I had to be changed rooms about 3 times. Walls are paper thin. I traveled for 2 days and checked into my room to a baby crying loudly next door. I moved to another room and you could literally hear the person next door having a quiet conversation on the phone. Lastly I had to change rooms because of the horrible sewage smell. I had to check myself into the hospital because I was nauseous, had an ongoing migraine, and caught a cold. I called the front desk and had maintenance come up (very rude and unconcerned man), they acted like they couldn’t do anything. They said they heard no other complaints about it. The manager refunded two out of the 14 days I stayed and $30 worth of room service (1 meal). Which is nice but the smell didn’t go away. I later had to check myself into the ER to finally cure myself of the symptoms . The room and experience would’ve been amazing if it weren’t for that horrendous smell, which eventually moved out to the hallways! The 6th floor absolutely stinks!! I expected way more from a “Premium” hotel. Only plus was parking was free.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when staying at this hotel but it’s a pleasant surprise and enjoyable from the cheerful check-in, the beautiful (and comfortable) room, food in bar/restaurant was excellent. Will stay here again if I’m in the area. And definitely recommend. Also really convenient location to highway not far as well as plenty of shopping, restaurants etc.

I travel to Jacksonville a lot for work. The location is of the beaten path, but it's nice and quiet. The staff was unbelievably attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the morning breakfast buffet had good options. I will be back.

Nice Hotel, I enjoyed my stay at this Sheraton. Looks new, comfortable beds, decent room size, lake view, indoor heated pool and plenty of parking. It has restaurants, bar, gym, and conference rooms. I liked the outdoor seating close the woods with gazebo setup. Staff was helpful and polite. Close to the malls, cinemas, and restaurants. I want to come again!

Wow we are blown away from our business trip that turned into a mixture of a vacation .We originally got assistance over the phone from Ryan at the front desk .Ryan was so helpful over the phone we were compelled to book with you guys. Upon arrival and during our 1 day stay that turned into a 3 days stay because of Abby.Aldo.Crystal & Talia. Front Desk day & night awesome customer service. The Breakfast Manager very good problem solving skills and surely place guest at high esteem. Can't wait to visit again

The hotel and staff were very nice but there were two service issues we thought were uncommon and strange. There is no complementary coffee or tea, they don’t provide it, not even in the morning unless you buy breakfast. They don’t have microwaves in the rooms and you can’t request one. Having said that, the room was very clean and comfortable, the bed especially comfortable. We would probably not stay there again, only because of the coffee issue. Luckily there is a Dunkin’ Donuts close by.

Very nice hotel - rooms are large and well appointed. Carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned but otherwise very nice. We booked solely on amenities. The pool is wonderful! Kids had a blast and the hours were perfect for our late night arrival. Overall very happy with this hotel.

I love Marriott. I hold a membership myself. Obviously, in a hidden name. Regardless, I visited this hotel due to work. Not on personal leisure. Nevertheless, I still had high expectations as I always do with Marriott. I'm unsure what category this hotel is. But it seemed like a good 4 from my experience. The room was very clean. I inspected every inch and was satisfied with it. The bed seemed to be of great quality. The carpets were clean. The tables were clean properly as nothing came up on the black light. The bathroom was clean and prestine. Overall, air quality was standard. They nailed it again 👏 The service was also outstanding as always. Even on personal leisure. I tend to downdress significantly on purpose to see if treatment is held differently. But Marriott keeps their staff with high standards. So service from the hotel staff was professional as can be. They're always nice and helpful. The location was very nice. It has a pond. I did notice some young fellas fishing in it. So I assume it has fish 🐟. The restaurant was also very delicious. It had great options. Price was fair. Especially for the quality and presentation of the food 👌 😋 🙌 👏 the hotel was kept very clean and tidy. Had a southern modern style to it. It's about 20 minutes from the beach itself. So not too bad. It's also very close to nearby shopping centers. Across the street is a delicious smoothie joint. I do recommend. As always, Marriott doesn't disappoint. Although I have experienced a few bad ones. This Sheraton is worth the stay. Especially if you want peace and mind.

My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at this hotel on 05/06/2023. Everything was fantastic! The food was great, especially the breakfast menu. We also enjoyed the views of the lake at the rear of the hotel. Our room was very clean and the location is close to a lot of great shopping and food choices. The best part of this hotel experience was the staff! We cannot thank them enough. Not only were they organized, but they were also comforting. Eureka ensured all party needs were met and greeted everyone with exceptional customer service. Every time the elevator doors opened, her smile was there to illuminate the lobby. Abby created an atmosphere so comforting that we did not want to leave. Katy helped us through then entire process without one hiccup. The bar tender as well as the chef and team were also pleasant and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to this location every chance that we get with this star studded staff.

What I thought would be a nice clean QUIET ROOM. Turned out to be a horror show!!! After a hard day of driving. And needing sleep as I was getting up early in morning. I had constant loud dog barking!! YOU could tell it was big. And apparently owners didn't care..I called front desk. Still kept barking..I really thought SHERATON was a classier upscale hotel. Would not put up with this. Very rude for guests. I guess in future I will have to go back to other hotels. I tried it. And if they can't cater for there prices there charging..im sure they will lose alot more business..

Staff was accommodating and friendly. The evening Chef-OMG, she has an amazing talent to prepare meals. Our salmon was among the best I have had the pleasure to enjoy. The outside seating area was perfect with all of the rain we had that night. Enjoyed the banter with the bartender. Most pleasant stay in a while.

Me and my mom came to stay last weekend for one night while we visited my brother and really enjoyed the hotel. Ryan at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave us all the information we needed, we had really good conversation. Crystal at the bar had a great attitude and wonderful service, we enjoyed grabbing a drink at the bar with her. The one thing that made me a little weary is that the elevator permit was not displayed in the elevator per Florida law. It made us feel unsafe using the elevator, especially as it wobbled when we were on it a couple times. I used to work in a hotel and those are very important to ensure they are up to date and that the guests are able to see it. I added a picture of the note that was in place of the permit. I did ask the front desk for it, but the supervisor was on break. It makes me think it’s expired if it’s not being shown, even if that’s not why. We will definitely stay again because the room was clean and the amenities were very helpful along with the very friendly staff, probably our go to hotel in Jax now.

I want to thank the friendly front desk staff Cintya, Ryan, Abby, Kaitlin, Emily, and Faith they were all extremely attentive to all our needs. When we needed extra towels they were sent up immediately, when we ordered room service it was sent up quickly. We always stay at this Sheraton when we are in Jacksonville because of the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, location and the staff. Also the chef always makes a delicious homemade soup of the day! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I needed a place to stay because I had to wait 2 weeks for my apartment to be ready but that was also close to work and I must say, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, the staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast and food in general is also quite exceptional, I enjoyed the low key ambiance and drinks and I couldn’t have asked for a better transitional place to stay than here. Whether you’re here on vacation or in my position and needed a place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

The front desk staffs were amazing and got me in a room within 10min without reservations. The beds were comfortable as well as clean rooms. The pool was warm and clean. I would recommend!!!!!! Great job Sheraton 😍🤗

Had stayed here for over a year n business almost monthly. New manager knocking on my door at 8pm about noise that she could hear in the hallway, while there was a do not disturb sign on my door. Never picked up the phone and not at all professional. I hear the drunks coming from the bar until midnight but apparently that’s ok. Know your customers. I spoke to the GM, Brad, about this situation. He apologized and said she was a new manager and would handle it. He also promised to email me with his details should I need to follow up. Never got the email. Real shame. Won’t ever be back and the other Marriotts in the area are much more professional.

Shout out to Todd on his 13th anniversary. Really nice guy. He represents the hotel in a way I’ll never forget. From my wife and I thanks very much for making us feel at home. And to the front desk staff, you have made this our #1 getaway when we just want to chill.

I don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel. Truth is, it’s not. Yes, outside and entrance are nice. But once you get to the room it’s a half baked renovation, with disgusting and stained sheets. I slept with a double layer of clothings just to reduce my chances of getting bed bugs. The fact that this place gets 4.4 on google, just tells me that 99% of the reviews on here are either bots or hired Asian keyboard warriors. Stay away.

We're very pleased overall with the hotel. It was very clean and the service overall was on par. The pool was even nice in the gym was very accommodating for more than three people. We were visiting my brother from new york. He lived about 20 minutes away. We had originally booked a hotel through Priceline that was only 10-15 minutes away. This location put a damper on my whole day but it wasn't their fault it was price lines fault. I would stay at this hotel again if it were convenient. I did have a weird experience not getting my room clean one day and nobody really acknowledged it when I asked about it. I thought that was strange. There were no towels to be given when I asked the cleaning stuff on my floor who seemed to stay there all day. So I had to call downstairs and somebody brought them up. The food is very good in the restaurant as well

The location for the Hotel was in a Great Area! They do charge a $25 deposit fee which is no problem, the rooms are great and clean up to par. It is set in a common area near Townsend shopping center and near restaurants - most things are 5-20 minutes away.

Traveling for business. When checking in late at 2:30am. I simple asked to check in and get a room key. Her name was Taysaun " maybe spelled incorrectly. A man & women working the desk. The women instantly rolled her eyes at the desk and said she was in the middle of an audit and I have to wait 10min for a room key. She got angry and said all hotel have to do this and was very rude for no reason. I then asked for help with my online check in. Nothing! Then man working next to her was shocked and helped me right away. I've never been treated this way at any hotel ever. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. Simple asking for a room key. Will never stay here again. I'm shocked she's a Marriott employee

Good place to stay however they seem to have issues with EV chargers. Breaker seems to reset every 20-30 minutes on one of the chargers and they don’t have a limit on how long people can charge for. So if their are more than 3 cars your out of luck. Not then end of the world, and overall a good hotel.

I had a very good stay at this location. The room was clean, and their location is perfect since it's right off the highway. Had an excellent experience with the staff that were respectful and courteous.

We were in a dire situation after a hurricane that hit south Georgia, they let us check in super late (about 3 am) and also worked with us on a late check out. The staff here are awesome and rooms are clean and welcoming. I'd stay away from the bar, just a bit expensive in my books but they made a mean old fashion.

Had a pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The breakfast/lunch buffet was clean & provided good food with an array of options for everyone. The hotel location is close to downtown, the beaches, restaurants, shopping & local park.

Stayed here for my family reunion. Rooms are beautiful, restaurant, bar and ballroom areas are beautiful as well. Gym has enough variety for a short stay. Wishes they had an outside pool but the indoor one was sufficient. Staying here again in September. Highly recommend.

The conference room was clean. The only complaint is that the Pork was under cooked! I do not eat rare pork. Never Have! Never Will! Do not want to get sick. Trichomoniasis! Friendly advice make sure the pork is done!

Second time staying - outstanding hotel. Extremely pet friendly to a fault. They have 3 Tesla destination chargers at 8 kW out front and 1 other J1772. They serve both a continental breakfast $8 or a buffet for $15. Great stay.

Great location and very classy hotel. Our family only stayed one night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the facility. We enjoyed a great buffet breakfast at a reasonable price and the kids had fun exploring Douglas Pond (my kids were bummed they didnt see any alligators).

I stayed here one night after a rough day. Beginning from check in, it was an amazing experience. Eureka and Calvin were at the front desk and they were so nice and welcoming; we had a great conversation and shared some laughs. You have no idea what this means after a seriously challenging day. I'd highly recommend this hotel and the employees!

This hotel was modern & updated without feeling cold! We’ve stayed in a lot of Marriot hotels lately inside the US & out of the United States. I can say without doubt the housekeepers at this location we’re the best! They came every day & left the entire space looking fresh & clean! The staff at the front desk were friendly & helpful too! They had a great list of restaurants organized by type they will give you if you ask for advice on where to eat!

Todd the bar tender at this hotel is above and beyond. Want to be family ? Come have dinner or a beer. He’s a wonderful guy who brings personality to an otherwise nearly sterile environment. Eventhough we had some issues with the room we stayed in, the hotel was very accommodating.
