I was very disappointed I live 1.9 miles from this place, I ordered at 12:23 and did not get my food delivered until 1:57. After I called twice only for her to tell me that the driver passed my house to deliver to the person a 1.5 miles away because they ORDERED before me. My food was not good although it was still hot . No flavor..and not made spicy how I asked and it had mushrooms.. i will never!!!

After ordering from here 8 years. They tried me tonight. We ordered , they brought the wrong food, called them and they took over an hour to bring the corrected order, they messed that up too. The owner son now takes calls and pretty much will mess up every order even after he repeats the order himself. I was pissed. I worked 10 and hours, waited 2 hours only to have no food at all. I just asked for my money back. The person answering the phone is going to cause them to loose business. They almost made me come up there, never again. Order at your own risk

This places is phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommend the boneless spare ribs &sesame chicken (SPICY🤯love that I found that out randomly.) Food was still hot even after waiting 40 minutes to go pick it up .PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE CONTAINER 10/10. Will not eat at a different place at all they just can’t top them. (CIRCLE, SEND) iykyk !!🤣

The people in the front of the store mainly the kid they have up there is rude. He watched me standing there for like 5 mins while he answered the phones. They keep u caged out of the store I assume to lessen their interactions and possibility of contracting covid which to some extent I get. But it's been well over a year now and there's a vaccination. I haven't gone to this one in a while, & now I remember why.

Got 4 different meals. One was not what I ordered,one didn't have meat or my Broccoli in it and one was too salty. Not a place I'll order from again

That's the only Chinese restaurant I eat at I love their egg drop soup there crab Rangoon chicken on a stick the moo moo got pan I just want their food it's awesome

This will be my spot! Coming from Philly where cheesesteak egg rolls are abundant, this is this perhaps the only place in Jax that has it. I ordered through Uber Eats and all my food arrived hot and the fried rice is actual fried rice. Their chicken wings were perfect. It was beautiful and delicious!

Absolute trash. FIRST AND LAST time going there!! The General Tso chicken was the worst I have ever had. Probably was not chicken!!!

I ordered from them last night. I had shrimp and broccoli and was up alllll night throwing up and on the toilet. Definitely got salmonella poisoning from them. I hadn’t eaten anywhere else yesterday and still today I’ve been on the couch all day unable to keep anything down. I’ve usually never had an issue before from them but last night was a different story.

First time order today played it safe and ordered the dinner combination for sweet and sour pork comes with a pork eggroll and pork fried rice. Reasonable price. Portion was okay in size not filled up to the brim like other places however. Service was fast and friendly . My only dislike is that they do not have the store completely open it’s order only , so if you don’t call ahead and you plan to order you will have to wait outside with no seating or in your car. Will I return possibly do I recommend yes it’s worth a try.

Check Your Transactions : Last month I ordered food from the China Wok at the corner of Wilson Blvd. and Lane Avenue. A few minutes later. I went and picked my order and I paid $24.00 with my bank card. Before I got back home, I received notice from the bank about my purchase because I had set this up with the bank to inform me anytime my card was used. Before I could finish eating the food, I received another message from the bank which stated that the card I had used to pay for the Chinese food was used three times in attempts to make a Grub Hub purchase of $89.00. I returned to the China Wok to explain what had happened but the young man, pictured here shrugged it off like it was nothing. He said he knew nothing about the fraudulent purchases. I therefore encourage everyone who uses a bank card to purchase food to go over their recent charges on their credit or debit cards and look for Unknown charges on the same day, and within minutes of paying for food at the China Wok. Also have the bank send alerts every time your cards are used anywhere. It is a free service and it helps to keep track of double swiping of your bank cards. This is a public service message. Thanks. The young man whom I saw growing up and doing his homework on the store has become rude and disrespectful since he too over the restaurant. He called me regarded when I told him about the attempt to include improper charges.

They have wonderful food but the service takes way to long

They only offer take out. Limited lunch options, while there was a wide variety my favorites were not among them. One dish vegetable and rice was almost all rice.

Wow… really impressed. The style and seasoning is way better than your average Chinese place. You get actual big chunks of meat instead of tons of fried and battered morsels. Instead of being drenched in sugary sauce, everything is well seasoned, full of fresh veggies. The dumplings taste AMAZING and very different than what you usually find.

Ordered house fried rice with no pork. I got rice with chicken shards and 7 shrimp and mushrooms... No beef.

The best shrimp Egg Foo young and yellow shrimp fried rice I’ve ever tasted and the gravy is perfect, the others make the gravy too thick or it’s just blah and they are nice. The fried chicken wings are good just make sure to open the bag they give you so they don’t become soggy.

Not only did it take over an hour for delivery the egg rolls were so sad. May I suggest changing the oil alot more offen. A lot more offen. And maybe add a little spice to the General Tao's Chicken

They remade my whole order after the driver delievered it to the wrong address,I never had a complaint.always order from them. Delivered under 35 mins and I ordered alot of food too.
