I call to place an order. The Young lady answers the phone mocking an Asian accent asked me if I want fried rice, egg roll and hot sauce, giggled and hung up. I went in to the restaurant to order. We absolutely love the food here, have been coming for YEARS! After ordering to go and paying I asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager today. The girl that spoke to me on the phone was standing there so I asked her why she answered the phone like that. She thought it was all very funny and admitted it was her and that they like to prank the customers sometimes. I could have easily went somewhere else, maybe should have. I hope the owner or manager sees this and handles it because they will lose alot of business with people like that in a customer service position.

Me and my boyfriend came here a few times, best Mexican restaurant that I have been too. Food is awesome every time and fast. The portions are quite big. Great service, and prices are reasonable. Will be back for sure.

Where do I start. Very good food. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Genuine atmosphere. Prices are best around. Bang for you buck is off the charts. Wife and I come here often. Our ONLY STOP anymore for Mexican. Good luck on the all u can eat tacos!! Lol they are packed!

This is THE BEST Mexican Restaurant! The food is so good! So tasty, so well and deliciously seasoned. The portions are BIG, the service is FAST and our preferred server Augustine is so kind, so fast, and stays on top of chips and drinks. Even the chips and salsa are so good! The chips are fresh, warm, and crisp. The salsa is so authentic. True authentic Mexican food. Delicious!

This place is terrific. I ordered a burrito from the lunch special. Everything was delicious especially the salsa I'm taking some to go. Chilling with Grogu at Ole. There is also a patio if you want to eat outside.👍😃💯🔥♥️ Be careful if you order the large beer it means large I feel like a viking.😂

I've been coming here for years with my family and I've always had a good experience. The margaritas are awesome and the staff is super nice. The only complaint I have is their chicken in the enchiladas (not sure if the same chicken is used in other things but possible) took forever to chew through. It had the feeling of being flash thawed or cooked improperly giving it a strange texture. Just make sure to get the beef and you won't be as disappointed 😌

Even though we had our food to go, it was great and you can tell the salsa is homemade kiss the cook. The prices are great and they seem to have a special daily. Next time bring the whole family for all you can eat Taco night Olè Good 😁.

Great food, the salsa and horchata were fantastic. House hot sauce had more kick than flavor, but it was decent. Portions seemed big, and I love that. Service was great, friendly, and checked on a few times throughout the meal.

Great place. We have been here dozens of times over the last few years and have never had a bad experience. The service is quick and the staff is great. We went last weekend with a group of 30 plus people unannounced, and they accommodated us with no issues immediately. And they brought all of the orders out at once.

The overall experience was good. Server was great and kept drinks full and attentive. Food was delicious too. This was a great first time experience here. Look to come back for another visit.

I've been eating here since I was a kid, this place will fill you up for cheap, the margaritas are insanely strong and affordable. The staff has been welcoming for decades. Love them so much at Ole, thanks for being apart of the community for so long

It was very loud in there. The knock off santana live performer didn’t really help. It probably would have been better if outside seating was available but I believe it was occupied. The food was good but it was like 4$ extra just to add a little bit of cheese sauce to the meal.

Wow finally a great Mexican restaurant besides El Tapatío. The California burrito was spot on... Not too much of rice, beens, lettuce and so forth... Right amount of carne asada... They left out the cheese topping queso and made a whole difference of putting it on myself. The flavor is perfecto 💯. Oh the deep fried jalapenos... Perfect and not soggy over cooked. Then comes my 1000% best is the cheesecake chimichanga... Take it out the box and put it on a plate, you'll thank me later. Oh it was so good... Everyone there was cool... I love the vibe from the Cashier with the tattoos on her arm.... If I could give 6 stars or give a 11 out of 10 I would. Hands down great place for comfort food. Hmmm this maybe the spot to bring the crew to.

I love it here! Everything is great but The appetizer wings are so slept on, I know it’s weird to get at a Mexican place but good wings are good wings lol worst part about this place is the servers. Luckily the food comes out quick and the beers are big because they just straight up take your order and don’t come back.

Food was not very authentic, borderline boring with no actual taste. waitress never came to check on us until it was time for the check , and the live music was some guy trying to teach some other guy to play the guitar while butchering every old school song he could. I aint hating I just leave honest reviews.

This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. The service was fast and the workers were very polite, the sweet tea was actually sweet, the chips weren't overdone, the salsa was spicy but not too much, the cheese dip was also really good, I had the chicken & cheese quesadilla and it was much better than I expected, overall a really good experience, would definitely recommend.

First time stopping in, and was thrilled to find a nice and delicious place so close to our home. Margaritas were strong and tasty. Queso was very good. Guacamole was good but needed a bit more lemon and cilantro for me. Steak fajitas were very well seasoned and plentiful. We brought home enough for lunch tomorrow. Beef empenada special was delicious and came with lo delicious sofrito like tomato sauce. Beans are good. Staff was very friendly, swift, and attentive.

I've seen people share that they enjoyed eating here. I even have a family member who said they used to go all the time, not sure about recently. But I must say after my experience last night I will never go back and I would never suggest anyone else ever go. Horrible service terrible food and even worse drinks. And the itself is definitely leaving something to be desired huge thumbs down

Ole is a great place to stop for Lunch. I've only ever come here around 11:30 - 12:30 but they are always incredibly fast and the food is always good. If you are looking for some authentic Mexican food this is a great choice.

The food is pretty good but the quality control is lacking. I ordered a vegetarian meal and meat ended up on the plate. When I let the server know, they brought out a new plate. However, this was an uncooked cheese enchilada, as the cheese was not melted. Just be sure to double check your order when it comes out.

Dined in with family on a recommendation. Hostesses were fast and attentive, it was a building half full but it seemed that every paying customer there this day had adequate service. The food was amazing so big props to the kitchen, it was clean and actually felt like a family establishment. I read a negative review concerning the drinks, but ours were potent and delicious.. so there’s that. Had the “House Marguerita” which is just the lemon flavor one, think they have a few different ones but long story short, definitely will be back

It was AMAZING! It's a cute, quaint little spot with dimmed lighting. Really sets a tone. The drinks were good and STRONG lol. The food was hot, fresh, and well seasoned! The wait staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning with more friends!
