My
daughter
and
grandchildren
came
in
from
Texas
for
a
visit
and
wanted
to
go
to
Bob
Evans
for
dinner.
Normally,
when
you
are
taken
to
your
table,
the
hostess
brings
menus
and
silverware.
We
were
just
given
menus.
It
took
our
waitress
about
8
minutes
to
come
to
our
table
even
though
the
restaurant
only
had
a
few
other
guest.
We
all
ordered
our
food,
and
my
daughter
and
I
ordered
the
option
that
also
included
a
salad
and
dessert.
Ten
minutes
later,
our
waitress
brought
our
salads
to
us
and
then
started
to
walk
away
from
the
table.
I
had
to
ask
her
to
bring
us
silverware
so
we
could
eat
our
salads.
We
then
sat
there
for
about
10
more
minutes,
and
a
gentleman
brought
our
food
out.
My
husband
and
I
got
Turkey
with
dressing.
It
was
absolutely
delicious.
My
granddaughter
got
a
meal
they
had
posted
by
the
front
door.
It
was
Chicken
and
Honey
biscuits.
The
meal
came
with
two
pieces
of
chicken.
She
said
one
piece
was
delicious,
but
the
other
piece
was
like
rubber.
It
was
hard
to
get
a
fork
to
pierce
it.
My
daughter
and
grandsons
meals
were
both
good.
Overall,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
service
we
received
and
feel
that
was
a
training
issue.
But
we
do
enjoy
going
to
Bob
Evans
and
feel
this
was
an
isolated
incident,
as
all
of
our
other
visits
have
always
been
a
solid
5
stars.
