Booked at this hotel as I was passing from south Florida to Virginia. I’m a Hilton Honors member and stay at many properties… will share that this is a top rate Hampton Inn, above the average indeed. Upon checking in, I quickly received a text message from the front desk making sure my room was satisfactory - so rare to receive such committed attention - plus great, attentive customer service throughout my stay. Rooms were clean, pool and patio were nice, breakfast selection and staff were great. Upon checking out, the staff proactively noticed I didn’t receive my HH arrival bag and made sure I had it for the ride north. Overall very clean and comfortable stay, staff are to be commended for delivering top shelf personal service. Will stay again next time I’m passing through. A few minutes off 95, and to me, well worth the extra few miles to reach a nice clean area with restaurants, etc. close by.

We reserved three rooms for my Father’s Memorial Service nearby. The front desk staff were phenomenal at check-in. Very friendly. Got us checked in expeditiously. Room was great. My wife is very picky and she had no complaints. My pregnant daughter wanted an item not served that day and the staff made the item for her. They rocked!

Great location easy to find driving 9 hrs from Norfolk. Easy to check in comfortably bed clean room.The staff is friendly and respectable. Manager Ms.Jacqueline will makes sure you will enjoy your stay as a Hilton member ! Ps. The breakfast is on point

This is one of the best Hilton chain hotels I have encountered. Excellent customer service… one cantacerous gentian working afternoon front desk but otherwise exceptional! Cleaning crew actually cleaned room without asking. I almost broke out in tears of joy. Breakfast staff extremely efficient and friendly… seriously, management does an excellent job hiring staff. Just an excellent value for money spent. I wish all Hilton’s/ Hampton’s were like this! Thank you and keep up the good work!

My husband and family took me here for my birthday to have a break and enjoy my day . It was absolutely perfect. Mr Andre and the staff there was so nice , the rooms was clean breakfast was nice and perfect location . I love to give establishments good reviews when it is deserving and honestly I was about done with the Hilton brand after having so many bad stays at other locations. I will now only look for Hampton Inn and Suites wherever we stay and continue to be a Hilton Honors Member Thank you to everyone at the Hampton for my birthday extra special!!

Excellent all around. Beautiful. They will take 100.00 to "hold" for incidentals but don't expect that money back on time. It's been 7 days and they're still holding onto my money. The hotel and staff and breakfast were excellent but the whole "incidental fee hold," is less than satisfactory. Quit playing with people's money.

The employees at this hotel go out of there way to make your stay pleasant. Belinda and Telissa were extremely helpful with a problem I had with a reservation (my fault). Janice and Calvin start your day off with a smile and a nice breakfast. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional. Always going out of their way to assist you. The rooms are very nice and the little kitchenette is very handy. The beds were luxurious and comfortable.

We came here for a weekend marriage conference and the remainder of the week was vacation. We realized that the ac unit in the room was a bit loud. We contacted the front desk via text and informed them of the issue. Monica responded quickly and did her due diligence to get us another room with a more updated unit. She was amazing, courteous and professional. What she didn't know was how truly grateful I was for what she did, you see I'm currently going through menopause and so I already have trouble sleeping due to hot flashes, so that last thing I needed was to lose more sleep with a noisy ac unit. Thank you Monica for keeping me cool with a peaceful nights sleep!!!

Can't reccomend this hotel enough. From the check in to the awesome patio/pool area to the delicious breakfast this hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed here one night before leaving on a cruise and I kinda hate to leave. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you're in the area.

No complaints, good service, rooms looks good and clean, nights are quiet. Breakfast are decent I have trouble with the air conditioner I never get to reach 72 degree but 74 feel comfortable enough. This hotel have a laundry room on first floor. WiFi speed is enough for me to be able to have some web conference without trouble. I will be back for sure.

Hello, my family and I stayed at this Hampton Inn and Suites , July 2023. We were there for a Convention. From the time we made our reservations, to the time it came for our Convention I can't say enough how the staff from Marie, Telissa, Mae, and there was another lady and I hate I can't remember her name, but it's like we're family to them. The breakfast, rooms, the hotel period was very clean just like the pictures on the website. Ms. Mae got our family in contact with a service to take us and pick us up every day from our convention. I can't say enough about this Hampton Inn and the staff. If you are in the area please stay here...you will never regret it! Once again thank you for our pleasurable stay!

What a great stay, clean rooms, very friendly staff, break on Sunday was the best I have had at a hotel. Andre was very pleasant and made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend them

Marie at the front desj was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She checked on my family and I during our stay to make sure we had a great experience at this location. Our room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked, and all the hot items were replaced and never empty. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

The hotel was also lovely, room was cozy, hotel and pool were clean. The breakfast was stocked and also clean. What a great stay.

Breakfast was legit. The room was clean, however I had an AC unit that sounded like a motorcycle all night. I told them and they offered to send maintenance but I declined because I was out of the room. The gym smells like mildew and the treadmill was not working. I got stuff on my shirt from the dirty iron in the room. The people were nice but I would not come back.

Hotel staff was good! Good location! My issue was our room. Please call a full bed a full bed. No way the beds we had were kings! Stop the political foolishness ! Please reinforce the importance of cleanliness to your staff. From the bathroom shower, baseboards, shower , vacuuming the carpet to window seals! Because this was a short stay and we weren’t in the room that often. I cleaned what I could with my Lysol n wipes Also, check the mattresses for stains. One bed appeared to have a terrible stain that looked to be mold. My partner felt funny as he stayed in the room more than I.

Sensational service. Pristine property. Bountiful breakfast. Perfect pool. I’d read reviews, booked this place for a large group m, and was happy to see it lived up to its billing. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and seemed like they enjoyed their job and were proud of their property. Special shout-out to Calvin who was working hard to make sure the breakfast remained well stocked and that the guests were pleased with their experience. Little things make the difference. These people and this place gets it and they will get my return business.

I enjoyed my stay and the complimentary breakfast. Head cook tools price in giving great service. Housekeeping is good some just don't speak any English here. They actually use their phones to translate. It actually works bc they're really looking to help anyone in need of services

Stayed as a part of travel Soccer and numerous teams were there, but wouldn't have known it as it was pretty quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly the entire time. Breakfast was adequate with what you would expect out of a complimentary breakfast. The staff were constantly keeping the breakfast items and coffee replenished. Overall was very pleased with our short visit. Thank you!

We enjoyed our THree day stay in Deerwood Hampton Inn Suites. We came for a Convention at VyStar Stadium. The rooms were clean. Calvin and the breakfast serving crew did an excellent job. Fantastic experience here. The staff that works here made this experience over the top. They were so kind and welcoming and accomodating. Upon checking in, we were given a list of 50+ restaurants in the area including a list within walking distance. I love that they did this! Daily housekeeping is back without needing to request - such a luxury! We felt safe in the area and had quick access to the mall, 25 minutes to the beach, 35 minutes St. Augustine. We were so happy with our stay!

Great stay at the Jacksonville Hampton Inn & Suites. Candi at the front desk reception was fantastic, room was nice, breakfast was fantastic. We were staying for just one night but would definitely stay in this one again if we come back up.

Laid back hotel, comfortable bed, easy access to grocery store. Coffee and tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was pretty good, slightly different hot buffet choice every day. Staples as oatmeal and waffles (different flavors which I have not seen at other hotels) available daily as well.

We rented the conference room to celebrate the life of my mother in-law with family and friends. The Hampton did a real nice job setting the room and food ordered from Sonny BBQ. We over flowed into the area for breakfast and were very kind in allowing that.

I give this hotel five stars it was so very on point the service was excellent the rooms was nice and clean I couldn't ask for a better place to stay

Nice Hotel and the staff and service made my stay paradise! Welcoming, friendly and helpful, just cool all the way around. Loved the decor of the hotel, beautiful, vibrant colors and couldn't get enough of the fire pit when I wanted to just chill and take it all in or perhaps enjoy a drink surrounded by the beautiful decor, warm temperatures and sounds of energy in the atmosphere! The rooms were very clean and supplied everything! Very good housekeeping, they clearly take pride in what they do! THANKS! I wanted to give them 4 stars but gave them only 3 stars because of the PTAC (heating and cooling system) made coughed and itch periodically. It's looks as though the vents or filter or something desperately needed to be changed or serviced. Other than that, great, affordable place to stay!

Jacquie Conley is the glue that holds it all together. My stay was wonderful due to Jacquie, Hope, Teelissa and Ant. Breakfast was delicious and my room was clean. These people know how to accommodate the visitors to their hotel and put the H into hospitality!

Exceeded my expectations by far! I stayed there for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The lobby is very spacious and well-appointed, perfect for visiting with others as well as for noshing on the free breakfast. My room was IMMACULATE and smelled so fresh - not like cleaning products, which can give me headaches, just fresh because it is SO CLEAN. Nicely furnished, with great quality linens and pillows and an extraordinarily comfy bed. There is a beautiful, generously-sized outdoor lounge area with a waterfall and fireplace, as well as a great pool which has comfy, clean cushions on the lounge chairs. Overall, the hotel comes across as higher end than one would expect for the price... Also, it is in close proximity (walking distance) to a variety of good restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, massage place, and nail salon. About a 25 minute drive to the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there immensely. I'm so much looking forward to my next trip to Jax and staying there again!

It took a little longer than expected for me to check in but other than that it was great! Room was clean, customer service was great and the breakfast was excellent! I stayed for 2 nights. I am currently 8 months pregnant and I was there by myself but the staff continued to check on me throughout my stay and that made me feel safe. The area is nice with a ton of great restaurants around; many within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again

Nice hotel. Had issues working the tv, but eventually figured it out. Beds were pretty comfortable and room was spacious enough. Didn’t eat the breakfast, but it had decent selection for a free breakfast. Location is great! Restaurants all around as well as a Target. Overall would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. Nothing too fancy, but nicer than your average motel.

We just checked out today… We hated to leave Belinda and her staff go above and beyond.They literally made you feel like you were part of their family, and it felt like they were part of ours.The hotel was beautifully maintained as well as the grounds. The rooms were spacious and immaculate as well as pet friendly. The breakfast was delicious there were so many choices.There was always hot coffee throughout the day. The pool was also very nice. The hotel is conveniently located to everything you need .. restaurants, stores and more. This is the only place that I would stay in Jacksonville

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was as well. We had no problems and upon request we got more towels, no problem. Pillows were fluffy and the beds were good. Even the pool was clean and the front desk was very nice!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The fire place and waterfall are awesome, perfect place to relax after a long day. Great location, so many places that you can walk to.

Location very easy to find. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is very clean and lots of breakfast room. Breakfast was good and varied daily. Room was clean with plenty of space. Staff is excellent. Front desk very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast staff were constantly filling and cleaning area. Woman who does cleaning, pressure washing etc. was a joy to talk with. Very personable and friendly. She also was constantly asking if anyone needed anything and bringing guests refills on drinks, napkins and throwing out their trash. She greeted us and talked with us every time we saw her for our 3 days there. The kind of employee every company needs! Highly recommend this Hampton.

Outstanding service (above and beyond) with a beautiful hotel! Room was clean and comfortable with microwave and fridge in room. Supplied toiletries were great!! Outdoor area was cozy with fire pit, tv’s, and lighting. Breakfast was full and a different variety everyday. Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great stay. After driving all night to get ahead of a storm they let us check in early. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nice although a little too cold to use the pool. Breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. Would definitely stay there again.

I always check reviews before booking a hotel. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews for customer service and I was not disappointed!! The ladies, ALL OF THEM, were friendly and helpful. They were truly happy to see all who checked in. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast bar had several choices. We were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were here last weekend and this hotel was one of the cleanest Hampton Inns I’ve ever been in! Everything smelled fresh from the hallways, elevator and the room. We slept so good! Beds were comfy, air was cold and room was quiet! Breakfast was great and front desk staff are super sweet and accommodating! If ever in the area again, def staying here!

I probably shouldn't leave this review because this is my hideaway spot and it's busy enough as is, but I have to sing their praises! The staff is wonderful and incredibly accommodating. All of my concerns are addressed in a timely manner and it really makes the stay that much better. The breakfast is good. The kitchen staff are so sweet and awesome! I can't say enough about housekeeping. They make the rooms tidy and neat. They're the sweetest as well. The rooms are awesome. I've stayed in different kinds of rooms with the king size bed. The room with the Whirpool tub is fabulous. It's huge! The jets are awesome. I had that experience for my birthday. The other rooms with the king size beds are wonderful too. The beds are heaven! The AC always works and the room can be as cool as you like it. I always get really good rest. The bathrooms are nice. The water is always hot no matter how busy they are. The location is great, plenty of dining in the area. I was told this particular Hampton is one of the top rated. It's definitely the best in the city.
