Are you super hungry? Get the Cali Burrito. It's amazing. They're all amazing there, you can tell how much they love their customers. If there's no parking, park on the street. No street parking? Just abandon your vehicle in the ditch. Don't miss out on this food. And the queso, my god the queso. Buy a bucket of it. It's worth every penny.

I have to say they have some pretty well seasoned tasty food. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars, is due to some hiccups with my previous food order. I think I'll just start coming when the owner is here because her food is always fresh, well seasoned, meat is tender to the point you can eat it, and the rice is just like my aunt makes it. The owner makes sure you keep coming back for more she will definitely see me again . Don't hesitate to try it but make sure you ask it to be freshly made. It's very delicious and worth every penny. The first picture were the chicken tacos from the owner it was perfection..the second time I had the steak Mexican fries they were good...the tacos in the tray were the steak as well. Well worth the try.

One of the WORST tacos I've had from a restaurant. The beef was reminiscent of dcps lunches. One bite was all I needed to know that I wanted no more. Also, the lime wedges are cut in half. How are ya supposed to squeeze lime juice on your taco. Stop cutting corners to save a lime...

I love Nacho Taco. It's a locals Mexican spot in historic Riverside. Limited parking in the lot, but you can easily park on a side street. Here's an easy list of good-to-knows if you are an anxious person like me. 1) The building is tiny, blue, and on a corner. 2) You go in the sliding door and order at a counter. 3) There are picnic tables under awning and some with umbrellas for seating options. 4) There's TONS of exquisitely delicious vegan choices here that keeps me coming back.

Edit: I got a refund from DoorDash, so there was no need for me to call. Considering it was delivery, DoorDash were the ones that handled it internally. I never said anything “hateful.” I’m giving a review of my experience and won’t apologize for being very unhappy with two giant hairs being in my burrito. I ordered the Cali burrito, the churros, and fries from DoorDash and there was a black hair in my burrito. I only ate half of it, and am super annoyed that I ate that much. Nothing tasted bad, but please wear hairnets. I’m glad I didn’t swallow it and noticed when I cut it. I ordered this on July 13, 2022. I pulled them out and lo and behold it’s TWO hairs. Disappointing is an understatement. The churros, fries, and chips were good.

I haven't been to this place in about a year and I promise you the food got better. I have been to just about all the taco spots in Jacksonville and this place is definitely top 2 . Try their special sauce they make. You won't go wrong if you like flavor and heat.

I have been a fan of Nacho Taco for years but was inspired to leave this review after a phenomenal catering experience with them today. They made the entire experience - from ordering to delivery - as easy and seamless as possible. Savannah and the individual who delivered our order were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is obviously an 11/10 but I was so impressed by their customer service and desire to create a memorable lunch experience. If you ever need a meal catered for an event, please consider Nacho Taco!

Ate in outside area there is no other place to eat. Tacos are very good size. You order at the window and pay. Guy some out and call your name and bring it to you. I ordered a shrimp taco was one of the best I ate in sometime. Shrimp were very big and not over cooked. Beef taco was big meat falls out. I use my nachos to eat up the meat.yes the order comes with a bag of nachos. I will be going back to this place to explore the menu and to make sure this experience wasn't just a fluke. Staff friendly and food was hot. Food was fast. Good for vegans

I was surprise at the amount of food you get. Prices are affordable in this small place but big on flavor. Young staff women who are very kind. Practically you order to go unless you want to eat in their small outdoor porch. The flavor is very gratifying and huge portion for the price. I have tried their burritos and tacos. Try your own, and let me know how it went for you.

GREAT LITTLE TACO SHOP!!! Had wanted to try this place for a while and it finally worked out. And we were happy we did. Tacos were great. Good size, stuffed with meat, salsa was excellent. No complaints. I had crane asada and my wife had the vegan chorizo. Will certainly be back. This is a must try. Parking is easy and ample outdoor seating.

Great place to come to. Has a street market/ taco truck vibe. Staff is always friendly wife and I like coming here for a quick bite. They have outside seating no inside seating. But it is covered and very nice atmosphere.

This is an amazing little spot. They offer regular & vegan options which is what I went there for. I got a rice bowl with their soy vegan chick’n.. it was delicious! Came with cheese sauce, salsa & a small bag of chips. I had already mixed everything up when I remembered the picture so it doesn’t look as good as it did when I first opened it.

The churros were incredible and our meals were fantastic too! Meat was well seasoned and had great flavor. Would definitely come back!

Great spot to eat outside. Love to take the dog with us. The owner (I think) was kind enough to not only bring out a to go container for water for the dog, he also gave us a bottle of water, no charge. I love, love, love the lime chicken skewers!

The cashier wasn't very helpful however, they were very busy. The chicken tacos were good the beef was to salty and the cream cheese strawberry dessert was great.

The food came out overcooked/undercooked/cold at the same time which is honestly impressive. The meat was overdone but cold. The tortillas felt and tasted like they took them straight out of the bag without heating them up somehow. The limes were dry. The sauces lacked flavor/salt. The service was poor. We had 1 drink, 7 tacos, and 1 side of rice and beans which came out to about $40. Do with that information what you will. Owner's response: "Diana, If we started with something nice to say to you in regards of this review it would be just to stay at home and cook for your self. It seems like nothing was ok for you and your group, you guys just go around trying to feel superior to people in the food industry by being arm chair warrior's? It's admirable on how you have Elvin's views by posting bad reviews back to back, just because a young high-school student asked you to move the table to it's original place." I just finished eating their rice bowl with pulled pork and they are the best I've had. The meat is so juicy and tender and all the food is fresh and flavorful. I was dancing in my chair and I made sure to tell the two ladies up front how good the food is. I'm definitely coming back here. Oh, and you get a LOT of food. Yummy!!!

DO NOT ORDER GUACAMOLE!!!, it looked like it got made in a factory 1,000 miles away 6 months ago. Potentially was squeezed out of a tube 🤣 STILL a nice small taco shop with a lovely patio. Service was quick and friendly. Lots of vegetarian/vegan options. Rice bowl portion was LARGE 😋 Would go again!

We came in three people and ordered food. They made mistake with my food. When I ordered taco Tuesday three beef tacos I ended up getting two and more expensive. Later on it was super sunny outside so I asked cashier girl if I can move the table to the shade where she said yes of course. When I did, some black dude came to me saying in commanding tone "when you re done move it back". I am from middle east and this disrespectful behavior in our countries, we usually end up throwing the food at the whomever talks to us like that when we are eating food. I forgot to mention that I was with two ladies. This guy shouldn't work there. Very unusual experience and not coming back also because food tasted like water. No flavor.

The food was incredible! The beef and chicken were seasoned great. The rice was the best rice I have ever seen and tasted. You never look at rice and go, "that looks like some fresh rice," but here you could tell by looking at it that the rice was loved! Dezirae was awesome, we'll return!! :)

This place is definitely a sleeper. Looks like a little hole in the wall but they make a mean beef taco and their salsa is fresh as well. Wouldn't recommend the steak taco as it was tough and dry but their beef was juicy and flavorful. Definitely will come back if I make it to this side of town.

I really love this place they do some of the best Nachos and Tacos basically anything you can think of they can do They had great customer service I highly recommend don't knock it until you try it

this was our go-to place for two years, but our last visit there was just that. We felt skimped on quality and portion. First, there is no more fresh guacamole; the avocado now comes from a bag. And, the sign on-site said, "check in on Yelp for a 4 oz salsa on the house" and we received a 1 oz container and had to pay for the larger size. I miss my memory of this place! :/

I came to this taco shop back in 10/2019 and couldn't remember if they were ok or not, came back 7/19 and order the lime chicken, no season what so ever, so now I remember why I have not been back.

We got the vegan fajita nachos, kids quesadilla, and chimichangas, and everything tasted amazing! The service was quick and the portion sizes were nice. They also have outdoor seating.

The service was completely awesome the tacos not so much.. corn tortilla was old cold and completely fell apart, chicken was bland no taco seasoning, onions were huge, almost no cilantro. The verde sauce was like water and red sauce pretty thick for a taco sauce. The chips were pretty good seemed store bought instead of fresh. Again the service was great. I won't be back

I feel some type of way about the girl there on 9/20/21 this evening. She does not seem enthusiastic about her job and very irritable. Usually the other people are much nicer. Also gave away people orders didn’t seem too apologetic about it with a smirk. Seems like a kid but that’s bad for business will make ppl not come back. My food was ok

We’ve ordered here several times and always enjoy the food! On 1/17/2022 the food was so delicious. I had the pulled pork burrito and my spouse ordered the steak burrito. (Both were large enough for two meals for us!) If you love good salsa, I recommend ordering a large or you’ll be sad when you run out! Their homemade salsa is the best! The staff is very friendly as well.

The service was really good, quick and friendly. The cashier and manager (or owner, not sure) were really helpful in helping me decide what to order. The vegan nacho cheese sauce was good, however the vegan beef burrito I ordered just wasn't to my liking, although the taste wasn't bad in itself it probably just wasn't my thing. I'll be back though to try out their other stuff.

You get a lot for what you pay for, burrito was massive. Place was little, and they only have outside seating which isn't bad if it's not raining. Lady up front was super nice and got the food in like 5 minutes (considering I was the only one there). Overall, would definitely come back again.
