We were the only customers when we walked in. Staff may be friendly but Service was SLOW. 30 minute wait for 2 orders of basic avocado toast. I ordered a salmon bowl and it was 15 min wait at least. Spent over $100 for poor quality food and service. Many options were unavailable and by the time I had finished my bowl I got my macha. Poorly Run establishment. Sad because there’s potential in health conscious restaurants like this. Oh well. Never again.

Nice and healthy place to eat or take out, flavors were good and the back seating area is nice and relax. The only thing is there's not salads and I really was looking for one. Customer service was good too.

Found a great restaurant. Hungry and googling did me right. The smell will knock you down when you walk in the door 🤤 😍 @valefoodco has an amazing selection of fresh vegan and non vegan choices were delicious. I created my own bowl to come up with a sweet and savory. (Sorry no pictures; it was so good) …. You will not be disappointed plus customer service is 💯!

Wanted healthy food at great price and so glad I came in here! I did carry out and the staff were so friendly. The food is delicious and definitely have enough for leftovers which I appreciate. The only negative is they do not take cash which sucks because that’s what I planned on paying with. I understand the “keeping staff safe” but that would be the only reason I wouldn’t return.

They got me right today with this super 🥣 bowl for lunch, I would have to say that it's a touchdown pass from Stephanie and Katie who went above and beyond to make sure another customer has been satisfied with their experience at vale food Co. I will suggest this place to anyone looking for a clean food source, for a healthy choice on where to eat, vale food Co. Is full of flavors that continue to please 😋🙌

This food is probably great when you order in person, but ordering my dinner online seems to have been a challenge. Ordered through Uber Eats. The restaurant forgot to add balsamic tomatoes to my bowl. Worse, the restaurant or the delivery driver seem to have forgotten my drink [“My drink!? My Diet Dr Kelp!? Don’t tell me that you forgot my drink!!”] And lastly, I did not like the flavor of the braised beef. I was expecting savory beef, strong beef flavor hint of onion like we do it in the upper-mid-west, more savory than spice. Vale’s braised beef however has some tomato tang, is sweet, and also has a bit of a peppery kick (?). Tasty in its own right, but not what I was expecting, and totally did not go with how I had outfitted the rest of my bowl (clashing flavors), thus nearly ruining it. On a positive note, all of the ingredients were cooked perfectly.

Food was just OK. Quinoa was dry & broccoli was flavorless. Rice, cauliflower & other vegetables were good. The smoothie was good. My biggest concern was cleanliness. Even though the restaurant was relatively empty, tables weren't cleaned between customers & something sticky was spilled on the floor.

Every dish is flavor packed and extremely fulfilling. Some times the service is amazing and others it’s been a tad, meh, but the food is freaking amazing and deserves a 5. I’ll just grab it and go 😘

Great options if you are eating healthy. Service was excellent, Chelsea and Vale manager answered all our questions. I will def come back, great place to eat in and enjoy a healthy meal. The smoothies were amazing.

The place was moderately busy when I arrived. The countertops and environment as a whole were clean, including the floors which is definitely something I pay attention to. I was serviced about 1 minute after I walked in. The server was patient with me since it was my first time there. I enjoyed the flavors and food options. I’d like to go back and try the sweet potato noodles. I am curious to know what the chickpea medley is made with, but if I would’ve asked, I feel like the server would’ve told me with no issue. The price was fair compared to other healthy casual dining establishments.

I ordered food from here from ubereats in which the majority isn’t eatable. The chickpea melody is completely BURNT (how do you burn chickpeas idk) then some type of soy or meat like product was added in which I try to stay away from a lot of soy products. I’m completely disappointed that whoever made my order thought it was ok to serve me burnt food knowing if it were them they wouldn’t eat it!

I can't understand why anyone would go anywhere else. The Acai bowl is the best we've had and I've had several. This company should go public like CAVA. not only is the food as good if not better, they also have ACAI bowls, drinks made by women and various natural products.

Vale is delicious and the people that work there are always friendly. I like the vegan buffalo wings lemon chicken lemon kale and sweet potato base. However!! Vale has not fixed its air conditioning for these people in MONTHS. I come here regularly for my own orders and for delivery companies. It is constantly 80+ degrees in there and I can’t even imagine how hot it must be for the kitchen staff. It’s inexcusable that the workers have had to suffer this long in such heat. Corporate needs to put a priority on their workers and customers comfort. This is not something to ignore in a Florida summer with record breaking heat. I’m amazed that the employees are still so friendly and giving impeccable service under very stressful environmental circumstance. They all deserve raises.

Hit or miss. Second time I ordered an açaí bowl online, it didn’t exactly come as advertised. Staff always nice when I go in, though!

I always make sure to stop by when I go get my haircut at Hollywood cuts, Jay and Brittany anre always patient and very helpful with a great attitude! Fresh, Natural, and Tasty!!!!

The store was extremely clean, the food smelled delicious and appetizing, the staff was courteous and very knowledgeable about the selections. Will definitely visit this store again. Jen, Justin and Mario made it a pleasant experience.

So I need to be honest here… when I first came to Jacksonville I came here and I really wasn’t impressed and did not plan to come back. But one day I decided to give it one more shot and I’m not sure what happened but EVERYTHING was different in the best way. The food was fresh, everything was super clean and the staff was really welcoming. A STARK contrast to the way it was before! One of the workers was named Colin and he made sure I understood the menu, and what the company was actually about and he made my experience a great one. Jen was also a pleasure! If you had a bad experience over a year ago, go back because it’s a completely different place. Excellent food and service. Happy this place came back up!

The new manager is absolutely amazing, super kind! And they never fail to get my order wrong, love their açaí too so so good! I love this place, highly recommend❤️❤️❤️❤️

For $16 per bowl, Vale Food Co is lacking in freshness and creativity. I ordered the Out East bowl. They were out of the seasoned kale which went with it but still charged for 2 additional tablespoons of adémame. It had raw sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, chopped onion scallions, loads of cilantro, and old, grilled broccoli. The staff attempted to charge me again for my bowl after my husband already paid for both bowls, which was a lack of communication between both of the staff preparing the bowls. Then they forgot the dressing until I was walking away from the register. Plus there were homeless people outside of the entrance loitering and panhandling when we left. It was an underwhelming experience. I doubt Vale Food Co will make it another 12 months.

Food was great and staff (Dwight) was great! Lots of healthy options and ways to customize your bowl. He provided suggestions and was very courteous.

this food was absolutely amazing..words cannot describe how i feel right now, on an emotional and physical level, i’ve been struggling sticking to my vegan diet but whenever i want to binge on something or have something out to eat this place will be my go to. much love!! 🤍

This place is so clean and fresh! I got a yummy rice bowl and a matcha latte! 10/10 recommend the Turkey feta meatballs! The service is also so kind, they take care of you here!

The food was amazing been looking for a place like this, with the food choices. The manager actually took my order she was so helpful with answering different questions. Very nice person. The place was clean which is #1 with me. My supervisor bowl below the turkey spinach feta meatballs. Omg so good. Oh yes and did I say I ate off my bowl for three days. ❤️😋💯

I used to love the Food here. I would drive miles to get there. The last couple of visits were trash. The food was horrible to say the least. They have added so much salt that it’s not edible. The Chef has turned a healthy option eatery to Trying to taste like Soul Food Bistro. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Even during the pandemic they had a long lunch line. Now barely anybody frequents anymore…SAD

I enjoyed my acai bowl and the drink, the lady at the register was very nice and helpful , the man making the bowl was on point, my experience was great and I will be back!

I needed something healthy-ish and had low expectations because I really wanted a burger. But this place was outstanding. I'd eat there repeatedly if I lived in the area.
