Marcy and her staff are so friendly. The rooms are clean, and they are well stocked with towels, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The hotel has been quite when I have stayed there. They accept pets and have a really nice area for them. I'm always meet with a smile and welcome at check in which is nice when you have been traveling and it's very quick. Check out is the same, they send you off with a safe travels and come back soon.

The hotel was clean but could definitely use some updates. My room was next to a service closet and they continued to slam the door. There were also a small roach in the room. I was checking out the next day so I did not request a room change. Outside of that, the front desk staff was good. My only recommendation is not to use the restaurant on premises. You would do better to go somewhere else. I would not stay here again unless everything else was sold out in the area.

The rooms here are decent; it was clean and the bed was comfortable. This visit, there was no one screaming in the halls and slamming doors like there had been when I'd stayed here previously. But, that didn't deter me from staying here again; the price is reasonable. The location seems isolated but it is near the highway and therefore shopping and restaurants are accessible.

Long story short this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Won’t give all the long ranting details but hit on the major points. My family and I were in Jax working. One being the least concerning I chose this hotel for the pool after a rain shower that stopped before 8 pm (the pool wasn’t supposed to close that night till 10) they never reopened the pool. My 4 yr old was upset to say the least. Second thing we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights l, we needed the room cleaned and fresh towels, no one served our room the entire time we were there. The room reeked of mold!! (I’m not usually one to complain so we kept the room). Finally our last night there I had to kill not one but TWO roaches. We got back to our hotel extra late Sunday night after having worked and gotten food, this is when I realized our room STILL had not been serviced. When I called down front and asked for the towels we needed they were willing to bring them up however, again this was after 10:15 at night the lady from the front who brought us the towels also had a small baby on her hip. As a Mom this was very concerning to me, you do not know the people staying in your hotel and it is not professional or safe for you to be bringing a baby to a random strangers door. With all that being said I 0/10 recommend this location. When I went to speak with the manager Jason about it he informed me that unfortunately sometimes bugs do get in the hotel….. that they “clime up through the drain…….to the 3rd floor. Mind you these roaches for small meaning they have an infestation, not just a big water bug getting in from the drain. Horrible experience, horrible hospitality, disgusting room and nasty bugs in the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want roaches for a roommate. Posted both bugs for reference 🤢🤮 PS we stayed here 6/9-6/12

We stayed two nights. Other than great staff, and a comfortable bed this place was pretty sad. No towel bar in the bathroom, just a hook on the door. No ice bucket. One sliver of soap for hands and shower. Only artificial creamer for the coffee maker in our room. No luggage rack. A tiny closet. The sheer curtain that was behind the blackout curtain was torn off its hooks and hanging. There's no coffee ever in the lobby, or even a jug of flavored water. Not welcoming at all! We thought that our $125 per night included breakfast, but there's no breakfast. The one pretty ridiculous option is to order breakfast from their restaurant that only opens for dinner. Said restaurant's kitchen is open during breakfast hours. You can order and they'll bring the food to your room. But the breakfast is pricey, and not worth it. Overall, we were very disappointed with this hotel and would not stay here again.

A Cozy Getaway with Room for Improvement My daughter and I recently enjoyed a quick getaway at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the housekeeping staff promptly provided fresh towels and washcloths when needed. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's on-site facilities were convenient, with a snack bar and a restaurant offering a wide range of menu items from breakfast to dinner. The parking lot had ample space both in the front and back, and we appreciated the back entrance leading directly to the hotel. Moreover, the presence of night security on-site added an extra sense of safety and security. The room itself was equipped with essential amenities, including a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee maker, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The highlight of our stay was the warm pool, which had great operating hours, closing at 10 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the building's ventilation, especially in the hallways and elevators, seemed insufficient, making it uncomfortably hot in the elevators. The elevator's operation also appeared sluggish, taking about 20to 30 seconds for the doors to open after reaching the desired floor. Moreover, the hallways and elevators could have been cleaned more diligently. During our stay, we noticed a dirty sock left in the elevator for two days, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell, likely exacerbated by the warm temperature. The room doors could be wiped down as well. The hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. In the room, the air conditioning didn't blow cold air, but rather felt more like a fan. This made it challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature during hot days. Regarding the pool, while it appeared clean, we didn't notice any chemical smells that indicated regular maintenance. The sign stating that the water is recirculated raised some hygiene concerns, and it would be reassuring if the hotel could be more transparent about their pool maintenance practices. On the positive side, the hotel offered affordable rates, and we felt safe throughout our stay. However, it would be a nice touch if they could provide a display with information about the best local beaches or restaurants to visit, enhancing the experience for travelers looking to explore the area. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the hotel stocked a few more essential products for guests' convenience. When I inquired about women's sanitary pads at the front desk, I was disappointed to hear that they didn't have any available. Other hotels I've stayed in offered items like razors and deodorant if needed, so it would be great if this hotel could follow suit. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the clean and comfortable room, accommodating staff, and convenient amenities. However, there are some areas that need attention, such as ventilation, cleanliness, and additional guest products. With these improvements, this hotel has the potential to be an even more attractive destination for travelers seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

One sentence can sum it up. I will be returning this weekend and probably next weekend and staying here while I'm on business. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice neat clean and presentable the place was. The staff was exceptional I even saw the manager Jason at 2:00 in the morning still work at the desk. Rarely saw him away from the place. Security was very pleasant and kept the place safe for your vehicle and personals. So again I'll be back.

When I arrived, I was like, "Oh my Lord, what in the world is going on?!" There was an ambulance and fire truck in the front entrance area. Luckily, it was only a sick person & not something else. So I proceeded to check-in which was very quick and easy. Finally got to the room and it was freezing. So I turned the temperature up thinking that would help, but it did not. For a king room, I was not impressed. Really thought it would be much bigger. The bathroom door opened up about an inch away from the toilet which was low to the ground and the sink area was lower than usual. Also, could hear highway & street noise at night. Hopefully, they upgrade, because for the name alone it should be much better than it is.

The hotel look nice but when we got ready to go to bed my daughter said something was crawling on her we got off the bed and we found we had roaches all in our room. They gave us another room on a different floor then the next day when we were taking a shower the bathtub water would not go down. We decided to leave a day early and they did not refund us an extra day so we lost the deposit and that extra day.

When we walked in the room the bed was not made, there was trash on the floor, the toilet had not been flushed and there was still trash in the bin. There was also only one towel with the double room. I never did get the towel and wash cloth I requested at 2 o'clock. The bed was very comfortable, rooms was comfortable and sheets were soft. Overall I give it a thread.

My family and I stayed ONE night at this hotel. And fortunately... it was our ONLY night there! Definitely 0/10 for hospitality. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, gross. We had to beg for more towels. As a party of 3 women, two towels just wouldn't cut it. We were then told that "there is a blanket shortage, all we can offer you is more sheets." So... there were no blankets on our bed that night. The next morning, we had to take the stairs because the elevator was alarming and appeared to not be working properly. As we checked out, we voiced our concerns to the front desk clerk (where the general manager was also standing). The general manager.. identified to me by the clerk, walked off. Offering no assistance. There were no offers of a discount or even an apology given. To top it off... the couple that had been stranded in the elevator we heard alarming walked up to the counter and said "by the way, we were the ones stuck on your elevator!" The desk clerk shrugged her shoulders and said "some people like us and some people don't!" 🤦🏻‍♀️ Your reviews reflect 'some people don't.' Oh, and if you want coffee... bring or buy your own off grounds.

This only black woman there gave me a hard time since we arrived there. Everything was like a show she has power to kick us out if our tones to her were wrong according to her we’re at her mercy. She kicked us out at 3am to show that she can. The hotel owes us for 4 days we were to be there plus 3 $50 I never received. I want her fired and my money back. I should get all my money from 6/16 on because we had to endured her Ill treatment. Update: I wasn’t being disruptive to anyone. She did it because she wanted to show that she could. People would was disruptive stayed. I didn’t even tell about the roaches that was in the room when we checked In and during our stay. Do yourself a favor go to best western up the street. They’re great.

My overall stay here was okay. The rooms were nice and clean or so i thought. Woke up to find a live roach in my water cup. Good thing i looked inside before taking a sip. I told the front desk and was given a quick “sorry” before being told to have a nice day. Also, keep in mind dogs are aloud at this hotel which is understandable but you will hear yapping dogs all day and night.

Honestly, out of all the hotels in Jacksonville, this is one of the good ones. My room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable The staff was extremely nice! The only thing was the elevator… kinda scary but other than that , I had a great stay.

If you like sticky floors and an old toilet with a cigarette burn stain on the seat then you'll love this place. I couldn't wait to get out of there. At least the bed was clean. I will definitely be canceling my return trip.

Initial room was filthy when I asked for housekeeping I was advised that housekeeping was not available and they could change me to another room. No apologies for the filthiest of the room were extended. The second room was not ad bad however lacked cleanliness as well in the bathroom causing me to have to go purchase my own cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable in the room. The hotel rooms lacked proper sound proofing as I literally hear every door close and voice in the hallway. There was also an incessant popping sound coming from outside that started at 3AM preventing me from getting adequate sleep. Upon checkout I was not provided a receipt at all. Overall it was a poor experience, and I would not recommend the stay.

I had my granddaughters 15th birthday here. We did have our own party planners, but THE RED GILL BISTRO at THE WYNDHAM catered the event. The food, bar & service were terrific! DJ CARLOS was amazing!! Plenty of parking for guests. The bar tab was very low for the amount of adults drinking & soda for kids included. Also the hotel rooms are right there so no drinking & driving. 🙂

I spent 4 nights with our checkout being today. The hotel is decent albeit disappointing compared to what I was expecting. The positives: the rooms are well stocked with shampoos, towels, and coffee and the “nice to haves” like the pool, gym, and work computers are appreciated. There’s even a small convenience rack at the front stocked with snacks, laundry supplies and other necessities that was restocked daily with supplies that I thought was great (the on-site washers and dryers also come in handy and are welcomed amenities!). Lastly, having a restaurant on site with a bar was a nice to have. There were many aspects I did not enjoy though, particularly with cleanliness. The second floor hallway and the lobby smelled like urine most of the time, and the floors of the elevator looked old and were stained around the edges. Our room was cleaned but you could tell the surfaces weren’t wiped very well- I could see ring stains from cups and other old liquid stains on the cabinets and desks that we had to wipe ourselves. We also saw 5 cockroaches in our room through our 4 night stay - 3 in our bathroom, 1 in our room and 1 more in the hall near the washer and dryers. As someone who is disgusted by cockroaches and bugs, this was disappointing to see. The service was good, the front desk lady was capable and nice but seemed short staffed having to juggle guests and phone calls by herself. Room service also did not replace our sheets (which had orange stains on them when we checked in) during our entire stay despite following the instructions for signaling them to do so. Overall, there are showings of an excellent hotel that are held back by an aging building and much needed renovations. The hotel is pretty good for its price, and would be perfect if it were just cleaner.

Great location, but the room was dirty.. hair in the tiny bathroom, dusty floors, spots on the sheets (they gave us new sheets). The housekeeping definitely needs training we threw our socks away after this stay. We stayed one night and immediately checked out.

Worst hotel stay in a very long time. The first sign was that there was no breakfast being offered even though they had advertised it on the website. Next, the room appeared clean at first glance. As we started to settle in, we realized the bed sheets and towels had stains. Very disgusting. Then we finally laid down and there was a constant, loud beeping sound like an alarm. We told the front desk staff and they said they’d take care of it. The beeping sound went on all night long. If that wasn’t enough, there were guests on our floor that were slamming doors all night long. Needless to say, there was no sleep to be had. If that wasn’t enough, as we were getting ready to leave and trying to gather our belongings, the fire alarm went off and we had to vacate with half of our belongings and rush down five flights of stairs. It’s safe to say, we will never return!!!!

Just completed a 3-day stay at Wyndham Garden Hotel. My room was clean, the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being next to the elevator shaft, my room was very quiet. I did hear conversations in the hall as people waited for the elevator and I’d recommend a door with higher STC ratings whenever you replace them. The hotel was conveniently located near my new office and the staff was very cordial. I would stay here again.

Very nice and helpful lady at checkin and checkout. She was working December 23 AND Christmas Eve AND Christmas Day! And remained cheerful and helpful. Noise, on the other hand, was an issue. Thumping bass coming from “somewhere” persisted through the night. Other than that, room was good, bed comfortable, linens good quality. Price reasonable for the accommodations.

This hotel needs to be closed down and remodeled. The lobby smells like marijuana. The elevator is so slow it feels like you are being held captive. The room smells sooooo bad like vomit! The sheets on one bed were dirty on the edges. We will move to another hotel today.

  • 1/5 Ms. E. 8 months ago on Google
There is an odor as soon as you enter into the main lobby. That same odor is in the guest room. We literally had to go out and purchase air fresheners and disinfectant wipes to spray and wipe everything down in the room. The noise level was absolutely ridiculous! Outdated, dark and worn carpet. The lighting on the floors is depressing. The elevator is extremely slow (which is quite scary) with worn flooring as well. There are signs posted that says no smoking, however, there are cigarette butts everywhere at the outside entrance. Guests shouldn’t be allowed to smoke near the entrance of the door. Also, this property does not offer a continental breakfast. You definitely get what you pay for. Never again.

The front desk Valorie is awesome. She accommodated my room change when the first room smelled like a cigar lounge. Thank you so very much! The bathroom still had hair in it. They do have people to stay for an extended amount of time. The elevator does not have any ventilation so it has a smell and is hot. It moves very slowly.

Absolutely disgusting. We used this hotel as a midway stop for our 12-hour trip. The first room had baby roaches ON THE BED & the thermostat was broken. The room itself was horrendous, with hair, dirt, & god knows what else on the floor. The front desk lady did graciously switch our room. The second room was equally as disgusting, but at least without roaches? The toilet was broken. We slept on towels & couldn’t get out fast enough. Never again. No bathroom in the lobby, so we had to leave the building to use one. The hotel hallways smelled of weed.

The hotel staff was nice and very friendly. We arrived a little early and they had no problem accepting us. The room was very spacious with a nice area to work on. It had also a very comfortable lounge chair. I will definitely come back to stay if I have to.

We were VERY DISAPPOINTED with the hotel. The staff was nice and the check-in and out was easy. However, be aware that there is a lot of traffic in this hotel and not the nice kind. People were drunk in the parking lot, in the lobby and on our floor. Men with women going in and out all night long..... We did NOT feel safe!

While traveling to south Florida on November 12, 2023, my wife and I stopped over in Jacksonville FL for a night sleep. Never in our lives have we ever met such an inconsiderate and insensitive person as the General Manager of the Wyndham Garden / Jacksonville. My wife, a bilateral below the knee amputee, has special needs when lodging in hotels, which we do anywhere between 12-30 days annually. While her handicap does allow her to wear prosthetics in the daytime and to remain relatively independent, she must remove them to rest and go to bed. At that point, she becomes plainly disabled and in need of help. Since most hotel beds are very high, she cannot get on them unless she can step up to them on her knees. This generally means she must use a yoga block we travel with in combination with a standard straight back table chair. In this particular situation, our room was not furnished with such a chair. As we usually do in such situations, we asked the front desk attendant if she could help my wife by providing us with a chair. She informed us the General Manager had directed her to not provide the help needed. Understanding she was strictly following orders, we asked to speak to the General Manager. He came out to see us. He could clearly see that my wife was handicapped. I explained the situation and the possible implications of not being able to access the chair requested but TO NO AVAIL. The General Manager categorically refused to provide a chair and also categorically refused to be part of any discussion that would help us find a solution. He made very clear to us that the rooms were designed as they were and that no furniture could either be added or removed from them. Informed that my wife may have to sleep on the floor, the General Manager did not care and maintained his decision. The front desk attendant was clearly uncomfortable with the situation and other guests in the lobby, as we, were astounded. My wife and I travel as much as we can. We have visited Canada, many US states, many European countries and Africa. NEVER, NEVER have we been confronted with such a humiliating and demeaning behavior. The General Manager essentially told my wife he would not lift a finger to help her as if she was a second-class citizen who did not deserve to lead as normal a life as she could. ALL establishments we have visited over the last 10-12 years have bent over backwards to help my wife. NEVER, NEVER have we been disappointed with the efforts put in by hotel staff to accommodate her. UNTIL NOW, that is. Who would have thought that in 2023 disabled hotel guests could still be served in such a degrading way. In light of the above, it is our view that The General Manager should be severely reprimanded by his superiors and should be obligated to undertake Disability Awareness Training. We should also be refunded the amount we had to pay to suffer such humiliation.

When we arrived for check-in we was greeted at the front desk by 2 pleasant receptionist ,it was like she knew me right off without knowing me🤣🤣. Check-in went exceptionally smooth.when we got to our room it was very nice and clean, it smelled nice and the room was nice and cool. My husband and I couldn’t have ask for more. We loved 🥰 the location , places like the mall, Walmart, shopping centers in 2-6 miles. Ever field Stadium is just a 7 mile drive away. The facility was really clean , they had many charging stations which is very convenient for they guess. They even had a restaurant right in the hotel which is very convenient also if you not up for a drive to go out. The waitress was very nice about getting something for you.We will be happy to stay again. 🤩🤩😉😉

Would have given them a 3 but wasn't greeted pleasantly. The attendant looked uninterested in making me feel welcomed. I didn't like that at all . We need people at the front desk who treat everyone with enthusiasm. Water pressure in bathroom tolliette needs tending too. I should have asked for my money back.

I was disappointed with the hotel. The lighting in the King room we stayed in was insufficient. There is a light needed over the area where the coffee is located. Also, there was only one coffee cup provided for two adults staying in the room. The entry into the bathroom was very tight. It was difficult to go in the bathroom and close the door, and the water was room temperature in the shower at best.

I purchased two rooms for Wyndham Garden Jacksonville October 14th-15th. We chose this hotel because there was a very nice pool and pool bar, we knew we were arriving a little early before the 4pm check in time so we were going to go for a swim and get a drink. Once we got to the hotel we talked to the front desk manager and asked him while we wait on check in if we could get a drink and swim and he informed us that the pool was non operational which was NOT SPECIFIED anywhere online when booking the hotel or we would not have chosen this specific hotel. I should have cancelled then but we decided to go to lunch instead and run a few errands. Once it was check in time they asked for a card to put the $50 deposit down, which again was not specified to us. I asked if the two rooms would be side by side since purchased together and was told "probably not" which was very disappointing because we requested a conjoining door with our other party but I paid and we went to find our room. We got in the elevator and immediately felt something was off. We noticed the elevator was expired and had not been serviced on in quite some time. It was shaking and when came to a complete stop the doors would NOT OPEN, we were essentially stuck and started to panic. After pushing the elevator open button for several minutes it finally opened. We went to our room to calm down and once we opened the door we were greeted with a STRONG marijuana odor and residue in the toilet. I was not able to get a picture because after being stuck in the elevator I needed to use the toilet. After our stay we contacted the hotel and they refused to refund us and were rude. This was a very special event for us and this hotel put a huge damper on our vacation. The elevators are a HUGE hazard and should be shut down immediately until serviced. The hotel should advertise that the pool is shut down but I assume it was not intentionally so people will still book rooms there.

Location is everything, I use this hotel 10 day every Month for Security Classes and I love the staff. The prices are good and I have not had any problems period. Check them out, best advice is the call before you book to make sure they are not full. They fill up fast.

The room was large, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our stay was very nice. However, the bathroom was tiny. We had to scoot beside the toilet to close the door so we could get to the tub. Not good planning. Also, the room had a small hallway that led to the bathroom. In this hallway was the closet, luggage stand, and coffee setup. There was no light in the hallway. It was very hard to see in the darkened hallway. It needs a light.

Selected a 2 bed option for me and my daughter. The room came with one towel and one washcloth. The floor was not clean and the acrylic nails from the previous guest were left on the nightstand. The front desk staff are anything but welcoming and accommodating. Because of the rate hotel horror stories are less common, this is important because my daughter is present. My daughter's safety is most important therefore I tolerate the negative. However because of the rate I should not have to experience these negatives.

Most consistent hotel in my travels. Rooms are probably a score at 95% out of 100 imo. And if going by value: 100 out of 100! Couple of times I had a problem, and they were quick to resolve. Always loving the view from west side on sunsets! Keep up the outstanding score!

The check in process and front desk was very hospitable/quick. However, we never got house keeping for the duration of our stay and started to see roaches around our room. On top of that our beds had hair on them and were poorly maintained.

Room was clean & comfortable but unless we walked up 3 flights of stairs it’s hard to get to. The elevators would go up & down without stopping on our floor & when in the elevator it would take us to the lobby but not open & take us back up…. Not a good thing!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, from cleanliness to customer service to the absolutely insane amount of noise from other guests going unchecked in the middle of the night. I booked a room with a king bed several weeks ago as my boyfriend and I had to travel back to Palm Beach County after being in Jacksonville all day and didn’t want to drive through the night. We arrived around 11:30pm to the lobby packed with individuals treating it like a nightclub. The employee at the front desk tried to charge my card again despite it being a prepaid reservation. We were put on the 6th floor in a room with two full beds instead of the one king I had paid for and let me tell you, it was disgusting. The shower wall was covered in literal dirt and the floors of the room were sticky. The absolute worst part was the other guests running up and down the hall, screaming, and cackling. They were so loud it was as if they were in the room with us. I tried to fall asleep but we ended up leaving at 1am because they only got louder (seems the drunker they got the worse the noise level was). Staff did not care about these disruptive and rude guests. Oh, and when we packed up to leave we had to take the stairs down from the 6th floor because the elevator stopped working despite it working on the way up. When we dropped off the key at the front desk and said we were leaving the employee completely just disregarded us and didn’t say anything. This hotel should honestly be shut down, as I can see the previous concerns cited in others reviews have not been actually addressed. -1 million stars for this fever dream of an establishment.

Pros: microwave, refrigerator, comfortable bed, restaurant on site Cons: not especially clean. I used a sanitizing wipe and cleaned the toilet seat, light switches, cabinet, drawer, microwave and fridge handles, and the TV remote. I'm including a picture of the wipe after I was done. There was a layer of dust on everything. Looked like they hired an amateur to paint the bathroom. The coffee maker was the single pod variety. I filled the cup 2/3 full and poured it in the coffee maker but when the coffee brewed, the cup overflowed. Not sure where the extra water came from so was afraid to drink it.

Decent hotel and location. No frills. No complimentary breakfast so plan ahead for the kids. Hotel allows dogs, so be prepared for obnoxious yappers that have no training from their owners. Price made it worth the stay. Quite a few fast food and restaurants within 1 mile. Safe area, no issues or concerns

Checked in last night, got there late and had to leave early to a job this morning. The room smells heavily like mold and is super humid. The air conditioner was set to “60” when we got there, and is not capable of cooling the room. The room was dirty, and there were small black hairs all over the room and bathroom. There are cockroaches in the hotel room. My room is booked for 2 nights. I packed all my stuff and took it with me today to avoid bringing bugs home. I will be attempting to cancel the room for tonight as I’m not staying in a hotel in these conditions. Based on the other reviews it sounds like it’s going to be a battle to cancel the reservation. ***upadte*** I called and was easily able to cancel the second night. Customer service is good!

Rooms were clean location was right off of 95 so very convenient. Would’ve been a great stay if I didn’t feel singled out. 300+ female bikers at the hotel that weekend, noisy and revving their bikes early morning and late at night. I’m single and brought my dog with me for companionship after confirming the hotel was dog friendly. Due to the bikers constant noise my dog had apparently been barking (to alert) as she is trained to when people knock on doors or hears people approaching. I had left her in the room while grabbing dinner with family. The following day the manager approached me and threatened to kick me out if it happened again and proceed to inform me their 25lb pet limit (she is ~45lb lab/collie mix). This was not mentioned on the phone when I booked and told them about her. The following days during my stay there was 2 pit bulls, a golden doodle and another fairly large dog I encountered in the elevator. I was not happy overall with my stay.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was a dead roach in my room. The whole floor they put me on smelled moldy due to leaking/flooding in ice machine room. Room service did not clean my room the whole 4 days I was there. The room looked like it doesn't get used often only if completely booked as phone and microwave looked unclean and dusty. The menu left in room for pizza was to a place that had been closed down for awhile. Unfortunately other hotels were also booked due to cheer competition being held in the area. Do not recommend.

The issue with my stay is service. I was informed that once I supplied the facility with the tax exempt form. Since I was traveling on official government business. The hotel would go back to the beginning of my stay and remove all taxes. Jason however did not do so. I have called the hotel twice and twice Jason stated that he would fix the bill and email me the updated bill. I never received the updated bill and my government account was charged the taxes. Jason lack of professional and inability to do what he said he would do will definitely stop me from ever using this hotel again.

Great experience with Wyndham Gardens! Clean rooms, comfortable bedding and the bathroom necessities are great as well as everything else! No one bothered us about checking out either, which is so frustrating when room service comes around banging on the door for u to leave when obviously that’s what ppl are doing since we all are aware of the 11:00am check out. I really enjoyed and was so comfortable at this hotel! Thank you

Arrived at the hotel and there was absolutely no one in the parking lot which should have given us an idea to turn around and run. However we gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went to go check in. The rooms were not nice. They had stains on the sheets, black hairs everywhere and the toilet ran all the time. THE WORST part about this hotel was when we got back the room next to us was being incredibly loud all night long. We let it go for a while, but it continued all night well into the morning until at 2am we had enough. We called down to the hotel lobby 3 times and asked then front desk manager to call them and be quiet since it is late and we could not sleep at all. The first time I called I even requested a room change and the guy said that they were booked up for the weekend. Which was funny because there was literally 4 cars in the parking lot so how can a big hotel be all booked. Anyways, nothing happened as the noise continued well into 2:30am and that’s when we decided we were going to check out and drive home. Enough was enough we had no sleep and the noise was not stopping. By noise I mean screaming, slamming doors, loud talking and laughing it was very frustrating. When we got down ti the desk the manager came out with bloodshot eyes and claimed that he called the room 3 times which we knew was not true because the room he was “calling” was not the room that was being loud. So we demanded a refund and left the hotel at 2:30am to drive 3 hours and 30 minutes home on no sleep. Terrible management as well. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from that are close.

The room was decent, although dated. It had ample space. It had the "appearance" of cleanliness to the untrained eye. I was not inspecting or looking for anything, but what I saw was obvious filth and lack of effort on housekeeping. I noticed nail clippings on the floor. I didn't know if they were finger nails or toe nails. I thought that maybe they were from my bag or something, so I took the chance of picking them up. Immediately, I noticed more nail clippings on different areas of the floor. That is when I got disgusted. There were so many, I'm surprised that my wife didn't see them, since she catches more stuff like that than I do. Maybe it was because she was really exhausted from our long day's trip. I didn't tell her, because we probably wouldn't have got the little rest we did get that night. I don't usually go for appearances, because some hotels are older, regardless of there class and name and they may be a little dated. That is fine, but when there is filth and stuff like the stuff I saw on this trip, that is when I have a problem. This place was filthy, and mediocre at best.

I am relocating to Florida from Virginia with my pup. After a 10 Hour drive I was turned away from the "pet friendly" hotel (as advertised on their website) that reserved via Priceline for having a pet. I called the Wyndham Garden which was close by, and spoke to the amazing Dawn D at the front desk. She provided me with the rates including the pet rate. When I came in to book my room she was incredibly kind and professional. The room was spacious and clean with everything I needed (microwave, fridge, the works). But the best part of the experience was the service provided by Dawn D who turned a stressful day into a good day with her friendly demeanor and helpfulness. I highly recommend this hotel!
