The service, the food and the place is a very good experience to share with friends and family. All the photos in the wall is a nice touch. The nachos were just perfect! They have a large salsa bar, and a very good one that I could try was the jason sauce. If you love Mexican food as I do, you should come and enjoy it.

I placed an order thru the app tonight. I ordered the steak bowl. When it arrived, the rice was either old or not cooked. It was hard. They didn’t bring the sauce I requested with the bowl either. Very unpleasant experience! I tried to call & speak to the manager, but stayed on hold forever & gave up. Gee thanks!

The staff at this location is very nice and consistently gives 5 star service. The food is a little greasy sometimes but is to be expected and for some may be a required part of the meal. Overall great experience with 5 star service. Glad to give this location in 5 points Jacksonville 5 stars.

The customer service here was amazing! However the proportion of the food was off and the taste was mediocre. It taste like something I could easily have my teen make at home. I would probably not revisit.

Only decent thing was the chips and differnet hot sauces they had. I ordered a burrito and let's say I've seen 3 day old pizza more appetizing. Maybe it's this location been to one on Roosevelt and it's so much better.

Once we hot pass the one register during lunch crowded the food was good. They came to check on us about four times like no other Tijuana flats. Staff was friendly.

I’ve been to Tijuana Flats for about a decade now and to this specific location for a year and a half. The food and people here are consistently wonderful, and they always accommodate my vegetarian needs. However today my husband and I had an experience that we won’t forget. Today we got home and realized we received the wrong pickup order. When we called, the manager did more than just fix our issue. She apologized and refunded us, and then insisted on dropping off our food at our home herself. We’ve never had such a kind experience in the service industry like this. What stuck with us (and will for a long time) wasn’t what we ate that day, but it was about how a complete stranger can make you feel so cared for and warm. Going out of their way to make another stranger smile despite their busy day. We’re forever customers because of Alexis and her team at Riverside! Thank you for caring for us!

The food at this location is always great. Service is extremely friendly and prompt. This is my "go to" location when I want to get food from them.

I always stop here when I go to the airport. They have such great food! The shrimp is always perfection.

It was dead as a doornail at 8pm because of the storm that passed through during the day but the staff was still pleasant and patient with us. The chips were a bit more salty than I prefer and I love salt, easily fixable, I brushed some off and ate them. It was a very nice experience.

We won gift certificates to the restaurant. Overall the food and service was great. My Baja tacos were a little light with the fish and filling so I couldn't give it a 5 star rating. But everything else was great! Employees were great too. Service with a smile. It was right across from a park on the river and we sat outside. It was nice! It's a shorts and t- shirt kind of place so we fit right i.

Wow!!! We usually go in to eat ( Not at this location) but I decided to Doordash tonight. I ordered a Mega Quesadilla, Wings and the Garlic shrimp bowl. Hubby's wings were ok although there was absolutely no sauce on them as requested. But most importantly my Quesadilla which was suppose to have double meat and cheese was completely dry and practically empty. I called the manager and spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Chris, but he said his hands were tied as far as a re-delivery due to me ordering through Doordash and basically directed me back to them. The Credit offered was $4.00. NOT COOL!!!! Considering I paid $17.00. THE lesson here is that I would think twice before ordering delivery from them. Apparently, dine is given priority in regards to quality and delivery is just thrown together and rushed out the door. PS. I also got. 2 huge bags of chips in which I did not order, the kicker -Absolutely no salsa. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It's in Riverside. What else do you need to know? Friendly service from the employees really made me feel welcome. The food is tasty and there is a lot of variety. They even have their own sauces. Will definitely be going back.

This is the best Tijuana Flats, hands down! My son and I went in for lunch and were helped by Marie. My son (secretly) let them know it was my birthday and 💥BOOM💥 I got a free desert. When it was time to pay. No charge! Sally the manager and Marie are the sweetest. This is a phenomenal place to enjoy Great food with Great atmosphere!

The service and atmosphere was alright. The food however was pretty terrible… The burritos came out cold. Meat cheese were cold. The wrap seemed to be pulled right out the plastic and wrapped up. The meat to veggies ratio was awful… I may have had 7-8 tiny pieces of steak in my burrito. There was enough cheese, lettuce for several burritos. The salt on the chips were having to be knocked off into tiny mountains on my tray. This location is putting a bad name on this chain. It’s a shame because the one on Beach Blvd is always a true treat.

I use to come here often and never had a complaint. I had two tacos and the meat was only a quarter of an inch in width. I could have gone to taco bell and got more food for $10.00. That's a shame. I will not come back.

I got the grilled chicken fajita burrito. 1 it was layered one bite at a time style. It had about a tablespoon of chicken and onions and pepper. There was mainly rice and beans and not sure if any sauce at all in it no pico, no lettuce, no nothing else. Pretty disappointed since it was my first meal after having surgery in 12+ hours.12+ dollars for basically a bean and rice burrito is pretty weak. I’ve been here twice in the last week and had the same issue with the shredded burrito. Used to love this place, def not worth it any more. I have a 3 star because the rest of the food was decent.

I have waited for 25 minutes, I have other customers and received their take-out sooner. The area, with all the sauces, is not wiped or clean. Otherwise, I loved your location, a regular customer.

UPDATE: I was asked to send an email to corporate but never got any response from them. Honestly, this was the first time I ever felt cheated by a restaurant. It was my first time visiting one of these restaurants and I was really disappointed with the amount of food I got. I had a craving for fish tacos, so I went there for some. My 2 tacos came with anything but fish. There were literally 2 small pieces of fish in a mountain of toppings. Their sizes were comparable to 3 pieces of Starburst Candy. We had to dig in to be able to find the fish. These restaurants are providing their service like we're still in the middle of the pandemic. Expecting a lot and providing too little... smh

TJ Flats is always a great experience, but the ladies who run the lunch rush are great. It the only store that remembers my name. 10 stars ☆ for the service at this store

I eat here at this location at least 1-2 a week. Sally is super helpful and very kind. The food is always great & cheap for the quantity. Me and my coworkers order through the app and pick-up. They always do a great job.

This place has went downhill as of late. Service and quality, no more friendly faces. Ordered large queso with chips, the queso is so watered down and runny, it tastes awful, no chips. Thought to myself no worries there’s chips with my tacos. Two orders two tacos, used to get a decent amount of chips, literally 9 chips between two orders. Wouldn’t really care but this is the 3rd time, I get lack of staff, inflation and covid but seems something has changed. Ifs just off and disappointing.

The food was fantastic, probably one of the better Tijuana Flats in the area. They were under staffed, so the folks there were working as hard as they could, but it created quite a wait... Which is difficult when on lunch during the work day!.... I did catch a pic of a 'customer' dining on the outside patio.....

Fairly solid fast food Mexican place. Much better than other nearby options (Chipotle, Taco Bell).

Heard all the rant and rave so had to try it out. The atmosphere was nice. You have the option to sit inside or outside. The food is an upscale version of Taco Bell with a few different items on the menu. The food was good and prices were fair. If you like a chosen of hot sauce for your tacos or quesadillas, they have a bar area with multiple flavors/heats.

Don't expect anything great if you get delivery from this store. Everything was cold and they left out my entire lunch. My boyfriend and I had to split his $14 chimichanga that had no chicken and was mostly beans. Terrible experience.

Largely run by teenagers who don't care. Ordered a salad bowl only to be told (10 minutes after placing said order) that they were out of romaine lettuce though rice could substitute...imagine my disbelief when there was no rice in the bag, leaving me with a bunch of salad toppings.

My experience at this place is phenomenal, one of the waiters Ralph was very helpful when I was having a hard time picking out what to eat due to it being my first time, Will definitely be coming back

This was my first visit to this location. It’s always so hard to travel and except consistency at locations that get franchised out. This particular location isn’t. Always a win ya know. There was definitely some confusion with how I ordered and when my food came out I was extremely upset. Alexis, the GM for this location quickly stepped into action, and the guest experience WOWed me! Thank Alexis, we will be back!

Management truly goes a long way. I waited way too long for my food due to technology issues and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Even though it's just food, it's nice when we can turn a negative into a positive. I'll visit this location specifically because of it. Thanks y'all

Ordered via door dash. Food was cold when it arrived. Food items were incorrectly made and packaged poorly. Ordered a brookie and it was placed on TOP of hot soup and melted.. the soup itself was pretty much a cup of grease, will never order from this location again.

Use to work here bout 7 years ago..Came back to eat here an it still tasted as good as I remember..Only thing that irritates me about this place also while I was working here,quit buying $10 burritos for your dog bro...In the middle of rush hour when the stuff hit the fans..The last thing I wanna see is a single ticket out of 100 tickets,make the order,just to figure out you thought it'd it'd cute to order your dog a big ole burrito..It's not cute,leave your dogs at home this is a food establishment.

First time. Meh. Long hair was in my food. Employee took care of it expeditiously. Not that I didn't lose my appetite after that. They didn't do anything to compensate for the horrible inconvenience though.

Bruce is a GEM and an employee who truly understands how to be the best he can possibly be. No one goes to a Tijuana Flats expecting 5 star service - it's a counter service/quick service restaurant after all. However, in your few interactions with him he makes you feel like you're at a MICHELIN rated restaurant. He makes an effort to get to know at the counter, even when he's the only one working. He is also the person to make sure your order is right every time. Of course, the food and the multitudinous deals (get the app, seriously) are amazing and why we come, but Bruce's amazing customer service is why we always come back!
