was cooked perfectly. Could have done without the stuffed shrimp appetizer (not the greatest) and the cake was really rich and sweet - good but the vanilla ice cream it came with seemed low quality. I haven't eaten from Red lobster in like 8 years because I briefly worked there and didn't like what I saw behind-the-scenes. Nothing was very impressive but I don't have any real complaints - I'd rather go for a seafood boil bag anyday though!

Our club just had lunch at Red Lobster on Baymeadows Rd. We had 1.00 pm reservations in they back room. We were told in advance we had to put down a $50 deposit. We had 20 people in attendance. When we all paid our bills and asked about our deposit we were told it was non refundable. This was not explained in advance. Our tips were above the $50. The manager said they keep the $50 for the waitress. Even though she was very nicely this certainly was not explained satisfactorily in advance. The food was NOT THAT GOOD. We eat as a group every month and in they future IT WILL NOT BE AT RED LOBSTER.😒😒. ..

We had a group of 10. The lack of planning of on Saturday night seemed doomed from the start, but it didn’t phase this restaurant. They couldn’t sit us all at one table but they were able to accommodate us at 3 very close tables (which actually worked out better for all us). Close enough to keep an eye on the kids, but allowed us to have adult conversations. The food was good, even the pickiest eater finished most of their food. The atmosphere even allowed the teen on autism spectrum to relax and enjoy a conversation (usually they are over stimulated and had earbuds to drown out the noise). The service was fantastic. The manager friendly and engaged in ensuring we had a good experience without being intrusive. The only feedback I would give is in regards to the waiting list. They don’t have pagers and called us by “the ten top”. I understand why a pager system wouldn’t be an ideal solution (most seating for waiting is outside in the weather). I have seen restaurants that do “paging” by calling the customer’s cell phone and that maybe a possible solution.

Service started out a little slow but got much better towards the middle and the end. Bartender was awesome recommended drinks and was very good. Food was adequate but not that great for the price. We went to another restaurant last month called Miller's which was much better.

Item: Grilled Lobster Shrimp Salmon is tasty. Classic lobster is not much, biscuits are awesome. Lady attended my table is very polite. I will definitely go back to try other items in this location.

Best Red Lobster we ever visited in Fla, NJ and NY. Sat at the bar and we had the best waiter ever by the name of Eddie. The food was great too. We have been in at least a dozen different locations, this tops all others. Keep up the good work!

Excellent and incredible service our waiter was pleasant and attentive. The bread is a work of art.

Very good reception. They quickly seated us. The drinks were not very cold. Salty soups. the food was very good although the waitress did not give us cutlery to eat and we went to look for them. The waitress was the same one who prepared the drinks at the bar and had many people to serve. We ate well. the bathrooms were not very clean.

Love going here for endless shrimp and lobsteritas, the pinacolada sauce for coconut shrimp is beyond good our server was James and he did a great job

We were told there were only two servers working that day. And we were put on a wait list. We sat down and waited for a few minutes. Another couple came in and they received it immediately. So we left. I went to LongHorn steakhouse where the service and food was incredible

Tonight was not Red Lobster best nite...For being visibly slow my thinking was we should have stellar service! Not the case. Our service and a food item in particular was not very good. We brought to our servers attention how salty the rice was on both plates. She came back later and agreed. She explained she test tasted in the kitchen and yes its SALTY. I asked for refill on my tea which I never received, so i asked for the check. I thought I would see our bill comped for the items affected by too much salt? Not at all...Im a rewards member but not interested in returning

Slow. The server was kind and tried her best. The food was average. We arrived at 530 did not leave until 7 and there were only 2 other tables in the dining area being used.

My date was an expert at sign language for the def waitress. Quick service food was fine. Skip the conversation.

The entire experience was awesome.Brittany our waitress was wonderful. She was right on top of everything. The stuffed mushrooms were out of this world. My husband had the Cajun chicken linguine he said it was amazing. Of course the famous biscuits were hot and fresh. And I ended up having a 2 lb lobster that I just couldn't get enough of. Everything was absolutely amazing we will definitely be back soon.

Everything was yummy, including the peach smoothie which I really enjoyed. The host was really busy, probably dealing with take out orders. The phone was ringing a lot, so seems like lots of orders coming in, but dining in was great. We didn't wait long for our food, and our waitress was awesome. I also highly recommend the vanilla bean cheesecake.
