I would not recommend coming to this particular Popeyes. This is my 3rd visit here and I had to wait over 30 minutes each time for my food. Each visit they were out of something I ordered. How do you run out of Mac and cheese??? Cashier's were rude and have no customer service skills. There were not even a lot of customers in the restaurant on my last 2 visits so I cannot understand why they are so slow. I won't come back to this one, I'll eat something else if I find myself hungry in this area.

Popeyes has changed for the better once again. I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and got great service. Both times,I was helped by a young man named Tyrone. Tyrone is polite, helpful, and acts like he is happy to serve me. No to mention, he gets me in and out faster than any employee ever. Even in the past when I was helped by the manager. Popeyes should do their best to keep Tyrone. Employees like him will make for great leaders for Popeyes. Great job Tyrone 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Absolutely horrible lunch service. Lunch cashier was literally the worst I have ever encountered. Stupid slow and clearly over her head. Manager almost as bad. If you don't like your job, get another one. If you can't do your job, get another one. Their location by a college is the only reason they are successful, it surely isn't the service. Don't let start on the numerous orders they got wrong I witnessed for 25 minutes before giving up.

Worst Popeyes ever, I went to Popeyes on 11/15/2022.. when I got to the drive through I waited at the order speaker for 10minutes no line no one in front of me. For 10 minutes I sat waiting for someone to say hello. After 10 minutes I drove to the order window. At the time it was a lady working in the front and a gentleman working in the back. After waiting at the windows for 5 minutes. The young lady finally acknowledged me and finally took my order. I ordered the 8 pcs chicken only. I asked her for breast only I'll pay the difference, she said sorry I only have 2 left than I asked for wings she told me she only had to left. When I finally got in, I realize the box was open ... No big deal right but all the chicken looked old and it was dry. One breast one wing all thighs and drums. Really bad experience. That was my 2nd visit the last time was a 45 minute wait and I left. But I don't understand why this Popeyes is still open. I blame the performance on management from the GM all the way to the fryer. It's sad you can't put anything nice in the area because the ppl who get in management take the customers in this area for granted.

Went home for a weekend wedding and stopped by Popeye's for lunch. Didn't know how much I missed the taste of real Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits. They had everything I ordered from the menu, they were courteous, even the customer's we're nice. If I could have pack them all up and take them ALL back to SC with us, I would have. will definitely drop in when I visit home again.🔔🔔

The only issue ever here is long lines but the main two managers are superb and they run it super good so it’s why I keep coming back know you can’t guarantee staff but the food is Popeyes so nothing different just made properly

The wait was very long, but they made up for it. All of our food was HOT & FRESH & DELICIOUS!!! Tried the chicken nuggets/ tenders for the first time... they were AMAZING! PERFECT CRUNCH WITH A DELIGHTFUL TASTE! 💯

Why even use the app to order. They don't even check until you ask for your order then start to make it and you always have to wait for something to cook, ALWAYS. They are mean and ignore you when you pull up to the door.

Today I went into your establishment and I was truly offended, the manager of all people served me, she has no people skills talked down on her employees and she got my order wrong didn’t not put the pepper pack in my bag no utensils for the red beans and rice, I would rather go somewhere else from now on worse service every, now there are some good employees up there like the older lady that works the drive-thru but it would behoove your company to remove her from management absolutely no people skills!

I went to EWU for a basketball game and order 6 piece ghost pepper wings with red beans and rice and a biscuit customer service was horrible. The drive through was the only thing open and on the window said lobby closed due to no ac. Waited outside in the cold for 20 or so minutes food felt hot got to EWU to eat it and the wings tasted like they were undercooked and old. Biscuit tasted old. Only thing that tasted pretty good was the sprite. A friend of mines ordered her food told her they didn't receive the order even though it took the money and made her reorder so she paid double the price for one meal. I will not order food from this location again. I wasted 11 dollars ended up having to throw the food away because the game was over and the school buses were leaving. Shaking my head.

The person who took our order was friendly. Why I gave 2 stars ✨ to Atmosphere, King Roads is were the shooting was,so I was a little uncomfortable. Over all we enjoyed our chicken 🐔.

The manager was rude. Cashier was explaining about my food and how I was waiting and the manager said she was busy doing something else. It's was 20 minutes later when i got my sandwich, which was wrong again.

Lobby was closed at 2:40 pm in the afternoon. Drive thru was busy. When my order was taken, they did not have what I wanted. I spent over 15 minutes waiting for them to give me that news.

The first time the chicken wasn't fresh but old , I gave it back n got a refund! Second visit I ordered a family meal and the biscuits were hard ! The chicken n sides were ok! So I asked for another order of sides as a replacement! The manager said he couldn't give me a side but more biscuits! When I told him just refund my money he gave me the side! I've never been back !

Takes forever to get through the line. Fast food should be fast. They got my order wrong and gave me wings instead of tenders

Yesterday i went to drive threw to order #2 signature 4pc chicken for my mom. The lady ask "what size drink?" We said a small the lady said we dont have small cups, so why did she ask what size??? Then she charged for a medium. I ask for receipt she said she didn't have paper while crumbling paper in her hand. I think this is a scam to ripe off this community.

I went inside Popeyes to order some food and The cashier credit card panel was down and the cashier said she couldn't take my order if I didn't have cash. She said if I wanted to pay with a card I had to go through the drive thru window. So sad and unprofessional

This place has been terrible since the change of all employees with new one. The food is not ready even at 12 oclock. Having to wait 20 to 30 minutes in line or drive through. Parking their own car to block the drive for receiving food because it is not ready. You need to do a surprise visit.

Came in and ordered right before they closed the Lobby for the night. While they only had maybe 3 people working, the chicken was fresh and tasty, sides were hot and Customer Service was kind.

The service at this location was great, prompt. My chicken was a little dried out in the drumstick and tasted cold. Not warm.. I couldn't eat my mashed potatoes and I love their potatoes, just not last visit.

I don't appreciate the employee putting his hands on me it took everything I had not to lose my cool over that. But I'm coming back in there I'm not going to refuse to eat chicken that I like just because that that employee likes to get a little touchy feely. However I've already thought about this and the next time it happens I can promise you there will be a different reaction stay tuned.

I was driving on my way home from work when I came across this restaurant. I had expected just simple items from a fast food restaurant, but was impressed to see that there were so many different items and sides from which I could choose from. The employees were all very kind and the food was made quickly.

They slow but food be real good and hot I love kings rd Popeyes.

I wait for bput 15 Minutes before I pull around to the window and the young lady looked at me crazy and continued to not take orders when it was still 4 cars behind me and I finally got the other young lady who was at the front counter attention and asked is anybody on drive to when the manager came up in an apologize which I appreciate but the young lady still didn't try to like this

Food was great. Staff was sl ll oo wwww I think sloths would be quicker lol. But my food was hot and tasted great.

Ordered from this location via UberEATS. It took a while to get my food and then when I got my food they left an item out of my bag which is the second time this has happened and only gave me a hand full of popcorn shrimp. I ordered the same thing a few days prior and was given way more food. The food is also way over priced online. Very disappointed and won't be coming to this location for a while.

After being told by Ms. Val (not sure if that’s her name) spicy white would be cooked. Waited in line for almost 25 minutes only to get to the window to be told they did y have any spicy white to cook. She then told me that there was some mild white that had just come up. To my hesitation, I accepted the mild white. I only said yes to it because I believed her when she said it just came up. If spicy white was not going to be cooked, I would have gone elsewhere. When I got home. The chicken was not fresh out of the grease. It was warm at best. I don’t think it was the temperature that the health department would deem to be safe. This to by far the worst Popeyes on the North. I feel like I was robbed. When I called her to let her know that that was not fresh chicken she said, “I went through this in the drivethru.” The only reason I had a conversation with her at the window is because she lied. She had to have known before telling me she would drop spicy white, if there was none to cook. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! We need to stop spending money at places where our patronage is not appreciated by the employees. They are not doing us a favor. They are providing a paid service. And they should treat it as such!

Mobile Order 436…The speaker wasn’t working, however that did not make the wait time long at all. They were fast and the drive thru cashier was very nice and made my order promptly. Everything was right except the buns for the chicken sandwiches weren’t fresh at all. As soon as we picked them up and took a bite, the bread just crumbled😒Didn’t want to drive all the way back so we used Nature’s Own because the chicken was crispy crispy😂No need to let it go to waste over some bread🤷🏾‍♀️but i was still disappointed cause the buns are really good😔

We bought $57 worth of chicken and they did not have any honey or any blackened Ranch sauce. They also had no regular Ranch we stopped at the next Popeyes in town and they only had one blackened Ranch
