Place looked nice, service excellent, and drinks reasonably priced. The food however, wasn't very good. I was with a party of six and none of us finished our meals... My steak was the most expensive they had, was tough, had huge amounts of thick fat, was not tasty and the loaded baked potato under cooked and not hot. My friend that had New Orleans pasta said it was so salty he could only eat about a quarter of it. On the other hand, his wife said her chicken fried steak was bland and tough. The only food highlights were the wonderful bread and nice salad. Sorry to say I don't think we will be back, even though it's reasonably priced.

This place is SO good! Everything I've selected on their menu was up to par. My food was amazing & their drinks are great! My only frustration is their limitations on the croissants. They are made fresh & tasteful yet they only distribute 1 per person. Overall, I enjoy my visits.

Good food with good service and an acceptable price. The Chicken Pecan Salad was well prepared with good quality, fresh vegetables and fresh, hot, grilled chicken. The chicken was tender with good seasoning. The Honey Mustard dressing was very good, with a hint of horseradish, has a bit of a bite. The steak was well seasoned and slightly undercooked, but within acceptable limits. Though the servings seemed a little small, they were actually quite filling and satisfying. The loaded backed potato was excellent. It had a nice a crispy skin with ample butter, cheese, and real bacon topping.

This was our first time, and it won't be our last! Allison made great suggestions and the food was so tasty. I highly recommend you stop by and enjoy some really delicious food.

The first time I went to Cheddar's the restaurant was for dinner. The restaurant was really busy. I wanted to order the chicken pot pie, but unfortunately the restaurant had run out of them for the night. I ordered the country fried chicken instead. Although it wasn't what I planned on ordering, I can say that the country fried chicken was absolutely delicious! I ordered the double portion which is a ton of food. I had to save one piece of chicken for leftovers the next day. The waitress and/or kitchen did make a couple of mistakes with our order; however, the staff was quick to address the mistakes. I visited this location a second time recently and ordered take out for lunch. I ordered the chicken pot pie this time, and I was not disappointed. For your reference, I have attached a picture of the chicken pot pie. It was so good that I have been contemplating ordering it again for lunch since I work nearby.

Decent atmosphere, food was good and they had good sized portions. I highly recommend the Honey Butter croissants as they literally taste like heaven and melt in your mouth. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap as my meal and it was pretty good and the serving size was massive as I couldn’t finish it and I usually can finish meals no problem. I also ordered the Island Tiki which contains Captain Morgan, Malibu rums, tropical mango purée, pineapple juice, sweet & sour and blue curaçao. In my opinion it could’ve used more alcohol and less sugar. Overall the restaurant experience was fairly positive as me and my family all agreed it was.

This location looks to be newer than the one back home. Though mid-week, I was shocked that it wasn't packed after work. I was immediately seated, and there were plenty of empty tables. One huge disappointment was that they were out of lemonade. I ordered the shrimp/chicken tender combo and monster cookie for dessert. My food was good and was up to the Cheddar's standard I'm used to. My server was very pleasant. However, the second disappointment of the visit was the wait time for food. I was close to just cancelling my dessert and leaving.

Super delish. I got their Buffalo Chicken Wrappers and lemme say, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Only a $12 meal pretty much for all that food! The picture doesn’t show their true size but, I could only eat one and a few fries and I was finished- saved the rest for later. Our waiter was awesome and super nice! I wish I could remember his name. Overall pretty cool place, in my opinion.

We were visiting Jacksonville and wanted to try a place that we have never been. It was Sunday night and was an ending to a very long weekend and soccer tournament. We went and it took a while for anyone to even come by and then once we got our orders in it took FOREVER to receive our food. We were all slumped over by the time it arrived. However it did arrive hot and fresh a d was delicious. So maybe they were having a bad night. The restaurant was not super busy at all. They were also out of pot pie which one of my kids wanted and out of chicken fried steak which my other kid wanted.

Love the atmosphere, the food, and the service!!! I definitely recommend the drinks, which were inexpensive and really good! I had the chicken tender platter and my husband had the chicken fried chicken and they were delicious! It's definitely going to be one of our favorite spots for dates!

Drinks were good. Service was good. Food good except bennigens has way better Monte Cristo. The meat in mine was the equivalent of walmart brand sliced deli meat. And come to find out they definitely aren't made to order.

I had a very disappointing experience just now at this Jacksonville, FL Cheddar's. I ordered take-out on their website, and drove to the restaurant for curbside pick-up. There was no other option available on the website to choose except curbside pick-up. I parked in the designated spot, when I got the restaurant's automated email to check-in, I did, marking my spot #. Again, website said someone would bring my food to my car. I wait. 10 minutes after my listed delivery time, I call the restaurant. Spoke to a very nice person who apologized for my wait, and said someone would bring my food out shortly. I wait. Another 15 minutes goes by, no food. I finally go inside, now 55 minutes after I ordered, and 25 minutes after I was told my food would be delivered to my car. The to-go hostess was frazzled, but got my food, I signed the bill and left. The food was good, as usual, but because my whole lunch hour had been spent waiting, I had to scarf it down rushed. I guess my biggest complaint is that I called, I spoke to someone there, and they said my food would be right out. If she'd told me I had to go inside, fine, whatever. But I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for it that I could have spent eating comfortably. If you don't have curbside pick-up, fine, but tell customers they have to go inside for food instead of making them wait forever.

Great and patient customer service!!! The place is nice and clean and the staff was really helpful although they did miss several appetizers that we ordered. The honey butter croissants were delicious and actually the best thing I tasted there. I ordered the cheese curds that were good. I also had the shrimp and fish and although I enjoyed the shrimp the fish was not so good. Didn’t seem like catch but out of a bag. Fried good but mushy and a weird texture inside. The broccoli and cheese was not good either however I might have made the mistake of adding the cheese. Bake potato was good but make sure u ask for sour cream or butter because they don’t offer. As a 1st timer could have been trail and error so I am gonna come back and try something different. But I can say the server was nice and they give you a lot of food!

First time at this location. Service was excellent and everything was clean. We had side salads with our dinners. They were fresh and tasty. I had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes. My only drawback was that the breading completely fell off when cutting it up. Probably better for me that way. Flavor was very good and the mashed potatoes were excellent. As always, the rolls were out of this world. Looking forward to going back.

Probably my favorite "sit down and order" chain restaurant. Food is good as well as service. I had the fish and chips and it was tasty. Can't beat those rolls either!

This was my first visit. I ordered Keywest Chicken and Shrimp which came with 2 sides. I chose broccoli and cheese casserole and candied carrots. The Cresent rolls melt in your mouth! You can order additional rolls for $2/2. The fried Shrimp were good too. Bon Appétit!

Ever since I had heard of Darden buying this fast-growing chain, I had been looking forward to dining here. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. They must have been short-staffed. Unlike other Darden restaurants, the service was very disappointing. It took the bartender a good 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and everything went downhill after that. The side Ceaser Salad never arrived, nor did we get asked for our iced tea refills. Since it was 2 pm., and a late lunch for us, we endured the issues with a smile. However I would have to think twice before dining here again.

Nice restaurant with great people and delicious food. Absolutely love the honey butter croissants. My husband and I had the full rack of ribs the first visit ,they were so big that they hung off the plate,so flavorful and meaty. I definitely had left overs. Next visit I had their chicken pot pie , had nice big pieces of chicken inside,the crust was flaky and delicious. My husband had the 16 oz. Steak and loved it. Definitely our new go to place.

Great service! We had the best server Linda was so awesome, you always have to give great service there time and I can't say it enough, and Vanessa our bar tender thank you both for being the epitome of awesome customer service. Had a yummy meal here with my friends. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was okay... our waiter didn't check on us very often and my drink was empty. I had to wave him down.

The food at this place is absolutely amazing. The fresh croissant that's provided at the beginning of the meal is so good that it should be illegal. There is definitely a large and well outfitted bar, with drink specials. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was well trained and attentive. Will definitely make this a go-to location for me in the future when I'm in this area.

This place NEVER fails us! EVERYTIME we go its the best restaurant food and atmosphere we experience. I don't know where yall find the servers also because (as much as i hate to say)this city or the restaurants we have visited doesnt have too many that are so polite and so GENUINELY welcoming . Our server Aileen today was absolutely a blessing. She ensured ALL of our drinks and food were perfect and her sense of humor and character were impeccable. As always we definitely will be back. They set up our table nice and accommodated our small children. Our waiter, Nate, was super friendly and easygoing. The food tasted delicious and fresh. Painkiller drink is highly recommended !

This place is a charmer. Great decor on the inside very modern. Soon as you walk in (if no line) You have a greeter maybe two waiting to get you seated. We waited maybe thrifty minutes but we did have a party of seven. Once seated we had a phenomenal waitress. She joked with the kids. One question I always ask what appetizers would she recommend. She said the favorite where the cheddar fries. The food was really good and came out nice and hot.The portion sizes though, left more to be desired. Other than that we had a great time will return.
