Walked in at 11:24 am. First off was told would be sat in 10-15 minutes despite the entire restaurant being empty. Two people sat and a family of 4 sat at table before us, and I was requesting table for 3. The food was quality of frozen food. The quality has decreased. Equal to frozen food thrown into fryer with basic sauce from a box. Would not go back. Would not recommend. Experience and food was def 1 star.

Im actually sad because I come here regularly, but I can agree with other reviews when they say the quality just isn’t how it use to be. It definitely taste like something you buy from the frozen food section. My entree didn’t come with any broccoli, WAY too much sauce and not enough rice like traditional Asian cuisine. Just overall poorly prepared. Also the pan flips look inedible. This will be my last time eating at this restaurant. The only good thing I can say is that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They remade the dish for me, which was better but still wouldn’t buy again.

We always enjoy P.F. Chang’s, typically we get takeout but tonight we decided to eat in and Michael was our server in the bar area. He was excellent. We sat at a high top for 2, he was great with his attentiveness and recommendations both food and drinks. Our cocktails and entrees were just as good as we expected, Michael told us the Short Fried rice was a popular choice and we loved it. PF Chang’s has a great salesman in Michael, such a strong representation of the brand.

P F Chang's. I reserved a table for the Sunday evening before Valentine's for my wife and I. We arrived and were seated within 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't hover but they were attentive. Very happy with the customer service! I ordered Mongolian beef. My wife ordered tempura calamari and white rice We also ordered crab wontons The wontons arrived with drinks within 5 minutes. They were crispy and hot - really tasty. The presentation was also nice. As soon as the wontons we're gone, our dinner was put on the table, which was great because usually there is a while to wait still after appetizers. I was worried about the calamari for my wife because it's so easy to overcook, however it was absolutely perfect. Crispy tempura wrapped around perfectly tender calamari rings. Yum! The Mongolian beef was juicy and tender and seasoned nicely and the green onions still had some bite instead of being overcooked. The white rice was perfectly cooked and delivered hot. My only criticism is that the paper menu doesn't have desserts and the web menu sometimes clears and cannot be reloaded without using the QR from the front of the house again. We had a great evening with a great meal and super customer service - they totally deserve 5 stars and we will definitely be going back!

The service was good; the food quality was ok. I've been to several PFC, and the food has had more flavor; I believe it was cooked in a rush or very quickly. The fried rice did not have enough soy sauce and flavor. Chicken was bland. Overall experience was okay.

This was our first time at a PF Chang's and will not be our last! The glaze they put in the steak was amazing! We also tried the sampler platter. They were the most fresh spring rolls we have had, the crab wontons were crispy and delicious and the pork dumplings were stuffed full and cooked perfectly. Great service on top of that made us fans for life!

We had a FANTASTIC night at this location tonight, courtesy of our server Weston! Thanks to him, we had the perfect food and perfect drinks! Thank you for a great evening! We ate most of the dumplings before I thought to photograph them. 😅 *Also! They have a menu for those allergic to seafood! My husband is and they were accommodating!

We really had high hopes for the food but to be honest it was not impressive at all. For a high end restaurant, the seasonings were not up to par. I've had corner store Chinese food that had way better seasoning. For appetizers we had the lobster dumplings (they were very good) and the pork egg rolls (could've did a hard pass👎🏾). For entrées we had the Chang's chicken(bland), bulgogi steak(it was cooked very rare but it was good, especially the sauce), chicken fried rice (bland) and the street noodles (they were really good but the angle hair pasta👎🏾). The service was outstanding; but for the price of the food this establishment is an overall no for us.

Friendly service. We went with a large group. Ordered the lettuce wraps and they were pretty good. I got the orange chicken lunch special. It was okay, portion sizes were good. For the price, the taste/flavor left me wanting more. I would opt out of coming here again.

Okay. The manager Corbet was super helpful. My wife didn’t enjoy her food at all. The drinks were awesome and my orange chicken was amazing. Corbet, came to the table and attempted to find something for my wife but she just didn’t want anything. She tried the pan fried noodles and the glass noodles. He even offered her a free dessert. She declined but I appreciate his efforts. My waiter West was dope and super polite. I appreciate it.

Jen, was absolutely amazing! Very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out super quick. I even got a dessert to help me celebrate my bday! Overall I had a great birthday experience!!!

I love this location, we always have a great experience! Staff is amazing and food is perfect! Cale was our server, if you’re in his section you most definitely will be well taken care of! 10/10

Cal was a great server and he made my first experience eating at the restaurant a great one. We had quite a few things on the menu. Everything was delicious! And the food came out in a timely manner.

Jen did an amazing job taking care of our party. She made sure our food and drinks came out timely. She made sure to check on us. She made sure we were satisfied with our meals. She joked around and really kept things fun and energetic! Great service is hard to come by so, Jen is truly exceptional. We hope to see her again soon! The food was good and the drinks were good too.

This was our best friends anniversary ! Our experience was wonderful. Our waiters were Cal & Dom and they were great! The food experience while it was delicious it could have been hotter. The desserts crazy good but again it could have been hotter. Highly recommend

We had an Amazing experience yet again at P.F. Changs in Jax, Fl. Exceptional service from our waitress, Jennifer/Jen! The food was hot and delicious with only minutes to wait. We were very impressed...5 Stars 🌟

Excellent service and food first time visiting this place and top notch.. highly recommend.. only took couple pics.. had party on 9 and service was still excellent.. CAL was our main server but with big group he had to have help and they were all awesome to.. friendly environment and people seems to enjoy their jobs which means alot with attitude towards customers.. we appreciate the staff here

Stopped for a quick lunch. Had pot stickers, spring rolls, Honey chicken and Mongolian beef. Service was great, fried rice could have been better. Lacked flavor.

Everything about PF Changs was above my expectations!! The server Calvin made sure that we had the best service! He took care of our every need!! Oh and the drink…ewwww yeah!! I highly recommend this location.

We hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in quite a while. We like the changes to the menu. We had Beef and Broccoli , Honey Shrimp and Brussel Sprouts appetizer. There are few good chinese food restaurants out there. The food was great!!

It was my first time at P.F. Chang’s and it may be the last time. I will say that the chili green beans and the Chang’s spicy chicken lunch bowl with fried rice was pretty delicious. However, the sweet and sour chicken bowl was anything but impressive. The sauce was super overpowering and the breading on the chicken was super mushy like it had been over saturated with the sauce. Im a textural person so that was nasty to me when I tried a bite. Thankfully it wasn’t my food. Service was minimal. Our waitress seemed overworked and distressed and couldn’t keep up with the demand although she certainly tried. Twice there was food that was brought to the table that wasn’t ours and the food servers seemed very confused about that. I also signed up for the rewards program that said you get a free app or dessert for your bday month and although today is my birthday, it would have been nice if they would have honored that even though the system hadn’t sent it to my rewards yet with just signing up. Now the real icing on the cake is when I opened what looked like some sort of little tea thing on our table while waiting for our drink refills and to ask for the check. I realized it had been there the whole time and I had zero clue what it was. So, being a curious person, I opened it and was disgusted. There was mold on the inside of it. 🤮 We let the waitress know who you could tell was absolutely disgusted by it when she went and showed the manager. I was really shocked that the manager never even came by after that but continuously went to other tables. I just figured we would get a thank you for pointing that out but I guess not. We weren’t looking for any handouts, just an acknowledgement that it would be addressed.

Went to PF Chang’s for Mother’s Day. Our server, Cal was exceptional! Very attentive and friendly. He brought out an additional menu when he learned my husband had a shell fish allergy. We had a fantastic meal! Thank you to the whole team, and especially Cal.

5+ stars from the call for reservations to the end! We had a party of 10 and had a change in our reservations at the last minute. It was not a problem at all! We were seated right away and our server Danny was GREAT at every detail!!! Thank you for making our experience and celebration memorable.

Cal did a great job serving us. Our food was excellent and we were served promptly. I had the Orange Chicken with a side of garlic noodles, which was ample. To start the chili garlic fries are a great choice. If you are having a drink, the Asian Pear mojito is delicious. Parking is ample, with multiple lots around the restaurant, along with some street parking.

Delicious food and great service! Our server was Danny, great guy with amazing energy! We ordered the Hand folded Crab Wonton for appetizers, recommended by him which were super good. For our entrees we had the Orange chicken and Mongolian Trio, which both had so much flavor, with good sized portions. I had originally ordered the Singapore Street Noodles, but unfortunately I wasn’t a fan of it. Overall highly recommend, Will be back!

First time at a PF Changs and it lived up to the hype. I see now why it’s so popular. Delicious food, great waitstaff, casual but classy atmosphere, and pretty reasonable prices. Can’t wait to go again when we’re in the mood for Chinese that’s a significant notch above the typical cheap takeout available everywhere else. Tasty signature cocktails too!

First time trying P.F. Chang's. SO brought me here for my birthday and it was amazing! Appetizer we chose was BBQ pork spare ribs which were delicious and so tender. The flavor was a hit. I chose the Combo Lo Mein and absolutely loved it. My SO chose the Orange Chicken and was obsessed! We finished off our experience with the Banana Spring Rolls and OMG it was so delicious and that coconut-pineapple ice cream was awesome.

It has been a while since I have been to a PF Chang. The ambience was nice and staff friendly. They have limited their menu choices and taken a lot off that I wish were still there. My friend enjoyed His sushi and liked the heat in the spicy mayo was perfection for Him. I expected something different from my sushi but it was edible. Definitely enjoyed my oolong tea, nice and hot.

Bright spot was our server. Food has really gone down here. It's been a long time since I have eaten at PF Changs and I guess my expectations were based on the time when the food was memorable. Fried dumplings were not that great, the smoke sauce was overwhelming and overpowered the dumpling. The sushi roll was poorly constructed. The fried rice was dry made with bad or incorrect rice.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. These ribs were delicious. The restaurant goes a step further by providing a wet wipe to clean your hands. The atmosphere is nice and romantic l. The staff is super fast and the food is delicious.
