This
is
a
mixed
review.
My
two
teenage
kids
and
I
liked
this
property
in
general.
Great
location,
right
at
the
southern
tip
of
the
I-295
beltway.
Got
a
great
rate.
Spacious
rooms.
The
rooms
form
a
perimeter,
with
the
inside
half
of
them
facing
a
center
courtyard
and
swimming
pool.
Ours
was
an
inside
room
and
we
liked
the
vibe
of
facing
the
courtyard.
Nice
breakfast
layout.
The
managers
and
front
desk
staff
were
really
nice
and
always
pleasant
to
deal
with.
Off-premise
shopping
and
dining
opportunities
abound.
But
there
were
downsides
to
this
stay.
We
discovered
that
there
is
no
housekeeping
such
as
we
are
accustomed
to
in
the
American
hostelry
industry.
None!
Nobody
comes
midday
to
clean
your
room
(make
your
beds,
exchange
your
bath
linens,
vacuum
your
floors,
clean
your
bathroom).
What
housekeeping
staff
there
is
basically
turns
rooms
around
for
the
next
occupants
once
the
rooms
are
vacated.
We
found
out
the
hard
way.
First
day,
the
drain
on
our
tub
was
really
slow,
so
that
after
about
5
minutes
of
showering,
you
were
ankle
deep
in
water.
We
reported
it
and
the
sluggish
drain
got
taken
care
of
the
same
day!
Yay!
Problem?
No
one
cleaned
the
tub!
After
three
separate
trips
down
to
the
front
desk
trying
to
rectify
the
problem,
each
time
being
assured
that
housekeeping
would
take
care
of
it,
I
finally
decided
to
go
to
a
nearby
store,
buy
cleaning
supplies
and
clean
the
tub
myself.
Shouldn’t
have
come
to
that,
but
I
did
what
I
had
to
do.
We
had
to
make
trips
to
the
front
desk
for
clean
bath
linens,
soap,
tissue,
and
the
like,
not
exactly
how
you
would
expect
that
to
work.
And
there
was
a
wasp’s
nest
in
one
of
the
breezeways,
which
we
pointed
out
to
a
hotel
maintenance
staffer
midway
through
our
6-night
stay.
As
we
departed
the
hotel
for
the
last
time,
we
said
goodbye
to
the
wasps,
who
were
continuing
their
stay
undisturbed!
