We stayed at the Aloft and was very disappointing. Although it has modern decor, it was far from an enjoyable experience. There was no microwaves in the rooms or dresser drawers which made it a very inconvenient when you wanted to bring something back to the room. You had to get on the elevator, go down stairs to warm up your food and bring it back to the room. There was also NO complimentary breakfast included in the price , no gift shop and you had to pay for breakfast which was served on paper plates! They only cleaned the rooms and replaced the towels if you requested it and they do not have an open kitchen or cafe to provide late night snacks entertainment or room service. They did not provide and adequate space for copies, a charging station, faxing or using a computer. You also pay more than double for these services. Although there were lots of stores to go to in the immediate area, the goal should be to make the guest convenient--------- NOT inconvenient. The Aloft is only good for sleeping and moving on to your next destination.

Beautiful property, walking distance to food BUT up all night!! Sounds like we're camping in the middle of Daytona 500!! Loud hot rods? Motorcycles? Whatever and we were on backside!!! Okay so found out it was a Porsche event. But until 0330??? Bottom line, Staff, excellent, very professional, clean and well appointed decor, BUT could have been a bit more sound proof. Kids in room next door were very loud too. I would give it another chance though.

Very impressed with this hotel! When they say pet friendly, they mean it! Not one eye was bat at my service animal. So many guests had their beautiful well behaved puppies with them too. The room was nice, the lobby and outdoor patio is very neat and a fun little hangout. Walking distance from several great restaurants too. I am looking forwarding to visiting more aloft hotels soon! Thank you for the great experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Aloft Tapestry Park in Jacksonville, FL from July 28th to July 31st while waiting to move into our new apartment. Here's our experience: The hotel itself, as well as the rooms, were beautiful and gave off a luxurious, homey vibe that we appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. During our stay, we noticed an unpleasant sulfur-like smell coming from the bathroom sink. This odor gradually worsened over the weekend. We reported it to the management, and a staff member promptly came up to spray an orange-scented freshener down the drain and in the overflow hole. While this helped temporarily, the strong sulfur smell returned after about an hour. We decided to tolerate it rather than inconvenience the front desk or deal with the hassle of changing rooms. One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast; you'll have to pay for breakfast options. We initially thought the hotel had room service, as there was a QR code menu in the room, but it turned out to be a menu from a restaurant located around the corner that was partnered with the hotel. The hotel does have a bar, but the drink prices were on the higher side. For example, one cocktail was priced at $17. Despite these minor drawbacks, our overall stay was good, and we were impressed by the hotel's aesthetics and ambiance. If the need arises, we would consider returning to Aloft Tapestry Park in the future

We loved staying here. We have a small dog, and it's hard finding places to take pets. We usually have to stay somewhere far out to be accommodated. They gave us a room on the first floor, and we were right by the exit door for pets to potty. It was beyond convenient. We really appreciate that. I love the decor in the room, and that platform bed was so comfy. The pillows were comfy. There was no dog smell at all. They also have a steamer and iron in the room. I love using a steamer, so that's another plus. Starbucks was in the same parking lot. I normally don't go there but it was convenient and we needed a good strong cup. They only had a morning brew in the room. Everything was great, and we appreciate it.

Don't forget to use HotelDully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure! A great new hotel experience. The service was excellent and the rooms were different. Not your standard hotel layout. Pool was very nice. And I can’t think of the restaurant just around the corner, but it starts with the word “seven”, it has the best 22 ounce steak and salmon around!

Our dog loved it here, and so did we! This property is a great option — including for pet owners. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a cool urban vibe. It was conveniently located within walking distance of several local eateries, including a drive-up Starbucks. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome, including the four-legged member of our family, who was greeted with a plate of dog biscuits! We loved the green spaces and designated dog walking areas. Thanks for a great stay!

Really nice new location. It’s about a five minute drive to the shopping center. The rooms are very nice but a) there are now drawers and b) they come with a steamer instead of an iron, so if you want one you have to request it. The gym is small but adequate. Nice bar. They had live music one night. I really enjoyed the stay.

Recently stayed here as a bride and had my whole wedding party stay as well! The staff were very accommodating and even left special touches for the bride and groom. The lobby is a great spot for guests to hang out! Breakfast is yummy and has great options.

I appreciate that Aloft allows dogs. I like the vibe of the hotel. It’s generally clean, but there are little issues where wear is evident. The first room we were given had a non-functioning toilet. However, we were given a new room immediately once the don’t desk was notified.

My favorite hotel in Jax. Super pet friendly hotel and my dog loves it. Staff is friendly, it’s always clean and located at a convenient place. The lobby is also a great hangout spot, the pool and gym area is also nice. I stay for both business and when I come visit family. It never disappoints!

I was truly impressed! Staff was courteous, chief was nice, bartender pleasing, cleaning staff was also polite. I was surprised that the rooms didn't have microwaves and no place to place your soap in the shower. I didn't too much like the "pet friendly" thing.

Very cute and comfortable hotel! The staff are very nice! The rooms are comfortable! I can't complain. I just don't understand why there is a full window from the shower into the bedroom.

I was very impressed with this particular location. Very pleasant and professional staff. Podre’ and Mike assisted me during check-in. The room was well cleaned and neat. I received the extra towels that I asked for which was a huge plus for me! I would definitely recommend this location. The only bad part was housekeeping! I know they are trying to do their job, but knocking on the door at 9 am daily was very irritating! Asking us when we’re leaving on the first day and the second day. Again… at 9 am after a long night was a bit much. Check your records instead of asking the guests. Disrupting! I did not like that at all. Okay

stayed overnight on a road trip to orlando. room was big and clean. the hotel is dog friendly and i am allergic, so i was put on the no-dog floor (floor 5) and had no issues. easy to check in and out. room was free because i used marriott points and it didn’t take that many (15,000)

I'm sure there's always room for improvement and criticism here. They give you a free bottle of water upon check-in. It's pet friendly and clean. The rooms are basic and has just the right amount of necessities. Good for business stops, a place to room on vacation, or your too drunk to get home and this place is nearby moments.

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Beautiful hotel! Loved our modern looking room with crazily comfortable beds. Nice shower and good space for luggage and closet area. My family will definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville. Breakfast was good and made upon order. Waffles were the best! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location and unique hotel. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest, the glass doors, floors and shower were dirty and had hard water damage. They do not have free breakfast or coffee, you have to pay for coffee unless you make it in your room. Rooms are on the smaller side. They have a bar, doesn't stay open late. Also, the pool rules state the pool closes at 11pm but, we got kicked out at 10:15 (it was only myself and a friend), the manager said the pool closes at 10pm because the guest near the pool complain about noise. Never heard that before.

Aloft is truly a pleasure to stay! The staff is extremely polite (Mike) was so helpful when I wasn’t feeling well and made sure I had everything I needed one night, truly went above and beyond. The decor gives you that modern upscale feel, room was very spacious and extremely clean. But the best part is the amazing bar/lounge with the sweetest bartender (Cam) who can whip up the best cocktails and shots, not to mention her infamous honey pepperoni pizza! She embodies what aloft is all about, making you feel at home away from home! If you’re ever in Jax and looking to make the most out of your stay don’t hesitate to choose Aloft.

Beautiful, clean , friendly staff, delicious food, great location. Saved our trip to Jacksonville. We checked in a little after 1am. Following a stay at a different hotel; which caused me to have difficulty breathing and headaches. I’m so glad we ended up at Aloft, perfect!! Family and pet friendly

I loved this hotel and will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Jacksonville. First, the pet friendly policy is very nice and we loved being able to bring our dog with us for no extra charge. The king sized bed was very comfortable with soft white sheets and pillows. Absolutely loved the full feature smart TV that allowed us to stream our favorite netflix shows when relaxing in our room. The location was wonderful with many restaurants near by. A Starbucks was also in the same plaza which was very convenient. My stay was also very quiet. My only complaint is the way the bathroom shower is designed, it has a deep slant for the drain so it can be a bit dangerous when wet. I did almost slip when getting in but there is a rail in the shower so just be careful. Otherwise great hotel!

Great location, beautiful rooms, great staff. Nice to have quiet hours 10p-7a. Lounge in the lobby is a popular place, complete with pool table and outdoor seating. Pool well maintained, and towels available poolside. Chef present for breakfast on demand, cage open for grab and go 24/7. Ample parking. Near walking trails and several places to eat

I have stayed at this property a number of times and it is a very well run hotel. The staff are professional, courteous and well trained. Rooms are the typical rooms of the Aloft brand, but housekeeping does a great job. My rooms are always clean, well stocked and perfectly maintained. Friendly bar for a quick drink and breakfast made to order is perfect when in a rush in the morning. Lots for dining options in the immediate vicinity and easy access to highways make this property a great option.

Staff was so nice and the facility was so clean. The workout room was great - only wish that the workout machines were connected to wifi. Sorry to have missed the heated salt water pool - didn't have enough time. Love the complementary water bottles at the front desk - traveling can make me so thirsty. Aloft rooms are European minimalistic I'd say. Clean lines and prudent use of space - a couch below TV screen and in between tables, combined closet and sink space open to bath and toilet area, which can be closed off with a pocket door - can seem a bit tight but it's perfectly fine.

This hotel was actually nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, no matter which person you spoke with. I left a message in my room for housekeeping, expressing I enjoyed my stay. Once I received my hotel bill I had an explained charge. I called and spoke with Rico, who was great, however he didn’t have the ability to reverse the incorrect charges. He informed me to follow up the next day with the manager Rebecca, which I did. She was definitely helpful and was able to get the problem resolved and expressed apologies for the situation as they are training new receptionist. Overall, this is a fabulous hotel and I definitely recommend if staying in Jacksonville. If I had to find any faults, my status should have been recognized and rewards points should’ve been granted for this inconvenience. I stay Marriott a lot, as I’m a government employee. I will say Marriott doesn’t often render mishaps, my stats are generally great. However, in the event something does happen that’s not under my control, points are given to apologize. Delta has also adapted this good gesture and I personally love it! It keeps a good loyal customer.

Excellent hotel. Nice vibe, modern and clean. Quick and friendly check in. Rooms are nice and bed was so comfortable. Pet friendly with no charge. This hotel located in a great area with lots of restaurants. Bar was nice except for the Fox News channel blaring.

Joseph at the front desk was very welcoming and easily checked us in! The room was spacious and we loved the mini fridge and walk in shower. Most importantly, the hotel is dog-friendly! Can't beat that. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice location. Plenty of available parking and food within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and very quick to make you feel at home. The hotel itself was very comfortable with a cool theme. If you have any issues or concerns, the staff will not hesitate to fix it quickly and efficiently. The bar area had a larger selection than I initially thought it would. The bartender was fantastic!! She was very polite and professional and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. She was even nice enough to hand me the remote to change channels on one of the tvs to watch whatever i wanted. The only downfall was no microwave in the room. We had leftover food from our first night we wanted to heat up for lunch, but was not able to in the room. It's not that big of a deal, but just a thought for future reference. I would recommend this spot to anyone and will be back again if we return to the area!!

We had a great time . Be prepared to pay for breakfast. Hotel staff mention that the hotel is pet friendly. Rooms are not the most spacious, but it wasn't a big problem at all. I definitely coming back.

Dog friendly AF. Clean room. Exceptional staff. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Nice bath products. Fast wifi. Quiet. Tesla destination chargers in the lot. No pet or charging fee. All around awesome!

I’d like to start with praising Padre who checked us in. His service and assistance was a great start to the stay. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Rooms are spacious and accommodations were mostly great. Bed was comfortable, TV worked good, easy to use, and lots of viewing options including streaming. Shower was great and equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The only areas of improvement would be a bigger fridge in the room. Compared to other rooms our fridge seemed like an afterthought. Pool was nice but setup was minimal compared to other areas of the hotel. Fitness center was not great, but a box gym is 2 miles away. Finally there should be ice machines on each floor. A solid four stars and if traveling back this way I’d stay here again.

Customer Service was phenomenal. Staff was super friendly. First time staying in an Aloft hotel. It's a different theme than the standard hotel. Pet friendly meets trendy contemporary. Room was spotless.

I love Aloft in Jacksonville! I have stayed there three times, and I have had wonderful experiences each time. Convenient location, nice staff, and they give fur babies a little welcome gift, too. Will definitely return in the future!

This location was an excellent choice to attend a conference. It was quiet and the service team made my stay amazing. Mama Ts breakfast powered me up each morning. I was able to enjoy a different restaurant in walking distance each night. I will stay here again for sure. Thank you to the whole Aloft team

We have booked Aloft for two separate staff events and we couldn't be more pleased. James went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, from assistance with tech set-up to catering to our staff's dietary restrictions! Pet and allergy friendly rooms were a huge bonus. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks James!

Such a very nice staff!! Mr. James was very helpful and supportive in assisting me with making sure their hotel space went with the vision I had for my photoshoot. The hotel interior design is very beautiful and makes you feel at home away from your home which makes you want to stay in the hotel for forever. If you haven’t stayed here or have an event and need a space this is the place to be !!
