Worst ever experience. When I checked in, the room was not clean. Beds were not made. Room was full of garbage from previous guests. Went to front desk and they assigned me another room. No towel rod in the bathroom, so they used toilet tank to place towels. Desk lamp was not working so I called front desk by dialing zero and call went to comedy club, so I went to front desk in the morning to tell them. Light bulb was not replaced till 7 PM. Air-condition was making more sound then semi truck. When I asked room service to change towel and takeout trash, they sent me to front desk for towels and showed me where I can takeout trash.

Don't know that I've ever written a review before, but this hotel provided my family with the worst experience we've ever had. Don't let the pictures or the breakfast fool you, this place needs some serious attention. Booked 4 rooms for family traveling to the Gator Bowl. The rooms are disgusting and smell awful. Went out and bought cleaning supplies and air fresheners just to try and clean up each room. It didn't help at all. Sticky stuff on all surfaces, carpets are disgusting. Stains everywhere on the floor, dust, dirt and some gray shavings that looked like concrete debris littered all over the floor in all of the rooms. Cobwebs. AC didn't work in 2 of the rooms. Every single room had holes in the walls. Bathrooms are falling apart, especially the tubs. Towel bars ripped off the wall and just left, half the bathroom doors didn't even close. All the rooms were either without pillows, towels, or toilet paper. One room smelled like rotting trash and a man with maintenance even came and fumigated and, within 20 minutes, the smell was still there. Didn't even bother the front desk with all the other stuff after the smell debacle couldn't be fixed. They are obviously dealing with something they can't control and corporate needs to step in and address this place. Didn't even stay for the second night even after fighting to get new rooms because everyone was just beyond done with the whole experience after we were told multiple times that there were no rooms available and then magically there were when we finally got crazy and couldn't take it anymore. Don't waste your time or money here, it's not worth the headache.

Not worth the price but traveling with 2 pets limits your options. This was a $120/night stay and not what I expected for the price. The good: like others say, the people at the front desk are very nice. The breakfast was really good and had decent options. Definitely check that out. The beds were very comfortable. Room was fine for being a "pet room". It is in a good location with a ton of places right down the road. The bad: I walked to all 4 vending machines and none worked. Two ate my quarters and the others were completely sold out. Only option for snacks and drinks involves leaving the property. Dunno about safety. There were *a lot* of people around who were not guests. Really loud music at the pool. Reeked of very strong weed as if someone was smoking right next to me.

The front desk staff, maintenance and the dude at breakfast were great! Very nice and pleasant and trying to be as helpful as they could. The guy at breakfast was a pleasure and genuinely a nice person and happy to be at work, you could tell. However, I was given a room and when I went, there were still people in it!! I went right back to the front desk and they apologized and gave me another room immediately. (I overheard talking about the fact that the room said "ready and clean". So not sure what happened there.) The new room I was given had a barely functioning AC, there were hairs in the bed and shower and stained floors. I was so tired and this was late at night so I just said "screw it" and took off the blankets and pillows since I always bring my own anyway, just in case. I wore my shoes any time I was on the floor. The shower is whatever because I used water to wash the hairs down. The stay itself was ok. The hotel can't really control neighbors and their noises so that's neither here nor there. I was a little hot at night due to the AC but I got through it and was only one night.

We were really looking forward to this hotel based on positive reviews of the continental breakfast. We were not disappointed. Most hotel breakfasts I've been to are stuffed into a smaller room and provide a few types of cereal and some bagels and coffee/juice. This Ramada had an entire sit down restaurant with a buffet style aisle with multiple breakfast items on each side. We saw scrambled eggs, large pork sausage links, country style hash browns, and GRITS! On the other side was the standard fare of fresh apples and oranges, toast, only three cereal selections, and of course the usual coffee and two or three juices. Again, not disappointed at all. Moving on to the actual room, however, was another story. Too busy the first day to notice anything out of the ordinary except a little smoke smell when I entered the room. Beds were nice. Pillows were nicer. On the second day is when I saw my first roach. Killed it and saw another. Killed it. Reported them to the front desk and found another when I got back to the room. Finally got serious and got my phone light out and started looking around the room. Found heavy spider webs above the door with egg sacs. Found a live spider nearby. Dead roaches in the bathroom under the toilet. On our third and final day before checking out at 715 am I saw two additional roaches, one crawling on my backpack in the bathroom. At checkout I reported all of the additional pests and to their credit, Ramada took $10 off per day for a total reduction of $30 for our three day stay. 🤷‍♀️ We are not likely to return to this establishment.

This is a mixed review. My two teenage kids and I liked this property in general. Great location, right at the southern tip of the I-295 beltway. Got a great rate. Spacious rooms. The rooms form a perimeter, with the inside half of them facing a center courtyard and swimming pool. Ours was an inside room and we liked the vibe of facing the courtyard. Nice breakfast layout. The managers and front desk staff were really nice and always pleasant to deal with. Off-premise shopping and dining opportunities abound. But there were downsides to this stay. We discovered that there is no housekeeping such as we are accustomed to in the American hostelry industry. None! Nobody comes midday to clean your room (make your beds, exchange your bath linens, vacuum your floors, clean your bathroom). What housekeeping staff there is basically turns rooms around for the next occupants once the rooms are vacated. We found out the hard way. First day, the drain on our tub was really slow, so that after about 5 minutes of showering, you were ankle deep in water. We reported it and the sluggish drain got taken care of the same day! Yay! Problem? No one cleaned the tub! After three separate trips down to the front desk trying to rectify the problem, each time being assured that housekeeping would take care of it, I finally decided to go to a nearby store, buy cleaning supplies and clean the tub myself. Shouldn’t have come to that, but I did what I had to do. We had to make trips to the front desk for clean bath linens, soap, tissue, and the like, not exactly how you would expect that to work. And there was a wasp’s nest in one of the breezeways, which we pointed out to a hotel maintenance staffer midway through our 6-night stay. As we departed the hotel for the last time, we said goodbye to the wasps, who were continuing their stay undisturbed!

My wife and I booked a room here last Wednesday, and the room was terrible. Dirty, with cockroaches. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom was disgusting. Then, we get home to find out that they charged us double. I called to ask why that was, and the rude manager, Stephanie, told me it was "because someone heard pet noises coming from our room, and they had to do a deep clean as a pet room". I told her that was absurd, and that we didn't have a pet, and they can't base their extra charges on what someone heard. She said that there was nothing they could do, and that we were being charged for a pet whether we had a pet or not. Not only was the room not worth the $81 we initially paid, it certainly wasn't worth double that because of a pet we didn't have. We stay at Ramada Inns all over the place, but after this experience, we will find a different company to spend our money with from now on. Ridiculous people.

We stopped in overnight driving from Jacksonville to Tampa. Beds were comfy, clean and cozy. The pillows are also very comfortable! Check in was easy, breakfast was decent, but had a hard.time.paying for an extra adult as their system went down on their end, and ended up having breakfast on them, which was nice. The pool was "open" but not available to use, being it was January and cooler weather. There's a club attached here, but it didn't affect our room, it was very quiet. Would visit again definitely.

The Perimeter of the hotel (dated Building) was clean and didn’t have any sketchy looking folks hanging out. The front desk receptionist was really friendly. She got us accommodated quickly, the room was clean but we had to call House Keeping because the Bed’s comforter and sheets were stained, looked like urine… they came quickly and changed out the sheets. Everything else went well.. I would stay here again if I was in the area

We just stayed at this hotel for one night and was wondering why it could be rated as 3 star hotel. It was just a motel to us: the carpet was very dirty, and the sink was with obvious mold. The HVAC was so noisy and old which made us a very bad sleep. The receptionist was an old lady with very bad temper. She yelled at my husband when he asked for the direction of the breakfast place. Overall, this is the worst hotel (motel) we have ever stayed. The 3-star rank is absolutely a fraud.

The room was not clean. There were greasy handprints on the headboard and something dripping down that had dried.... the floor was so gross we did not walk on it without our shoes on. The ceiling was falling down in places, and a bar of soap was left in the shower. We had the A/C on full blast the whole time but did not cool down.

We’re just traveling through and needed a room for the night. Our first room’s toilet didn’t work, had NOT been cleaned, and there was no soap (or shampoo). The maintenance man told my husband to “eat less” when we complained about the flush not removing waste (or the TP). But the filth in the bathroom was inexcusable and we changed rooms only to be given a room with the tv blaring and both beds tossed and rumpled. It appeared that whoever was using the room made a hasty retreat upon learning it had been rented. It’s now 11pm and we are exhausted, but had to make yet another trip to the front desk. They didn’t seem surprised to hear the room had been used, which tells me they’ve heard it before. Our 3rd room appeared clean and unused. I would not stay here again.

Traumatizing. A brief overview front desk lady made me uncomfortable, so uncomfortable I didn’t want to ask for more towels, shower and room were unclean. lastly, the resolve for Sparky outlet was an extension cord. We stayed from May 1 to May 6. My room number was 214. For those of you who stuck around to continue reading the front desk lady was immensely annoyed that I was checking in. Made it very clear to me that I was unwanted on her property. I happened to ask her if she was the manager. She said she was the assistant supervisor. We’ll get to that in a minute. I only had two towels for my family of five for five days. There was a forehead smudge on the long mirror that was not from any of us and equate sticker that had been stuck to the shower wall for long enough to leave dirt trail behind it. I could have probably wrote my name in the build up on the shower walls. Two piles of dirt behind the door as if the cleaners never fully close the door to completely clean the floor. I tried to go to the front desk personally Tuesday night there was nobody there. I called the front desk and I heard the phone ring saw the phone ring on the front desk counter. Nobody came to pick it up. Room service was per request but I was too uncomfortable to call the front desk to request one when I did call the front desk the next day to resolve the check-in issue a Gentleman answered the phone and I asked the name for his assistant supervisor. He then tells me that there isn’t one, but then suddenly finds her so I don’t know who’s lying but I was definitely lied to. And then, when the mysterious assistant supervisor came on the phone, she was combative. She was not trying to resolve any issue or take any responsibility for the way she checked me in I did hang up on her. this made me feel really uncomfortable to leave any of my precious belongings behind Never have I ever experience feeling unsafe in a hotel. My husband tried to plug in his laptop and he said that the outlet sparked like a sparkler three times. He called the front desk and informed them they promptly sent a maintenance man who provided us with an extension cord instead of a new room also informed us that we were missing a lamp, but never came to give us the said missing lamp. Ramona, you can do better if you’d like to resolve this please reach out to me And for anyone, considering staying here don’t for the love of God, we could have died in a hotel fire.

I’ve previously stayed here 5 1/2 years ago and we really enjoyed our stay. So when we were coming back into town I booked a room here. It’s very clear that it’s new owners. The place is very ran down and extremely dirty. The hotel was full of distasteful people with lots of alcohol bottles everywhere. Our room had tons of dead and alive spiders. The floors were so disgusting the bottom of my daughters socks were completely black within 2 hours! When we went to breakfast an employee kept shoving through guest to get more sausage and gravy for herself. She walked around eating a sausage link with her fingers yelling around the restaurant. I’m very disappointed how badly this place has become. It’s very trashy now.

The room was disgusting. Something(not sure what) was in the shower from the last guest. Microwave and fridge were not clean at all. Under the beds was enough dirt to start a playground. The best part was waiting hours for them to bring toilet paper and bath towels. Toilet paper was 100percent empty when we go into the room. Lastly, the floors and ceiling looked cracked and water damaged. Not sure why they wouldn't repair it because it looked awful. Very disappointed in the stay at this hotel.

Fun stay, felt safe and well taken care of by attentive staff. Gym was nice and quiet, breakfast was great! Sad the pool wasn't open but enjoyed the Comedy Club on the weekend. Thanks to the staff working to make our stay better!

Clean rooms... excellent service for the price... the breakfast buffet was better than some of the 5 star places I've been at. They have a bar a restaurant and a world class comedy club... if I had a valid complaint and truly this isn't a valid complaint. On the weekends with the all you can eat seafood buffet and the star comedy headliners in the comedy club... parking is impossible. But it clears out quick.... I absolutely loved our stay at the ramada

We never had such a bad experience! Yesterday I called to reserve one pet friendly room, because we was with a dog. When I spoke to the lady, I told that we have a dog, and how much will be the room, and do we need to pay for the dog. She said that the room is $100 and one dog is free, but you need to call to another receptionist about the room. She gave me another number, and another lady was so rude. She said that we need to pay for the dog, I tried to explain, but she said that when I spoke to the previous lady, I did not tell her about the dog. That was insane, she lied right away. I said ok, no problem to pay for the dog, but why people at hotel are telling different information. I did not cancel our reservation, because they told me that I did a reservation 4 hours before we will arrive, so we can’t cancel it. But when we come, another lady told us, that the previous receptionist decided to cancel our reservation. At was 00:20 AM. At the end she gave us a room, but in the morning they charged me twice. And when I called she told me, that she can’t help me with that, and I need to call after 11am. I’m not sure what to expect, but this hotel is horrible! I have no words to describe how I feel! Not recommended to anyone!

Me and my family was regulars at this Ramada. We came back due to the staff was pleasant. Got to say I am now done. Never have we asked for a free night or a refund. We have been given rooms with pets and my daughter broke out, didn't complain just asked for cleaning tools. We stayed in a room without blankets and was told to deal with it. We was given a room not once but twice that had a leak in the ceiling.. we was even put in a room that wasn't even remotely cleaned up and had to wait on someone to come clean it but this time was too much we was placed in a room that was infested with roaches we brought in a pizza and the pizza ended up getting ruined by the roaches. All they did was changed our room. We complained about it and showed pictures and we was contacted by Lisa saying that it was not reported and she looks forward to seeing us again. That was it I refuse to go back with that kind of treatment. So we are DONE!

The rooms smelled old and musty. I damn near had an asthma attack. I couldn't stop coughing and could barely breathe. The location is good, breakfast was decent mostly because of the staff that worked there. Their cheerful disposition made it bearable. The room wasn't expensive but they could at least clean it, vacuum the floors and change the air filter every once in awhile.

Booked room to attend a company event. We were supposed to have a group rate. was still charged $144. Website says rooms from $66. The day of check in, rooms were advertised at $88. When questioned, the response was that the group rate was applied. Front desk check-in was understaffed. While one of the women (eventually 2 total) attempted to be funny, clearly it wasn't genuine as she appeared to be more stressed and annoyed, rolling her eyes at times when guests asked questions or commented. The other one kept leaving for a few minutes at a time, then returned. This happened several times as a line formed at the check in counter and wound through the lobby. They both apologized for the wait. However... The property is conveniently located with easy access directly from a very busy main thoroughfare. Good restaurants and other shopping very close by. Hotel is showing it's age. "Retro" (late 70s to 80s) everywhere. Room was fairly clean, but showed signs of wear on the floor, walls and bathroom. However.. AC worked sufficiently. Bath towels and wash cloths were adequate and clean but no hand towels. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean as well The event staff was great! Very attentive and accommodating. Food at the event was impressive in quality, presentation and quantity. Those with mobility issues beware, though, there is NO guest elevator.

Stayed here for about two weeks and absolutely loved it. However, when I originally booked the room the price was only $55 a night, the following week, the rates jumped to $79 a night which forced me to have to relocate to a more affordable place. Also, I checked out on December 13th and they've STILL yet to release the hold on the $10 incidental deposit, which is very frustrating! I'm currently homeless so, unfortunately every dollar counts and being told that id have it credited back within 3-5 days of check-out, was far from the truth. Other than those two issues, the room was clean, the complimentary buffet breakfast was always delicious (it was also available for both dine in and take out), and the front desk staff were always very kind and courteous. Would stay here again, for the right price.. but $79+ tax (so, basically $90) is ridiculous.

Rooms have not been updated in many years. The bathroom had months worth of soap scum on the bathtub tile. I've thrown out larger pieces of soap than what was provided to bathe with.

Stayed here last year. The pool was wonderful...the early breakfast had hot/cold options and presented well with friendly staff. There was a room failure upon our arrival and a swap was made to an upgrade. Family was very pleased and the staff was very helpful and understanding. The Ramada is located near Target, Publix, and a new Whataburger...!!!

I’m on my way to Key West and stopped for the night here. It was a pleasant stay but.. if you’re near the pool expect yelling from kids at 9 pm when you’re trying to sleep. The bed was comfortable but the ac was a bit loud even on low setting. The breakfast was fine and it was free if you’re cheap and don’t want to pay extra to eat elsewhere.

Traveled here in an emergency during hurricane Idalia. Staff was very courteous, however the rooms are awful… cockroaches everywhere! Staff denied knowing anything about a bug infestation! My room was switched and the condition of the next room was worse! Fridge had mold inside, couldn’t use it and roaches were in my food, bathroom hideous! I’d never patronize this hotel chain ever! I will be contacting their cooperate office and the BBB!

Made a reservation here for Saturday the 16th to the 17th went to check in and the older lady behind the desk didn’t say sorry or anything just nope that’s impossible we have no rooms said nothing else to me left and asked her manager if the closed the hotel out or not so I did not get my room and they still put an authorization on my card holding up my money and I showed the old lady and the pointed and hit my phone almost knocking it out of my hand saying it just pending. I know for a fact there is a bottom on your system that will reverse the charge. I’m a GM of a Wyndham Hoyle and this lady behavior was unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this place!

When we got to our room we opened the door and the smell of bleach hit us not to strong though. It was very clean. The staff was great and they never bothered us. We had our dogs there and we were able to leave them while we went and did our personal things. Our neighbors were great also. They had a full breakfast buffet every morning with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, orange or apple juice and coffee. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was on the interstate side, so it was noisy. The furniture was very dusty, the mirror had splatters on it and the carpet needed vacuuming. We also had to ask for towels as we had one towel for 2 people. The lady at the desk was very helpful and nice.

Overall very nice experience with just a few minor things that could be improved upon. Front desk personnel need to remember to give each guest all instructions. They forgot to tell me to use the card they gave me to show in the dining room for our included breakfasts. They also forgot to advise us that due to the Comedy Club on-site, parking spaces maybe coned off when we get back to the hotel. Housekeeping could be a little quicker with response time. When a guest asks for a plunger it's not something to wait to do. Rooms were pretty clean overall, except that housekeeping did not make sure everything was wiped down. Picked up the phone to call housekeeping, and there was syrup on the receiver from a previous guest.

I’m surprised by all the good reviews on here right now, we had a terrible stay. The air conditioner was in and out at first, then broke completely sometime between 11pm and 2am. This wasn’t horrific due to the time of year, and we were missing a comforter on our bed. There were Nasty stains on the roof in the room, the bathroom door barely closed and appeared to had been kicked in a couple times. It was missing a big chunk at the bottom too. There was plenty of dirt and hairs/mysterious fluid stains on the walls in the bathroom to keep your eyes busy while using the toilet. The toilet paper holder looked older then me and had a nice patina. I’m not sure if the sink was dirty or had some sort of nasty patch job in it, I didn’t investigate for fear of infection. Overall I’m highly disappointed, we toughed it out for 10 hours and moved on with our lives. If I weren’t riding shotgun on my way home I would have tried erasing this stay from my memory by now. I’d recommend any different hotel in the area or at least any room other then 264.

The room I was in was a pretty good spacious size. Everything seemed clean. The area was quiet. There were plenty of options for eating around. I kept to myself for the most part. The room was a bit outdated for today's time. Small desk area with a roller chair and a bed and that's all. I usually experience a recliner like chair as well. The TV was on the small side. the breakfast was very good and very nicely presented. I stayed two nights and the breakfast was the exact same thing both days. Variety would be nice. but the food tasted good and seemed fresh. The lady checking your ticket at breakfast could be a little bit nicer. people at the front desks were pleasant. the worst part about it was that there was this, what I assume to be, homeless guy sitting and laying on the bench on the front side of the hotel. Over all, a quaint and pleasant stay for a decent price.

We love coming here often to bring the kids to pool. The rooms are always beautiful and up to stsndards. Mrs. Susan at the front desk was phenomenal! I love her spirit. She was working so hard at the front desk by her self. The line was so long but she was so sweet and still notified all the guest about the breakfast in the morning!. Best cheese grits in town for sure! Our Maintenance gentleman with the dreads was totally amazing!!! We love him the most. Treats everyone so well!! 5 starts would definitely recommend any day! They also price match online prices!! You can't beat that!!!

The staff here is very friendly & helpful. That being said, the rooms are dirty and need renovation. The first room we got hadn't been vacuumed, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and bits of stuff on the carpet. The next room we got wasn't carpeted, a laminate, it was better, but still not so clean. Had hair on the bathroom floor & the tub definitely hadn't been cleaned properly. I moved the TV to get a better angle and it looked like it had been quite some time since it had been cleaned under it, pretty disgusting actually. It smells of heavy fragrance, probably to cover up the old musty smell. The breakfast is very good, along with the breakfast staff. There were people outside making quite a bit of noise at night too.

This place is actually good place to stay. They allow pets with no charges, they do have pet rooms! They room me and my daughter started in was clean and had comfortable beds. The front desk associates are all very nice and helpful! I'd stay here again!

Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!! We had a room for 5 people and we're only given 2 towels. Plus the condition the room was atrocious. The toilet bowl had wooden plank to help keep it sturdy, the door had mold and looked like a dog or rat had chewed it, toilet barely flushed, and there were baby roaches running around in the light fixture above. After that, I sat on the bed telling my husband about the roaches. Then, I saw something move on the nightstand. He moved the phone and 3 or 4 roaches scurried out. When I started to wake my kids, I noticed more behind their bed. We had shake out all of our luggage and find another hotel at 11 pm. Then the guy upfront said we'd be offered a refund. Call back in the morning and the manager had no idea, nor was there any refund started. I will say they did end up refunding us, but the whole experience was a lot of stress.

We had dirty sheets and asked to have them replaced. Waited half hour and called again and then waited 45 minutes and the service never got there. We found roaches and then we decided to cancel. We then went to Homewoods suites by Hilton and everything looked great.

I chose this location for approximaty for a test and because I assumed the brand. Upon arrival the front desk lady seemed to have a chip on her shoulder? I booked via Priceline within the hour and the information for my booking hadn't cycled through yet? She was able to get me checked in and the room was as expected. Clean, no bugs! Upon check-in I noticed the checkout time was noon. Since my test wasn't until 3pm so the next morning I called the front desk and requested a late checkout for 1pm and I was told that would be acceptable. At approximately 10 am I get a knock at the door by housekeeping about my stay and I advised the front desk gave me a late checkout of 1pm and she said no problem. I then get another knock on the door at 11 or so asking if I'm ready to vacate and again I advised of the late checkout. 11:45 am I get a call from the front desk asking if needed to add an additional night to the card on file... This is why I usually stay at the budget hotels, same great service!!!

Right off the interstate 295, both directions. Convenient to every restaurant in both directions. However, their own restaurant is a five-star for dinner. Breakfast, um, oh well, it's for the Southern folk with grits, eggs, turkey-sausage, biscuits, n gravy, along with fruits, cereal, and juice of all kinds. Delicious, although this one guest kept asking for everything he clearly couldn't see. The waiter was nice enough to keep saying no, sir. I would've said, sir; if you do not see, we do not have it!!! Sit and be thankful.

So let me say this. The staff and breakfast were awesome. The rooms on the other hand, were not. If you don't mind a dirty room with stained sheets and questionable curly hairs everywhere, then they're probably fine for you. The AC in our room was controlled by a wall unit that would shut off if the outside air was 66 or lower, and it made our room very warm with no way to cool it down. I won't be staying here again.

Overall stay was good. Had an issue with our room keys and the staff wasn't super helpful but ended up getting things straightened out. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bar was super nice to us.

The pool was not cleaned all weekend, filled with dirt, bugs, and leaves. Looked great on Monday as I was checking out. The room was not ready at 8:30 pm and my check-in was supposed to be at 5. I called and asked for 6 to 7 and was told no problem. Got stuck behind an accident, so it was 8:30. The lobby was loud with music from the bar and 100 people talking, maybe just came from a meeting or show, but the music was loud like you were in a club and I couldn't hear the front desk agent. They turned the room to check me in. The beds were thrown together and the bathroom area was not cleaned, not looked at, or inspected. I was exhausted from driving and spent my next half hour cleaning and disinfecting the room. I could have complained and asked for a clean room, but front desk told me at check in there we NO clean rooms, which is why they rushed to turn the one they sent me to, and we dragged all the luggage and the dog to it already. Breakfast was ok, turkey sausage was bland, weird they had pork sausage gravy but the breakfast sausage was turkey and the eggs were wet and undercooked. No bacon, flapjacks or waffles, bagels or English muffins. Would have rather paid for the room without breakfast had I known what was on the buffet, they make you feel like it's a full buffet but it's 5 hot items, eggs, turkey sausage, gravy, potatoes and biscuits, and fruit and cereal. I was charged the day of my arrival for the full amount, when got there, they added a charge or hold for a smaller amount, without telling me, and now I have been home 2 days and still no final charge. The vending machines didn't work or were empty, and the ice areas smelled like human urine. A young couple was sleeping by the ice machine one night, bless them, the homeless are everywhere. Still, no security. Maintenance was quick and polite when the night latch locked me out, housekeeping provided an extra blanket. I would choose somewhere else next time.

Room was very convenient for repairs On my rv. My dog and I were very safe and comfy. It is a blessing to have a place that takes pets while traveling. Amazing breakfast buffet! Great location on the highway. Loved the staff!

Room was clean and very quiet. The ceiling in the bathroom needed some attention. Parking at night was horrible. Construction workers and other people hauling equipment and trailers took up MULTIPLE prime parking spots forcing us to park quite a distance from our room. Breakfast was limited, but tasted good. Coffee was fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks as I recently moved to Jacksonville and was waiting for my home to be completed. Yes, like most hotels this one is old and again like most hotels, needs some work however overall, when you travel as much as I do then this hotel is the perfect place to rest at days end. All the staff was excellent (especially a lady who works at the front desk by the name of Susan, she went out of her way to always help) and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. It seems like the team really cares about their guests (a rarity in this day and age) so in my opinion you can't go wrong with booking a room at this hotel.

Susan at the front desk was very kind and caring. Helped me fix my reservation and was a pleasure for the rest of the stay as well. Breakfast was wonderful only wish we could have had some more variety. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only downside to this hotel is the lack of coffee pots in room. Otherwise my stay was wonderful

From the moment we got here it was issues. Person who my husband called to make reservations failed to enter our credit card and by sheer luck they did not release our two rooms. Then the refrigerator door would not close, the air conditioner did not work AT ALL, poor seals around door so we got to smell people smoking marijuana, bathroom products were previously used, no shampoo, shower was extremely slick, and horrible mattresses on beds. Would not let my dogs stay here. Will say the front desk woman was very friendly.
