Paid $1,350 for small conference room plus a smaller library room for our church. On arrival @ 8am no one onsite knew of our reservations. We were told to just go to whichever room we reserved & set up. After hauling all of our sound equipment in the room was locked - it took 15-20 minutes to get someone to unlock it ONLY TO FIND it was not set-up as promised, but was the leftover New Year's Eve decorations, balloons, tables, etc still there. No one could figure out what to do. Our service starts @ 10am. By 9:50 a worker she's such of the rooms we needed & if we could give them time, they would try to get the room cleaned up & reset. They we would need about an hour. We were forced to stand in the lobby and redirect our entire congregation to a local outdoor park. We were told by other guests that this is the norm! I'm hoping to get our refund without too many screw-ups. Ramada Management - you have a other at this location - please manage it!

The room 100 which is located next to the stair was super loud with the door slamming every time someone used the stairway. It also smelled moldy and the AC wasn’t actually on it was just a fan setting on the thermostat. The room was clean-ish once you got past the smell. The beds are super uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a board. It’s a much dated hotel but some parts are under renovation. So hopefully soon it will be much nicer. The breakfast was sad. Not super clean. Had to even clean our own tables even though we came when breakfast just started so the tables were never cleaned from yesterday’s breakfast. There was no hot tea, no ice or water. The selection was ok I guess. I am gluten free so much less for me. The melon was so hard it was actually crunchy and the grapes were so soft it was unappetizing to eat. There was no attendant, no one to ask help of. Not in the breakfast area and not at the desk. Just looks abandoned. This was my husband’s and my birthday weekend away. It definitely left a lot to be desired. Room 100 should get retired and they would have a lot less complaints because of its location to the stairs. The front desk attendant was super nice and helpful. Very kind. We are looking forward to this hotel’s complete renovation and we will try them again. They are under new ownership so they get another shop post renovation.

The staff was really nice when we checked in, but it was totally not worth the amount I spent for the night. During breakfast there was no milk for my children, they say they serve breakfast, but it was terrible. Whatever the few items there were for food, was mostly gone by 8am and they weren't making more. Served waffles, but no syrup, no fruits, and the coffee was water rather than coffee. Think 10 times before you book here, I was so unhappy with my stay here.

We had 2 rooms on July 9, 2023. Neither room had working air conditioning. They offered us 2 more rooms. Gave us the keys and still no working ac. They said they had a big shop fan that was loud that was available. Then turned around and said they couldn't locate it. The breakfast was a joke. It showed a full on breakfast on the website. All there was was apples and muffins. The water and juice offered were hot due to the mini refrigerator not working. Check in was at 3 and we did arrive a hour early. They old us we could change into our bathing suits and go swim for an hour l, which would have been fine if the pool wasn't disgusting, green l and stuff floating in it. So we just waiting until 3 which was fine since we did show up early. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I wish I had requested our money back on at least 1 of the rooms. NO AC IN THIS HEAT WAS NOT FUN.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. The decoration is beautiful, the service is excellent, the rooms are Clean and comfy. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. This was our first visit from Ontario , Canada and We will comeback next year again on our way home. I wish them all the best and thank you for making us feel so welcome! God bless you all.

Staff was very nice, but I will say that the room is dated and very basic. Overall, for what I paid, I got a clean room, a hot shower, and a good night's sleep. The hot breakfast was slightly disappointing as while they had eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes (traditional hotel breakfast buffet), they didn't set up the waffle maker until I requested it, and it took too long to heat up for me to get one in the time I had available. Also, they breakfast takes place inside the joined restaurant that is currently vacant. This made for an awkward feel (half the lights off, some stuff in disarray across the room, etc..) I'd stay again, but I hope their remodel in progress updates some of the aesthetic features.

We had an event there in December. The experience was horrible. Food provided by AJ of the Huka Bar was cold and one third of our group never got a meal. The room set up was not what we paid for. Overall I’d rate it below a 0. The manager, Samantha Dahan insisted we pay her directly (not the Ramada). She was completely difficult to deal with. Don’t use this location under any circumstances.

This hotel was trouble their rooms were supposed to be upgraded and weren't. They said they would have hot breakfast. That was a lie. Wow, I could go on and on about this place. One thing that I did love ❤️ 😍 was the decorative banquet hall it was beautifully done.

The place is in a good location close to shopping and restaurants. It looks good from outside but inside needs a lot of updates. Old furniture, floors were dirty, breakfast buffet not enough waffle makers. There were wires hanging from ceiling in breakfast area. Some rooms AC units didn't work. Many complaints about the beds not being comfortable. Rooms had mildew smells to them and was not clean very well. Most of staff was nice but the guy at front desk was rude and unprofessional. He kept complaining he had a headache and needed the people checking in to be quite. Also spoke with a guest that said they were held up by gun point in the parking lot. Be careful

By far, the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel. We arrived stood in line for check-in; no problem. Network was down had to do everything on paper. Again, no problem. Get to the room and have trouble getting in with the door pass. When I finally get the door open there stands a gentleman, letting me know that the room was already occupied. Back to the front desk for a new room, get the door pass, no occupant; awesome. Hot, humid room. No A/C. Not awesome. Maintenance comes, pushes a few switches on the thermostat. " A/C doesn't work. You want change room?" Uh, yeah! Get another room, get in, A/C works! Turn on the TV, channels I was just watching in the last room did not work in this room. Again, Maintenance comes, I tell him what the problem is. The only channel that doesn't work up here is the one I was just watching five minutes ago in another room. He goes through the channels tells me " Channels work. See?" When I finally get across to him the problem he says, and this is the kicker, " just watch another channel. " " Okay. I'll just watch another channel." I'm not going to get into the horrible breakfast experience. My wife tried to talk to the front desk about getting no less than one night taken off of our bill. "Only the GM can authorize that, ma'am. She should be in tonight. " Never saw hide nor hair of said General Manager. We just left after realizing we would never hear from that GM. Completely inexcusable. Never again.

I needed a room in that hotel. The lobby is pretty, reception is nice. Everything else falls way short. The rooms are kept well by housekeeping but in bad shape and in need of renovation. Why were the pillows so heavy? Weird. Bed was comfortable enough as were pillows, they were just really heavy. Breakfast was a joke. No info in room on what time it starts or ends. No one was bussing tables, so all the tables were dirty. Phones in room were working, tried calling front desk and housekeeping and no one answered. Calls were forwarded to managers office who wasn't there on a weekend. Staff likes to congregate and chat at front desk. The lobby was updated and nice but if you looked close, the floors were not kept clean.

This place is hell on earth. This was the worst hotel I have EVER been to. DO NOT STAY HERE. The first and worst complaint is that they charged us OVER $900. They charged us for our stay, then claimed a $100 deposit and then we got another random $300 charge. This place is not even worth that we paid to stay let alone all the extra FRAUDULENT charges. When calling about the charges, mysteriously there is no one to answer the phone. If they do answer they just put you on hold and never pick up again. The staff is extremely rude. When checking in we were informed that the elevators did not work, there would be no breakfast which is advertised on their website, the restaurant is not longer functional, and they did not accept cash for the deposit (OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS GIVING THEM OUR CARD INFO!) I was already hesitant to stay here from the start but went against my better judgement. Huge mistake on our part. They sent us to a room that smelled like straight smoke. We turned on the air hoping it may help only to find out the AC did not work. We immediately went down and asked to switch rooms. Our new room was hardly better. There was blood on the sheets of one bed, & black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom. The worst part was the BEDS! It’s like sleeping on a BRICK. You don’t get a comforter only thin sheets and THROW pillows they expect you to use to sleep? We tested house keeping and big surprise, they didn’t change any of the BLOODY sheets on the beds (gross). Fortunately we had a blanket of our own that we brought. We decided on night one to switch hotels only to find out that every other hotel in the area was completely booked. So we had so choice but to rough out our stay. The pool area was horribly kept. Beer bottles/cans everywhere. We have been calling all day about the charged on our card but still have not gotten a single person to answer. I will never ever stay at any Ramada or Wyndham hotel EVER again. And everyone I know will hear about this horrific experience.

It’s not up to par . They haven’t Renovated all the rooms still has a Lotta upgrades to do. They cleaning ladies do not clean Thoroughly. I had to go back and sweep and clean with my own cleaning spray and wipe things down The breakfast is horrible it’s not clean because it is in the club part. Can be nicer and much cleaner. They also charged me twice and the second charge wasn’t for a deposit but as if I stayed another night for a different amount a whole month ago and I still haven’t received my money back after calling about the situation for weeks now !!!

THIS PLACE IS A FRUAD!!!!!! it looks NOTHING like its pictured. The carpet has rips and stains, the elevator is barely working, As I'm walking to my room I smell nothing but cigarette smoke (on a NON SMOKING FLOOR). when I finally get to my room I am absolutely mortified! the Air vent in my room was so rusty and filled with dust. I was there two days and my head feels really stuffy from unclean air I've been breathing in...In addition, when I pulled back the cover there was a bright red blood stain on the sheets...It looked fresh as if the cleaner had hurt herself and didn't bother to replace the sheets...I spotted two dead roaches' behind the tv. Honestly I could go on and on about the condition of this place. I feel disgusting from staying there. no person should have to live in those conditions. This hotel needs to be shut down! it's a HEALTH HAZARD!

Do NOT stay here. When we first checked in, we go to our room and only one elevator is working and it is nasty inside (paint everywhere and food), and then when we get to our room, the AC is not working and it has an awful smell inside. The sliding door leading to the SHARED balcony was wide open and there is no separation between your room and the one next to you which seems like a big safety issue. We go downstairs and request a new room and the manager is very rude to us but gives us a new room anyway. The lady at the front desk gives us our new keys and switches us into a new room. That night at 12:30 AM our hotel door is OPENED, we wake up out of a dead sleep and there is someone there claiming they are security and that there is not supposed to be anyone staying in this room. We let him know that we switched rooms and even call the front desk to make sure they have us in the system. Again at 4:30 AM someone OPENS our door again and slams it shut. I get up to see who it is but they are gone already. It was a very scary experience and we did not get much sleep. The sheets on the bed also feel like sandpaper and there were several times that we smelt cigarette smoke in the hallway. The next morning we go down to get breakfast and there is an empty fridge set up on a card table along with two bags of bagels sitting there. This was an AWFUL experience and we will NEVER be back here again.

I came down from South Carolina and stayed this weekend with my kids, It was renovated from when I previously stayed before. They had a Live DJ at the pool, which was a breath of fresh air. We enjoyed it so much, you were able buy cocktails and food poolside, I felt like I was at a resort. The Breakfast was a decent hot meal. I also at at the restaurant later that night and enjoyed a gourmet style Cheese Burger. I was impressed with my stay and will be returning for a great deal and great time.

First of all they screwed me out of $700. I prepaid for a room for 10days. So When me and my 3yr old arrived at 5am to check in they tell me I was late checking in and my room is no longer available. And then can't return my money that they Already took out of my account for the room that I prepaid for for 10 days. So me and my three-year-old have nowhere to go at 5 AM in the morning, and and the girls that worked behind the desk, they were rude the whole time that we were there. Needless to say We did not stay for 10 days like we planned. We only stayed for 2 and I will never Ever go back to that hotel ever again? And they better give me my money back or I'm filling a lawsuit

THERE WAS NO AC AT THE HOTEL. Got into town earlier for a business trip. Asked if I could check in earlier at 1030 am was told no. That was fine check in was 3 pm so I was 0k with that. I asked to use the business center for my meeting I would be having that day. And was told no it was for guests only. The lobby was grande and clearly under renovations. White couches covered in stains. And the carpet as well. When I was able to check in at 3pm the room was low quality to say the least no outlets anywhere to charge my electronics the business center did not have a key so you had to reach through the window to open the door. Stains on the carpet, and the ac was not. I changed room 4 times before 9 am to find a room that has ac. I was to say one week, but checkout the next morning after moving my hotel.

By far the worst experience I've ever had. My husband, son and I stayed from Friday-Monday. When we first went up to our room the key card didn't work. After multiple trips back downstairs they changed our room. Room number 2 had mold throughout the bathroom. That put us in room number # 3. Every day we had to go to the lobby due to the key cards needed changed out. When booking the hotel I picked it because they have free breakfast and a restaurant. Nowhere on the site did they say it was closed due to remodeling. Nor did they tell us that when we checked it. Fast forward to now they have taken a little over a grand out of my bank account. When I called to see why they keep taking money out I'm told it was a system error. I asked for the number to the main office and I was told they don't have a number. The call was ended by a staff member hanging up on me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms are abused. The toilet paper roll holder was broken, one of the lamps was missing the lightbulb and the border around the room, next to the floor was missing, showing the curling edges of the wallpaper it was meant to cover. They moved us to a different room, across the hall. That room was okay, but had a much older TV that wasn't as big and a smaller refrigerator. One of the chairs had leftover powdered sugar from a previous occupant all over the seat. When we went to take a shower, the drain was so slow that half the tub was filled with water by the time the water got warm. We got moved again to a room I checked first, which was smaller, but the furniture didn't look as abused as the other rooms they had supposedly renovated. The tv had two remotes: one to turn the tv on and off and the other, with the batteries scotch taped in, to control the rest. They didn't have the free breakfast advertised two out of the three days we were there and only had a few sleeves of bagels, cream cheese and butter along with pre-packaged muffins and 6 oz water as a substitute the last day. Terrible experience and all they could say is an unrepentant "Sorry," even after I pointed out that the free breakfast was part of what led me to stay here. The only good thing was that the hotel was about 5 mins walking distance from the event I was attending so I didn't have to drive.

Beds are the most uncomfortable I've ever had and wasn't given the wifi password. Service was good when we walked in and the lobby was very clean and smelled really good. The room was clean but like I said the bed was rock hard and springs were digging into my back. There were a decent amount of homeless around the hotel but that's not the hotels fault. Didn't have any bug problems or anything that others complained about. They were renovating the 1st floor so I assume that's where most problems lie. All in all it was decent.

Check-in was quick and easy, my room was clean and I loved the mini-fridge so I could put all of my water in. Cold water in 80 degrees weather is so refreshing. The hotel was close to a gas station & Starbucks. Staff was very pleasant and I liked my accommodations throughout the weekend. I can't wait to recommend this location to friends and family.

The night clerk was pleasant and check in was easy. Getting into the room it was physically clean and in good shape but smelled of smoke, and the ac did not work. There are multiple patrons that seem to linger in the parking lot and even witnessed a confrontation in the lobby, but you get what you pay for. The biggest issue was trying to check out. Stood at an empty reception for nearly 15 minutes. The manager comes from behind speaking to a potential client or some such. She was bubbly and outgoing but didn’t even say excuse me to reach past to grab a card from the counter. Didn’t acknowledge the line of people or respect anyones wait. She said not a single word or issue any sort of apology for the delay. The same clerk who checked us in was still there and arrived for check out. She looked tired but was still pleasant. As a manager for my business we are meant to be the spearhead of our location and an example for our staff. The managers actions or lack thereof were inexcusable. I get that she may have been coordinating a potentially larger event but that does not give the a leader the liberty to ignore people that have already paid for service and need assistance.

This place is overrated. Too expensive for the way the hotel is. Should be a motel instead. Horrible location. When we went to check in they has like 5 other people who were staying there coming to complain about their rooms. There was a gentleman in the front at first in the front wearing a tank-top which looked very unprofessional. Then a lady tool over. Took us about 20 minutes to be checked in. Hotel looked very dirty. A lot of homeless people around. We had a group staying at this hotel because we were attending a wedding, they were hanging by the pool area when they saw a druggy sit down on a chair and inject herself. We only had 2 towels in bathroom. There is NO BREAKFAST. No signs about renovations which they insisted they are renovating. Lobby area has nice chandeliers but dirty white seats. The beds were awful. It is a very over priced hotel. Very dissatisfied.

"it's a 'no' from me, dawg." - Randy Jackson Looks can be deceiving, first and foremost. Don't let the pictures on the website fool you: granted the front lobby looks newly renovated; however, the carpet throughout the rest of the hotel is ripped up, bare floors sporadic through the halls (also a major safety hazard due to the carpet tack strips being fully exposed). My room looked nice but the phone didn't work, nor did the nightstand lamps. Because I was staying for multiple nights, I figured I could get extra bath towels - nope, never received anything despite the front desk (and manager on several occasions) telling me otherwise. Since housekeeping didn't come, I ended up having to go to the front desk to ask for fresh bed linens so that I could remake the bed. I was able to get the bed linens and two extra hand towels because that's all they had. I also took note of the numerous patrons that had their trash out in the halls (probably because of housekeeping not housekeeping). The elevators are out of order also. And there's a lounge/club downstairs which is open to the public, making parking almost impossible during the weekend. The crowd from the lounge/club: loud, drunk/high, disruptive to the people staying at the hotel via loud drunken verbal alterations in the parking lot; throw up all over the parking lot; patrons urinating at the hotel door entrances as well as the parking lot. Foul. Throughout the halls you could hear the riff-raff from the lounge/club on the first floor and up at night. Patrons were very loud, yelling and screaming after-hours to the point where management had to do a walk-through. Mind y'all, kids are also staying here with their families. Breakfast snacks are available on a grab-n-go basis 24/7 - there's no actual "continental breakfast" but the vending machines may have more to offer depending on personal preferences. On a price point side of things; what the site advertises vs what I actually got: it's way overpriced and with the experience I had, I feel like I need a refund - I need my money back. Nasty business, never again. Ramada, honey? What is you doing? This is not it, sis. Please do better and run me my refund asap.

Horrible stay. TV remote lost. Building under Construction. Bathroom has mold. Took the staff over a. Hour to suggest upgrade then couldn't as it had no WiFi. Gave us adjoining room. Bathroom shower tap was broken. Bathroom door wouldn't lock. Light had no plug so had to disconnect microwave to plug light. Other guests were construction workers with noise n partying. Pathetic stay. Demanded full refund as Wyndham Loyalty guests. Manager remained ascending for 2 days and has yet to return calls and messages. Very very un Wyndham like.

The pics shown here are NOT what's currently there. We stayed 10/21/23. They are renovating so I suggest wait 9 months to a year before staying here. It's a HOT MESS right now. I was totally blindsided when I got there. We suffered through the one night stay but there was no way we would have stayed and second night if we had to. Ramada has never been my hotel of choice and this confirms why I don't. Never again.

You get what you pay for. I stopped by to rest before an early flight and there was problems with check-in. My reservation didn’t show up, but the managers were polite and fixed it with no trouble. The shower didn’t drain quickly so it was like showering in a pool…The area is a tad sketchy at night. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades, and the elevators feel unstable. Overall, it was pretty decent.

There was a problem with my reservation, but the desk clerk helped me to resolve it, even through a very busy time of the evening, a storm that shut down the computers and a leaking roof (damage from the storm). The carpeting in the halls of the hotel is quite lovely, the room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable, the staff of the hotel was helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and a nice seating area in the lobby. I didn't use the pool or other facilities, but they looked good and I overheard others saying they enjoyed them. The door of the room was excellent, I didn't hear hall noise at all. I would gladly stay at this hotel again!

first impressions are always the best or try to be. It took three rounds up that elevator to get the key to open a door to a room. I have to say the front staff was excellent, I finally got in and the room was spotless clean. the furniture was dated and some items were peeling, the bed was hard, you felt the springs, but all in all you have to out weigh the great customer service, the cleanliness of the hotel , lobby and area of town and say, the bed was just ok. The breakfast needed a little help, maybe somebody did not show up to work on Sunday.

5 stars for excellent service and clean rooms. I was very impressed with front desk staff and clean rooms. The bed was amazingly soft. I slept like a baby. Rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. The towels were fluffy, white and large The cons: breakfast was hot(a plus) but only link sausage, eggs and potatoes. No butter for toast no bacon or ham and no pancakes or waffles. The hotel needs an exterior pressure wash and fresh coat of paint. There were some details in the bathroom a broken piece of ceramic, scratches on the wood and the grout had a small few spots of mold, but had clearly been cleaned. Coffee is always so weak, but we love espresso so it's hard to match that level of strong ☕️. I'll absolutely stay again.

I would suggest if you have to stay here, do not get a room on the second floor where the balcony opens to the convention hall. The parties with loud music did not stop till 3am, doors to the convention halls open all night open. Then church services with loud music and doors open started at 9am. I did not move to another room because my son already started his dialysis treatment. The front desk said when I asked when the parties would end,"hopefully soon." We would have slept better in our vehicle. They also do not actually have breakfast, but advertise that they do. Room was generally clean, but common areas and elevator needed some attention. Despite everything, they don't mind charging the same as other hotels in better condition with no exception.

Aged infrastructure with associated issues like wet carpet, moldy smells and broken toilet seat. However on the positive side quiet location, spacious room, hot water, good firm mattresses, clean sheets, new towels and the AC functions! paid $87 for $55 worth of hotel (with a potential of $100 value if competently owned and managed)

When we visited their place there was construction going. The entrance looked pretty good. It was well decorated but they did not have a breakfast buffet and the pool was closed because of the construction. The rooms were decent enough. they did not have clear signs as to where the elevators were so we had trouble finding our way up to the second floor to get to our rooms.

A Memorable Experience at Dior Restaurant & Lounge: An Almost Perfect 4.5 out of 5 Dior Restaurant & Lounge is a hidden gem that delivers an extraordinary dining experience, blending excellent food, flavorful hookah, and impeccable service. During my first visit, I was treated to an evening filled with delightful surprises and attentiveness at every turn. This review captures the highlights that earned Dior a remarkable rating of 4.5 out of 5. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly hostess who promptly found me a comfortable seat. The efficiency in seating was impressive, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail, right from the start. The atmosphere was refined and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The culinary journey at Dior was nothing short of exceptional. The menu boasted an array of tantalizing dishes, expertly prepared and bursting with flavors. Every bite was a testament to the chef's artistry and passion for culinary perfection. From succulent steaks to exquisite seafood, the quality of the food was truly commendable, and it left me craving more. To complement the delectable cuisine, Dior offered an impressive selection of beverages. The drinks menu was thoughtfully curated, featuring a variety of signature cocktails and a comprehensive wine list. Each sip was an adventure in itself, with each drink masterfully crafted to please the palate. Whether you preferred a classic or a bespoke creation, the bartenders at Dior certainly knew how to satisfy your cravings. Adding to the allure of the evening was the inviting ambiance created by the music selection. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of chill vibes and a touch of hip hop, striking a balance that enhanced the overall dining experience. The tunes served as a delightful backdrop, adding to the charm and fostering an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. What truly elevated my experience at Dior was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Tony, the attentive floor manager, took the time to personally ensure that I was well taken care of throughout the evening. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident, and her presence made a significant difference. Additionally, the hostess was gracious and efficient, ensuring that my table was clean and promptly delivering my drinks. The staff's dedication to making my visit memorable was truly commendable. Although my overall experience at Dior Restaurant & Lounge was nearly flawless, there is always room for growth. With slight improvements in certain areas, Dior has the potential to become a true pinnacle of excellence. In conclusion, Dior Restaurant & Lounge delivers an extraordinary dining experience, combining delectable cuisine, flavorful hookah, and an ambiance that pleases all the senses. The attentive and friendly staff, led by Tony, goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel valued and pampered. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, you are treated to an unforgettable journey of culinary delight and relaxation. With its exceptional offerings and dedication to customer satisfaction, Dior has undoubtedly earned its stellar rating of 4.5 out of 5.

But this one drop the ball No pool, No functional working elevator and no breakfast which was included in the price. An the staff as said their under renovation. That should of been on the website. Also no hot water until later and find out molded shower but it was too late cancel or move into another room. Please stay at your on discretion.

Located just off BayMeadows right behind a gas station, so parking was a little shady. Lobby was nice, but housekeeping above that was iffy at best. Housekeeping tried to come in the room before the time given for check-out. No knock, just tried to open the door. Thankfully it was chain locked. Had issues with the electronic key, had to have it reset. They had an event at the bar in the lobby area, came back from going out to eat and was told we needed to pay $20 to park, fortunately we had the "paper" parking pass, otherwise we'd be a little lighter in the pocket. Overall it was a place to lay our heads, that's about it.

This hotel was AWFUL. Complete and total false advertising, mold on the ceilings In the bathroom, duct tape covering holes in the bathroom walls. I don’t think they ever changed the air filter and the fire alarm was hanging off the wall. When I went to the front desk they did no refund my money and said “sorry, we had hoped you’d have a good stay” the building needs to be condemned and these people need to be held accountable for the fraudulent way they do business.
