Family came to town and when they checked in there toom they had a chair that was broke. A whole in the door. Blood on the sheet on the bed. You all need to update your pictures cause nothing like what you have on line. I was very disappointed in what we got and what we were suppose to get. People smoking pot outside and playing loud music. This is truly not a taken care of place and dont care what happens to it. I am going to call corporate and let them know what is going on.

First off let me start with the good. The room was definitely spacious, it was clean they offered toiletries. It also included a small kitchenette which i thought was nice. A good size fridge and a small microwave. The room area has carpet and towards the kitchenette and bathroom it has tile. The bathroom was very clean which definitely was a plus and i could definitely smell like bleach in the bathroom. Now for the negative side our AC was not working properly, and the WiFi was poor quality. The room side actually had a funky smell. We also had one pesty fly but honestly rather a fly than a roach! Other then that it was a great stay and the front staff was definitely amazing had a great check in and check out experience we would definitely stay here again if we ever came to this side of Florida again!

This place was recommended to me by someone who stayed here 5 years ago. It has changed from what he remembered. My stay was a business stay and it was nearby where I had to be. The first thing is that the pool was closed. So there is that. The next thing was that the room is marginal. Not exactly dirty but old and smelly. There was a desk but no chair to sit at while working on it, I had to move a night stand to sit on at the desk. Then there was no lamp on the desk, again I had to move the lamp off of the night stand. They eventually brought me a chair but marginally better than sitting on the night stand. I would recommend one of the chain hotels, even if I had to drive further and pay more. This hotel is sketchy. And to top it all off, there IS NOT A BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED, DO NOT STAY HERE

I called down to front desk because At 1 am there was a party going on in the room next to us asking them to please just turn the music down and nothing was ever done. Went on till 5-6 a.m. and now as I write this review @ 9:30 a.m. it's going on again. I will not be back due to the fact they don't care if you have a good night rest, a positive experience with the hotel or a good stay. We will take our money elsewhere. All customers that spend their money here should be made to feel comfortable, isn't that part of the experience? This was our 1st and last try with a hospitality inn. Due better please,all around the board...

I don't know who would rate this place three stars or higher. The room is filthy. Stains on the bed and sheets. Someone obviously had a dog in the room before us and nothing was cleaned. Dog food on the floor and right outside of the door. There was dog hair on the bed itself. I own a dog myself but that is absolutely disgusting. There were also small bugs on the bed, don't want to know what those were. Then someone had used the bathroom, didn't flush, and I guess no one cleaned the room at all before we checked in since it was still in there unflushed. Overall I wish I could give a 0 star. Immediately checked out after twenty minutes and spent the extra thirty dollars to stay at the very clean Best Western ten minutes away, which I should have done to begin with but I thought I'd try to support a family run place. That was a big mistake. Do NOT waste your time or money here. Also refused to give refund claiming we were there for more than thirty minutes which was a lie.

Rooms are great and very spacious. The staff was nice and very helpful. I didn't see any mold or bugs!!! It was perfect for my daughter and I. She had a blast at the pool. I do wish they had an umbrella out there for the ginger's like me that have to hide from the sun. If I go back, I will send pictures. I was really impressed with the cleaning. I'm not going to lie. Seeing the rating and reviews, I was thinking it would be as bad as the other two places I have reviewed. It's completely different! The mirrors were all clean! No spots no sticky stuff. The counters and tables were all clean. Most important, the sheets were clean and bright. There wasn't hair or dirty spots. I highly recommend it if you want a comfortable stay! They deserve a better rating!

False advertising. Fake photos. Please do yourself a favor & drive by this place before you get catfished!! Every employee has an attitude. Kitchen inside the room has sign posted stating that if we would like to use any of free supplies, dial 160 to request. The lady we spoke to had no idea what a eating fork was & pretend like she was lost.she repeated NO every time we attempted to describe what eating utensils are!! Housekeeping will bang on your door, demand entry, then push you out of their way. By far #1 worst experience ever! Never again!!!

Very bad business! Very rude customer service. Made a reservation prior to my stay. When arriving to hotel I let them know I had a reservation they then informed me that my room was not quite ready and to check back in in a hour.... With me having to work I asked if I could go ahead and pay for my stay so that I could get to work and my family would have someone to go as soon as the room was available. They allowed me too with no problems at all. When my family came back hours later they then wanted to say that ur on a DR LIST and cannot stay here. Now I'm here with no room and no money. The lady admitted the reason they allowed me to pay for my stay is because she just keyed in my card and didn't look my name up. RED HOTT

Stayed here last July..... Never saw so many cockroaches before. Slept with our clothes on. Still wound up taking one home with us.

This place is a JOKE!! I really wish I could include pictures in the review. Filthy & the most unprofessional employees. I’ve been trying to get our refund for days! They lie and say that we stayed there. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE

If I could rate a 0, I would. Traveled from Georgia, booked off booking.com, no pool.. atleast that’s what the front attendant says, but clearly there was a pool, out of order. No breakfast, and then I was just accused of stealing a cable box, which was never there. Spoke with a lady that was LIVING there… just to see her vaccuming the hallways a few hours later this was the WORST stay EVER‼️ Do not stay here.

You get what you pay for. There was a super loud party in the main building, but we didn't hear it in our room. The room is run down and old, but ok for a quick night sleep. There are clearly people who live at the hotel and it seemed a bit unsafe, as was the neighborhood. If you need a few hours sleep, I would say it's fine. Otherwise spend the $40 extra for a better hotel.

The place is clean and they are really friendly but they rented my room out when I had already paid for it and had things in it. The hotel isn't worth 70$ a night.

Very poor, one star rating is too much... First of all, the pic you see online is not the same hotel, we went there and we were shocked, the room was a smoking room, the floor and the counter were NOT clean, the room smells like marijuana, the atmosphere out side the hotel is not safe. Not recommended for families, your car and belongings are not safe out there

Rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds, nice and cool fridge's to store food and checking in was very simple only complaint is there is no security do tenants were arguing with each other all night

Cute budget place with gobs of space and a lot of storage adorning the kitchenette. Please invest is resurfacing the bathtubs. Ours was disgusting. Had I realized it when I arrived, I wouldn't have asked for more towels. (of which you only had 1)

What do you think seeing the receptionist sleepily sighing and talking to another employee as she went through the check-in process Even though we had reserved a non-smoking room, the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes. There was no table and we had to eat on the bed. The two small millipedes came out from the bathroom. Also, the water did not shut off properly and we had to sleep with the sound of water drops falling all the time. We had brought swimsuits, but the pool was closed and there was no mention of it on the hotel page. The only thing I would venture to say good thing is that the girl at check-out was a bit more friendly.
