Great little lunch spot - a hidden gem! Fancy pants, delicious grilled cheese options make for a great lunch served me super nice folks. They're made to order and the Crunch on the bread is just right! Definitely definitely definitely save room for dessert and get the s'mores. Trust me. Add bacon if you're feeling frisky. I can highly recommend Porky the Melt and my wife is a big fan of The Crunch.

The really enjoy the variety of creative variations on a grilled cheese from here, with unique ingredients. Much like their food truck but with more selection. Whether you like simple balogna with your grilled cheese, or more premium ingredients like goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, they have something you'll like.

This is a ray of food cheesy sunshine in the center of downtown Jacksonville. Interesting menu focused on grilled cheese creations. The young staff are attentive, keep the space very clean. You can dine inside, or outside on the nice streetside patio. The California sandwich I had ( turkey, bacon, avocado, three cheeses) was a tad salty ( perhaps due to the meats?), and could have done with a bit less butter on the grill-- but the sandwich full enough to require a fork and well balanced. The basic fries were divine. Give this place a try.

Absolutely amazing!!! Tried out several different grilled cheeses and they were all amazing!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves grilled cheeses with a twist. You will not be disappointed. The only downfall is they are only open from 1100-3pm Monday thru Friday. I tried the following sandwiches; Happy Melt, OMG Melt, Daddy of the Mac, and Cheesy Jalapeno Popper melt. The establishment itself is small with a couple tables available to eat inside. There are also a few public tables outside as well.

Cheesy #puns are always welcome, Especially when they are served along a delicious Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Spaghetti, Meatballs & Mozzarella sticks inside! My first visit and the food lives up to the hype I've followed for so long. I seen the Sketti & Meatball Melt on yesterday's post and had to make this my first meal here! I opted to add the cheese sticks for $1 more for that added crunch and cheesy goodness and the Seasoned fries were crispy and delicious! I'll definitely make my way back for more items off the menu! The Sweet Iced Tea tasted a little off, but I'll have to try it again next time to be sure it wasn't just an off day.

Decent little hole in the wall place with a big menu full of grilled cheese options. I’d love to come back and try other ones. This time I went with the pulled pork grilled cheese with tomato soup. It was great. Service was fast. Location does not have dedicated parking.

We ordered give sandwiches and they were all awesome! Soup is great. Fries are tasty af. Get the smore and you'll have the best day in months.

Everyone is super nice. I had their caramel apple dessert and their Uncle Vinny's melt. Previously I tried their pulled pork mac and cheese grilled cheese. Their sandwiches are awesome and reasonably priced! Every sandwich my family and I have gotten from them has been absolutely delicious!

The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions, depending on what you like. I went with the steak grilled cheese sandwich, and it was fire!! Definitely will go again!

I had the blue cheese, grilled cheese which was such a delight. The butter was generously applied to the toast perfectly. The steak was tender, the service was great, the staff was friendly and very welcoming as well as knowledgeable.

I have had the food truck numerous times but today I was finally able to stop into one of the shops and my expectations were higher than anticipated! I order the jalapeño popper and the taco Tuesday grilled cheese. Not only was the service exceptional but the food was amazing!

Amazing food. Some of the best and creative grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had. Service is great, staff is friendly. It's a very small space with not a lot of seating. I don't know if they offer it but I should've asked if they have tomato bisque cause some places have that as a dipping sauce for their grilled cheese sandwiches.

Delicious grilled cheese sandwich and mac n cheese. You'll definitely want to get a side in addition to a sandwich.

The pastrami mami was very tasty. My coworker ordered the OMG grilled cheese. She enjoyed both the sandwich and fries, but I thought the fries were just okay. I would have preferred seasoned salt to the barbecue seasoning.

All of the grilled cheeses are amazing. I love their loaded fries (as a meal)! Even though everything is cooked with butter, the table and seats aren't greasy feeling. The place is small so don't expect a seat during peak hours.

Found this place couple weeks ago and I'm glad I did have not been disappointed yet I think they have a secret ingredient best grilled cheeses anywhere in Jacksonville friendly people And a very nice cozy atmosphere will definitely be back every chance I get!!

This place is great! We placed our order online, and picked it up in the store. I got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, and a tuna melt. The Mac and cheese is so good and maybe too much food with a sandwich. The tuna melt was perfect.

If you are a cheese lover, you need to try this food! I had the pleasure of eating their sandwiches years ago at a neighborhood food truck event and it was awesome! My husband and I finally made time to visit this food truck again last weekend and it did not disappoint! I love that this truck isn't just a grilled cheese place - there are so many different options. Don't make the mistake of thinking it's "just" a grilled cheese sandwich.

Today was our first time trying The Happy Grilled Cheese. This place did not disappoint. My 7 & 5 year old said "This is my new favorite place. BEST GRILLED CHEESE EVER!!"
