Came in on a Sunday around 2pm. We were seated quickly, but the server came by after about 10 minutes to get our drink order. Another 10 mins to get the drinks. Had to ask for refills later. The food came out cold. It was very bland. Hashbrowns were undercooked. Rubbery chicken, flat rubbery tasteless pancakes. Country Fried Steak was very blah. No flavor to gravy that came with it We won't be back.

Came here for Father's Day breakfast, the wait was extremely long but definitely lots of reasons factored into this. One being Father's Day, the restaurant isn't large enough to accommodate the amount of people who arrived during the early morning rush & definitely being short staffed as people are refusing to get jobs since this whole unemployment issue pays more than if you would actually work !! I feel for the staff that are working as people were just so impatient, simple for me.. If you don't want to wait then don't, you have choices but being rude to those who are here working hard isn't nice at all. Once we were seated service was a bit slow but when we were served the food was delicious !! Our waitress & the staff were so pleasant.. The French Toast & Cinnamon Bites were beyond amazing !!!

Order 1 day ahead of time and nothing was ready. The place was a zoo. I had curbside pickup number don’t work. No organization. I was to pick up my dinner at 1 pm and at 145 I’m still waiting. Brian white manager is terrible. He doesn’t know what going on.

Food is OK. The food unfortunately, is inconsistent. I typically order family style meals when I don't feel like cooking dinner. However, the Fried chicken was not fry thoroughly. Therefore, I literally had to come home and refry my chicken breast.

Honey fried chicken with 2 sides, choices of any 2 biscuit, banana nut bread or rolls. Had broccoli and slaws as sides with biscuit and banana nut bread. Chicken breast were incredibly tasty and moist. The skin was so crispy. DELICIOUS!! Waitress was attentive and pleasant. Great atmosphere.

Not enough gravy for two biscuits. The eggs were suppose to be scrambled with cheese not a omelet with cheese on top. We ordered a stack of pancakes. No syrup or butter included. To say the least it was a waste of money.

Been here a few times, I found the food to be ok diner food. This time I tried the cod which was a good crisp batter, fish and chips style and large filet. Cooked very well with moist flaky fish inside. Mash potatoes with chicken gravy was pleasantly surpisingly good and savory. I like how their breakfast bacon is actually crisp, better than most places. They're always busy so get there early. I realize my server had to deal with a 9 tabletop, but even after they had left, we still were there from 1030 and didn't get out till 1220ish as we had to wait a while to get our bill, refills, and to go boxes, as we saw several tables finish and clearout before us, even though they got here later than we did. Banana bread was moist and sweet. Liked it.

Bob Evans used to be in our regular rotation but dropped off after an abysmal experience over a year ago. But, we received a gift card so it was time to see if they could redeem themselves and they did, to a point. There was a distinct lack of hustle in the staff but we saw a sign in front that they are hiring for all positions. So they are likely short staffed but I didn’t feel they were moving at a more reasonable pace. We noticed that the dining room was much cleaner and it looks like they fixed the ripped benches, at least from what we saw. Our drinks also tasted better because in the past their water and ice had that oldie moldy taste; it was gone at this visit. Our food was prepared well except the over medium eggs came out barely over easy. We thought it took longer than reasonable to get our orders but we only saw one person in the kitchen; again the sign hiring all positions. I will say their bacon is exceptionally good and the sausage gravy tops all other breakfast restaurants. Biscuits are good when fresh but a tad crumbly. In the end they are back on the list but on “rotation probation”; one more visit will tell us their status with us, and because I enjoy their sausage gravy so much I’m rooting for them.

My 17 yr old son, of all people, wanted to go have brunch at Bob Evans. I don't know why, but off we went to Bob Evans. I might have been sceptical, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was swift and very friendly and casual and the food was not bad. French chefs are certainly not shaking in their boots, but if you set your expectations right you will enjoy your meal. I'm not saying this Bob Evans (or any other, most likely) is a must-visit, but if you're in the neighborhood and in need for a hearty meal served with a smile, this Bob Evans will deliver.

Everything came out so fast & was so delicious. Bobs never fails us. We had the pot roast sandwich with fries & mac. Also, an avocado omlet with biscuits & gravy. I wish I could remember the servers name, she was excellent.

Breakfast when they opened at 7:00. Got busy fast but service was good. Food was delivered at correct temperature and was very tasty. I had the oatmeal with blueberries, banana slices and chopped pecan. Came with banana bread - yum! Hubs had biscuits with sausage gravy and he liked it. Clean comfortable surroundings.

Plan on spending plenty of time! Over 45 minutes to get one meal! And ordered an omelet to go with peppers, onions and mushrooms and took and additional 30 plus minutes to get it made, and the veggies were raw! Food was okay but not worth the 1-1/2 hours it took to get breakfast. I was ready to walk out! Wait staff were decent but I think they were waiting on chickens to lay the eggs before they could cook them!

The mashed potatoes were good the Turkey was pretty good. The dressing tasted a little bit like stove top but it was ok. The service was good and the ladies ran their legs off to help our group.

Remember when Shoney's restaurant was a great place to eat many years ago. Bob Evans restaurant is much better. Great food at a good value. Nice attentive staff and an old fashioned quiet restaurant environment. Enjoyed the grilled cod and veggies. Glad they have pumpkin pie. I'm eating at the one in Jacksonville Florida. Try the banana bread.

Went for dinner after traveling all day. Deb was our waitress and she was amazing! Very friendly and checked in on us and kept our teas full. The kitchen was having issues with my food but she kept us updated and the even got on them for taking awhile. The fries with sausage gravy was very good!

First time customer here. The food was delicious. I had blueberry hot cakes, cheese grits, and hash browns. Our server was great too. And patient as well. I'm not a native to Florida, but I'd definitely come back.

My daughter and grandchildren came in from Texas for a visit and wanted to go to Bob Evans for dinner. Normally, when you are taken to your table, the hostess brings menus and silverware. We were just given menus. It took our waitress about 8 minutes to come to our table even though the restaurant only had a few other guest. We all ordered our food, and my daughter and I ordered the option that also included a salad and dessert. Ten minutes later, our waitress brought our salads to us and then started to walk away from the table. I had to ask her to bring us silverware so we could eat our salads. We then sat there for about 10 more minutes, and a gentleman brought our food out. My husband and I got Turkey with dressing. It was absolutely delicious. My granddaughter got a meal they had posted by the front door. It was Chicken and Honey biscuits. The meal came with two pieces of chicken. She said one piece was delicious, but the other piece was like rubber. It was hard to get a fork to pierce it. My daughter and grandsons meals were both good. Overall, I was disappointed with the service we received and feel that was a training issue. But we do enjoy going to Bob Evans and feel this was an isolated incident, as all of our other visits have always been a solid 5 stars.

Food was fresh. Service was quick and attentive. Expo could have been better. Tortilla strips and Avacado got left off my sister's southwest Avacado chicken

Came in on Sunday evening, got seated right away. Our server was Crystal, she was very attentive, friendly and made sure we was taken care of. There were a few things the restaurant was out of because of seasonal or the timing, however, she kept us updated and gave us our appetizer to hold us over until food was done. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit and I must say it was great. My boyfriend ordered biscuits and Gravy. The biscuits were fresh and the softest ever. Came out with brown Gravy and I was like wow, delicious. My son got the chicken with mashed potatoes and he loved it. The restaurant was clean, not too many people in. Friendly atmosphere and family oriented. Highly recommend.

Staff friendly but their kitchen system is so slow that it's normal to wait 40 minutes for five in line before your order- it's better to dine in versus to go. I have asked for extra gravy and several times I get home to find no gravy at all. I really am not wanting to come here even though food is tasty and one of few places to get turkey. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I am on a bus trip with 31 other people and this was a preplanned dinner. They were very accommodating. The servers were very friendly and efficient. We had 3 choices to pick from and the serving size was just enough. The food was brought out quickly, was good temp, and tasted good and comforting. Even got a giant cookie or fruit for dessert

We eat here every time my kids have a dentist appointment . We like the food and the staff is welcoming , but just be aware it takes FOREVER. I still give 4 stars because they're happy to offer banana bread etc to help keep the kids' hunger at bay in long wait times and I think things like that matter- their customer service is always great- and that outweighs a lot of faults when you're talking about hungry kids

I had the Turkey and Dressing. Turkey was thin sliced I would prefer thick slices but still good. Great mashed potatoes and Dressing. Love the cranberry. The yeast rolls are too good. I ate 4 . My wife had the hamburger steak with mushrooms and onion. Everything was great. And the cheapest meal we had in Jacksonville.

Took the wife and kids here for breakfast. I grew up with Bob Evans and having one in this city was worth the drive! Great food for the price! Their food brought back memories of family breakfast at Bob Evans as a child. The only thing missing was my parents and siblings. Their standards have been great for as long as I can remember going there since the early 80s.
