Go somewhere else, for real. I travel 4-6 days a week for business. My usual Jacksonville spot was booked, so I came here. This place is absolutely disgusting. If you use the gym at hotels don't bother. The gym was so gross, looked like no one ever cleaned it. Equipment was broke, buttons busted out from treadmills. It looks like this property has been neglected for years, which cost me 140 a night I would never stay again. The staff was super polite, not their fault this place is so run down.

After driving all day I attempted to check in at Radisson at 11PM where my room was already booked and paid for in full. I was told there was a $100 incidental charge I had to pay before I could check in. I said there was no mention of that on the website or the confirmation, but I agreed as long as I received a receipt. I was told they don't give receipts. I asked for at least a screenshot showing that I paid the $100 and that it was refundable. She said she doesn't give screenshots. I asked her to at least write down on a scrap of paper that she rec'd $100 from me. She said she doesn't do that either. So I said I wanted to cancel, but she couldn't do that without a manager's approval. Told me I could wait until he called back. She became belligerent with me. Called me "you people" which indicates this is a common occurrence there. I left and checked into the Holiday Inn Express nearby where I was treated kindly and professionally and not charged $100 incidental fee. That was last Friday 8/25/2023 Today is Wednesday 8/30/2023. There has still allegedly been no manager on duty to take my call. So basically, I lose $150 for the room I paid for because I wouldn't pay an additional $100. That's extortion. I will never stay in a Radisson Hotel again. Ever.

Do not travel out of town much, but recently I have had to for work. Q at the front has been wonderful with making my experience at this hotel very comfortable. Thank you

Q checked us in and made us feel at home the second we walked in the doors. She was friendly yet professional. She went above and beyond and made our stay perfect! Thanks Q! You rock lady!😊

Very Country style waiter met me by the front door 👌 Clean room. Moisture in region does affect this hotel. Especially in the bathrooms. Tv does not have smart feautures, but its Large! Pool is clean. Breakfast is good.

Musty smell in lobby upon arrival. Front desk clerk was awesome. Room was ok. Definitely could use a actual deep clean in the hotel.

Furniture peeling, inside and outside of rooms, bathroom doors shredding at the bottoms. Paneling peeling and the women working the front desk aren't very warm upon checking in... Elevator takes 4 EVER as well...

Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Hotel was dated but comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast. GPS took me out of the way to get to the hotel. Actually sits behind the hotel right off the highway( I thinks its a Comfort Inn). I would stay here again.

It was fine, there were dried razor shavings in a few places on the shower curtain. A rinse would’ve gotten that, but then there was a roach crawling on the wall. Quite interesting lol

This place was good so.. 4 of 5. 4 because customer service depends on who's working, apparently. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The reason for the 4 is my friend cut his hand on their equipment and all we asked for was a bandaid and they didn't have that(why not have basic first aid) and didn't care that he was hurt on 'their' machine. Feel like it just the person that was there at the time, she didn't care at all , had an oh well attitude. Other than that, nice rooms, very nice hotel, absolutely loved the stairs that actually made me walk them even with a (healed) broken hip because it was a very nice staircase so wanted to walk them and i don't have stairs at home so nice.

The good: fairly quiet while we were there. The room seemed clean. Not too far from the places we wanted to see. Breakfast was decent, more than just a boiled egg, toast, and fruit like some hotels. The not so good: the hallways stank. The mini fridge loudly ticked non-stop like a time bomb (must have been the defrost timer). The semi-opaque window cover let in way too much light without any other curtains, which wasn't good for sleep (our room was at the same level as the parking lot lights as shown in pic). A metal plate was coming loose in the tub, but that didn't really affect us. UPDATE: Thanks for the response. I did check to see if there was another window roller for blackout but didn't see one. Not sure how I could have missed it -- but maybe I did! Also check the minifridge because we had to unplug it to sleep in peace from the ticking noise.

I stayed here and the service here was absolutely impeccable. All around Jacksonville all the rooms were sold out over 40 hotels. I ended up staying here because they said they would have a room clean by 8:00 a.m. because I usually check in very late in the morning. They're really nice lady behind the desk was out cleaning rooms so that we can have a place to sleep for the day. Never have our receipt service like this at any other Hotel I've ever been to. I will definitely be staying here again the rooms were clean the beds were fairly comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Staff was great and helpful. At the front desk, "Q" was very informative, she was friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We had car tire problems and she informed us of a place that could render assistance. The room was clean and comfortable, the area is well lit and safe.

Nov 2022 I stayed in room #406 for $145 before taxes. The room: - seemed a little worn out with scratches on the walls in few places, and it didn't feel like it was thoroughly cleaned, - bed sheets seemed clean but rinkled (probably not ironed), - the black desk chair was dirty with big white smudges on it, and a red armchair had dirty armrests which looked unsanitary, - the drain in the tub/shower was partially blocked, and - the towels were grayish in color, one of them had small black smudges and another had a partial hole. [Breakfast was included in the price but I was unable to attend] - there was no way to opt out of it to have room's price reduced. Overall the room was too expensive for what it offered, and felt unsanitary. I would not recommend it to anyone in its current condition.

Lovely location. Had a room with a hot tub which was in the living room. Was a litfle loud but was fun. Staff were outstanding! They surprised us with rose petals and champagne! Truly amazing experience!

Unless you have no choice and or your work sends you here. AVOID. I’m here for work. It’s in the middle Of an industrial area, there’s nothing decent close by. They’re still under the assumption that we’re under a pandemic. Girl at the desk is wearing a mask. Big signs say they don’t do daily housekeeping because of the global pandemic. Which is idiotic because I stayed at a country inn in Asheville NC the night before. No mask. No signs. Nothing. This hotel stinks, it’s dirty. The Cops were here. It’s a dump and shame on them. Of my company wasn’t paying. There’s no way in hell

I'd give a 5 star but the male manager messed that one up. So given the situation with my spouse the manager called our room he was very rude, didn't want to explain anything to me, threatened to call the cops and me and my children more than once. And still refused to tell me why. I myself am very experienced with customerservice. The manager whom I spoke with refused to give me his name. I've already contacted corporate office. I will not be coming back to this hotel until its under new management.

Best hotel, compares to sleep Inn although a manager at sleep told me, not ask me to go to my room she acted like she could give me orders according to my stay at sleep inn, she was like shevowned the place didnt go there to take orders from her or anyone. She wasnt paying my tab. Didnt matter thou anyone is entitled to respect. Yall know what she, she thought she could do...yeah!!! At Country Inn Siutes, Breakfast is great. It's quiet. They adhered to what was asked of them. Clean no roaches. When eye tell u they really keep it clean for a hotel It's one of the much better hotels in jacksonville based on cleanliness. There pictures do not lie. Thats not an understatement. Jacksonville have the worst hotels and old out dated furniture. There deal with different people different cleaning aspects. My clean is definitely not your clean respect that, please people in my situation had to live in a lot of hotels in jacksonville. When eye got to country inn it was a rap... price fir me was okay could be cheaper. You get service thou. Towels washed beds will get made. Policy Better than crown plaza. At Red roof inn they are thuged out, Found at crown plaza the accountant lied said he was a mannager. He acted like J Edgar Hoover. Y would u lie concerning ur position? We know...Then u an your emp get worried because u are videoed, disrimination Crown Plaza. At, Country Inn they are great to help. wasn't harrased as eye was like all the other hotels and discriminated against. U have privacy. If eye had to go back eye would. There was a discrepancy concerning method of payment. "If it works and u are not getting feed back what's the problem". People Payment method is what it is at most hotels didnt really write that correctly. My apology to the manager. Q is awesome as well as the big lady, they all are.😁 sorry guys n gals sometime there is a lot going on with me. Country Inn as far as cleanliness its clean folks they will take car of it, just ask. No hotel is perfect, when eye compare believe me. Compared to most hotels in jacksonville, they are dumps font know how to warm market. when u go to the reviews people. Get your ledger out. Weigh the good and bad. We all have a lot going on sometime. At country inn u can have it your ways simply follow the rules. People there really try hard. It's a busines people. They owe u nothing except what they offer respect cleanliness, accommodations. Try some of this other crapp in jacksonville. U will see😮😮😮 thank you all for being pleasant.

What an amazing hotel. The customer service was on point! Breakfast was awesome. The room was incredible. We will be coming back.

Loved the great customer service! Loved the hardwood floors. Loved that the shade made the room perfectly dark for sleeping. Loved that the ac fan would blow continuously throughout the night. My only complaint is that the water had a bad smell when you first turned it on or flushed. It also tasted really bad from the water fountain. But, after spending a few more days in Jacksonville, I’m starting to think that’s just how Jacksonville water tastes. I’ve learned that most people buy bottled water around here 😅

This Country Inn & Suites has had some work done, but still shows its age in places. Regardless, we ALWAYS get excellent service from the staff here, and it's a regular place for us whenever we're visiting family in Jacksonville.

Room was clean enough, but Housekeeping never serviced our room. We came back from an outing to find ants crawling all over our trash. The air conditioning worked sporadically. When we complained to Front Desk, we were told the unit had a motion sensor and we had to move around whenever the unit turned off. When we complained again, Front Desk came to override the sensor, then the air blew nonstop and was FREEZING. We could not turn it off. Breakfast was drab, the eggs were hard on the edges as though they were reheated leftovers, and the coffee was lukewarm at best. Stay at the Salisbury location if you are in Jacksonville.

Great room, location and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The lady that managed the food in kitchen area was very helpful, efficient and clean. She was constantly cleaning and putting fresh food out which is a plus for me! They also had cookies/ fruit 24 hrs per day in the lobby for your convenience. We would stay again.

(update) Adding a star because of their great response and upgrades in the future. Management seems great. Not terrible, but not the greatest either. For the price $120 I expected more. Should cost $60 in my mind. The good: the front desk was extremely nice and fast, and they did a decent job of cleaning what they could in the rooms. Everything is really old inside and falling apart. The bad: Very noisy inside and out, there was a dirty rag in my sink when I got there.. also stepped in vomit on my way in in the parking lot, but that's not really their fault. Didn't help the experience though. Don't expect a ton and bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, nice bedding. The lobby was very warm and welcoming. The pillows were extremely soft-- you kind of sunk into them! Definitely would stay again, but I might bring a bit firmer of a pillow!

We stayed here because our van broke down and was being fixed. We stayed two nights. By far this was the best hotel stay I ever had. The rooms were quiet, hallways were quiet, no slamming doors could be heard. Breakfast was great each day. Now the best part, the hotel staff was exceptional! I wish I knew their names. They worked hard for us to find us a room the 2nd night and even encouraged us regarding our van and said very lovely things. They really cared about us. They even let us get water for our van after it was fixed and we checked out. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience.
