Pleasantly surprised! The store is clean and the staff super friendly. Service was quick. Food is very good. I had a 12 piece mixed with mashed potatoes, okra, and jalapeno poppers. All very good 👍. The lady who took my order was very polite and quick. I found a new chicken place!

If I could rate this restaurant lower I would, the last time I was here, they didn’t have any spicy chicken ready and it was dinner time on a Friday night. Today I stopped by, the door was locked with a sign that said drive thru only so I went around to the drive thru and there were two cars in front of me…I sat there for almost 10 minutes and we were still in the drive thru line waiting so I left for the second time without getting an order. It seems almost impossible to get food from this location.

While I appreciate the homage to TX...TX would Not Be Happy! Only a select items from menu are available. If you're lucky, you may get a a sweet treat. Here's the thing...If we knew there were select items available we wouldn't have went. Marketing ploy that they think works...yet, because of how filthy and unkempt it is...we won't return. I suggest you don't either for Safety & Sanitary reasons.

Went through the drive through. Food was terrible. It was burnt the fries were cold. Churches on 103rd needs to close down.

Good food during the holidays there is a shortage on white meat at most of the fast food restaurants. Only this one wasn't trying to charge more.

I hadn't eaten at Church's in a while....but I was disappointed in the quality of the food. It wasn't bad at all but it was pretty bland and the biscuit was small and brown. I also didn't see a bathroom....perhaps I missed it.

I was craving spicy chicken and this place hit the spot. I usually go to the one on Normandy. They always have a long wait time and the service is not 5 stars. Thankfully, today they didn't have any spicy chicken. Therefore, I drove to the one located by Shindler and it was a great experience. Friendly staff who actually happy with what they do, quick service, and great tasting food. Additionally, the restaurant inside was nice and clean. When I have my cravings again, I'd rather drive to this location.

Went for the family sized okra and it did not disappoint! Cooked to perfection and lightly salted by me. The chicken wings shrunk dramatically but were tasty. Not your typical Church's Chicken, chicken wing

The one woman that was working, she helped me decide what I wanted to eat, took my order, cooked my meal, and did it all with a friendly smile. Best ecosystem at a fast food restaurant ever.

The food is average. The chicken lacks flavor. All the flavor is in the skin. I prefer Popeyes if I am being honest. I personally do not like the honey biscuits. However, they were quick, courteous, fresh and if you like their food then i 100% recond this location.

The ladies working there are fantastic and on their game for a Wednesday lunch hour... linked in with a filling station/store. EZ access from 134. The chicken is good. The sandwich is awesome according to my wife, and the biscuits worthy of a glass of milk!!! Dine in was wide open at 11:30 a.m.

Love this location! I eat lunch here during the week and all of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is always fresh and hot served fast! Best Church's location I've been to in a while.

I got charged for a biscuit when I didn't ask for a biscuit (I thought they come with a combo anyway though). The biscuit was DRY. The chicken tastes like it was sitting out for awhile. We asked for sauces and weren't told how many come with the meal, so when we asked for 3 sauces the cashier was kinda rude saying my meal only comes with 2 and the extra is 27¢. The fries are good though! Definitely won't be coming back. Customer service and food was not even mediocre...

Three piece snack was a very good price. If you like crunchy, they have CRUNCHY!! and the honey biscuit is so yummy!!

I really enjoyed the service the food and the experience, but only if they could make their portion size bigger or more in the meals . The chicken tenders were really small sizes and the biscuits was the size of golf ball but over all the food tasted great....

Aw man! I can't believe this restaurant was removed from Gainesville Florida years ago. The last i went there (was only the first time), i was baby back then, and i never get to eat anything from there. i didn't ask my mom for something because i didn't know what it was called back then. I'm giving this 5 stars because it was sadly the only place i never order anything from, but still loved it. And the second reason, it needs some more recognition from me and my family. So why not.

I was pleasantly greeted. My food was great, best I've had in a long time and I loved my biscuits. Thank the assioties for a fast and pleasant meal. Oh I must add, the you lady asked if I wanted anything else ;biscuits or pie. I smiled and added them both to my order ☺️ 😌 Thank you for choosing to be thier with a smile. 😇 Sister Melinda

Good most days. Service is usually good. We've turned to Church's after KFC continues to fail us. So it's better than them. Some days really good. Sides are way better than kfc!

This Church's location has gone down hill over the last few years. Many times I have come thrift the drive thru and there is a sign posted saying they are out of certain items or when you order they say they don't have any of the sides you want. It's hard to give this a 3 stars but when we normally get our food is pretty good.

I have been to this drive tru, three times in the last month, and the food I ordered was good and hot,all three times I was there .but I was told there was no spicy chicken, why advertise spicy if it is not going to be available.

This location is always a hit and miss. The service was better than the food. I usually try to ask for fresh chicken but it seems like the chicken pieces are shrinking.

First and last time that i will visit this place. Food was Way smaller than expected and the fries were bathed in oil. The cashier on the drive-thru was very rude as well told us to pull forward when we were not done ordering and when we asked for our final item at the window she gave us an attitude.

Went thru drive thru this was my 3rd time going to this one on 103rd because it is the closest to my house not impressed at all the Cashier (Kelvin) has forgotten my coleslaw and my drink on different occasions and has a very bad attitude when you go back the next time and try to tell him he doesn't say sorry or even try to make it right you order a dinner he automatically makes it a combo even when you say no drink he says its cheaper but it is not ...excuse me Kelvin but I don't need your attitude I just came for chicken get over yourself and just give me what I order with a smile and keep it moving thank you

The food was greasy as usual but hey its Church's. The part I didn't like is the litte young teen looking african American girl at the drive thru window who rolled her eyes, I guess she assumed I was making eye contact with her?? Which I did only just to say hello and get my food, she was definitely not attractive at all but apparently she felt that way 😅 🙃 🤪

Only ordered biscuits. They were short staffed so wasn't making sandwiches, which I don't understand. Biscuits were fresh. She gave us large drinks for having to wait.

Ordered the smokehouse special. Delicious!! My order was fresh and hot. A short wait in the drive thru. Recommend you try the smokehouse dinner. Good price for a delicious meal.

I know church’s chicken is not very popular in Florida but in PuertoRico love them and I am so glad they have that similar menu items. Honey biscuits are a treat.

While the customer service was phenomenal, unfortunately the taste of this chicken restaurant falls short of those more grand.

I love Church's chicken 🍗. Hands down best fried chicken around. It's always crispy and juicy. I can feed my family (which consents of me and 4 grown men) for $21 and we always have a few leftovers.

This is my favorite Church's Chicken location because of the lady who works the drive through on the night shift. She has a really good attitude and customer service skills. In my opinion, that goes a long way. Give her a raise.

It's good but nothing like I remember when eating it in Atlanta. For some reason it just seemed to taste a little better up there. Although I did not have their fried corn on the cob like I used to. Maybe that would have struck up a few good memories. All in all it was good though. Friendly service staff and the services exited very quickly. I definitely try it again
