Waited 25 minutes in the drivethru for my food. Tipped $7.00 for take out. Missing potato skins when I checked my bag so I pulled up and went in to ask for them. Got an attitude and 1 potato cut in half, topped with cheese and burnt beyond edible. I spend $60+ every visit but I’ve been burnt more times than this potato. NEVER AGAIN.

This restaurant is a Long John Silvers wanna be. The food is decent (typical low end seafood). They messed up our order as the guy taking orders acted like (since it was our first time) our taking our time to order was an inconvenience for him. He left off one of our meals and after we figured it out (all meals came out at different times) half our party of 6 was done before others got their food and they refused to correct THEIR MISTAKE and get our child his meal unless we “ring it up and pay” even though the inconvenience was already realized. Go to Dockside Seafood. Better portions, better atmosphere and better service. Below is a kids meal and yes that’s how it came out.

So I actually used to enjoy the good here and in fact loved their seafood salad as well as their shrimp tacos. Today my food was extremely greasy and I called and apple with Laura who had to call me back. I rec a callback and was advised that I needed to bring in a picture of the food showing I hadn't eaten it along with a copy of my receipt. And the this was not for a refund. I typically wouldn't even submit a review but this is crazy. I wouldn't even give that food away to one of the bums in the corner of beach and will never again go back there. Very disappointed

The restaurant on St.Johns bluff. They have great customer service but the portions have declined! Way over priced for the amount of food you get. Basically you are paying for a kids meal for an Adult! Take your money to Singletons seafood in Mayport or Clark's seafood for your dollar. MY Honest opinion of this restaurant anymore.

Not only was the staff extremely RUDE, I asked for kids chicken wings with sauce on the side that I would pay for and they denied it. I asked for a side salad, she proceeded to say “is that all you want” in a very rude like manor. After I asked for my salad all the way with croutons I get back to work to find there is literally JUST LETTUCE in a box with no toppings. If you want a completely rude staff to take care of you, mess up your food, then speak another language when your sitting right there, this is the place to go :)

I guess the food is still good, but I could not get pass the parking lot. It cost nothing to clean up trash 💁🏽

I’m rating a 3 because the nasty attitude lady at the drive thru with black hair…… I can’t help that your intercom on drive thru is TERRIBLE and needs to be REPLACED. Until then, you’ll have to repeat yourself. I’m sorry I asked how my order was $40 because YOU failed to share there was an UPCHARGE, PLUS a fee to use a credit card (assuming WRONG). With all these up-charges you should be able to upgrade that intercom that puts you in a foul mood. You ole hateful $!@?! 😡

Reasonably priced extensive seafood menu as well as other options like steak and chicken. There's a longer wait if you order anything other than fried, so best to come in to order and sit in the waiting area. There is a drive through for call in or smaller orders. Nice nautical decor in the family friendly dining room. It was nice and quiet on a Sunday afternoon, and there's a peek a boo view of the pond across the parking lot from some of the dining tables. It's a nice view with wildlife before or after dinner. Plenty of free parking in their lot. Food very good, except for the Mac and cheese which needs some work! Fair prices.

So, Dash messed up my order and never delivered it. Restaurant was nice enough to call and explain what happened. She stated she would call Dash and call me back, Well never got that call and when I went to restaurant my order was never made. Long story short, I ended up with Checkers… So, Can’t give a good review on food I never got!!!!

We were Pleasantly Surprised ! Went here on a whim and found large portions of a Great variety of Seafood. The batter on their fried food is thin and crispy, not thick like some places. Lots of sides to choose from baked potatoes to fresh string beans. The prices range from $15-$20 which reflects the quality. We will definitely be back !

Food was excellent. There were 9 of us and evenjoyed their meal... Melissa, The GM, Couldn't do enough for us. And the young men we're so polite and attentive. Our experience was delightful. My favorite fish is the basa.. Not available in a lot of restaurants but they sure know how to cook it here.

First time visiting.. it's soooo good.. you won't be disappointed..

The shrimp I had today came with two hush puppies and you get two sides of your choice. It was outstanding it tasted great and they were really fast.

This was my 1st visit. It was drive through only because of staffing, but my waiting was not long. The food was well portion and freshly cooked. It took me 2 days to eat it all. The cost was a bit high, but I understand that supply and demand play a big part in pricing. I will return in the future because the service was good and so was the food.

I always enjoy my visits here but KUDOS TO RUTH ! Ruth is the sweetest, most helpful server I’ve come across there since I’ve started visiting a few years back. Her service is amazing and she’s so sweet and made sure our table was clear of finished dishes and that our food was up to par ! Will always be looking forward to her smiling face with each visit now!

Everything was good the lady at counter was so nice and friendly . And the waitress was very nice too! But the cooker was super rude he just start yelling at us and star and argument whit the other employees! Bummer this guy almost ruined our lunch !! Thanks to Laura

Honest Review: Family of four. 4 PM arrival. Clean restaurant. Polite staff. Tables cleaned promptly. Grilled salmon: Cooked properly and seasoned nice as ordered. Reasonable portion for lunch size. Green beans canned and not hot, not special. Grilled scallops and reasonable dinner portion. Fried fish and popcorn shrimp good like everywhere because fried stuff is just awesome. Hush puppies good. Food took 20+ minutes after order. A little slower than expected but not upsetting. Will return. Recommend arriving before 4 for lunch prices. Overall pleasant experience.

Food was not bad. I got the special 30 pcs grilled shrimp with 2 sides (green beans missing bacon flavor & Cole slaw). Had to ask for silverware and sauces. Was kind of strange because all other tables received theirs with food pick up. 🤔 We had an elderly person with us too! So service was not on point. Which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. One reason I stopped going here to eat.

The food that I order was okay although they have very small breadsticks and they only had small medium sizing cups for to go drinks for a price. That's still it a little expensive for that yet the atmosphere and place needs to be updated.

Grilled oysters were rubbery, burnt and inedible. Scallops were chewy and way over spiced. Nice baked potato and sweet corn on the cob too. Service was attentive and it was rather quiet even at lunch time inside.

That was suppose to be 2 fish but one fish didnt make what i would consider as a full piece if you see in pictures but food was good it was 2 blackened salmon gator tail rice hush puppies loaded potato. And no i didnt complain about the half fish .

Great food and great dining experience. Our food was prepared quickly and to our satisfaction. Wonderful environment, welcoming, quiet, and most importantly clean. We will be back again…

Made a terrible mistake getting all fried food. The fried green tomatoes and hush puppies as well as my jumbo shrimp all tasted like fish cooked in old grease. Terrible.

Awesome seafood!! But they are a little high on it right now but that's everywhere. $57 for 2 fish and shrimp platters and 1 deviled crab cake platter.🤯🤯 No appetizers or extra sides. Just a baked potato and coleslaw. Crazy!!!!

I've been coming here for a few years. The food is delicious and plentiful. The service is great. Y'all are missing out if not eating here. I've tried about 8 different meals and devoured everyone of them.

I did my first Uber Eats order from a restaurant that I had never been to. I chose it because it was close to my parents house and I thought I might get some at least maybe warm food. The Uber driver was fine but my order was not. I paid for a side of conch fritters and got nothing. The seafood dinner for one was lacking. Only 2 scallops and no clam strips. I did get a small piece of fish and a few fried shrimp and oysters. I phoned the restaurant and left a message for the manager and after no response left s message on the order line. Now 1 1/2 hours later no call from anyone. Buyer beware.

If I could give zero stars I would. We placed our order with Michelle and she was very rude. Then we had to wait a while for our food which wouldn't had been so bad if the experience was better in the beginning. We got home and started to eat and quickly discovered that the food had no flavor. It was very bland. The fries were dry and literally a four year old could have prepared a better meal! I called and spoke to Beni who claimed to be the Store Manager. He offered a 10% discount and a free drink on my next visit! That's sad and honestly why the hell would we come back?! We wasted almost $40 on garbage!!! Worst seafood place in Jacksonville hands down! I want a full refund and it would be nice if someone over these people would contact me.
